The rooms were comfortable, but...

The rooms were very clean,organaized, quiet, so, we felt comfortable. You can choose Bach for BGM to relax.
However, the service was not organiazed. Especially, in the restaurant on the first floor. They had better decide who's in charge for every table. I couldn't feel much hospitality overall.

素晴らしかった。ただ一点気になったのはトイレの手洗い場の水圧が低さ。水量が少く手を洗えなかったので改善してほしい。

素敵なホテルだったのでまた利用したい。

バッハの曲が心地よく、広くはないけれどそれを感じさせない部屋のつくりで、使い勝手が良かった。
コンセントも各ベッドの枕元にそれぞれあって、小さな棚もあったのでスマホや飲み物なども置けてよかったです。

一階のレストランでは、栄養士が監修したメニューなどもあったり、ほろほろの牛肉の煮込みがとても美味しかったです。

受付もチェックイン前や後にも荷物を預けたりしましたが、他にもたくさん外国人のお客様の荷物も大量にある中で、雰囲気なども良く対応してくださいました。

アクセスもいいため、また泊まりたいなと思いました。

リピートしたいホテルです

立地が便利で、バス、トイレ、洗面所が別々になっているのでとても使いやすかったです。
またぜひ泊まりたいです。

Rooms are very comfortable. My group had 2 rooms (803, 809) cleaning of room 809 was not good!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The amenities were great and it was a great location. We had an unfortunate mishap where my son‘s got passport got left behind at the hotel and a very kind gentleman that worked at the hotel took a train and brought it to the airport to us so we could make our flight. Truly, the staff went above and beyond helping us so we could make our flight. We are so thankful for the staff who helped us !

아침식사 종류는 적어도 모든게 맛있었습니다. 이호텔은 모든게 5성급인데 수영장 피트니스시설이 없어서 4성급인 듯 합니다. 봄방학 벚꽃시즌과 겹쳐 평소가격 두배 지불하고 갔음에도 불구하고 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 빛과 소리 먼지에 예민한데, 잘때 어떤소리도 안들리고 암막커텐도 잘되어있고 먼지가 없어서 알러지나 발진 없이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다. 또한 모든 쇼핑시설이 5-10분거리일정도로 가까워서 너무 재미있게 지냈습니다.

What an amazing place
They are focused on pampering you and they do quite the job
I don’t think there’s anywhere in the world like this in terms of the property, those views and just the relaxing feel that you get by being there
The people or what make it amazing because they’re so nice and informed
One tip is that whole gondola trip is worth worthless. It’s quite beautiful in terms of the lake, but you’ll get bored if you’re with children.
Not much to see except some smoking sulfur Fence and a pretty lake

We loved our stay at the Grand Bach. The area is so nice and very convenient for getting around Tokyo on the trains. The rooms were quiet and large. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

Great location, corner room was a great size and layout, especially for Tokyo, and the hotel never felt busy or crowded. It was great that housekeeping was quickly done as soon as we left the room.

Hotel location is good. Close 10-15 minutes walk to most places in Ginza. There is no Bellman or proper lobby. Breakfast doesn’t change daily but does the job for our family. Rooms are small but most are in Japan. Wifi is really weak and disconnected a few times while we were working.

The Ginza location is very convenient with easy walking to restaurants, shopping and even to Tokyo Station.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the common areas were beautiful with gorgeous flower arrangements and art. The Bach music was heard in the background.

Visiting Japan the first time and greatly enjoying the politeness and attentiveness of the Japanese people, we were slightly disappointed with the front desk staff. They did not acknowledge us with same polite and warm manner as in all other hotels we stayed.

This hotel in Tokyo is fairly basic and works if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep in a convenient location, but it falls short in several key areas.

On the positive side, it’s very walkable to a variety of restaurants and dining options, which made grabbing meals easy and convenient. The neighborhood itself felt accessible and practical for getting around.

However, the overall experience was underwhelming. The staff were polite enough but not particularly helpful or attentive—service felt routine rather than welcoming. The biggest issue, unfortunately, was the persistent smell of a dirty sewer throughout the property. It was noticeable at all times and significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

The rooms themselves are in need of renovation. They feel worn and outdated, and a refresh would make a big difference in improving the overall experience.

In summary, the location is a plus, but the lack of upkeep and the ongoing odor issue make it difficult to recommend unless you’re prioritizing convenience over comfort.

Exceeded expectations. Fabulous hotel and even better location!! 10 min walk to shops one way and 10 min walk to fish market (wow) the other way. Taxis were on the expensive side (GO taxi) but easy enough. We had a corner bach room which was perfect for me and my grand daughter. Breakfast was good and room amenities absolutely wonderful and more than anyone can ask for (PJs, slippers, robe, brush, razor, toothbrush, bath salts, even a complete set of facial wash, serum and cream. Not to mention coffee and alcohol/beer replenished on a daily basis. Loved loved loved and would 100% stay here again if I come back.

Th hotel is located very close to the Ginza shopping district and a subway entrance making it perfect for those looking to do a lot of shopping and see other places in Tokyo. The staff is extremely helpful and speak good English. The room itself was very nice and extremely comfortable. My main complaint is the lack of an ice vending machine and laundry room but the hotel provides a laundry service with a cost while an ice bucket can be sent to the room.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants, but more importantly very well connected to diverse metro lines. We had an amazing stay and appreciated the relaxed and warm atmosphere inspired by Bach.

Location is well situated in Ginza for shopping and metro access. The hotel is smaller with less amenities (no gym) and needs more in-room storage to make it more comfortable.

We had a superb stay at Hotel Grand Bach. We had a fabulous corner room, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We also benefitted from the free drinks package and other perks associated with the corner room.
The location couldn’t have been better for us too, in the heart of things. The staff were very accommodating and arranged the transport of our cases to our next destination in Kyoto, they were in our room when we checked in 24 hours later - superb!
