The rooms were comfortable, but...

The rooms were very clean,organaized, quiet, so, we felt comfortable. You can choose Bach for BGM to relax.
However, the service was not organiazed. Especially, in the restaurant on the first floor. They had better decide who's in charge for every table. I couldn't feel much hospitality overall.

素晴らしかった。ただ一点気になったのはトイレの手洗い場の水圧が低さ。水量が少く手を洗えなかったので改善してほしい。

素敵なホテルだったのでまた利用したい。

バッハの曲が心地よく、広くはないけれどそれを感じさせない部屋のつくりで、使い勝手が良かった。
コンセントも各ベッドの枕元にそれぞれあって、小さな棚もあったのでスマホや飲み物なども置けてよかったです。

一階のレストランでは、栄養士が監修したメニューなどもあったり、ほろほろの牛肉の煮込みがとても美味しかったです。

受付もチェックイン前や後にも荷物を預けたりしましたが、他にもたくさん外国人のお客様の荷物も大量にある中で、雰囲気なども良く対応してくださいました。

アクセスもいいため、また泊まりたいなと思いました。

リピートしたいホテルです

立地が便利で、バス、トイレ、洗面所が別々になっているのでとても使いやすかったです。
またぜひ泊まりたいです。

フロント、1階レストラン、スタッフの笑顔での接客が大変快く感じました。
ラウンジ使用する際、スタッフの説明不足で利用の仕方がよくわからなかった。
未使用のバスタオルに長い髪の毛が付着、少し気になりました。

２泊しましたが、コーヒーは新しいコップに、変わらず、お風呂の体洗うタオルは、無くなっていた上に新しい物も置いてなく、普通のタオルでからだを洗いました。バスソルトも2人で泊まったのに、一つしかなく、エコではないですね。二人分お支払いしてるし、ビジネスより高いわけですし。
これなら　ビジネスの方が良いと思います。

東銀座駅からすぐの立地で羽田空港にも1本で行けるため便利です。お部屋は清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごせました。バス、トイレ別でゆったりとバスタブに浸かれます。ベッドやお布団、バスタオルもクオリティが高く満足、アメニティも気に入りました。

The only great thing about this hotel is that the rooms are spacious, very clean and shower is great! Location is great and walkable to a lot around Ginza. Staff is not very warm. Did not feel welcomed here. The bar is okay, food is not very good and the breakfast buffet offered is a joke. The price of the hotel does not match the amenities offered.

Very nice and helping staff. Convenient location. Spacious room size in the heart of Ginza. Enjoyed the lounge snack and drink with jazzy Bach music. This was my second visit to the hotel.

Central Ginza area is great for a first trip to Tokyo. Easy to get to most sites. 6 nights in this hotel. Upgraded to a corner suite. Included complimentary bar and evening drinks which was nice. We were on 5th floor which was a bit noisy with traffic. Should have asked for higher. Otherwise a great hotel.

The Hotel Grand Bach Ginza was perfect for our 5 day stay in Tokyo. The area is quiet, but still has everything you need from dinning to shopping without the crowds of Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is clean, modern and has helpful staff. We loved our stay, and would definitely go back!

Great location, great comfort

Elegant

Beautiful, elegant room in a very nice hotel. Extremely clean. Nice bathroom. Great blackout shades. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free iced tea. I wish the area immediately around the hotel were more interesting, but it’s a reasonable walk to the shops of Ginza and the fish market.

The breakfast options downstairs could be improved. There weren’t many choices, and the food was cold. It would also be great to see more traditional Japanese options offered. In addition, the staff downstairs did not seem as friendly as the staff upstairs. A warmer welcome and more positive attitude would make the experience much better.

Excellent hotel

Excellent 1 night stay - we wanted to be in centre of the city for shopping and food- so location was key and hotel perfect. Lovely helpful staff, very nice family room with great facilities. We left early for a flight so didn’t have breakfast but would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in East Ginza, near the Kabukiza and Tsukiji. Lovely property. Friendly staff. Great room. The Bach music is a bit tiring but I didn’t spend too much time in the lobby.

Bed is extremely comfortable with a soft and cloud like duvet. Truly appreciate the bed linens are changed everyday without asking. One should expect the bed linens and towels to be refreshed everyday at a hotel. The go green idea shall not exist when you are staying at a hotel.
There’s a convenient store just beside the hotel 3 mins walk away. Lovely location.

We really enjoyed our time here. We stayed in a triple room, and it was spacious for Tokyo standards. The room and the rest of the property were also very clean and there was a decent breakfast each morning (extra charge when booking). We also enjoyed the location, it is very near Higashi Ginza station which provides direct access to Haneda, is very close to all of the shopping in Ginza and is centrally located for easy access to all the areas of the city that you may want to explore.

Good size room, very clean and modern interior. Very helpful and friendly staff. Missing: spa, gym

Great hotel calm but central

3 nights. Recommend corner room, lot of space and overall a very good room. Great place central but calm location in Ginza. Costs a bit moore but worth it if you need a few days to stress down in a longer tokyo trip.

Property is one block off main shopping street. Great location! Starbucks and Tully’s coffee super close. Staff is amazing! We had an issue with our taxi driver and reception staff helped contact the taxi company for us. Ginza is a beautiful area. Definitely recommend.

Excelente hotel em Ginza. Realmente o melhor, quarto grande, banheiro gigante, super equipado com tudo que se pode querer (TV multimídia, som Yamaha, frigobar vazio), hiper bem localizado a uma quadra do metrô e duas de Ginza Six. Linha de metrô direta para os dois Aeroportos aliás.
Café da manhã primoroso, vale a pena pegar.
Hotel todo novo com staff excelente e tem uma oferta de snack e chá gelado na Recepção em alguns horários.
Voltarei com certeza, amei a estadia. Recomendo muito.

The ambiance of this older hotel includes strains of Bach in the 2nd floor lobby and excellent service in a cosmopolitan setting. We enjoyed the German restaurant on the 1st floor which offered exceptional dining.

Best location in Tokyo. Not even The Peninsula hotel is as well located as Grand Bach Ginza. Literally a block away from Ginza Six and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Also a 5 min walk to metro stations. Great beds, good AC. Awesome staff. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent, our room nicely laid out, with general standards, room is not big but it was a good size for Japanese hotels. Staff were very polite and helpful and hotel was overall very clean. The only downside was the breakfast which is served out of a small cafe on the first floor which feels cramped and options are limited.

Hotel room nice and well furnished. Unfortunately you can hear the street noise at night, it is very restless. The staff are very poor, unfriendly and not motivated at all. Such employees would also be an imposition in Europe.

Great location in Ginza. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants and the Tsukiji market. Close to Ginza metro stop. Hotel was quiet, nice clean rooms with the best Toto Japanese toilet we used during our stay in Japan. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Me and my husband stayed in corner king room and totally loved it. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, close to subway station. Only thing was that it was little noisy late at night with bike riders. I didn’t know cause I always use ear plug, but it woke my husband couple of times. Still, we will definitely come back.
