水回りは広くはないが、コンパクトで使いやすい配置、アメニティは最低限で、最近の環境配慮型を全面に押し出したラインナップだった。

ベッド、枕はいたって普通。

朝食は見た目は非常によく、メニューも面白かったが、味が少しついてきていない印象を受けた。

全体としては価格に対しての品質は多少劣る気もするが、全体としては満足のいくホテルであった。

インディゴ軽井沢によい思い出があり、同じブランドということで期待をして訪問をした。

部屋はインディゴらしく可愛らしくおしゃれで、渋谷であることを忘れさせてくれた。

大きな窓から眼下に広がる渋谷は昼も夜も美しく、このホテルの大きな魅力と感じた。

水回りは広くはないが、コンパクトで使いやすい配置、アメニティは最低限で、最近の環境配慮型を全面に押し出したラインナップだった。
個人的には環境配慮よりも利便性と使用感を求めてしまうが致し方ない。

ベッド、枕はいたって普通。
テレビ周り含め、インターコンチネンタルホテルと同様であった。

クリスマスの繁忙期に関わらず、親身に対応してくれました。予約日程を間違えてチェックイン出来ないかと思ってましたが、エージェントの方やホテルの方々の手助けにより、なんとかチェックインできました。本当に助かりました。肝心の設備ですが、部屋の中はとても綺麗で、アメニティ、アルコールなども豊富で満足でした。レセプション階にはジムもあったので、今度また利用するさせていただく際に使おうと思います。笑
今回の宿泊は素泊まりだったので、ディナーや朝食付きのプランも利用させていただきたいです。とにかく本当に助かりました。

We stayed in 4 different hotels in Japan and this was by far the best. Very modern and immaculately clean. Lots of space for a hotel in Japan. Walking distance to shibuya scramble, street food and shopping. Donki and family mart very close for any essentials you may have forgotten. Amazing breakfast buffet

Customer Service was impeccable. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small but very clean & everything you need. Located in the middle of Shibuya & the metro. Easy to get around. There is literally 100s of restaurants at your grasp. Definitely will stay again while in Japan

The hotel is in the center of the busy area . We can walk to any where from the hotel. There's only walking distance to all fun activities. However, there's no good view of the hotel since it's in the back and the cost is too $$$$$.

Nice room. Nice area if you're looking for young and super busy. Ride elevator to lobby, then walk through lobby to another elevator to room. Not much engagement with staff. Good experience overall but a little shoehorned and challenging to find amenities.

clean, comfortable modern hotel

Lovely stay at Hotel Indigo, so good we changed our booking for the end of the trip and stayed there again! Conveniently located opposite the Don Quixote and a short walk to the Scramble Crossing, this hotel is modern, extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and we only did this once as the portions were very small for the price charged. There is also no washing machine facilities, although there is a decent coin laundry a short walk away. I would stay here again.

Rekommenderas om man vill bo i Shibuya

4 nätter i Shibuya, hotellet ligger bara ngn minuts promenad till Shibuya crossing. Området är livligt med otroligt mycket folk, kan upplevas rätt stökigt. Hotellet däremot ligger från våning 12 till 28.
Trevliga men kanske något små rum.
Frukosten är riktigt bra, så även restaurangen kvällstid.

Amazing experience staying 5 nights at Hotel Indigo! Rooms were clean, modern with artistic flair and customer service was excellent. Very busy location in the heart of Shibuya area and only a couple of minutes minutes away from Scrambles Crossing. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

Hotel Indigo Shibuya – Convenient and Comfortable

We had a good stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, and the location is definitely a plus if you want to be right in the middle of Shibuya. It’s touristy and busy, but super convenient for exploring the area. While it may not be a standout luxury experience, it’s a solid option for anyone wanting to stay close to the action with a bit of style and comfort

The rooms are incredibly small and offer little room to move about if you’re sharing. My spouse and I had barely any room to move about comfortably. A queen size room is made for one. No privacy and if you’re up, they’re up. The aesthetic was great, the staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean - but the room was too small to enjoy.

