車で行きましたが近くに安い駐車場もあり、交通の便も良く、部屋の広さや備え付けの設備も充実していてとても良かったです。
ただし、備え付け設備にいくつか不具合があり、宿泊中に連絡を入れましたが、その後何の連絡も無くちょっと残念でした。

全体的に良かったです。
か、９日間宿泊して替えのシーツが無かったのが衛生的に★マイナス１つです。
あとテレビがプロジェクターに変わっていて観づらかった事です。特にスクリーンが部屋の入り口に設置していたので避けながらの出入りになりました、少しストレスかな。(でも人によってはプロジェクターの方が良いと思うかもしれません)

替えのシーツさえ置いていてくれれば長期滞在にお勧めだと思います。

ホテルというよりワンルームマンションに住むかんじ。

6泊しました。ホテル、というよりワンルームマンションに住むような感じです。洗濯機もあり、普通の生活ができます。
タオルやシーツの交換、掃除など一般的なホテルのサービスはありません。が、割安に滞在するにはおすすめです。近くにコンビニもスーパーもあり、レストランもありました。

家族四人で宿泊しました。部屋に洗濯機があったのは、非常に助かりました。旅行用の洋服を少なめにしていたので、毎日回してました。また、掃除機が常備されているおかげで、部屋の中を常に綺麗に保つことができました。

入住前2天房東會傳email 告知大廳密碼和check in 編碼，雖然是自助辦理入住，但輸入個人資料後會有人員視訊告知房間密碼以及入住須知，整個過程不超過15分鐘非常方便快速。
公寓試飯店房內設有洗衣機和廚房、小冰箱，格局不錯，廁所和淋浴間是分開的，房間有2張雙人床，一個小矮桌和一個餐桌。但是床單、枕頭、棉被、咖啡色靠枕都有一股臭味，枕頭芯也是泛黃的，所以3個晚上我們都不敢使用枕頭

There was a fridge/freezer which was very convenient. There's 2 hob with pans available. There's mugs, chopsticks, knife, fork and spoon (we didn't use them because there's so much food option available in Osaka. There's a washing machine in the room. There's no tumble dryer but there's a drying function in the shower that dried our clothes such as t shirt in 8 hours. Thicker items and jeans may take longer. There's no washing line so just used the hangers and hung them in the shower area.

It's a 17 min walk Dotonbori area, less than 5 min walk for the subway (with a lift - handy for suitcase).

3 min walk to a big 7/11

Room was clean enought. Good air con. Enough space for the a family of 2. Bed was comfy

Slippers provided, toothbrush provided.

A large self service storage area with locks provided.

Can do your washing but this is a limited benefit.
Reasonable location if you like walking. Communication terrible and forms to fill out online just to change towels. Room clean but no instructions except in Japanese. Not large enough for families.

This hotel is in a great location for metro system. It has many rooms, which should probably warrant a desk staff. It does have a luggage storage area for guests on the first floor. Early check in not an option. All communication is remote with hotel. This is not a zen, peaceful retreat, but very utilitarian and mission objective.

Room was very clean and spacious. There was issues with the computer screen during check in. As it is done remotely it took approx 20 to 30mins before we were able to check in. Once it was fixed it went smoothly. The room was nice. Having the washer and kitchen was great. A downside was the toilet made an outrageously loud noise after each use. I didnt complain to anyone. Qe just suffered through it. It could be an issue if youre a light sleeper with others staying with you. My husband and I didnt find the beds comfortable but my son didnt mind his. Otherwise it was close to lots of things, the train and konbini. Would consider staying here again if was in the area.

Good laundry and drying facilities in the room if you need to wash a lot of clothes. However, very clunky check in process, no staff to make up the room and very poor insulation. Stayed here in winter and it was very cold near the window even with the heater on which significantly impacted sleep quality. Overall it was okay, but if you’re staying for a long period, would not recommend especially in winter.

The only downside was there were no clothes dryers in the building, but you could wash your close in the unit and take them to a laundry place a block away. The room was spacious, it was nice having a balcony, a full kitchen and a separate room for washing and using the toilet. Also a great location, a 1min walk to Sakuragawa station, a lawsons right next to the building.

Our stay was nice! The Hotel Abitare Namba West is a contactless hotel with no front desk staff. Therefore, amenities are very barebones, but we were okay with that! The location is so nice. You are very close to the S line and just a walk away from awesome stores. There’s a lot to explore near the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient!

The hotel is an aparthotel. Therefore no daily housekeeping and no front desk and no staff on site.
we stayed in the comfort twin room. Size is good for 2 adults and 2 children. Room was clean and have all the basic necessity needs such as towels, toiletries, slippers, kitchenette (pot, pan, cup, dishes, bowls, and utensils). There is a self-service storage room to lock baggage on main floor. The bonus is having your own washer in the unit, (with air dry function), helps with travelling light.
The down side is no staff on site, no phone contact and communication on email only. It can be stressful and scary when room lock code don't work. Would have to stand outside room to wait and pray someone will see the email to get a response. Tip: always email and confirm directly with office for any extended stays.

Room was clean and decent size. The washing machine in the room was great and the indoor dryer in the bathroom help to dry our clothes. Walk to Dotonburi from the hotel is slightly below 15min. There are paid public parking lots just outside the hotel, which was super convenient.

The location was great, but the room could have been better maintained, as we noticed stains on the wallpaper. The washer/dryer setup was misleading—it is not a true 2-in-1 machine, and drying clothes by hanging them in the shower took about six hours, which is inconvenient if you need clothes the same day.

There were not enough towel racks for a family of four, and the checkout process was unclear aside from a sign to place a magnet on the door. We also had an issue with locker storage due to unavailable locks. Calling the concierge did not work via the English phone routing, but the issue was resolved within 25 minutes after emailing.
