The rooms were comfortable, but...

The rooms were very clean,organaized, quiet, so, we felt comfortable. You can choose Bach for BGM to relax.
However, the service was not organiazed. Especially, in the restaurant on the first floor. They had better decide who's in charge for every table. I couldn't feel much hospitality overall.

素晴らしかった。ただ一点気になったのはトイレの手洗い場の水圧が低さ。水量が少く手を洗えなかったので改善してほしい。

素敵なホテルだったのでまた利用したい。

バッハの曲が心地よく、広くはないけれどそれを感じさせない部屋のつくりで、使い勝手が良かった。
コンセントも各ベッドの枕元にそれぞれあって、小さな棚もあったのでスマホや飲み物なども置けてよかったです。

一階のレストランでは、栄養士が監修したメニューなどもあったり、ほろほろの牛肉の煮込みがとても美味しかったです。

受付もチェックイン前や後にも荷物を預けたりしましたが、他にもたくさん外国人のお客様の荷物も大量にある中で、雰囲気なども良く対応してくださいました。

アクセスもいいため、また泊まりたいなと思いました。

リピートしたいホテルです

立地が便利で、バス、トイレ、洗面所が別々になっているのでとても使いやすかったです。
またぜひ泊まりたいです。

Rooms are very comfortable. My group had 2 rooms (803, 809) cleaning of room 809 was not good!
Breakfast is fine.

立地も良く、部屋も綺麗で使いやすい。家族3人で泊まったが、とても楽しく滞在出来た。朝食もとてもおいしかった。

フロント、1階レストラン、スタッフの笑顔での接客が大変快く感じました。
ラウンジ使用する際、スタッフの説明不足で利用の仕方がよくわからなかった。
未使用のバスタオルに長い髪の毛が付着、少し気になりました。

We had a great experience at Hotel GB. We were lucky enough to book a corner room which felt very spacious even with all of our luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us find a late night dinner spot and forward our bags to our next destination. The location is convenient to Tokyo Station, making the entire city accessible. We would come back in a heart beat.

The location of the hotel is good as it is close by to Ginza. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room space was excellent.

The lack of breakfast options however was poor and disappointing, definitely not worth including in your stay.

A great area and hotel to base yourself in Tokyo. The rooms had everything you need, great shower & comfortable facilities despite being a little small (as per most hotels in Tokyo). The hotel has charm and the staff were excellent. We would stay again.

A/c did not work after notifying front desk. Concierge not super helpful with questions about local events/locations (could have been language barrier). Lacks amenities such as gym and spa that other area hotels offer.

Great location to walk to Tsukiji market and all the great shopping and eating areas in Ginza. Very very nice upscale hotel. My wife needed a last-minute haircut and Tanaka, the concierge, got on the phone and found the perfect place nearby. My wife was so happy. Amazing service, amazing location, amazing hotel. If you need to stay in Ginza, this is the place!

The only great thing about this hotel is that the rooms are spacious, very clean and shower is great! Location is great and walkable to a lot around Ginza. Staff is not very warm. Did not feel welcomed here. The bar is okay, food is not very good and the breakfast buffet offered is a joke. The price of the hotel does not match the amenities offered.

Central Ginza area is great for a first trip to Tokyo. Easy to get to most sites. 6 nights in this hotel. Upgraded to a corner suite. Included complimentary bar and evening drinks which was nice. We were on 5th floor which was a bit noisy with traffic. Should have asked for higher. Otherwise a great hotel.

The Hotel Grand Bach Ginza was perfect for our 5 day stay in Tokyo. The area is quiet, but still has everything you need from dinning to shopping without the crowds of Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is clean, modern and has helpful staff. We loved our stay, and would definitely go back!

Great location, great comfort

Beautiful, elegant room in a very nice hotel. Extremely clean. Nice bathroom. Great blackout shades. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free iced tea. I wish the area immediately around the hotel were more interesting, but it’s a reasonable walk to the shops of Ginza and the fish market.

The breakfast options downstairs could be improved. There weren’t many choices, and the food was cold. It would also be great to see more traditional Japanese options offered. In addition, the staff downstairs did not seem as friendly as the staff upstairs. A warmer welcome and more positive attitude would make the experience much better.

Excellent 1 night stay - we wanted to be in centre of the city for shopping and food- so location was key and hotel perfect. Lovely helpful staff, very nice family room with great facilities. We left early for a flight so didn’t have breakfast but would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in East Ginza, near the Kabukiza and Tsukiji. Lovely property. Friendly staff. Great room. The Bach music is a bit tiring but I didn’t spend too much time in the lobby.

Bed is extremely comfortable with a soft and cloud like duvet. Truly appreciate the bed linens are changed everyday without asking. One should expect the bed linens and towels to be refreshed everyday at a hotel. The go green idea shall not exist when you are staying at a hotel.
There’s a convenient store just beside the hotel 3 mins walk away. Lovely location.
