朝食のパンやご飯は美味しかったですが、おかずの種類が思ったより少なかったです。
その場で手作りしてくれるチーズパスタもありましたが、分かりにくかったので案内がもっと大きくあるといいと思います。
お部屋にリファのシャワーヘッドとドライヤーがあるのは嬉しかったです。

中学の娘との旅行で伺いました。
立地も部屋もサービスもとても良かったです。強いて言えば、部屋の換気扇口に埃が溜まっていて気になりました。
空気清浄機もなかなか赤色が消えなかった。
後、朝食会場の細かいものの補充が行き渡らなかった点ぐらいですかね。スタッフに声をかけたらすぐ補充して貰えましたが。
スタバの氷は大きいのを用意してもらえると、お店で飲むのと味が変わらないなと思いました。でも全般的にとても良かったので、また大阪方面に来る時は利用したいと思いました。
楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。

客室は、一部ホコリが気になりました。洗面所のちょっとした場所等。全体的には綺麗だったので残念です。レストランを含めスタッフの対応は良かったです。15時以降のラウンジでの飲み物も嬉しかったです。又、場所も良かったので泊まりたいと思いました。

朝の朝食付きがとても良かったです。全体的に清潔感があり2階でコーヒーのサービスが嬉しかったです。部屋はコンパクトですがシンプルでオシャレな雰囲気が落ち着けました。
ただ、1点だけ、水廻りの排水溝廻りや特にお風呂の隅々のカビやシャワーベッドの中にあるカビ、浴そうの中に前宿泊客の気配が残る、下の毛があり…あと、トイレの床シミなどは外国人の清掃の方には、水廻りの掃除はあまり気にならないみたいなのかな？
と少し残念な気がいたしました。
ホテルが新しいうちはいいのでしょうが、
せっかくのコンパクトモダンな素敵なホテルなので水廻りはきれいである事を期待してます。
全体的な評価はとても良くて、料金、食事、雰囲気どれも満足しています。また利用したいと思います。

全体的に良かったが、部屋内のスリッパが履き心地がよくなかったため、使い捨ての物が良かった。また、トイレにタオルがなく、ペーパータオルがあると良かった。
その他の施設や朝食、スタッフの接客など良かったため、また利用したいと思う。

お部屋は広々として設備もよくゆっくり滞在できました。
ベッド下に（たまたま子供が開けた）たくさんの埃が溜まっており、少々気になりました。
スタバのウェルカムドリンクもとても嬉しかったのですが、床が飲み物で濡れてしまっていたので少し残念でした。

ファミリールームに宿泊しました。
部屋は広かったですが、掃除が行き届いておらず、床のゴミはそのまま、あちこちホコリだらけ、ガラスやカップ類もきちんと洗われてないのか臭いが…
また4台あったベッドのうち2台が、枕元のコンセントが故障していて充電ができませんでした。

スタバのコーヒー飲み放題はよかったな。
でもリピートはないです。

四泊五日だったのですが……掃除が出来ていない日（コップがそのまま。トイレは蓋が開いたまま…他。掃除も出来ていない……等）があった時、客室担当の方が即対応して下さり、その後の宿泊も旅行も楽しく終わる事が出来たので良かったです。（モウさん有り難う）

新しいホテルでアメニティーも充実していました。
クレンジング、化粧水、乳液は雪肌精、ドライヤーはイオニティーです。1番はお風呂が洗い場があるので子ども連れにとても良かったです。枕は柔らかいものと高めのものニ種類、自動チェックイン機なので楽でした。高齢の母は分からないと言っていたので、パソコンやスマホに慣れていない人はスタッフさんと一緒にチェックインした方が良いかもしれません。

なんばパークスがすぐ側にあり、食事も困らなかった。少し歩くと道頓堀の商店街もあり、かなり立地がいいと思う。散歩がてらしっかり観光できた。
唯一気になっていた駐車場も、隣にタイムズがあり平日最大800円、土日祝日も最大1,200円と安くとめられたので安心できた。
部屋の雰囲気もカッコよくて好き。
赤ちゃん連れで哺乳瓶の除菌にレンジが必要でしたが、エレベータ前に設置してあり助かった。
総合的にみて又利用したいホテルでした。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in at 2:30. They had complimentary coffee (Starbucks) and drinks at the reception area. They also had amenities stocked for you to grab to your room ( toothbrush, razor, aftershave, wash cloth etc.) Restaurants within walking distance plus there was a mall right behind the hotel. We paid a little extra with our booking for breakfast and it was pretty decent. I gave a 4 star only because staff could have done a better job cleaning. Stains in hallway carpet, stains around walls including bathroom walls. Shower corners could have been a little cleaner. We also stayed at Keihan Asakusa and their hotel was spotless. But overall good hotel I wpuld stay there again!

