高齢の母と一泊しました。エレベーターに近く眺めの良いお部屋にアップグレードしてくださり、不忍池の眺望に感激しました。おかげさまで良い思い出になり、親孝行も出来ました。バスの乗り方も調べてくださり助かりましたし、大浴場も清潔でとても良かったです。ありがとう御座いました。

とてもモダンで綺麗なホテルでした。
エントランスも落ち着いていて
緑がとても良かったです。スタッフも他のお客様も外国の方が多かったですが、お風呂からの景色も最高👍入ってないですが……
お部屋のバスタブはあ足が伸ばせて満足でした。
チェックインもアウトもセルフでした。
ただ、チェックインの支払い手続きで少々
トラブルがあったのでマイナス1。
その他はまた利用したいなと思いました。

広いお部屋、感じの良いスタッフ、立地の良さ、最上階に銭湯、満足しました。
大人3人で10日間宿泊しました。
気になるところは洗濯機の少なさ
夜中の2時にならないと使えなかったり、ランドリールームに両替機がなかったり。
予約時に高層階を希望していたのですが、下層階になっていて案の定、上の階に宿泊している子供たちのジャンプの音で朝5時頃起こされ、グッスリとは眠れませんでした。

ホテルも綺麗でお値段共に良かったです。
最上階には大浴場もあり、清潔感もあり◎
部屋のホテルも浴室とトイレが分かれていてとても良かったですし、ホテルなのに部屋の入り口で靴を脱いで上がれるので嬉しかったです。
近くにコンビニもあるし歩いて食べに行けるご飯屋さんもあるし、かといって騒がしい事もなく、個人的に大満足でした。
次もまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！

記念日で宿泊しましたがスタッフの対応も丁寧、親切でチェックアウトの時間に間に合わなくなりそうな時ホテルの人に相談したらこころよくせっかくの記念日だし、いいですよと言ってくれた事がすごく助かりました。

チェックインを機械で行う際、何度も失敗した。
その時横にスタッフが隣に2人いたが、ただ立って見ているだけで声かけもなく助けてくれないところに不親切さを感じた。
最終的に旅客情報が書いてある紙を見せられて「この通りに名前を入力してください」と指示された。
そこまで情報が分かっているのならチェックインを代わりにしてくれれば親切であると感じた上、他の旅客の情報も書いてある紙を提示してくるのはセキュリティ的に不安も感じた。
マニュアル通りの対応で第一印象がとても悪かった。
施設自体は清潔でアクセスも良くとても良いだけに残念である。

上野動物園や飲食店からも近くて観光に良い。ホテルは清潔で、広くて、レンジ、大浴場もあって子供たちも大喜び。リニューアル記念で安く泊まれて本当に良かった！また安くなったら泊まりたい。

子供連れにおすすめできるホテル

このホテルを選んで良かったです。
スタンダードなツインタイプの部屋で宿泊しましたが
三人利用の時は恐らくベッドとして使うと思われるマットが窓側にあり、子供のオムツ変えたり、荷物を広げるスペースとして使ったり、とても便利でした。
二つのベッドの間にほぼ隙間はない状態で、少し寄せれば一つの大きいベッドとして使えるので、小さい子供連れにはとても良かったです。
部屋のお風呂も洗い場があるので子供をお風呂に入れるのに助かりました。大浴場も脱衣所が少し狭いのが難点ではありますが、露天風呂もあり不忍池を一望でき見張らしも良く気持ちよかったです。
他に気になったことは、客室を出たらすぐ外気という最近流行りの真ん中吹き抜けのマンションタイプの作りで冬場は寒そうなこと、オープンしたてでスタッフがまだ不慣れなことくらいですかね。
フロントに荷物を預けて上野動物園に歩いて行きましたが、西園へのアクセスがとても良く、立地にもとても満足しました。

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the room had dirty/stained walls, stained utensils, and smelled of various cooking (especially when returning to the room when the air purifier was not running). Beds were comfortable,the bathroom clean, and the room was very large by Japanese standards.

We enjoyed our stay but the value was not there for what we paid for the room (~$500 incl. of tax per night for family of 4).

We arrived on a Saturday night at 8:30pm and the area around the hotel (towards the Okachimachi station) was definitely an adult bar district with many night /strip clubs and busy streets. We walked to and from the Ueno station for the rest of our stay and had other no issues, but I had wished I'd known ahead of time about the neighbourhood as it made it feel less family friendly and chaotic to walk through with children and luggage. I would still recommend if you're able to secure a sale price for the rooms and, if you're sensitive to smoke, drinking, club culture to remember to use the Ueno station, especially on weekend nights.

Helpful and very respectful staff. Excellent Check in staff. Lots of amenities at checking in and during your stay. Has coffee house in lobby.
Location: Right across from beautiful Ueno park, short pleasant walk to the station. Back streets have some undesired businesses for families.
Only small negative comment I have is that the bathhouse on the top floor had so much hair on the floor of the dressing room towards the closing hour, i had to jump around them walking. Cleaning that part (the rest was clean) regularly might be a good idea for the staff.

Not a super fancy but a very nice place to stay. It was of course spotlessly clean and efficiently organized, and the staff was very solicitous and always helpful. We liked the facilities, especially the Onsen, which had both inside and outside baths on the top floor with views over the city. The Ueno Park location was excellent, both for the neighborhood, the proximity to the park and its museums and monuments, and the easy access to transportation. We liked it enough to cancel the other hotel we had booked for our return to Tokyo at the end of our trip, and re-book here.

The hotel changes towels and takes out the trash everyday during our three days of stay. We enjoyed the hot spring and the location was great. Check in and out was easy and staff was kind. Only suggestion I’d give was breakfast choice was very limited.

