とてもモダンで綺麗なホテルでした。
エントランスも落ち着いていて
緑がとても良かったです。スタッフも他のお客様も外国の方が多かったですが、お風呂からの景色も最高👍入ってないですが……
お部屋のバスタブはあ足が伸ばせて満足でした。
チェックインもアウトもセルフでした。
ただ、チェックインの支払い手続きで少々
トラブルがあったのでマイナス1。
その他はまた利用したいなと思いました。

広いお部屋、感じの良いスタッフ、立地の良さ、最上階に銭湯、満足しました。
大人3人で10日間宿泊しました。
気になるところは洗濯機の少なさ
夜中の2時にならないと使えなかったり、ランドリールームに両替機がなかったり。
予約時に高層階を希望していたのですが、下層階になっていて案の定、上の階に宿泊している子供たちのジャンプの音で朝5時頃起こされ、グッスリとは眠れませんでした。

ホテルも綺麗でお値段共に良かったです。
最上階には大浴場もあり、清潔感もあり◎
部屋のホテルも浴室とトイレが分かれていてとても良かったですし、ホテルなのに部屋の入り口で靴を脱いで上がれるので嬉しかったです。
近くにコンビニもあるし歩いて食べに行けるご飯屋さんもあるし、かといって騒がしい事もなく、個人的に大満足でした。
次もまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

チェックインを機械で行う際、何度も失敗した。
その時横にスタッフが隣に2人いたが、ただ立って見ているだけで声かけもなく助けてくれないところに不親切さを感じた。
最終的に旅客情報が書いてある紙を見せられて「この通りに名前を入力してください」と指示された。
そこまで情報が分かっているのならチェックインを代わりにしてくれれば親切であると感じた上、他の旅客の情報も書いてある紙を提示してくるのはセキュリティ的に不安も感じた。
マニュアル通りの対応で第一印象がとても悪かった。
施設自体は清潔でアクセスも良くとても良いだけに残念である。

格安プラン待ってます

上野動物園や飲食店からも近くて観光に良い。ホテルは清潔で、広くて、レンジ、大浴場もあって子供たちも大喜び。リニューアル記念で安く泊まれて本当に良かった！また安くなったら泊まりたい。

子供連れにおすすめできるホテル

このホテルを選んで良かったです。
スタンダードなツインタイプの部屋で宿泊しましたが
三人利用の時は恐らくベッドとして使うと思われるマットが窓側にあり、子供のオムツ変えたり、荷物を広げるスペースとして使ったり、とても便利でした。
二つのベッドの間にほぼ隙間はない状態で、少し寄せれば一つの大きいベッドとして使えるので、小さい子供連れにはとても良かったです。
部屋のお風呂も洗い場があるので子供をお風呂に入れるのに助かりました。大浴場も脱衣所が少し狭いのが難点ではありますが、露天風呂もあり不忍池を一望でき見張らしも良く気持ちよかったです。
他に気になったことは、客室を出たらすぐ外気という最近流行りの真ん中吹き抜けのマンションタイプの作りで冬場は寒そうなこと、オープンしたてでスタッフがまだ不慣れなことくらいですかね。
フロントに荷物を預けて上野動物園に歩いて行きましたが、西園へのアクセスがとても良く、立地にもとても満足しました。

Great stay in Tokyo

We loved our stay here. The lobby is nicely decorated and gives a relaxing feel. Love the mini garden that helps us forget about the hustle and bustle outside. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Breaking choices are limited but there are several convenient stores within walking distance. Having Ameyoko market nearby is great for shopping and dining out. We got the biggest room with a beautiful view of Ueno park. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and all the amenities were useful. The only improvement we might suggest is having more laundry machines. Doing laundry was a challenge as it’s always full.

We booked the western-Japanese family deluxe room. It was spacious and can comfortably fit 6 ppl with plenty of room to store luggage. The room was immaculately clean as is the rest of the property. Kitchenette had everything you’d need for meals. Our room overlooked Ueno park: such a lovely view! Great location: restaurants, bars, stores right around the corner. Even in the crazy heatwave we were easily able to walk to several train stations. Amenities such as laundry machine and onsen were great bonuses!

This hotel was quiet, clean, and in a great location in Ueno. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The back entrance does lead you into a street in the red light district but it was completely safe and we walked down it every night to get back to the hotel with our baby and never had any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Near Ueno park and Keisei Line. Near the metro as well. Amenities are good, spacious family rooms, cafe, laundry and a public onsen. The only take away is the back area of the hotel where clubs and pubs line up, you can simply get away by just using the front entry.

Pros and cons

Huge rooms especially for Tokyo standards, that looked out over beautiful Ueno park.

The park side of the area was awesome, however the back of the hotel was a red light district and felt shady to walk down at night especially with the kids.

It was difficult to find a good place to eat around this area as most places you needed to be over 20 to be let in the door.

The front receptionist Tran Do was really helpful. She helped us with the arrangement of anti-allergic bedding and put us in an excellent front-facing higher floor room. Thanks to the arrangement and the premium location of the hotel, we did enjoy our stay.

因為班機很晚才到東京，入住時已經是午夜了，但還是有人可以親自服務自動check in讓人很安心(有事前跟飯店說會晚到)，房間、浴室都很大，行理箱可以直接攤開三個都沒有問題。
且飯店鬧中取近，轉個轉就可以去上野廣小路吃東西，離銀座線、千代田線走路都只要5分鐘，更別說離JR上野還有京成機場快線也很近…很讚!

