The rooms were comfortable, but...

The rooms were very clean,organaized, quiet, so, we felt comfortable. You can choose Bach for BGM to relax.
However, the service was not organiazed. Especially, in the restaurant on the first floor. They had better decide who's in charge for every table. I couldn't feel much hospitality overall.

素晴らしかった。ただ一点気になったのはトイレの手洗い場の水圧が低さ。水量が少く手を洗えなかったので改善してほしい。

バッハの曲が心地よく、広くはないけれどそれを感じさせない部屋のつくりで、使い勝手が良かった。
コンセントも各ベッドの枕元にそれぞれあって、小さな棚もあったのでスマホや飲み物なども置けてよかったです。

一階のレストランでは、栄養士が監修したメニューなどもあったり、ほろほろの牛肉の煮込みがとても美味しかったです。

受付もチェックイン前や後にも荷物を預けたりしましたが、他にもたくさん外国人のお客様の荷物も大量にある中で、雰囲気なども良く対応してくださいました。

アクセスもいいため、また泊まりたいなと思いました。

立地が便利で、バス、トイレ、洗面所が別々になっているのでとても使いやすかったです。

フロント、1階レストラン、スタッフの笑顔での接客が大変快く感じました。
ラウンジ使用する際、スタッフの説明不足で利用の仕方がよくわからなかった。
未使用のバスタオルに長い髪の毛が付着、少し気になりました。

２泊しましたが、コーヒーは新しいコップに、変わらず、お風呂の体洗うタオルは、無くなっていた上に新しい物も置いてなく、普通のタオルでからだを洗いました。バスソルトも2人で泊まったのに、一つしかなく、エコではないですね。二人分お支払いしてるし、ビジネスより高いわけですし。
これなら　ビジネスの方が良いと思います。

東銀座駅からすぐの立地で羽田空港にも1本で行けるため便利です。お部屋は清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごせました。バス、トイレ別でゆったりとバスタブに浸かれます。ベッドやお布団、バスタオルもクオリティが高く満足、アメニティも気に入りました。

バッハの音楽に癒された滞在でした

今回3泊お世話になりました。バッハ、音楽好きには絶好のホテルです。館内はもちろんのこと、室内でもずっとバッハの音楽を高性能なスピーカーで優雅に楽しむことができます。
交通の利便性が抜群です。私が行動する範囲のエリアへの移動はベストでした（日比谷線、銀座線、羽田空港往復）
部屋にはラゲージも問題なく収納できるクローゼット、3泊分の衣類を収めることができるハンガーも用意されていました。部屋で仕事をするには最適なデスクとチェアーも完備、バスルームもゆったりバスタブと洗い場、トイレが別になっていまして、大変快適な滞在でした。
アメニティーは最小限です。ただ、旅慣れた方は皆さん持ち合わせているので、エコでいいのかと思います。
用意されているアメニティーはきちんとしたもので使いがってはよかったです。特に歯ブラシはホテルによりかなり差がありますが、使いやすいものをご用意くださっていました。心地よい滞在をご提供下さりありがとうございました。
是非また宿泊したいホテルです。

Great hotel calm but central

3 nights. Recommend corner room, lot of space and overall a very good room. Great place central but calm location in Ginza. Costs a bit moore but worth it if you need a few days to stress down in a longer tokyo trip.

Property is one block off main shopping street. Great location! Starbucks and Tully’s coffee super close. Staff is amazing! We had an issue with our taxi driver and reception staff helped contact the taxi company for us. Ginza is a beautiful area. Definitely recommend.

Excelente hotel em Ginza. Realmente o melhor, quarto grande, banheiro gigante, super equipado com tudo que se pode querer (TV multimídia, som Yamaha, frigobar vazio), hiper bem localizado a uma quadra do metrô e duas de Ginza Six. Linha de metrô direta para os dois Aeroportos aliás.
Café da manhã primoroso, vale a pena pegar.
Hotel todo novo com staff excelente e tem uma oferta de snack e chá gelado na Recepção em alguns horários.
Voltarei com certeza, amei a estadia. Recomendo muito.

The ambiance of this older hotel includes strains of Bach in the 2nd floor lobby and excellent service in a cosmopolitan setting. We enjoyed the German restaurant on the 1st floor which offered exceptional dining.

