周辺環境があまり良く無い。ホテル自体はとても快適だったので残念だった。
あと少し歌舞伎町中心からずれていれば安心してコンビニにも行けると思う。

The staff was very nice, helpful and professional, upon arrival to the hotel they offer a welcome drink in the lounge, they also provide you with a water bottle to fill during your stay. My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was a perfect space for me. The breakfast was good very fresh and delicious, especially the corn soup.

Room was modern and enough room for us. The curtain was baly stained but the staff were very responsive to replace it. Staff were freindly and accomodationg. Hotel is in the middle of the night life which can be a bit daunting but doesnt come alive until later at night. Its close to the S3hinjuli shopping and restaurants.

For the price around Shinjuku area, this hotel offers good value. Staffs are polite and attentive, no complains.
Breakfast was ok and I will not likely pay the 2,200 yen for it though.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast which comprised of western dishes. It would be even better if traditional Japanese breakfast items such as rice, miso soup, etc. can be available. I wish more toiletries can be included.

The one thing that can give travelers pause is the hotel’s location. It is situated deep inside Kabukicho, the biggest red light distinct in Japan. Late at night, you will encounter dodgy touts and drunk kids near the property. Something to consider for those traveling with young children.

此次有帶小孩家庭旅遊，距離地鐵新宿三丁目不遠搭車非常方便，晚上吃東西也很方便，樓下就有便利超商，距離新宿南口、東口要購物的話都很方便非常推薦。連住的話房間沒有每天打掃，但是毛巾可以每天換都是沒問題的。
飯店乾淨，廁所很大、水很強。還附有迎賓飲料在B1

I got 2 room 3 beds each room, one for me my baby and my husband it was good everything is just as expected but the other room I got for my mom and my brother has mold all over the ceiling. I didn’t go in their room until the 3rd night. I was going to drop off my baby for her but it was too bad and so dangerous! In the morning I spoke with one of the front desk lady and she told us to move but we couldn’t move it that time coz the car is about to pick us up for the day trip. So I told her we will move when we got back in the evening please keep the room for us. When we get back I informed the front desk guy and he is so rude! Just kind of give me attitude between want a room change! He said go get your luggages and bring all downstairs and we will give you the key! I told him that can we just bring our belongings to the new room already? My mom is quite old and it’s might be difficult for her to go back and forth with all the luggages. He just refused to listen to my explanation, it’s policy he said and just walk away. So I went and help them packed come downstairs and all he do was just hand us the new key card!? Seriously I paid $200/ night with this kind of unreasonable and so not responsible for their mistakes!

The staff were incredible! They were so helpful with helping my partner ring and collect his lost property from the train, we couldn’t thank them enough. The room was very modern and clean. The location couldn’t have been more central but the rooms were completely soundproof so no noise from outside or next door. Would highly recommend

Quarto limpo e confortável, apesar de não ser muito espaçoso. O tamanho do banheiro compensa o do quarto, pois é grande e o chuveiro fica em área separada da banheira. Tudo muito higienizado e limpo.

I give this hotel a top rating for value for money. It's a new, beautiful hotel with super friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Excellent location. If you want a hotel with all the Tokyo vibes you imagine, this is the place. The only downside I found was that the room was very small, but we have to remember that we're in Tokyo where rooms aren't usually large, and for the price it's an excellent choice.

I was expecting better. Room size so tiny but maybe that is how it is in Tokyo. Room got really stuffy at night.
Breakfast was average, nothing extraordinary. I booked it because of the good rating it had but i think i could have found a better deal in this price.

The hotel itself was amazing. Well appointed rooms, good size beds and an amazing breakfast. I made a booking era and booked an extra night by mistake and they refused to refund although they weren’t full and I gave advance notice - which is a bummer. If they were full I’d understand but they seemed inflexible. Great stay otherwise.

Great little hotel in the heart of Shinjuku. Despite being in the centre of the action, the hotel was very quiet. The hotel staff were friendly, and the room was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, the pillows less so, but the stand out was the shower with its excellent water pressure. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay in Tokyo.

酒店環境位置OK，但缺乏足夠職員提供服務，例如借加濕器，員工會要求客人自己落樓取，另外，有次早上同職員提出要倒垃圾，夜晚回來，只是收到掛在門柄的垃圾袋，最後要我們自己倒垃圾（這還是我們第一次為自己客房倒垃圾）

Breakfast is only worth it for the coffee machine… which was incredibly good.. the hotel for only being a couple years old looked a little rough—a few nicks and scratches on the walls.. the staff was really kind and the location was really good as long as you are there to party! If you’re looking for a lot of sleep.. maybe look somewhere else

This was our first stay and first time in Japan. Location and room was good.

Staff were not always friendly. We had issues with the laundry as someone had stopped and taken out our stuff and one of the staff was not very helpful and rude to my husband. The other staff were good. Overall a mixed review.

I forgot my wallet after checking out. I rushed back after about 20 min and by the time I got back the front desk staff already placed my wallet in a plastic bag and held it incase I came back. I want to thank the staff for being so honest and helpful.
