部屋の構造が良くないと感じた。テレビの横に洗面台があり、トイレから洗面台が遠いのは理に適っていない。部屋に内線がないのも不親切。清潔だが日本のホテルとしてはいたって標準的、値段に対してサービスが薄い。

先日はありがとうございました。
立地条件は最高に良く、とても移動しやすかったです。
部屋の面では洗面所がないのが、生活しにくかったです。あと、トイレ座って向かいの壁が近くて動きにくかった。足を怪我していたので、余計にそう感じました。
あとアメニティの説明がなく、電話もないので、入室後再度フロントまで降りて聞きにいきました。
その他は快適に過ごせました。また利用したいです。

風呂についてはバスタブがありトイレと別になっているところは良かったのですが、バスタブの詮を抜くと排水が逆流して、バスルームの床に汚物が広がりました。

とにかく交通が便利。

まあまあでした

部屋に電話がなくフロントにどう連絡したら良いかがわからなくて困った。結局最初にもらう冊子に小さく書いてあり、エレベーターホールに連絡用の電話があった。
もう少しわかりやすくしてほしかった。
お風呂は広く、洗い場と湯船の両方がありゆったりできた。
全般的に綺麗でした。

On the positive side, the location in Akasaka is relatively convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby dining options. It is fairly central, making it practical for sightseeing around Tokyo.

However, the room did not fully meet expectations. I noticed some dust in certain areas, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. For a hotel under the Hoshino brand, I had anticipated a higher standard of housekeeping.

While the location is convenient during the day, the surrounding area felt slightly uncomfortable at night compared to other parts of Tokyo, which may be something to consider for travelers who value a greater sense of security after dark.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in service and housekeeping standards.

El desayuno que ofrecen en la cafetería de a lado es muy rico y suficiente para empezar el día con la mejor actitud. El personal del hotel muy amable y las instalaciones fueron buenas. Gran ubicación, con 2 estaciones del metro cercanas y muchas tiendas, restaurantes cercanas.

The location was fantastic, rooms were very clean and modern, and the front desk service was great and attentive. The only drawbacks were the price (high for the area and the room was still very small) and cleaning only every 3rd day. They did change towels and make the beds every day though so that helped. Additionally, the AC in the room would only go down to 20C which is too warm to sleep for me (Canadian lol). Overall the hotel was great and I'd stay again but I think there is better value available in Tokyo and Akasaka.

Modern and cozy hotel. Very courteous staff. Stayed here for business and it was perfect. Had the breakfast package, which was with the cute coffee shop downstairs. Great location in Akasaka, everything within walking distance including a convenience store across the street.

Many issues with my stay despite the wonderful location.
1. Booked 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 kids and they put us on different floors. Night manager was not apologetic at all and stated that they cannot guarantee rooms on the same floor. Only 2 rooms and you do not have the ability to arrange them on the same floor? If you can't, perhaps u need to upgrade your room management system.
2. I asked if they have a map showing the various parking around the hotel as hotel don't provide parking and they came out with a map that does not show the streets but only the various attraction. Quite unthinkable that i am the first guest asking about parking around the hotel.
3. The water in the room take around 10-15s before it becomes warm. As this day and age and in Japan where everyone is concerned about conservation of resources, this is quite unacceptable.
4. No coffee provided in the room, and the amenities desk on the ground floor also not available until the last of my 3 days stay.
5. Asked if i could get a late checkout despite all the inconvenience and they were not interested. Maybe getting a robot to run the hotel based on simple rules and algorithm will be more efficient. I suppose the hotel is not interested in providing services so that their guests are satisfied.
Anyway, will not rebook at this chain again, bad experience.

Akasaka turned out to be the perfect sweetspot to stay for best access to the 'busy' (and more expensive) parts of Tokyo.

OMO3 is just minutes walk to the subway but in a quiet more residential area. Dining options still abundant as its near a metro station and a 7/11 is right across the street.

We were 100% satisfied with this wonderful hotel with a decently-sized room, wonderful cafe for a simple yet delicious breakfast, and friendly, attentive staff.

房間比一般的東京酒店房大，還有小梳化，房間提出的用具很簡約但實用，很喜歡熱水煲，沖涼有分浸浴缸有企的位置
還有手沖咖啡送，包裝很別致
近便利店，附近都有很多食肆及藥妝店
不是十分近地鐵站，但酒店位置在2個方便地鐵站中間

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in a central part of Tokyo with access to everything. The staff was very helpful, rooms are smaller but with beautiful comfortable beds. There are two subway stations short walk from the hotel and the area is full of restaurants and shops.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmer waren extrem klein, die Einrichtung wirkte alt und stark abgenutzt. Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gab es deutliche Mängel – hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Insgesamt keine angenehme Erfahrung, wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

We had a very good stay at OMO3. It’s a great location, as it is a quieter area of the city with good dining options all around and a station close to the hotel. The twin room was comfortable and clean, and more spacious compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing time once there… it was unsettling when I booked the incorrect OMO 3 and could not change but it worked well. It would have been good if the hotel were more understanding as I wanted to cancel only to go to the Asakusa OMO 3

酒店位於赤坂與赤坂見附兩個站之間，交通都非常方便，工作人員和藹可親，房間算擁擠，大行李箱無法攤開，房間隔音尚可、衛浴盥洗乾濕分離、洗手台分離的與床鋪區很近，地點個人覺得不錯，附近也有很多美食、超市、藥妝、Big C。

喜歡的飯店～

這次是時隔多年的全家全員到齊的國外旅遊，令人期待已久，飯店篩選一換再換，最後選擇了此間，飯店機能非常棒，不管是交通還是外出覓食、還是臨時採購，甚至於美食餐廳也多，下次會再次入住。

唯一美中不足，床真的小了點，感覺像標準雙人床，而不是雙人加大。

Want to start off by saying that I really disliked the layout of the rooms (we had the one with 2 beds). It felt very cramped mainly because it's so narrow and the separation of toilet and bath seemed like a total waste of space. Having the sink outside near the beds is so odd because you can't wash your hands right after using the toilet.

That being said, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind - especially the tour guide who led the free walking tour on the morning on Nov 29, 2024 (sorry didn't catch her name). Having the option of free and paid tours and activities is a huge plus and fosters interactions between tourists. The location of this hotel is amazing because it is sandwiched between two subway stations with mainly lines available. Food in the nearby area is amazing. Our favourite was Kurji for Tonkatsu.

Overall would recommend if you don't mind the strange and inconvenient layout of the rooms.
