ホテル虎ノ門ヒルズ - アンバウンド コレクション by Hyatt

Hyatt系列なので期待してましたが、ビジネスタイプなのでしょうか？正直最悪でした。バレーサービスもないのに駐車場5000円には驚き、お部屋への案内も個別でどうぞは人員不足として仕方ないにしても、1番驚いたのはお部屋のライトコントロールの不便さです。バスタブがないのはこのレベルのホテルでもこれからはこういう時代なのかと思いながらも、夜間トイレに行くのにマスタースイッチで全灯しないとレストルームヘもいけず、洗面台のライトコントロールを明るめに設定しても、トイレの自動開閉自動洗浄の反応の悪さのために、スイッチはあまりの暗さに手探り状態。
挙げ句の果てに？洗面台？有名メーカーデュラビット11階の131？だったかしら？洗面台みて下さい。反対に設置されてます。ひどい設備工事ですね。
Hyattのブランドが傷ついてます。
レストランを経由しての出入りとはいえ、外出しようとするお客様にフロントのスタッフが目があっても、行ってらっしゃいませ、お帰りなさいもありませんでした。これからのホテルはこういうものだと私達の考え方を変えなきゃ行けないのだと痛感しました。
それ相応のサービスが欲しければそれ相応の対価を払わないと行けないのかと。
ですが、目と鼻の先のオークラとは宿泊費にそれほどの差はありません。
大使館等一流のお客様をお迎えするホテルとはいえ一庶民の私達にもいつも変わらない笑顔で真心のこもった同じサービスを提供してくれる素晴らしいホテルです。

The hotel rooms are about five floors within a much larger building. The room was very nice and incredibly clean. There’s some small snacks and drinks within the mini bar that are free and replenished within the room every day. The hotel staff are very nice and courteous. Hotel location is great right by the H train.

Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding.
Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. Lovely window treatments (automatic) with outstanding blackout.

I found the location convenient. Walkable distance to subway. Washroom is very clean. I appreciate there is a separate tap for drinking water. I know the tap water is drinkable but the separate tap is nice.

The pristine condition of this hotel was simply stunning. However, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and even went so far as to pose for selfies with me.

Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on the 5th floor and a cosy lounge is on the 11th floor.

Another point to mention is the easy access to the Hibiya and Ginza lines. They are all underground alongside some fine dining cafe and shop. It's a great location – definitely like to stay here again soon.

This hotel was lovely- really great design, so stylish, friendly and helpful staff, clean high quality rooms and easy access to train station. The bar was awesome too with a great happy hour and plenty of cafes around the area.

This is the right place to stay if you are looking for exploring Tokyo from morning to night. The location is great as is in the middle of the city and easy to commute to all popular areas. I would recommend it for couples as the design is modern and luxurious. Also good for families because of the variety of room options and views. Everything is fantastic.

Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while.

However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too.

If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations.

The service is amazing! When I got to the airport, I discovered that I had left my passport in the room. The manager personally called me and waited at the front door for me to return to pick it up. Because of him, I made my flight!

We loved the hotel experience, decor, lighting and staff. My one minor complaint is that the layout of the hotel is such that you might have to walk a while from the elevator to your room.

Also the surrounding area is not hustle bustle which is nice if you want a very quiet and safe environment outside the hotel. but it’s sorta like the Wall Street / finance district so at night it is very quiet.

Another thing of note, there isn’t really room service. There is takeaway from the restaurant which is Michelin recommend* but comes in a take away box to your room with paper utensils so that makes the experience not optimal. So I recommend you go down the the restaurants. Very nice but we had a toddler so prefer in-room dining.


Overall-We loved it and would recommend it again.

Beautiful large rooms with great views however minimal hotel facilities, the gym is difficult to get to and small, no room service available. Restaurants at the ground floor are fantastic.

Excellent hôtel que nous recommandons vivement

Très bel hôtel récent, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût dans un quartier business extrêmement bien desservi par les métros H et G au pied du complexe.
Nous recommandons vivement avec en bonus une vue exceptionnelle sur la tour de Tokyo.
Dernier détail que nous avons apprécié grandement, nous arrivions tôt d'Haneda airport après un long vol et très gentiment nous avons pu avoir accès immédiatement à notre chambre ce qui est trés loin d'être la.norme au Japon selon notre expérience. Bravo et merci

"MUST-STAY" hotel in Tokyo!

This is one of the "MUST-STAY" hotel in Tokyo.
Hotel is very neat and nicely organized and Breakfast is very sufficient and tasty.

Most of all, hotel staff in front desk, restaurant, and lounge is all supportive and friendly. Every time, I passed by hotel lobby, I feel welcomed from all staff wheter they recognized me or not.

It was very good luck to stay at Toranomon Hills for us!

Extremely difficult to fund because there is no Hyatt signage; hotel entrance is not marked; print size on room materials is too small for elderly person. This hotel was obviously designed for young people and should say so.

Will not return to this hotel.
