車で行きましたが近くに安い駐車場もあり、交通の便も良く、部屋の広さや備え付けの設備も充実していてとても良かったです。
ただし、備え付け設備にいくつか不具合があり、宿泊中に連絡を入れましたが、その後何の連絡も無くちょっと残念でした。

全体的に良かったです。
か、９日間宿泊して替えのシーツが無かったのが衛生的に★マイナス１つです。
あとテレビがプロジェクターに変わっていて観づらかった事です。特にスクリーンが部屋の入り口に設置していたので避けながらの出入りになりました、少しストレスかな。(でも人によってはプロジェクターの方が良いと思うかもしれません)

替えのシーツさえ置いていてくれれば長期滞在にお勧めだと思います。

桜川駅やコンビニから近く便利でした。
部屋も綺麗に整えられており、生活に役立つものが用意されているなど、細かいところに配慮がされていて便利でした。

ホテルというよりワンルームマンションに住むかんじ。

6泊しました。ホテル、というよりワンルームマンションに住むような感じです。洗濯機もあり、普通の生活ができます。
タオルやシーツの交換、掃除など一般的なホテルのサービスはありません。が、割安に滞在するにはおすすめです。近くにコンビニもスーパーもあり、レストランもありました。

家族四人で宿泊しました。部屋に洗濯機があったのは、非常に助かりました。旅行用の洋服を少なめにしていたので、毎日回してました。また、掃除機が常備されているおかげで、部屋の中を常に綺麗に保つことができました。

Lovely hotel with a spacious clean room for a family of four. It was well equipped and centrally located with a metro station that was a five minutes walk away. Helpful staff too - would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a good location, close to so much. The building is new and nice, and even though there wasn’t a front desk access was quick and easy. It was nice having a kitchen, but it was very sparsely equipped, and the plates were tiny. We did find the floors quite slippery and they weren’t super clean. Additionally, the lack of bedside tables and lamps (only ceiling lights) made the stay a little less comfortable. Otherwise, we enjoyed a great time here.

Room was clean, and the kitchen was handy.
Only downside was no towels cleaned or new ones given and we were there for several days. Laundry was easy and the bathroom was heated to help drying, as there was only a washer. Good location, great food nearby and super walkable to everywhere!

Fairly spacious room. Good bed configuration for a little privacy. Had a table and chairs you could eat at. Minimal kitchen supplies. Check-in worked better than expected. I prefer front desk staff but I can see how this would be cost effective for the hotel.

Great area with just a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. 5 minute walk to the nearest station. Room was clean and spacious. The hotel seems to be an apartment building turned hotel. The only downside was no daily room cleaning or towel changes.

They did not send entrance door code and check in code two days before our arrival. I had to email them to get it but response was swift within 10 minutes. Property is really near Sakuragawa station exit 5. 7-11 and lawson available within 5 mins walk. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is firm with springs. Two pillows provided. Shower pressure is good and warms up fast. Not many restaurants nearby but you can walk further to Namba area.

Special situation: On check out date, we accidentally left a backpack in hotel but was on our way to airport. I don't have a japan mobile number so I can only email them. Fast response but not much help/solution was offered. We can only return to hotel. After my email feedback to staff, they explained why they couldn't send our belongings overseas but they are able to deliver domestically in Japan (additional fee) and that this is not an obligation but a goodwill gesture. I agree. Certainly, it is our fault for forgetting our belongings but in such urgent cases, I wish hotel abitare namba west would be more empathetic and helpful.

While I think this hotel is really great for value, this incident makes me worry about help being unavailable if there's any accident during our stay.

Had to check in via a person online on an iPad, very bizarre and complicated after a tiring journey. Door codes shown on screen for anyone in the reception to see, not very safe. Apartment was fine, basic, good to have a washing machine in the middle of our trip. Staff seen milling around didn’t say hello. Close to metro. Can store luggage before check in which is necessary as can’t check in until 4pm. Fine for the money, wouldn’t stay there again.

