連休とはいえ一泊2万は足元見過ぎ。普通の素泊まり宿。

日本語が下手な人も居ますが、対応はしっかりとしてくれます
すぐ近くの商店街は夜に営業してるお店は少ないので…
ホテル周辺での食事をしないのであれば問題は無いと思います

114号室、シャーカーテンにカビ生えたままで気持ち悪いです。
壁が薄いので隣の部屋のイビキが聞こえるので気になる人は嫌だと思う。

迷子になり、警察署で確認したら、(こちらはわかりにくいですからね)と言われた。提携外の駐車場であっても、隣に駐車場がある情報を事前にわかっていれば助かった。

とてもきれいでコストパフォーマンスが良いホテル

二条城や神泉苑に徒歩で行けます。日本人よりも外国の人達が多く宿泊している印象でした。ロビーの奥に、流し台や電子レンジやテーブルや椅子があり、そこで食事をしている人達もいました。私達が宿泊したツインの部屋にも流し台やIHのコンロがありました。部屋も大きめのスーツケースを広げられるくらいの広さがありました。館内や部屋、バスルームなどまだ新しい感じでとてもきれいで清潔でした。ただ、コンセントが一ヶ所しかないので、事前にタコ足配線を用意して行った方が良いです。徒歩2分くらいの所にアーケード付きの商店街があり、スーパーマーケットもあって便利でした。JR二条駅が近いですが、15分くらい歩くと阪急の『四条大宮』の駅にも行けます。車の場合は、ホテルのすぐ隣の民間の駐車場が、1泊最大700円で駐車できます。滞在中、部屋の清掃はありませんが、タオルは希望すれば交換してもらえます。全体的にこのクオリティでこの価格は、非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いと思いました。機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

コンパクトで快適

よくリノベートされたホテルです。設備はとても簡素ですが、必要最小限の機能がコンパクトにきちんとまとめられているところは感心しました。お試しで朝食もいただきましたが、B&Bのようなシンプルなメニューでしたが、パンがおいしかったのは嬉しい驚きでした。部屋に靴を脱いではいるのも、とても良いと思います。

The area was right by a shopping mall which was incredibly convenient, the room had an AC and control over the temperature of the water, along with a hotplate to cook things on and an electric kettle.

the staff was very nice and helpful. sadly, the room wasn’t comfortable. there was no space to fully open our suitcases so we had to put them under the bed. the pillows weren’t firm at all, they were deconstructed on the inside. the bed itself was very soft and creaked at every movement. i wouldn’t stay here again personally but it’s a good hotel if you want to budget travel.

Unique was the hotel room entry card even in the elevator to go into the designated room.

I loved that the property was near a street full of restaurants and stores, it definitely helped me through my stay. I got the feeling the staff were kind but a bit awkward towards the people already staying. They were never disrespectful or anything like that, but something didn't click entirely.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und fanden es als günstige Option in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war sauber, was wir sehr geschätzt haben, aber das Schlafzimmer wirkte etwas veraltet und nicht besonders gepflegt. Bett und Kissen könnten auf jeden Fall bequemer sein. Der Check-in war leider nicht sehr freundlich, da die junge Dame an der Rezeption wenig einladend war. Das restliche Personal während unseres Aufenthalts war jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine solide Wahl, wenn man eine einfache und preiswerte Unterkunft für ein paar Nächte sucht.

Everything is accessible near this hotel; food, markets, bus, drugstore, restaurants, you name it. Room is a bit smaller than those in APA hotels for example but it isn't an issue. Check-in is at 4 pm contrary to other hotels that are at 3 pm. Great staff and the place is very clean.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. But I will say that I thought it was clean and had what I needed. This was probably the smallest hotel I stayed at in Japan and I did feel a little claustrophobic while here so I can't recommend a long stay here. But if you are looking to save a bit for a few nights this is a solid option.

Very great multilingual and efficient staff! The hotel and the room was very neat and clean! They also provide with free slippers, razors, hairbrush, and toothbrush with toothpaste. It is a great budget hotel that comes with a kitchenette, which is a bonus that a lot of budget hotels do not have.

Petit hôtel emplacement central dans la ville rue très calme
Proche d'une petite galerie de commerçants quartier tranquille avec accès au transport en commun à proximité: bus
chambre propre, literie de qualité possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant et après. Point négatif pas suffisamment de prise de courant mini kitchenette non équipée pas de tasse pas de verre pas de couvert salle de bain est minuscule , lavabo ridicule pas d'endroit pour poser des objets
Dans la chambre pas d'armoire ni rangement la chambre était équipée de deux grands lits mais il est difficile d'être à plus de deux personnes faute de place.
Au vu des commentaires précédents je m'attendais à mieux ,déçu.
A noter personnel efficace et souriant avec possibilité de laisser les bagages à la réception

An unexpected treat

Perfect for what I needed. Free laundry was an unexpected plus. Near a covered shopping cooridor, which was great when it rained. Also close to a train station, made towing luggage easy. Would stay again.

