周辺環境があまり良く無い。ホテル自体はとても快適だったので残念だった。
あと少し歌舞伎町中心からずれていれば安心してコンビニにも行けると思う。

スタッフの方もとても良かったです。コスパも私はとてもラッキーに安く泊まれました。部屋もとても清潔でよかったのですが、唯一Wi-Fiの環境がちょうど全館不具合が起きていて残念でした。新宿での宿泊にはまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Great little hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. Despite being in the centre of the action, the hotel was very quiet. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the pillows less so, but the stand out was the shower with its excellent water pressure. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay in Tokyo.

Hotel was pretty small unable to fully open luggage. But for the price maybe it is what u get, besides that staff was helpful and hotel was clean. Location was near airport limousine too.. Google up the hotel area and decide if it suits u.

This place was amazing! 10/10 would stay there again. The staff were excellent and minimal language barriers. The room was great, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, and I already miss it.

酒店環境位置OK，但缺乏足夠職員提供服務，例如借加濕器，員工會要求客人自己落樓取，另外，有次早上同職員提出要倒垃圾，夜晚回來，只是收到掛在門柄的垃圾袋，最後要我們自己倒垃圾（這還是我們第一次為自己客房倒垃圾）

Breakfast is only worth it for the coffee machine… which was incredibly good.. the hotel for only being a couple years old looked a little rough—a few nicks and scratches on the walls.. the staff was really kind and the location was really good as long as you are there to party! If you’re looking for a lot of sleep.. maybe look somewhere else

This was our first stay and first time in Japan. Location and room was good.

Staff were not always friendly. We had issues with the laundry as someone had stopped and taken out our stuff and one of the staff was not very helpful and rude to my husband. The other staff were good. Overall a mixed review.

I forgot my wallet after checking out. I rushed back after about 20 min and by the time I got back the front desk staff already placed my wallet in a plastic bag and held it incase I came back. I want to thank the staff for being so honest and helpful.

The hotel is located at a very convenient and accessible location, being of easily walkable distance from Shinjuku station, and the surrounding streets are not rough for Kabukicho even if you are bringing children along.
The staff are very polite and fluent in English, so all of our questions and requests were satisfied (they also never failed to greet me everytime I left and came back to the hotel).
There was a bit of a wait to use the laundry machines, but that's to be expected. What was nice though is that the machines were clean and lint-free, we got a big load done and dried in 2 hours!
Overall an excellent hotel for a stay near Shinjuku, especially with all the places to eat in the surrounding streets and the big Muji and Uniqlo buildings literally 2 streets away!

The hotel staff were very accommodating. The breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but cozy. The problem is the area. Expect to be hassled by touts in the red light district each night you come home. It is close to Gyoen National Park and Shinjuku station (each about 10 minutes away in opposite directions) which is nice.

The room I booked is a 2 twin bed room which has a bigger area in square feet compared to other rooms by Japan standard. It gave me and my husband ample space for us to move around and for our luggage ( 1 large and 2 carry ons). Beds are comfortable. A/C is efficient. Bathroom is spacious with tub and shower. Toiletries provided is of very good quality. Staff are pleasant and courteous. Other issues are very minor not worth mentioning. I will stay here again when I go back to Shinjuku.

The hotel was clean and a decent size. In a walkable location. I stayed 6 nights. I probably would only recommend a short stay here because it is a party red light district area. There are so many other neighborhoods to explore and stay at similar price points that I would choose to stay longer stays. Overall a great experience at the hotel though. They’re very strict on 3pm check in. They will hold your bags for you but I got in at 6:30am and it was my first time in Tokyo as a single female traveler and most cafes don’t open until 10am. They were kind and let me hang out and figure

The location was super convenient and the staff was very friendly! The roll-away bed was very firm, but we asked for an extra blanket to use as a pad and that did the trick! The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. We’d stay again!

Great location, although at night, even on the 14th floor, I can still hear people shouting from the streets below. Also, they clean the rooms every 3 nights, so if u stay for 4 nights, they will change all your bedsheets just for you to use for one night which I feel is a little ‘inefficient’ .. why not give customers the choice of a day to change the sheets. Other than that, staff were amazing and it’s a good hotel chain. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Let’s start at the top-the location if you want the Shinjuku nightlife is right in the heart of the action. The staff were friendly and courteous, however it should be mentioned that they have a strict no check in til 3:00 pm. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and always fresh and overall condition of the room was maintained to a high standard…my only feedback would be that the room(my fault not theirs) is incredibly small…my wife and I were tripping all over each other and our luggage for 4 days.

Bra hotell som ligger mitt i Shinjuku festdistrikt, men vi hörde inget från vårt rum på 13e våningen.
Bokade Queen bed room som var både rymligt och fräscht.

Frukosten var inget bra, vi förbeställde och betalade tyvärr för fyra dagar och kunde inte annulera efter checkin. Rekommenderar att ätafrukist ute på stan istället.

The room was very compact but suited our visit to Shinjuku perfectly with access to a variety of things the area has to offer. The staff were kind and helpful. Having washer / dryers available was really handy as well.

Room was a lovely size by Japan standards. Bed was super comfortable and had a good view from the window. Loved the wet room and bathroom as well! Staff were amazing with check in/out and luggage transfer! Breakfast had good variety. No issues with the wifi. Would love to stay here again !

We opted to stay in the Japanese King room. The room was basically a mattress on the floor and was very plain. No real place to put our luggage and only 4 hangers to hang our clothes. After our stay, I read that the other rooms had room to put your suitcases under the bed. A clean room and friendly front desk staff, but I would say the hotel is quite minimal.

The rooms are tight but the front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that there were no amenities other than umbrellas and free water. Although there was toothpaste with a toothbrush in the room.

Great experience

Room was nice and clean the shower was great and had really nice water pressure. When we checked in the staff was very nice and friendly. If it is raining the hotel provides umbrellas. Something to note is they only clean the rooms every three nights so if you want new towels you just put a magnet on your door that says replace towels and they will bring new ones.

Great staff working here and hotel looked nice, just felt a little cheap and small for what i paid for. Barely had any space in the room after setting the luggage down. I understand Shinjuku can be a bit dirty due to the nightlife but this was next level with trash everywhere, heavy sewer smell and nobody cleaning it up. Had to walk past a lot of intimidating individuals who would eye me and my family's suitcases up and down. Literally counted 15+ walking from Shinjuku station to the hotel. Unpleasant. Only saving grace is that it's a good location close to many restaurants.

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was too small and the king bed “room” is just a mattress on the floor which I really didn’t like. Had to look through the booking to find pictures of what I booked as I didn’t think I reserved a mattress on the floor, and the “king bed” pics were buried deep after the queen bed which was a bed and the triple rooms which has 3 beds.

We struggled, very tight to fit two suitcases. Did really like the laundry facilities.

Die Zimmer sind relativ eng aber dafür ist man direkt in der Stadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar und dennoch relativ ruhig gelegen. Für mich war es der zweite Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich würde hier auch wieder übernachten.

Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten Englisch und halfen beim Gepäcktransport usw.
