清水寺から徒歩で行けて、ホテルの駐車場は4.5台しかないそうで止められなかったですが近隣にたくさんあるので困りません。
朝食、ルーフトップバーを利用しましたが美味しかったです。

京都は日本でも1、2を争うパン消費量を誇る土地。そこにあるホテルだから、ロビーにあるベーカリーのパンも素晴らしく美味しい！
オシャレな人たちが集まってカフェを楽しむように滞在をたのしんでいる感じです。

スタッフの対応も良く、清潔でスタイリッシュで申し分なかったです。ただ、朝食のオーダーわした時に、注文が入っていなかったようで残念でした。用事があり、タクシーを予約していたので、その時間に間に合うかどうかという感じで、かなりバタついてしまったことがとても残念です。

おしゃれでしかも快適

以前から気になっていて、いつか泊まろうと思っていたホテル。生憎天気が悪かったのでルーフトップバーは閉店していたが、レストランの食事やベーカリーのパンはとても美味しかったし、お部屋も快適そのもの。ホテルのスタッフたちはとてもフレンドリーで話しやすく、楽しかった。ただ・・・駐車場がホテルから離れていた（道の反対側・・・）のが惜しいところ。

京都旅行で初めて利用させてもらいました
ホテルに入ってすぐロビーの香りが好きでした
独特なアロマの香りで気に入りました
帰りにアロマを購入しました
ちょうど音楽？イベントが開催されてて、参加はしてませんが素敵な雰囲気でした

スタッフさんも丁寧に対応して頂き助かりました
最上階のルーフトップバーも素敵な雰囲気で素敵な時間を過ごせました

予約手違いでホテルの朝食が頂けなかったのが残念でしたが、素敵な京都の朝ごはん食べれる所が歩いてすぐの所にあるので朝食がパンよりご飯が好ましい方は是非京都の朝ごはん行かれて下さい　最高の朝ごはん頂けます
次はホテルの朝食を頂きたいと思います

ホテルの不便なところはないのでお勧めです
また機会があれば利用させて頂きます

ファミリー層が多い。
よってリーズナブルな価格台のホテルでした。
残念なのは　隣の土地でしたが　古びた　朽ちた建物が　部屋から見え　京都散策を現実の世界に引き戻されました。

バスタブがない、髭剃りもない、自動チェックイン機で施設の案内もない
ホテル入ったら、クラブのような爆音で音楽がかかってる
スタンダードルーム 割引になって¥25,000
また泊まらないです

素敵なデザインホテル

朝食付きのプランで宿泊しました。
細部まで拘りが見られて、素敵なホテルです。
朝食のパンもメインの卵料理も、朝から豪華でした。
また夜のルーフトップで炎を観ながらのモヒートもリラックス出来ました。
立地的には清水寺エリアの観光向きです。

とてもよいホテルでした。
一つ難点を挙げるとしたら、駐車場。
予め提携コインパーキングは調べており、16:15頃に到着しましたが、満車で利用できませんでした。ホテルに問い合わせたけれど近隣のパーキングを利用するしかないとのことで補助もありませんでした。
提携パーキングをもう少し増やしていただければと思いました。

新しいコンセプトホテル但し電車移動の旅行者専用

全体的に客層は若く、当日はラウンジミュージックの日であったがロビー中に響く大音量には驚いた。屋上のルーフトップバーは夜間大盛況の様子で宿泊者以外も絶えずエレベータに乗り込んで来る。朝食はメニューが変更されていた。コストを意識しての選択か？ビジュアル的には食器共にグッド。味は・・・・普通。隣接の駐車場価格は高すぎる。¥4600程支払う。

Beautiful property and great location! Onsite bakery was amazing for breakfast too! I also can’t even begin to tell you how amazing all the staff was during our stay. Being my first time visiting Kyoto, they made us feel so welcome!! Will definitely come back and stay again here :)

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Very good buffet options and delicious. Room did not have any closet space or drawers. It was 3 of us in the room and we had to live “ out of the luggage. Made it uncomfortable.

Friendly, relaxed, upscale, and world class bakery

The bakery and restaurant was one of the highlights of the hotel. Literally the best sourdough I've ever had at this hotel. The bathroom was also one of the nicest bathrooms I've ever had in a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel's location was only 0.25 miles from the nearest transit station.

The staff here were unbelievably helpful, kind, and attentive. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and we found it quite easy to use public transit to get to everywhere we wanted to go.