Property was lovely. We stayed in the room that had 3 beds, a kitchenette and washer/dryer (so handy!). Room was clean and spacious by Japan standards, staff were amazing, and the hotel provided free unlimited self-serve Starbucks coffee (hot or cold flavoured lattes, cappuccino, etc.). We loved it so much we stayed an extra night but had to move room types as the room we were in was unavailable. Our second room was the superior triple room on the 9th floor. This floor had access to its own lounge with snacks like chocolate covered pretzels and curb nuts as well as another Starbucks coffee machine and pop machine. Also in this floor you receive premium amenity kits which we loved. Location is great - a short walk to Nipponbashi, Shinsekai, Dotonbori and kitchen street.

If you're visiting Osaka, I strongly recommend this hotel. Its in close walking distance to some of the city's main attractions, and the Namba transit station. The room, like the building itself, was very sleek and modern. It had a wide comfortable bed, and a really nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. The staff was very polite, and the breakfast buffet was also decent. It felt fairly priced for how nice it was.

Walking distance to Namba Parks shopping mall with very good restaurant choices. Also close to attractions in Osaka. Skip the breakfast buffet, it was expensive and not very good. Much better choices nearby in subway and train stations.

Great location convenient to the Namba train/subway station. Very walkable to Dontonbori, Namba Yasaka Jinja, etc. Be sure to request a room on the opposite side from the train tracks or if you are facing the tracks, request a high floor. Breakfast buffet was just okay.

Excellent stay. We stayed for 7nights, they do daily room cleaning. Great location, only 6 mins walk to City mall where the Namba train station is. They provided pajamas, Kose facial products which I did not expect, otherwise I would not bring any of my skin care products. Super convenient and thoughtful! And free starbuck drinks from the coffee machine. 10/10 recommended!! The only thing is the room is a bit small can open one suitcase but that’s ok for us.

The place was clean and very welcoming. We came with 2 kids and it’s quite enough that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Namba station nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. They were quick for requests, like extra pillows we needed and towels. I would book here again next time I go to Osaka and recommend to others looking for a place to stay.

Rooms are pretty small but it’s a very new hotel with modern design. Great value for the money and the location was about 10/15 walk to the Dotonbori District which was nice. The actual location wasn’t that scenic but it was next to a mall if that is useful. Great morning self serve coffee!

Small room for 3 girls and their luggage. But great service. Level 9 has a room where you access bar snacks, Starbucks coffee with syrups, tea, craft beers and juice. They call it their lounge. But it’s really just a room. It’s unlimited and free for your stay if you get the upgrade

Staff at the breakfast restaurant and front desk were all friendly and helpful. Front desk even gave suggestions on when and who to use for our luggage service.
Lounge drinks and snacks though need improvement if you compare it to hotel lounges of international hotels.

The electronic checkin can be improved.
Though no one was waiting at the checkin counter, the receptionist insisted using the electronic checkin machine. After using the machine, it indicated us to find a staff for assistance and the staff directed us back to the counter.

Need to be aware of things:
Room a bit dark.
Housekeeping do not make the beds when eco-clean is selected, (I think other places will still make the beds with the old sheets when eco-clean is selected)

Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!

Staff members were helpful, held our bags when we arrived early and the next day when we checked out early for a tour. They called a cab for us to take to the airport and then a staff member escorted us to the cab. Big breakfast with a lot to choose from. We picked this hotel for its easy access to Namba station, as a bonus we got a beautiful walkway to Namba station, and great local restaurants. The rooms were clean and well designed. A perk was having the common space to hang out with family and enjoy complimentary drinks. The staff was super helpful with shipping ski bags to our next destination. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel chain.

Horrible experience very dirty room blood the spot on the sheets, dirty carpets. I have the pictures I will put it on Expedia and I would like my refund. I did not stay in the hotel the three nights. I only stayed one night and use one breakfast. I moved to a different hotel. I talked to hotel receptionist they cannot give me refund because I book it with Expedia. It’s a horrible hotel very very dirty room shower mirrors. Everything in the room was dirty.