It's a bit small for 4 people but all the necessities are provided. The front desk is operated by an individual over a screen, so there is no human operating the front desk. The room is clean and can fit 4 carry ons, and 3 larger luggages. It is a bit cramped but that is expected in Japan. Kitchen and laundry machine is included but you have to do multiple small loads and we air dried them.

Check-in was easy and the room was clean. Everything was good for the price you are paying. Convenient stores are just right at the corner and metro is also within walikung distance. The nearest metro, Sakuragawa, is just right behind the hotel.

Good, close to transport & external amenities

Quite. Has all the required amenities inside, though dryer facility is not efficient for clothes to dry. An English instruction booklet for aircon, washing machine, etc….. would be good if you didn’t have your mobile or you ran out of charge on your mobile (plus it’s quicker anyway). Bed mattress is way too soft & pillows were not supportive. Check-in is interesting, even though all for technology, prefer to speak with a person face to face. Close to 7/11’s & other shops & JR West train station entry/exit point. Cost per night is reasonable.

Affordably basic but clean and comfy

Was expecting a bit more in terms of secor and creature comforts but looked back at the low price and realized what a good deal this is. Don’t expect any frills - the property is super basic and foes not even have a human concierge - but has all of the necessities plus is in a convenient location that is walkable to Dotonbori (about a 10 min walk).

附近有便利店、超市，近櫻川站，
往J R難波站10分鐘路程，步行往心齋橋約15分鐘，唯夜晚較僻靜。

Great no frills property . clean building and rooms . We didn’t know it was a cloud hotel but checkin / checkout was easy. very safe neighborhood and plenty of dining options within 10-15 mins waking distance. Washing machine was super useful. I wish they had a drying rack as well.

We received check in instructions 48 hrs before our check in date and the instructions were concise and clear. Note that there is no one physically to check you in but a person via on the kiosk. After this you are on your own most of the time. There is no regular staff to help you although we did see a male with long braids who was going in and out throughout our stay on the property grounds who is the only staff to drop off towels or help with maintenance. He was nice to hold the entrance doors before closing to help us check in and showed us where to store our liggage

Located near the train station in a quiet area by the river. Entrance is secured using access code to get in. Check in/out process was easy and convenient using the kiosk in the lobby. The unit was clean and met our needs for a comfortable stay. We stayed on the 13th floor with a very nice view of the river from the balcony.

This is the 1st time we been to this hotel and the experience is amazing.
The convenience and cleanliness is big plus and 5 mins away from the subway station.

However, this hotel is e-check, it was took me a while to used to it.

Good location

It is a 15-minute walk to the famous shopping district, Dotonburi Street, where you can shop and dine until you drop. A 15-minute walk in the cooler season is good, but not for warmer days, for me and my family.
The cons—the bedsheet had a noticeable blood stain. I'm unsure if the bedsheets were changed after the previous guest. Also, for two nights, we had no warm water. The water was icy cold. We didn't have a proper shower for two nights.
The communication with the owner was responsive, but didn't solve the problems.

The communication was inconsistent. Unclear of their service proposition as “Hotel” advertised or “ rental vacation apartment as one of the consultant referred to. Service provided was very basic and limited . I wouldn’t personally recommend the accomodation if you have kids and stay longer than a few days.

This apartment-style hotel was great. Check-in was virtual, and needed every party member present, but was fast and easy. The area around the hotel was quiet but was a short walk from nearby shopping and tourist areas. The room was clean, had a balcony, and all the appliances worked.

A hotel that’s really an apartment

Abitare was a clean and conveniently located apartment converted to hotel. Great for long stays. It had a kitchen area with a fridge, in-suite laundry machine with a heated bathroom to hang and dry clothes. A walkway right next to the building leads to Sakuragawa metro station, a 7eleven and Lawson convenience stores just a 1 min walk away. Dotonbori is only one train station away. There is a suitcase storage room to lock up your suitcase if you arrive before check in time. They provided a lock. There is no room service or house keeping or amenities except a library of Japanese comics available at the front lobby.
