部屋はインディゴらしく可愛らしくおしゃれで、渋谷であることを忘れさせてくれた。

大きな窓から眼下に広がる渋谷は昼も夜も美しく、このホテルの大きな魅力と感じた。

水回りは広くはないが、コンパクトで使いやすい配置、アメニティは最低限で、最近の環境配慮型を全面に押し出したラインナップだった。

ベッド、枕はいたって普通。

朝食は見た目は非常によく、メニューも面白かったが、味が少しついてきていない印象を受けた。

全体としては価格に対しての品質は多少劣る気もするが、全体としては満足のいくホテルであった。

インディゴ軽井沢によい思い出があり、同じブランドということで期待をして訪問をした。

部屋はインディゴらしく可愛らしくおしゃれで、渋谷であることを忘れさせてくれた。

大きな窓から眼下に広がる渋谷は昼も夜も美しく、このホテルの大きな魅力と感じた。

水回りは広くはないが、コンパクトで使いやすい配置、アメニティは最低限で、最近の環境配慮型を全面に押し出したラインナップだった。
個人的には環境配慮よりも利便性と使用感を求めてしまうが致し方ない。

ベッド、枕はいたって普通。
テレビ周り含め、インターコンチネンタルホテルと同様であった。

朝食は見た目は非常によく、メニューも面白かったが、味が少しついてきていない印象を受けた。

全体としては価格に対しての品質は多少劣る気もするが、全体としては満足のいくホテルであった。

クリスマスの繁忙期に関わらず、親身に対応してくれました。予約日程を間違えてチェックイン出来ないかと思ってましたが、エージェントの方やホテルの方々の手助けにより、なんとかチェックインできました。本当に助かりました。肝心の設備ですが、部屋の中はとても綺麗で、アメニティ、アルコールなども豊富で満足でした。レセプション階にはジムもあったので、今度また利用するさせていただく際に使おうと思います。笑
今回の宿泊は素泊まりだったので、ディナーや朝食付きのプランも利用させていただきたいです。とにかく本当に助かりました。

My plane was rescheduled to two days later due to weather. Expedia helped me work with the hotel to rearrange my stay and even helped me get a refund for the two days I didn’t stay. I was very grateful. I came for my daughter’s 15th birthday and on our way out they gave her a small gift with a handwritten note from several of the staff. Such a wonderful and kind gesture that left me impressed.

Smack in the middle of all the action in Shibuya. In spite of being in a very noisy street I could hear nothing it was very quiet in my room..
Rooms were clean and everything felt quite new.
Staff was helpful, especially the Filipino staff working at the front desk.

This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so polite, and the room was spacious (King Premium High Floor) by Japanese standards. Two people and 4 roller bags fit comfortably. My only complaint would be that the bed was very firm, but that’s just a personal preference.
This hotel is very close to the Shibuya subway station, and we were able to get around the city very easily using this station as a base.
10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re looking for nice, clean, convenient accommodations in Tokyo.

The room is spacious & clean. The employees are friendly and very polite. Shoutout to Mai at the breakfast area. Her customer service is excellent! The hotel is in the heart of Shibuya. Restaurants, cafes, shopping area, tourist attractions & the mega Don Quijote is within walking distance. Great place to stay! I would love to come back here someday ❤️

Perfect location to be in the scene but not overwhelmed by the scene. We had 2 kids (7,11) and felt safe and comfortable. Great location, we will return!

The service was amazing and seamless! The staff were extremely friendly and put in a lot of effort to make my stay special. I was traveling alone for my birthday and the staff went the extra mile to decorate my room :)

The breakfast is a must, they have amazing dishes and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The hotel is beautiful, the views from the room breathtaking, and the room itself was fantastic. Very clean and designed well.

The location is a plus! You are walking distance from Shibuya train station, amazing restaurants in the immediate area, there is a a shopping center on the ground floor with fantastic coffee shops, and if you don't mind walking you can get to Harajuku in less than 20 minutes!

Thank you to the Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya staff for making my first visit to Japan a truly memorable one! The hospitality was unmatched and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved my stay here for a week in January. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, did everything to ensure we had a great experience. Room was small but clean, functional and loved the toilet. It's also in the perfect area for tourists visiting, maybe 3 min walk from the subway and right next to the called Shibuya Crossing.

The hotel is gorgeous. Had top floor corner room with incredible view of The Scramble and Shibuya
All staff are polite to a fault, totally fluent in English, happy to assist in every way, including suggestions and reservations at hard to find speakeasy Izikayas or more well known places. Breakfast can’t be beat and ditto for the bar. Altogether an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Can’t wait to come back,

Staff are great. Rooms are well decorated and quirky, but on the small side. Internal soundproofing is good, but even though we were on 26th floor, it's noisy from outside.

A group of 6 of us stayed for about a week. Half the group was their first time in Japan, and they felt like it was an absolute perfect location! The hotel itself felt very clean, safe, and a nice place to retreat to outside busy Shibuya area. Highlights: beautiful views, proper bathroom, blackout shades, and cozy bed.

Everything at this Hotel is amazing. So close to everything such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable and easy access to Uber and Taxi. Even though the Hotel is situated in a busy area, it was not noisy at all. We were still able to get undisturbed sleep. The place is very clean and breakfast buffet is amazing. We had dinner at our last night stay and food was excellent too. We definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and again.

Hotel was good and location fantastic. I did not like having to use two elevators to get to my room, concierge was on 12th floor so likely would not return because of this Restaurant and bar on 11th floor was amazing, great views of city. Staff very helpful.

Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was a great size, it was clean and had all the essentials plus more. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet and a la carte items were delicious. We will be staying here again next time in Tokyo. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. 6 stars

It will be difficult to find something wrong with this property. Perfectly located. I am really particular on cleanliness with hotels. This hotel was super clean and the staff there so friendly. It felt like we were the first ones to stay in our room. Everything was super clean. Bathrooms and toilet area was super clean. I loved everything about the hotel. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be in the shibuya area where everything in that area is in walking distance from the hotel.

If you have to be in Shibuya, come here…

I only stay in Shibuya when I have to - it’s too crowded for my taste. If you have to be there, this is a terrific place to stay. Great food (breakfast), lovely staff, fun rooms, quiet on high levels, close to public transport.

Nice staff. Very accommodating. Umbrellas are loaned out. The location is ideal if you want to be in the heart of shibuya and accross from mega donki The area behind the hotel was not the most desirable in the evening and dirty by japan standards however it is not a reflection on the hotel. The bar drinks are on the pricey side.
