ほぼ全て非常に良かったです。
価格が高すぎるのでもう少しは抑えていただきたい。髭剃りは紙質のもので環境に配慮してあるのは分かるが、大変使用しづらく、結果使わずに捨て、本末転倒となりました。

The hotel was nicely situated in the downtown Shinjuku area. it was centrally located near the subway station and easy to get too. There was also lots of shopping near by and restaurants around, including in the hotel. The hotel room was clean, but the carpet needed cleaning. It had some stains that needed to be cleaned. The amenities that were provided were really nice and I enjoyed using the face cleanser and milk lotion. The beds were also very comfortable.

Breakfast menu was really good and fulfilling. I was expecting Western diet options and found what I really wanted. Oats, bread, nuts, good coffee, etc.

Staff were so friendly, rooms were lovely and breakfast was great! Lots of options for everyone. Good location - 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Would recommend

This hotel embodied Japanese hospitality to a tee. The staff are just wonderful, I wish we could take them home!! Room was very comfortable- best beds we’ve slept on the entire trip. We had an earthquake during our stay and the staff were professional and very well rehearsed. Buffet breakfast was good too. Can’t recommend high enough!

The hotel is very modern. Clean and comfortable.
The room was very nice with everything provided.
The only negative is there wasn't a lot of hanging or storage space.
We did have 2 full size cases.

The room is small, but functional. Convenient location to many shops and stores. Starbucks is right below the hotel. The view from the hotel is excellent. The offers great view of the entire city of Tokyo. The property is clean and well maintained. The paid breakfast has excellent selections. The only drawback is that it is 30 minutes car ride away from Tokyo Station.

Fantastic views. Views like Tokyo tower or Metropolitan government building from the comfort of laying on your bed or on a sofa. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Courteous staff and spotless space making it a very welcoming experience.
It would be good to have more bedside power outlets.

Loved this hotel. The view from the rooms is spectacular. Starbucks in the lobby. You are in the heart of Shinjuku with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The bed was the most comfortable I slept in during my 3 weeks in Japan. And the fact that the Aiport Limosine bus to Narita leaves from just outside the hotel doors is THE best way to finish a trip without stress. And I didn’t even mention the breakfast buffet - it was excellent! I am still thinking about the avocado toast.

Our corner room had a great view! However, I was disappointed that we did not have a tub in our room, the pillows were hard, there was no chair or table to sit at. The breakfast buffet was extensive but a lot was Japanese focused and we did not partake. The hotel was nice and staff was excellent, but it was located in not such a great environment for two older adults. I would not stay here again. I would choose to be in Shinjuku or Shibuya. It was expensive for what we got.

This was the best choice we made! This hotel is perfect location for exploring Tokyo. Close to the train station, walking distance to the national park and nearby temples, restaurants that open late with abundance of choices, food mall in the building, limousine bus to the airport stops right outside of hotel. The breakfast is spectacular so get that! The hospitality is 5 Star top notch! Check in and check out was a breeze! Every staff person was sooooo nice and polite. Comfortable beds, clean! The view is fantastic! We stayed on the 37th floor with king premier room! Spacious and sooo comfortable! I’m so glad we picked this place and did not move hotels for our 7 night stay! Thank you so much!

Hotel was very conveniently close to the main Shinjuku train terminal which meant hoping on local or main subway lines was fast and convenient.

Hotel room was spacious with a nice shower and bath.

My two biggest gripes about the hotel are the lack of Gym and no room service. I guess because there are a million options at your front door it doesn’t make much sense to offer that room service but as I fell ill for a few days I really didn’t want to get out of bed and track down food. Regarding the GYM they mentioned a nearby gym where you can buy daily or weekly passes. Sorry but the notion I should have to pay for a separate package and leave the hotel to go exercise is sad. Especially with the traffic this hotel is dealing with.

The hotel was located in a great area, felt a bit like Time Square in New York, great atmosphere, staff were excellent in customer service and nothing was too much to ask.
My only feed back for the hotel was there was no drawers to put underwear , socks etc when you were staying a few days. I would certainly stay there again

The hotel room was so clean and spacious, especially for Tokyo. The breakfast was incredible, they had everything you could imagine and it was all very fresh. Location is perfect for this area, I highly recommend staying here!

