  Property was great and the location was amazing. Not too loud and plenty of space. The host was very understanding and helpful. We definitely would stay again.

  We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was in a perfect location — just a short walk to trains, buses, restaurants, bars, and plenty of shopping. It made exploring the city so easy.   It was a great stay. The location was between the major shopping areas and the train station. We found that we needed to cab to most notable shrines in the Kyoto, but the place was large and very roomy. We enjoyed the Japanese style extra room for our child. Having a washing machine was a definite plus. The self serve checking in was easy to follow, and the virtual staff were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Would recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.
