  This property was not inn the location shown in Expedia and the manager in China required personal information to be sent through commercial email addresses. The pictures of the property contain a balcony while there was none. The mattress was dirty and turned upside down with the box springs on top to hide that fact. Sleeping in this property is very difficult.

If you have difficulty finding the B&B, we'd be happy to assist you in further verifying the exact location.Secondly, regarding the personal information request you mentioned, we strictly follow the privacy protection principles, and passport information is only used for registration at the health center.Regarding the description of the balcony, our property page clearly distinguishes between photos and facility descriptions of different room types (the room you booked does not include a balcony). There is only one other room on the same floor with a balcony. We understand that this may cause misunderstanding. We will subsequently negotiate with the platform to optimize the image display to avoid similar situations.Finally, regarding the cleaning of mattresses, we attach great importance to hygiene management, and all bedding will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest checks out.   Don't expect a fancy room, but if you need a place to cook the rooms with a stove are perfect. Communication was 5 ☆ and all in english.
