フロントに人がいないので、チェックインは少し戸惑ってしまいました。駐車場がないので、近くのパーキングに停めなくてはいけません。

家族5人で宿泊しました。
ホテル自体は、綺麗で設備も整っていて大変満足です。洗濯機がついているし、トイレと風呂は別だしIHもついているので、調理も出来て最高です。
立地もよく駅近だし、近くに買い物ができる場所が多くてよかったです。

大人2人小学生2人で泊まりました。
万博やＵＳＪに行ったので、帰ってきてほぼ寝るだけでしたが、荷物を整理する時などは、せまいなと思いました。
それと、ちょっとした物を置く場所が小さいテーブルしかないので、テーブルとして使うことはなかったです。
5泊したので、洗濯機は大活躍でした。お風呂で乾燥すれば、帰って来たら乾いていました。
高所恐怖症が1名いて、13階がとてもツラかった様子。子供達は、夜景など見晴らしが良く喜んでいました。
ホテルを出ると、お家がなさそうな方があちこちにいて、夜ちょっとコンビニへ行くということは出来ませんでした。治安が悪そうな場所です。
ちょっとした不満はあるけれど、価格を考えたら満足です。
お世話になりました。

治安の面で、不安な場所ではあった。何かあったわけではないのですが、駅の反対側は大阪の現実を見る事になります。私も何も知らずに選びましたが、安いからと言って、治安の良くない場所が嫌だという人は選ばない方がいいと思います。
私は逆に現実を見ることは大切なので、良い経験になりました。知らない事は罪なので。

房間所有設備都清潔，空間更是加分，距離個車站都大概5-7分鐘，最扣分是有火車聲，只有AM5:00~AM01:00是沒聲音，但我們一家是真的累10點睡到天亮沒問題!!

Checking in/out was smooth, I haven’t tried a self service option before and it was great. The room was clean and spacious - what the photos showed us. I love the take as you need for toiletries, and the umbrella stand use.

We also love how there was many train stations near by.

I would recommend this to my family, and friends. It was a fantastic stay!

At first impression was not good that we arrived in the dark and the neighborhood looked really sketchy. We also couldn’t check in due to my email wouldn’t open to see the passcodes.
If the employee didn’t show up that specific time, we would never had got into the room due to my email could not open.
After very stressful beginning, everything went well and the area was convenient due to closeness to the train station and many attractions near by.
We stayed for 6 nights and washing machine was excellent accommodation since the weather was hot and humid, we had to laundered everyday.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back if I ever return to Osaka.

This property served our family well for a 5 day stay in Osaka. The neighbourhood is slightly sketchy by Japanese standards but safe by any other country's. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, particularly Hana Izakaya and Shinsekai is just a 10 minute walk for excellent kushikatsu, ramen and takoyaki. Tamade Supermarket was very handy. The room was clean and spacious enough for 5 of us to move around comfortably. Plenty of transport options nearby to get to Dotonburi and Universal easily.

The washer’s filter was dirty. Our clothes came out dirty with lint. Overall , the location was good, walkable to the station and convenience stores. Great view of the skytower. The response was quick from the owner. They let me borrow ironing supplies. They let us store our luggage for free. The place was safe and secured. Check in and check out process was easy and convenient. The room was spacious. They provided us with earnplugs if bothered from the sound of trains but we were able to sleep well. The pillows and bed were nice and soft. There was a generous supply of toiletries. We will definitely stay again.

房間整體來說乾淨整潔的，只在床上發現不是我倆的毛髮，用具齊全，浴室的乾燥功能十分滿意，房間隔音好好，只在早上繁忙時段多火車經過及校園的鈴聲比較隔不了
周邊沒有便利店，超市及食肆比較不方便，可能就是這樣環境比較清靜及沒太多閑雜人出現在附近

Review of Eslead Hotel Namba Ebisu West

My stay at Eslead Hotel Namba Ebisu West was truly exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-designed, and comfortably spacious for Osaka standards. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities — everything from the in-room washer/dryer to the extra towels and toiletries was just right. The self check-in/out process was seamless and hassle-free, which made arriving late much less stressful.

The location was very convenient: a short walk to train/subway stations so getting around the city was easy, yet the area remained peaceful and safe. It’s also great value — the price felt fair for what was offered, especially considering the comfort, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere. If I return to Osaka, I’ll definitely stay here again.

A great option for air travellers

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was in close proximity to the terminals. A free shuttle bus can be found at terminal 3 to move you to terminals 1 and 2 if required. The hotel is also close to a convenience store, shopping centre and restaurants. The spa also looks good. Would stay again!

It was comfortable to stay, little further walking distance from train station but still good access. Older appearing neighborhood but still felt safe and quiet area. Rooms are more simple and basic. The hotel staff was nice to accept our luggage delivery service and take our luggage to our room even though they don't have a front desk. Good stay for families

We stayed for 4 nights. This place was very clean , very comfortable beds , nice views of the city from the balcony. We stayed in the 14th floor family of 5. Close to the station. The only thing no restaurants or stores around it. You can still hear the trains at night. And we saw a lot of garbage on the streets close to the building.

We enjoyed this creative, innovative, non-tourist spot in Osaka! The creative and innovative part refers to the washer and dryer in the room. The dryer isnt as strong nor does it work sometimes so the hotel provided hangers, extra shower rod and clips to air dry inside the bath/shower room. Very helpful to dry while you are out exploring for an 8hr day. The check in/out process was also smooth with no issues. Extra towels and amenities were provided from the start of our 3day stay. Thank you Eslead!

This hotel has superb cleanliness. The room is amazingly clean, smells so good and very comfortable mattresses, and pillows. Towels so clean, all clean actually..👌
Few minutes walk to train station. Very peaceful and safe. It was a 8th day amazing staycation in Eslead Hotel.. Arigato gozaimuso!!

Love this hotel for our stay in Osaka. Quiet zone, close to Osaka metro and trains, in a few minutes also you can walk to Tsutenkaku Tower. Rooms are spacious, cleans and bathroom have a great size. Highly recommended

만족한 가족여행

모든 직원이 친절 , 한국어 하는 분도 있음 , 특히 3층 목욕하고 테라스에서 맥주한잔 하면 천상임, 야경도 미침
Usi에서 도보로 다녀옴 ,20분 정도 거리라 아이들은 힘들수 있지만
어른은 괞찬을듯, 중학교정도는 괞찬을듯
