周辺環境があまり良く無い。ホテル自体はとても快適だったので残念だった。
あと少し歌舞伎町中心からずれていれば安心してコンビニにも行けると思う。

The hotel we stayed in was very small, it is best suited for a single or a couple. Then again Tokyo hotels are known to be in the smaller side. There are a few convenience stores in the area within walking distance which was great. That part of Shinjuku is more suitable for a younger crowd as there is a ton of nightlife in the area, but it is very lively in the evening as there are so many dining and bar options within walking distance. The hotel was great, but I wouldn’t recommend staying in that area with young children. It’s more for suited for a younger crowd.

Lage ist super. Allerdings sah das Zimmer nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war kein richtiges Bett, nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden. Zimmer ist extrem klein. Mit zwei Personen und den Koffern wurde es da schwierig. Außerdem konnten wir nicht wirklich lüften oder das Fenster geöffnet haben, da immer wieder ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch - abflussartig/Gulli - ins Zimmer stieg. Dafür kann das Hotel vermutlich nichts, aber es ist dennoch eine unangenehme Einschränkung. Die Aussicht war leider auch nur die Fassade und Rohre eines anderen Gebäudes. Insgesamt bewerten wir unseren Aufenthalt als eher mittelmäßig. Das Personal war aber immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Room was small but very clean. The staff was very accommodating. They even had free umbrellas to use one day when it was raining. The laundry was a convenient bonus. They even had free water bottles to borrow and a refill station by the bar/breakfast buffet. We loved it.

Its location is really good, very close (2-3mins walk) to the middle of all the actions in Shinjuku but not too noisy or crowded around the hotel. Convenience store (Lawson) was just 1-2 min away.
The room was small but had enough space to store 2 big luggages and we can open and close them easily. Really like the slippers provided! Bathroom was nice, too!
Didn’t try breakfast or laundry but witnessed that the laundry room was always busy. Free water refilling and free ice at the basement.
Staff were helpful and could communicate well in English.
Only thing I would like to have differently was the hairdryer. It was small and it took me quite a long time to blow dry my hair.

The room was so clean and exactly what we needed. We didn't add on Breakfast, but opted to pay for it one morning. It was worth the price, about 13USD. Bathrooms are so spotless we both took baths. Also, so central and easy to get around. If you want to enjoy Tokyo's night life, this is the spot for you. If you aren't looking for clubs, going out, or easy access to nightlife, then you just might not want to stay in this area. But that has no reflection on this hotel. I'd definitely stake with Amanek again.

If u don’t mind a small room this hotel is perfect for area. Breakfast was good, laundry easy to master, staff extremely friendly. If u have a ton of luggage u might have a problem finding space to put it. I read reviews and even though this was explained please know the rooms are clean but tiny. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hotellet var väldigt rent och modernt. Rummet var tillräckligt rymligt för att ha minst en stor väska öppen och framme. Fräscht och stort badrum. Rummet var verkligen över förväntan och jag skulle bo här igen.

Läget var helt perfekt för oss. Det fanns många restauranger i närheten och man kunde verkligen känna Tokyos stadspuls samtidigt som hotellet var lugnt och tyst. Gångavstånd till flera tunnelbanestationer och nära till shopping.

Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet. Det fanns flera conbini i närheten.

This hotel was in a perfect location with things to do, metro stations and lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower.

Hotel was clean and the staff is very nice. The breakfast was okay but we were out early each morning so we didn’t use all our tickets since they open it at 7am. The hotel is on the outskirts of the busy bar scenes which gets interesting at night and the early mornings but the location is a 10 min walk from Shinjuku station which was very convenient.

We booked the triple corner room but still found it cramped with two large suitcases, one small and two large backpacks for a family of three. There was barely enough space to walk around and if it hadn’t been a corner room we wouldn’t have been able to open two suitcases at once. Room cleaning was offered every other day but due to the limited space we opted out. We barely moved around so we weren’t comfortable with someone cleaning the room. However, it’s worth noting that we had a small baby and spent more time in the room than families without children. I think it would be fine for couples, especially those exploring all day and only returning for sleep. Also we noticed that certain part of the room was immaculate but others very dusty.

The bathroom, however, was fantastic. It was spacious and had a powerful shower and bath area.

Another important thing to note, which we weren’t aware of when booking, was that the hotel is right in the centre of the red light district.

Finally, we had paid for breakfast but stopped going after the first day as we didn’t enjoy it. We ended up going to the Lawson’s or 7/11 next to the hotel which actually is cheaper with better food which is something you should keep in mind when considering paying for breakfast.

Overall, the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English, making communication easy.

Fairly basic hotel in a good location. If travelling with young families be aware that this hotel is a fab central location in a party area of Shinjuku. Perfectly safe at all times of day and night

Really great property. Felt large for tokyo. The staff were so lovely and wanting to help. They gifted us some chopsticks for our honeymoon. Really enjoyable stay! Will return!

They hotel was nice and easy to access. The pillows are uncomfortable but it helped that I brought my own silk pillowcase. Beds are a bit hard but seems to be no matter where you go in Tokyo. The place is very central and you can can walk to everything easily. I love they they have these little cars in the lobby for recommendations. Nice touch!

The Japanese style room wasn’t a futon on the ground, it was just a spring form mattress. The tatami mats were dirty. The house cleaning schedule was confusing. The hotel is situated in the red light district so not the most fun place to hang out at night. Wouldn’t recommend to families traveling with kids.

Staff were super helpful and really friendly - accommodated late check in and helped store bags for free on out last day
Little fees throughout were annoying - 1500 yen for a lost room key, cleaning charges etc but seem standard for Japan
Overall good stay and would recommend based on location alone

The hotel is in the middle of the red light district, about a 15 min walk to shinjuku station but another 10 min walk to the yamanote line in the station. The rooms are nice. Normal size for Japan. Room had a shower and a tub which was nice. The staff were all very friendly and also spoke English, which I appreciated greatly. If you are going to stay in Shinjuku to party and bar hop, this is an excellent hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL AMANEK Shinjuku-Kabukicho. The rooms were spotless and stylish, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in effortless. The location is perfect for exploring Shinjuku and nearby shopping centre. Great value for the price—I’ll happily stay here again on my next trip.

A nice modern hotel located in the heart of Shinjuku with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. At night time, the streets come alive but the rooms remain nice and quiet - so it's no worries if you're not a party person.
The amenities in the hotel are nice and are located in the basement as self-serve which is great.
The front lobby has cards that have local hot spots that recommend places to go eat or visit and they are exceptional!
Staff is great - greeting upon your entrance and waving goodbye on your departure. No issues at all!