접근성이 정말 최고였어요.
객실 및 서비스도 너무 훌륭했어요.
그리고 여행 중 아이가 음식을 잘못 먹고 장염에 걸려서 아무것도 못 먹고 심지어 물만 마셔도 토하고 컨디션이 너무 안 좋았는데, 체크인할 때에 주신 웰컴 드링크는 마시더라고요.
객실 내에 비치되어 있고 호텔 카페에서 판매하고 있어서 아이가 정상 컨디션으로 돌아올 동안 너무 잘 먹었어요! 하루 종일 아무것도 못 먹는 아이가 쳐지지 않고 정상으로 돌아올 때까지 수분과 비타민을 공급해 준 유자차가 너무 고마웠네요.❤️

Nice hotel. Good Staff. A bit weird to have to go up to the 12 floor for reception. To go to the hotel restaurant you had to get out at 12 and then change elevators.

Beautiful room, clean, neat. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast and room service are good options. Close to restaurants and shops. Walkable to train station. It can be a little bit noisy in Tokyo so we had high floor room. Can’t really hear anything from outside except for the sirens and the police talking through the megaphone (it was not frequent).

In addition to amazing location, the hotel is like an oasis inside. Very quiet and great views. Rooms were very comfortable, loved bedding and bath robe was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

엄청 만족합니다!

정말 너무 만족한 숙소 입니다.
기념일이라고 메세지 남겼는데 직원분들의 축하 메세지도 받았고요- 침대에서 누워서 보는 뷰도 너무 환상적이었습니다. 후지산 뷰라니!!!! 식사는 이용하지 않아 평가할 수 없지만 하우스키핑은 너무 좋았어요. 외출 후에 정리된 방에서 잠시 쉬다 다시 외출하고 돌아왔는데 방이 또 정리되어있고 물도 채워져있었어요.
시부야역에서도 너무 가깝고 근처에 도보로 다니거나 지하철로 다니기 위치도 너무 좋았습니다.
공항에서 nex 이용했는데 그걸로도 이동하기 정말 좋았고, 신상호텔이라 그런지 정말 깔끔했습니다.
더불어 직원분들이 하나같이 다들 친절하시고 웃으모 인사해주셔서 좋았어요.
남편과 너무 감동받은 숙박이었습니다.

Great location, if staying in the midst of the Shibuya chaos was on your list haha. My room was great, with nice view of the park. Train station was nearby and even more importantly, so was the Mark City shuttle to the Haneda Airport (about 6-7 minutes). Staff was helpful and friendly. I think it was reasonably priced given the location and amenities.

Está muy bien ubicada, si buscas algo más tranquilo a los alrededores, este no es el hotel, pero si buscas estar entre tiendas, restaurantes y muy cerca de una estación este es el hotel adecuado, tomando en cuenta que no hay ruido dentro del hotel. Lo que no nos gustó fueron dos cosas. 1.- hice dos reservaciones por qué no sabía si el último día iba a poder estar en el lugar y al final si hice la recetas por la última noche, nos cambiaron de habitación y pienso que era más fácil que nos dejaran en la misma habitación; claro que fueron muy amables en pasar nuestras maletas.
2.- Las dos habitaciones en las que estuvimos eran muy pequeñas, entorpece un poco los accesos .
Algo muy positivo y relevante es que recibieron nuestras maletas que mandamos del hotel que estuvimos días antes de nuestra estancia; por qué íbamos a otra ciudad y no podíamos llevarnos todo, al llegar ya estaban las maletas en la habitación. Todos muy atentos !!!

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Japan. For western visitors, this was a very easy hotel to get used to right after arriving. All of the expected amenities are there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any requests we made. The hotel is located right near Shibuya crossing and station, so it is a great place to stay if you want quick access to the rest of Tokyo via the train station. Also had a great view!