The location was fantastic, we had a room overlooking the park and it was lovely. The room was very comfortable for our family of three. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette allowed us to prepare breakfast daily, and we enjoyed the public baths. The location was super walkable, with many food and shopping options. Staff were helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

A really good modern hotel. The room are a bit small if you have two large suitcases and else it is a great room. 8min walk to metro and 10min to JR West. Easily to go anywhere from there.
Hotel is situated in a nightlife district for locals but there is no problem with the noise

The staff were amazing, very helpful with everything we needed. The area is also great, with many decent restaurants and shopping areas within a few blocks. Check out the yakitori restaurant directly across from the back door.

Also check out the amazing park across the street from the front door. It has the best science museum I've seen, or at least right up there with the Smithsonian, Franklin Institute, and Exploratorium. There's a lake where you can rent a swan boat, or other paddle boats. During the week, it has vendors, some of them selling interesting and unique "junk". Warning: My wife and I got lost in the park on a rainy day, and it took us almost two hours to find our way back to the hotel.

Caution to the sensitive: There are also many "red light" type places in the area. However, I never felt that the crowd was seedy, or that there was any danger.

I booked a room and it was wonderful for my travel group, meeting all our needs.

The beds were comfortable and the room size was lovely with beautiful large windows letting in lots of light.

The public bath was a highlight at the end of some long days.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in meeting all our needs and their language skills were very good.

The location is great, walking distance to all the main train lines and multiple stations depending on where you are travelling to.

i would recommend this hotel to anyone and i look forward to booking here again the next time i am in Tokyo.

I booked a family room and it was wonderful for my family size. enough space with a kitchenette which allowed me to meet certain dietary requirements for my family.

The beds were comfortable and the room size was lovely with beautiful large windows letting in lots of light.

The public bath was a highlight at the end of some long days.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in meeting all our needs and their language skills were very good.

The location is great, walking distance to all the main train lines and multiple stations depending on where you are travelling to.

i would recommend this hotel to anyone with children and i look forward to booking here again the next time i am in Tokyo.

Really impressed of the large room size which usually small and tiny. We have 4 people and 8 luggage, we still feel the room is spacious. Also toilet and bathroom are separated definitely is another advantage. Location is perfect, less than 10 min walk from Skyliner and all other metro stations. Staff is polite and competent. Definitely will stay next time in Tokyo.

We loved this hotel and stayed here twice in our three-week long trip in Japan. The only one thing to be aware of is the entertainment streets behind the hotel which was not children friendly at night. Tons of options for food and steps away from Ueno Park, Ameyoko shopping street, and two train stations. Didn't try the public bath but it looked nice. We fully utilized the laundry room during our stay and never had to wait for a washer/dryer to be available. Highly recommend this property.

This location is close to Ueno and Keisei Ueno.
It overlooks the Ueno park and the design of this hotel’s interior is modern and clean. Public bath was a bonus for a relaxing shower and bath.

We were a family of two adults and two kids who stayed at this hotel for three days. The hotel is new and beautiful, the employees are super kind and helpful and speak multiple languages, including Japanese, Spanish, and English, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Coin laundry on site was super helpful.
Note that Ueno is about a 30 minute Metro ride from some of the more popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya, but that also means less craziness!

Overall, the hotel is very western friendly and the room configurations are unique and actually beneficial for families as our kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. That said, it is important to note that there are A LOT of hostess bars located on the street outside the rear entrance to the hotel which feels a little less family friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Ueno Park and Keisei Station which is why I booked it. Unfortunately I got a room facing the alley in the back which apparently people stay up and party until 5am and you can hear EVERYTHING through the closed window. Would not book this hotel again due do this. Came on vacation with my husband and without our kid and we actually slept worse at this hotel than at home. As far as staff goes all were very friendly and attentive.

I loved this property!! Felt like home for 4 days. It was in a “quieter” area across the street from Ueno park. The onsen was great. New, clean, rooftop views of the lake. There is a cafe on ground floor that offers free coffee in morning to guests. Great Korean food spot for dinner a couple storefronts away too. My family of 5 was happy and comfortable.

We loved staying here. This is our second stay actually. It is clean and spacious. Very easy to get to from Narita Airport, and Ueno Park is just across. We get to stay on the higher floor this time and the view is excellent!

You can't beat the location of being across from Ueno Park and being close to the Keisei Skyliner station. The area directly behind the hotel has a lot of girls bars and there were many girls and promoters standing out on the street at night. It was also a very dirty walk to the trains in the morning due to the number of bars around and trash on the street. There is a Lawson's and local grocery store very close by that is very convenient!

Nice stay

A pleasant stay at this hotel for one night. We picked &here because of its location. From Narita Airport, we chose to take the Skyliner to the Keisei Ueno Station and the hotel is about 10 mins walk from it. There are restaurants and shops within a short distance. The Superior Twin Room we stayed in was a bit smaller than expected.

Great stay. We had bunk beds for family of 4 which worked perfectly. Very clean and efficient hotel with great value. Basic services with optional do your own laundry for small fee. Good dining options in the area as well. Close to UENO Park with beautiful cherry blossoms.

For our 10-day stay in Japan, this was the first place we visited for 3 nights. This was by FAR the nicest place we stayed in during the trip, and the view of Ueno park was unbeatable. The in-hotel laundry made things easy, and the amenities with the cafe and public bath are the best. We really enjoyed the window-side built-in couch, dual bunk beds and luxurious bathroom to give us a great place to relax when we weren't out on the town. A very close walk to the Keisei skyliner or JR station, definitely easy to get around... even with the snow! Felt very safe and had unlimited food options in our surrounding area. Ueno park is such a nice place to explore with young children (9-10 years old). Will be staying here again!