Super friendly staff and clean hotel! The rooms are small like most rooms in Japan, but they had a lovely kitchen area for all guests to use. They gave plenty of supplies. The hotel held our bags after checkout so that we could explore a bit more of Kyoto before we left.

The property was extremely calm and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. Everything was in good condition and clean.They spoke excellent english and they were very nice both over messages prior to check-in and during our stay.

Walkable distance to basically everything and the area was very safe, even late at night.

Would definitely visit again!

Very close to lots of good spots and train to popular areas are cheap. Amazing deal considering they give you your own bathroom, free laundry and theres an elevator between floors.

The only issue we had was that the front desk person could not understand English.
They don’t use Yamato transport
We had to go to Family Mart which is 5 min walk away from the hotel to send off our luggages.
We liked the free laundry on our floor.

An amazing stay. Friendly and accommodating staff who spoke great English. We especially loved the free laundry and detergent and the fact that the bathroom turned into a dryer!

Muy limpio todo, el personal muy amable y atento, el único inconveniente es que aunque tenga la estación de Nijo cerca, para ir a otros sitios que no salgan trenes desde esa estación tienes que andar un poco más, pero aún así como mucho son 15 minutos.

Si buscas un lugar tranquilo y cerca de la línea JR esta es una buena opción cerca del centro de Kyoto. No cuenta con muchas amenidades, ofrece algo sencillo pero agradable y seguro. El personal es callado pero procura ayudarte siempre que les preguntas. A algunos metros encuentras tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes tipo izakaya.

Muy bien espacio, con todo equipado para atenderse uno mismo pero con la comodidades de un hotel. El personal siempre amable y buscando la comodidad de los clientes. Son muy muy accesibles, incluso en días lluviosos prestan paraguas, cuentan con lavadora y secadora gratuita. Excelente hotel lo recomiendo mucho

Excelente opção mais tranquila em Kyoto

Bem localizado, em vizinhança residencial de Kyoto, a poucos minutos à pé da estação Nijo de trem. Rua coberta de compras logo ao lado. Lavanderia disponível sem custo. Quarto apertado meio que padrão no Japão, mas a cama era baixa e por isso não cabia malas embaixo dela, o que tomava espaço. Gostamos e voltaríamos.

We stayed in the standard twin room and it was spacious and clean. We had large luggage and there is plenty of space for you to open them within the room. You also have a mini kitchen, fridge and TV which is very convenient in the room.

Wouldn't recommend

Didnt really have much to do with staff, but when we did they were ok. The hotel was more like a hostel. It was clean, no little extras like we have received in other hotels for the same price. When we came down to reception, there was like an area to eat your own food. Which smelt. It was on a back street. The shower was really dated

Disappointment

The room was presented as having a kitchenette with cooking utensils, that’s one of the reason we booked it. But when we arrived, we were informed that the stove is out of work, we have to do the cooking in the communal kitchen. I think they should tell people not having a kitchenette in the description.
We stayed for 5 days and no room cleaning provided.
2 laundry machines on each floor and the drying washroom are good.

was a decent place to stay. but don’t expect high quality amenities - bedsheets were abit stained, along with towels. and pillow sheets had a lot of holes in them as well. quite a small space and front desk only opens until 10pm

Me gustó bastante el trato del staff, las instalaciones, la recámara, y todo en general. Quizás si tuviera una cama un poco más cómoda, ya que la sentí un poco dura. Pero en general bien.

The room is small but clean and comfortable, we were able to use the laundry room but I wished they had a dryer, it took a long time to dry in the bathroom. They have a common kitchen on the first floor and it had a strong fish smell, but it did not affect our room. Good stay.

大致體驗都非常棒 , 會想再次入住！

我們是在20241013-20241017入住6人3房 , 入住體驗很好 , 櫃檯人員非常的熱心 , 尤其是那位女服務人員 , 也很熱心的推薦我們餐廳與周邊景點 , 出國喜歡自己料理的旅客會非常方便 , 廚房設施應有盡有 , 不想在公共大廚房料理的話 , 也可以借餐具回到房間料理 , 這次服務人員語系中文/英文/日文都通 , 真的非常的棒 , 唯一小缺點是吸煙區在在正門口 , 一出門如果剛好有人在吸煙 , 對不吸菸的人感覺不好 , 一出門就是煙味會有點影響整天的心情 .