This wasn’t as impressive as other Japanese hotels I stayed yet I’d still recommend it.

Pros:
-Friendly staff
-Only high floor rooms and has a very very nice view of the city
-Very clean
-Has a shower (roof shower)
-It’s in the heart of shinjuku yet environment is very clean and respectful.

Cons:
-A bit pricy for what it has to offer.
-Breakfast buffet doesn’t compare to other Japanese hotels.
-Some spaces in the room specially shower is a little compact (even more for Japanese standards).

This was one of the most overrated hotels I’ve visited. The price was exorbitant for an unbelievably small room. The “closet” which was an exterior rack had four coat hangers. Four. That’s roughly $150 per hanger. There is no check in staff. There is no attempt to help with luggage. I was ill one night and attempted to order a Coke only to be told that the robot delivery system they use can only delivery amenities. The entire hotel consistently smelled of whatever food the kitchen was cooking. The worst ventilation system I’ve ever seen. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Literally run away from it.

Breakfast was a bit expensive but probably not that out of line. Otherwise the hotel was great. Super friendly and helpful staff, decent sized room. I have heard that rooms are small in Tokyo and this was not bad. I would recommend without hesitation.

Had a wonderful stay. We loved the robot butler delivering items to the room and the arcade in the building. The area was really lively and so many good food options- and a 7-11 down the block and very close to the massive Shinjuku train station. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Lastly, hotel had a wonderful breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was amazing! probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were super nice and spoke English, which made everything much easier. Check-in was smooth, and I was even able to check in earlier than expected. The airport bus stop for Narita and Haneda is right at the main floor entrance of the hotel, so it was extremely convenient. It is a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station, but nothing too bad. There are also plenty of places to eat and visit around the area. My suite [Garden Suite] had an in-room laundry machine which is very convenient for those who are staying in Tokyo for long periods!

Very nice hotel in a great location. The views are awesome and the drinks at the bar are delicious. Staff is super helpful. Although it takes about 3 hours to wash and dry a load of laundry, having this amenity available is a huge help.

Room was spacious for Japanese standards, but our bed was on the floor (would have been nice to know ahead of time). Amenities were good, staff was great. Little robot delivered towels to our room. Location was in the middle of lots of restaurants, but there were girls lined up outside the street every night for "business." This was not a reflection of the hotel, rather than the location.

Booked the Premier 2 twin beds. Room was reasonably spacious and the view was incredible! We had an issue with our safe and the staff promptly repaired it the next morning. They even provided a note that they had completed it when we came back from our room.

Beds were comfortable and they even have a speaker in the room. The vending machines, ice machine and laundry in one room on the 20th floor (can't remember the exact floor number). If your room does not have a microwave, the front desk can microwave it for you.

The starbucks is convenient on the ground level if you like that and the second floor has some food options. Overall it was a great room to return to after long days of walking. Plenty of food around the area too.

It was almost 100% westerner guests, which could be a positive or negative depending on your preferences. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, and some with fluent English. The breakfast was skippable and we did as there is a Starbucks downstairs.

It's right at the edge of all the seedy, glorious madness of Kabukicho and in fact is in the Kabukicho Tower, which has a decent beer garden on the third floor. The location was a plus for us but might be a negative for others. Although only a half block away from the craziness it felt quite safe and quiet.

The hotel is excellently located in Shinjuku. If you are new to Tokyo it is a good place to start and Shinjuku station gives easy access to the rest of the city.

The breakfast was very good and unique offering everything from French chocolate croissants to Japanese curry. Also comes with a main menu item that was very good.

More luxury than I at first thought and I found the room to be very comfortable. The height of the hotel also gives a fantastic view of Tokyo.

A stylish hotel in the Shinjuku heart area provides kind services and clean rooms. The extra good service is there is Limousine bus to airport just in the first floor. So we do not need to carry luggages to bus station.

Great location! Great room with amazing views! We stayed in 4 different hotels this last trip to Japan and this one was by far our favorite. The check in lobby isn’t until the 18th floor! They have so many different things inside this hotel. An arcade, a Starbucks, multiple restaurants! Such a big win!

Great location, very close to the heart of Shinjuku. Room had a fantastic view and while some street noise (trains, music) filtered into the room, it wasn't enough to disturb our sleep. The staff were all very friendly, I hope to stay again soon!