Best location in Tokyo. Not even The Peninsula hotel is as well located as Grand Bach Ginza. Literally a block away from Ginza Six and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Also a 5 min walk to metro stations. Great beds, good AC. Awesome staff. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent, our room nicely laid out, with general standards, room is not big but it was a good size for Japanese hotels. Staff were very polite and helpful and hotel was overall very clean. The only downside was the breakfast which is served out of a small cafe on the first floor which feels cramped and options are limited.

Hotel room nice and well furnished. Unfortunately you can hear the street noise at night, it is very restless. The staff are very poor, unfriendly and not motivated at all. Such employees would also be an imposition in Europe.

Great location in Ginza. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants and the Tsukiji market. Close to Ginza metro stop. Hotel was quiet, nice clean rooms with the best Toto Japanese toilet we used during our stay in Japan. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Me and my husband stayed in corner king room and totally loved it. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, close to subway station. Only thing was that it was little noisy late at night with bike riders. I didn’t know cause I always use ear plug, but it woke my husband couple of times. Still, we will definitely come back.

My husband and I spent 3 of our 10 night vacation in Tokyo at the Grand Bach hotel. The Bach Corner Suite was large compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo and while pricey, the experience and ambiance was well worth it. It is a slightly older hotel but well maintained and quite clean. The front desk staff were helpful but not as friendly as what we had encountered at other hotels. If you are looking to take a limo bus from Ginza to Narita airport, I would highly recommend this hotel due to its close proximity to the pick up location at a neighbouring hotel (especially when you buy extra luggage to take your goodies back home).

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel ground back very much. We enjoyed the spacious room and the cleanliness. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly, but could be more forthcoming with information about the area. The restaurant downstairs could offer more options, especially at lunchtime. No coffee/tea maker in the room, which was unusual comparing to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Great hotel!

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Bach Hotel in Ginza. The hotel is located two minutes from the Higashi-Ginza subway station. The room was big enough, everything was very clean and in a good shape. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 4 days. They knew we were on honeymoon so they decorated our beds beautifully. It was so romantic and I was very grateful! 💕
They cleaned our room every day and all the staffs were very kind to us. The corner room we stayed in was very spacious and especially the view was fantastic. If I come back to Tokyo, I would stay at this hotel again! 😊

Beautiful corner room that was slightly over 400 sft. I would definitely stay here again. A few drawbacks: 1. It is across a large street to the Ginza shopping district but very walkable 2. The breakfast eggs were tepid and strange looking (choose the Japanese brekkie, if inclined) 3.the mini bar did not have soft drinks but tonic water and orange juice only.

Hotel Grand Bach- Perfect Tokyo Location!

We had a wonderful start to our family Spring Break staying at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was always so clean after our day exploring the city. We really enjoyed our PJs and breakfast was a perfect way to start our day. I highly recommend Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo. Great location, center to city and easy walk to city metro system.

The hotel needs a concierge. The staff could not recommend restaurants. Although very polite it was frustrating in getting information about the city.
The breakfast staff was not organized in terms of refilling water or coffee or clearing tables .

It was a very convenient place to stay. Close to a train station and luxury shopping and malls. The breakfast/brunch package was again convenient but nothing to write home about. The room was showing some age. It isn't the quietest place to stay. But that is to be expected, locate on a main street in a big city. The mattress was harder than i would prefer, that is a personal issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Bach. The rooms were unique, quiet, comfortable and clean, and the black out blinds were a lifesaver for helping us get over jet lag. The close walk to great shopping, bars and restaurants was another huge plus. Will be back!

The atmosphere at the Grand Bach is exquisite. One evening as we came in from dinner we were treated to a wonderful harp performance in the lobby, as the hotel was celebrating Bach’s birthday.

We especially want to draw attention to Chen at the front desk! We accidentally left passports behind earlier in the day, and they were in Osaka! Chen was so helpful with the recovery when she contacted the Starbucks in Osaka and located the passports. She was also very helpful in making the arrangements to travel back and recover them!

乾淨方便

地點非常方便，離Ginza6走路不用5分鐘，距離築地市場也不遠，旁邊就有地鐵站，走路10鐘可抵達JR線，房間大小剛剛好不會很擁擠，房內配有Type C孔，不用擔心忘了帶充電線。
大廳人員態度很好，之後去東京一定還會再次入住。