Amazing hotel with a vibrant young staff. The rooftop bar serves excellent cocktails, and the restaurant is also top-notch – definitely a highlight of the stay.
However the atmosphere created by American tourists were noticeable. A certain amount were very loud and lacked consideration for others, which affected the overall very elegant ambiance. As an European traveler seeking a quieter or more cultured environment this might be a downside.

Great location, quality of service and amenities, and overall experience. The bakery in the lobby for breakfast sandwiches and other quick bites is a plus.

Rooftop for happy hour / sunset drinks then to the first floor restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. A 10 minute drive from the Kyoto Station and walkable to many tourist attractions.

This hotel was me and my wife’s favorite during our most recent Japan trip. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We took Ada rage if their free bus service to Kyoto station after we checked out. The closest train station was a bit of a walk but not too bad. About 7 mins. Loved the big tv that was compatible with our Netflix and YouTube. Also, the bakery was amazing as well as the rooftop bar. The gym was small but nice and clean. Was still able to get a good workout in. Shower was great. Room was great and big for a Japan hotel. Nice and quiet area that is still close to the konbinis. When we go back to Kyoto we will definitely be staying here again.

Best views, perfect location, INCREDIBLE shower, and the breakfast buffet it absolutely worth doing at least one day - even if you want to eat breakfast elsewhere - their pastries are best in class and some of the best we’ve tried anywhere in Japan. Try the coconut mochi or creme brulee donut. Do NOT miss the bakery seaweed bread - that also it blew me away. Really thoughtful, tasteful curation of music, entertainment, and vibes. Trendy & cool locals stay here so you know it’s the real deal. Rooftop is very LA but if you’re into that it’s also a great treat for sunset!

The location of the hotel was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. But they agreed they have in the lobby. The food taste amazing as well as the restaurant. Food was amazing. The rooms are very clean and modern. The shower was amazing. Have a rain, shower and a shower.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Great hygge vibe. Calm, clean, trendy place. Great location. Highly recommend. Awesome bakery for breakfast, nice lounge in the lobby and an amazing rooftop terrace if you want to relax at the end of the day. Excellent value! I only have amazing things to say about this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
From the outside, it has a traditional vibe, but inside, everything is clean, modern, and well taken care of.

The room was spotless, and the staff were super kind and helpful the whole time.

The location was great too — really close to Kiyomizu-dera and the Kamo River, which made sightseeing very convenient.

There wasn’t anything I’d complain about, but if I had to pick one thing, I think a Japanese-style breakfast option would’ve been nice.

Still, overall it was such a lovely experience. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect quiet and relaxing place to come back to.

Also, the coffee and bread from the café on the first floor were surprisingly good!

I’d definitely recommend this place to friends. It’s a great hotel for the price.

We stayed at various hotels during our trip to Japan but Nohga Hotel Kyoto was definitely the stand out! Everything about this hotel was of an exceptional standard but what impressed us most was their attention to detail and the inclusion of unique facilities such as the meditation room and the onsite bakery that prepared delicious baked goods daily, catering to all dietary requirements.
The hotel itself is pure luxury at a reasonable cost.
We would highly recommend a stay at Nohga Hotel Kyoto, l know that we’ll be back!

Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto is an excellent option for staying in Kyoto. Room was very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Only inexplicable thing is the lack of a desk in our room. There was tons of room for it and it really is needed. Location is south of Gion but easily within walking distance, close to temples and food options everywhere. Cafe and Bakery on the ground floor are excellent, as is the rooftop bar. For great coffee, head down a few shops to Gojo Cafe, okonomyaki at Kiraku Kiyomizu Gojozaka.

Loved this boutique hotel in Kyoto! The three of us (husband, adult daughter and I) were comfortable in our triple room. The hotel was clean and service top notch. ALL staff greeted us with a friendly smile and thanked us as we walked by each day.

The rooftop bar was a welcome retreat after a long day of walking around downtown. The cocktails were delicious and we got a couple of tapas before dinner. One night it was chilly and they gave us blankets to sit by the fire pit and it was very cozy.

The breakfast each day was outstanding and we enjoyed the wonderful pastries baked fresh daily by the CICON bakery located inside the hotel. I’m still dreaming of the bread! Definitely do not hesitate to book this hotel while in Kyoto!!!!

This hotel is beautifully designed, with attention to detail. The rooms were very comfortable, and quiet and dark at night (which was great for light sleepers). Great location from which to walk or get around Kyoto.

We loved the help we received from the concierges at the front desk,they were amazing and so helpful wth restaurants, so attentive to some complicated travel arrangements we needed to make.

We did not like the room we booked on the second floor (not much light and no view) and they found a solution for us to move to another floor on our second day of four, for just a reasonable additional cost. Very appreciative of their problem solving
