外国人仕様、非常に良い！

ほぼ全て非常に良かったです。
価格が高すぎるのでもう少しは抑えていただきたい。髭剃りは紙質のもので環境に配慮してあるのは分かるが、大変使用しづらく、結果使わずに捨て、本末転倒となりました。

The hotel room was great and we had no issues with the hotel. There’s no amenities/additional perks, which every other hotel we stayed in Japan had (e.g. gym, free small snacks, etc) - they offer free coffee 5-7am which is very early, so not really a great perk. Our biggest issue was the area - directly across from the building there were a number of heavily intoxicated people who appeared to live on the street (they were present our entire 4 days stay). It was a little unsettling and the only point during our trip that felt unsafe - probably important to consider if you’re planning to stay with small children. I’d personally not stay here again for this reason.

The Groove is an AMAZING HOTEL. The hotel staff were so professional and everyone greeted you when they passed by. Beautiful Rooms, soft beds, and floor to ceiling windows. We loved staying here. 7-11 located nearby, and Awesome food options all around. Shogun Burger right downstairs, and Starbucks. The Hotel is SUPER SAFE & QUIET…. Being in this part of Shinjuku is like being in NYC.. so we were use to the bright lights and the busy atmosphere. Staying at THE GROOVE - we felt like we were separated from the busyness of outside.

Great location with very small rooms.

Negatives - Rooms are very small, with no wardrobe space.
Positives - Staff are very helpful. Restaurant snd bar reasonably priced. great location plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk.

Location is excellent, right in Kabukicho. Literally everything you could want is just steps away with endless dining and bar/entertainment options. We had a great stay at Hotel Groove! Our room was huge and very well appointed. Staff was always available, spoke many languages and were always helpful and friendly. Would return.

This building itself is in a very old condition which has bad ventilation, lots of dust, bedding is damp, bathroom smells, it really feels very uncomfortable. Not as good as it showed in website. I would not book it again.

I ended up booking this hotel because the one I had originally reserved in Shinjuku was so terrible that I couldn’t imagine staying there for two nights. Around midnight, I made an instant booking here and moved over from the old hotel.

However, for a 4-star property, the facilities are disappointing — especially the laundry. They only have an all-in-one washer/dryer, and after washing my light-colored clothes, they came out covered in specks, which was absolutely gross. Compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan, this one is well below average.

On top of that, the room is tiny, and the two beds are placed extremely close to each other. If I had the chance to choose again, I would probably book a different hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly, be forewarned if traveling with kids it’s near the “red light” district. Accessible to lots of shopping and food options. If you uber just cross the street from the hotel for location pick up services. Overall good hotel and would stay again on my next trip to Shinjuku City, Japan.

The property was in a location that was easily accessible for transit, restaurants and nightlife. For families, I would note that it may not be the best location given the proximity to some nightlife establishments. One of the best features is that the Limo bus to and from the airport is at the entrance to the hotel.

The Hotel Groove Shinjuku was a great choice for our family. The full Tokyo experience (including the excitement of Shinjuku Station) of bright lights and large adverts.
The area is busy but the hotel is totally wonderful, safe, secure and well staffed. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The cleaning was effective and efficient with a wide range of helpful amenities.
The room itself was big enough for 2 adults and a child with a lovely expansive view of the vicinity including the Skytree.
There was lots to choose from in terms of food options and easy access to a range of different cuisines for all budgets. It is a wonderful introduction to the busy craziness of Tokyo with excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Super Nice Hotel in a Not So Super Neighborhood

Nice hotel. Location is super busy and just packed with people (and a little sleazy at night- not dangerous but not lovely either) which I thought would be fun but gets tiresome and irritating after the first day.

It was an awesome experience staying here. The customer service is unmatched. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again. The employees go above and beyond to help. From calling and booking appoitments to just simply asking if you were okay or needed something.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Groove Shinjuku, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that truly sets this hotel apart. The modern and stylish decor creates a welcoming ambiance, and my room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Shinjuku and within walking distance to various attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially loved the vibrant nightlife and numerous dining options nearby!

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. The hotel also offers a lovely on-site restaurant with delicious cuisine that I highly recommend.

Outstanding service

An Incredibles stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very proficient in English for that matter. They were also very patient with my broken Japanese. I felt right at home even after taking a tumble outside. We went to the front desk upon entry and the staff saw my knee, came back and helped me disinfect and bandage my cut - incredible service. The location is excellent, and the building is beautiful extremely tall.

Great clean and friendly place to stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Groove. It is in central Tokyo so a perfect place to have a base. The rooms were so nice and the view from the 25th floor was spectacular!
The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were always willing to help and answer questions. Staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. This was a convenient area to stay in with lots of places to eat, shop and walking distance to transportation.

This is one of the most beautiful buildings in the Shinjuko area. Our room was spacious and well appointed with modern amenities and it had a beautiful view of the Tokyo sky line. Staff was very accommodating.

Service was tremendous. Clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Convenient location in the middle of all the action and easy access to Shinjuku station. Did I say the service was tremendous? It was. The people were great. Bed was very comfortable. Great view, especially on the east side. Only minus had nothing to do with the hotel, but more that our expectations for Tokyo were that it was a super clean city. But the area around the hotel is busy and a fair amount of tourists and they don't treat it right. Very dirty streets. Found a couple of gems for restaurants not far away and golden gai is a very cool area and that is only a few blocks away. Highly recommend.

Family friendly hotel near Shinjuku

The room is spacious by Japanese standard. It is about 10 to 15 walk to the Shinjuku station but you feel much longer than that because of people and restaurants and shops around. The hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good.

Short Vacation

Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us
We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility.