El personal súper amable y hablan inglés y español. La ubicación me encantó y agradecí mucho que tuviera un onsen con vista a la ciudad. El único pero que tenía el hotel son sus habitaciones miniatura. Era un problema sacar cosas de la maleta o llegar con compras. Literalmente solo están las camas y cabíamos parados. Las maletas las acomodamos en el baño.

&Here is an exceptional family hotel located in Ueno. The bunk beds are perfect for kids a the rooms are above average in size. If you’re lucky you will get a view to the park. A small kitchen with microwave and fridge is very handy. We would certainly return.

The staff are helpful and speak good English, easy for communication. The room is spacious and clean, especially love the strong water supply and the separate bath/shower design. We enjoyed taking shower everyday! The TV provided Youtube app which we enjoyed watching it everyday. There's a kitchenette in family room which we used it everyday to prepare simple meals. The location is especially great as the hotel is walk-able to Family Mart and 7-11, and many eateries. The Ueno Park is just opposite the hotel.
Two minor issues are the breakfast can only be reserved in advance (we missed booking the breakfast and it cannot be booked on the spot, so end up we need to prepare breakfast ourselves - the eateries nearby usually opened after 10am which are a little late for tourists who need to follow sightseeing schedule), and the beds in our room have no bedstead, so the mattresses are so close to the floor, causing my mother (elderly), even myself found it challenging to get up every time. Overall it's a great choice of hotel stay, but I won't book the same room again next time due to the low bed height - the room is pricey as well.

This was a great option for our family. The rooms are comfortable, and clean. We got the option with a bunk bed and out daughter loved it. It is located right next to a large park with a temple that is easy to visit. You can even walk (20 Mins) to nearby museums.

I searched for DAYS for a nice hotel for my family and I for our first time in Tokyo and so glad we found this one. An absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptionally kind staff and well-appointed rooms that doesn't break the bank.

The location couldn’t be better, right across from Ueno Park (one of Japan’s first public parks) and conveniently next to a 7/11 (and many other food options) for our early riser friends.

Had a great stay at &Here before flying home through Narita. It was a short walk to the train station for a direct train to the airport. It was located close to many desirable restaurants and shops. I also loved that the lobby had a cafe inside with ample work space.

우에노공원 바로 앞에 있어서 교통이 편리하고 좋습니다. 케이세이우에노역이 바로 앞이라 나리타공항에서 스카이라이너 타면 45분정도면 도착합니다. 초딩 중딩 4인가족이 숙박했는데 일본보통 호텔방보다도 커서 방 1개로도 충분히 가능했습니다. 다음번에 도쿄가면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The rooms are super big especially for Tokyo standards, comfortable beds, clean and pleasant. The staff are so nice and friendly! Best thing is the public bath and a great location! The only thing that wasn’t that great is this music they put over the speakers around the hotel that woke us up on the morning but we changed to another room and it wasn’t a problem anymore. Can’t wait to stay again!

stayed 5nights with family. room was planned to clean after 3rd night but not cleaned at all. used the same pillow cover and bedding all nights. felt uncomfortable. only towels and trash were took out everyday except for 1day. payed 400000yen but never deserve it. I would choose the better hotels at this price. location was not bad having many stations around.

Clean and spacious rooms with microwave and fridge. Short, easy walk (5 mins) to Keiso skyliner airport train and another couple of minutes to ueno station. Plenty of shopping, markets, kombini and food options within 5 minutes too.
We loved ueno in general and would stay in this area and at this hotel again.
There is a public bath if you want to give that a go too.

일본 호텔 치고도 방이 매우 좁습니다만, 14층 대욕장이 모든걸 상쇄해주는 킥입니다. 우에노공원뷰로 노천탕이 있습니다. 코인세탁기 건조기 구비되어있고 통돌이 빨래 1회 500엔, 건조기 30분에 100엔입니다. 돈키호테까지 도보 3분인점도 장점이고 주변 골목은 호객행위로 바글바글한 유흥가이니 큰길로 다니시는게 마음 편합니다. 아, 체크인할때 한국인 스탭도 계셨습니다.

Great location - close to train station, plenty of restaurants near by, walking distance to Don Quijote, Uniqlo, 7-Eleven and Lawson. Akihabara is relatively close as well. Room sizes are quite decent and very clean. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at &Here Tokyo Ueno. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps away from subway stations, the Narita Skyliner, and Ueno Park, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The surrounding area is filled with shopping and dining options, and convenience stores are right nearby for quick needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more welcoming. Our 3 beds room located on the 9th floor was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and quiet — perfect for resting after a busy day in Tokyo.

Hotel was decent but not very flexible with check-in and out. Area around the hotel is busy with lot of “clubs” and bars. Probably not too safe to walk around in the night without being hustled.

We had a fantastic stay at &here hotel in Ueno. The location was excellent—just a short walk to JR, Chiyoda, and Ginza lines, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo, directly to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. It is situated at a location surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. It is also just across the street of the beautiful Ueno park.

The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room 901 was quiet, everything in working order. We had a very restful sleep during our stay. Cleaning service is not provided daily, however, garbage is cleaned out and clean towels are provided daily, which is more than sufficient for us.

An extension to my partner, Stephan's review on Google. A special mention goes to Do at the front desk. His level of customer service was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when we checked in. Truly some of the best hospitality we've experienced. Thank you.

Another highlight was the public bath on the top floor, which overlooked the pond at the Ueno park. It was such a relaxing and unique bonus.

We highly recommend this hotel and looking forward in staying at &here again the next time we will be in Tokyo.
