綺麗で良かったです

朝の朝食付きがとても良かったです。全体的に清潔感があり2階でコーヒーのサービスが嬉しかったです。部屋はコンパクトですがシンプルでオシャレな雰囲気が落ち着けました。
ただ、1点だけ、水廻りの排水溝廻りや特にお風呂の隅々のカビやシャワーベッドの中にあるカビ、浴そうの中に前宿泊客の気配が残る、下の毛があり…あと、トイレの床シミなどは外国人の清掃の方には、水廻りの掃除はあまり気にならないみたいなのかな？
と少し残念な気がいたしました。
ホテルが新しいうちはいいのでしょうが、
せっかくのコンパクトモダンな素敵なホテルなので水廻りはきれいである事を期待してます。
全体的な評価はとても良くて、料金、食事、雰囲気どれも満足しています。また利用したいと思います。

全体的に良かったが、部屋内のスリッパが履き心地がよくなかったため、使い捨ての物が良かった。また、トイレにタオルがなく、ペーパータオルがあると良かった。
その他の施設や朝食、スタッフの接客など良かったため、また利用したいと思う。

ファミリーにおすすめ

お部屋は広々として設備もよくゆっくり滞在できました。
ベッド下に（たまたま子供が開けた）たくさんの埃が溜まっており、少々気になりました。
スタバのウェルカムドリンクもとても嬉しかったのですが、床が飲み物で濡れてしまっていたので少し残念でした。

アメニティバーの種類が豊富でよかった。特に雪肌精の化粧水、乳液、メイク落とし、洗顔料が用意してあったのはありがたかった。パジャマも上下分かれていてしっかりした生地だったので、寝やすかった。

ロビーのフリードリンクや充実されたアメニティなどお部屋も快適で繁華街までのアクセスも良くとても満足な旅行でした。また利用したいです。

ファミリールームに宿泊しました。
部屋は広かったですが、掃除が行き届いておらず、床のゴミはそのまま、あちこちホコリだらけ、ガラスやカップ類もきちんと洗われてないのか臭いが…
また4台あったベッドのうち2台が、枕元のコンセントが故障していて充電ができませんでした。

スタバのコーヒー飲み放題はよかったな。
でもリピートはないです。

予約した時は、気づかなかったんですが
ミニキッチン、ウェルカムドリンク
ドラム洗濯機、大型TV、出たらすぐコンビニ
大浴場、あげたらキリないくらい素晴らしいホテルでした。また、大阪に行く時は迷わず
こちらにお世話になりたいと思います。

少し駅から離れてますが、施設も綺麗で素晴らしいです。朝食も美味しくゆっくり食べることができました。

腑に落ちないけど‥‥やむを得ずに我慢した。
前回も今回もネット環境は最悪だった。

御堂筋線の改札からは少し歩きますが、ホテルまでの間に、いろいろお店があり楽しめると思います。大阪に行く時はまた利用したいと思いました。

良かった。

四泊五日だったのですが……掃除が出来ていない日（コップがそのまま。トイレは蓋が開いたまま…他。掃除も出来ていない……等）があった時、客室担当の方が即対応して下さり、その後の宿泊も旅行も楽しく終わる事が出来たので良かったです。（モウさん有り難う）

まだ新しいホテルで大変綺麗でした。

新しいホテルでアメニティーも充実していました。
クレンジング、化粧水、乳液は雪肌精、ドライヤーはイオニティーです。1番はお風呂が洗い場があるので子ども連れにとても良かったです。枕は柔らかいものと高めのものニ種類、自動チェックイン機なので楽でした。高齢の母は分からないと言っていたので、パソコンやスマホに慣れていない人はスタッフさんと一緒にチェックインした方が良いかもしれません。

なんばパークスがすぐ側にあり、食事も困らなかった。少し歩くと道頓堀の商店街もあり、かなり立地がいいと思う。散歩がてらしっかり観光できた。
唯一気になっていた駐車場も、隣にタイムズがあり平日最大800円、土日祝日も最大1,200円と安くとめられたので安心できた。
部屋の雰囲気もカッコよくて好き。
赤ちゃん連れで哺乳瓶の除菌にレンジが必要でしたが、エレベータ前に設置してあり助かった。
総合的にみて又利用したいホテルでした。

なんか部屋自体は綺麗でしたが息を吹きかけると埃が舞うくらい色々な箇所に埃が溜まっていて施設、部屋自体が綺麗な分少し残念でした。

We were very impressed by this hotel from the moment we arrived. The area was so clean, the entrance beautiful with Christmas lights. The staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby had many complimentary amenities, including Starbucks coffee which made mornings super easy. The room was so big and nice. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious to have a bath. We loved our stay, it was very close to the station and surrounding shops and Dotonbori. We will definitely be back.

Für Sightseeing in Osaka sehr gut geladen. Zimmer schön und geräumig (für japanisch Verhältnisse). Einziges Manko - das Frühstück. Für Europäer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und es gibt keine laktosefreie Alternativen.

Great Hotel! We would highly recommend and would stay here again. The location is close to Namba station (about a 7-8 minute walk) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also walking distance to many places you would want to see in Osaka.

Hotel seems a bit rundown and isn't clean. Laundry service is terrible. Waited 3 hours for a machine. I would not stay here again.

The location was great, very friendly staff, and fairly spacious rooms. It’s definitely nicer than the Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae, which I also stayed in not too far away. I would book at this Namba location!

this hotel was amazing it had all the facilities and more. So convenient to the railway station, dotombori. We loved Osaka and will be back thank you for having us. Only thing is the beds were a little hard.

The room was much larger than I expected - for Japan. There was a little kitchen/dining room area. The bedroom included 5 beds - with 2 as bunk beds, and a little table with a built in L-shaped couch. There was a large walk in closet. The washer included in our room was pleasantly a clothes dryer, too. Detergent was provided by the hotel. Free drinks were in the lobby along with a full array of various toiletries for the taking in the lobby for guests. Lawsons was downstairs. It was an 8 min walk to Namba station which connected to anywhere we needed to go.

Hotel is very well located in the Namba area with easy access to the train station. Room is not very large but well appointed and comfortable. Main issue is the lack of hooks in the room and bathroom (can't even hang our towels!)

Typically Japanese being superbly clean, well maintained, well furnished with excellent room amenities. Exceptionally large room. Unfortunates: view of parking garage or train tracks. A bit off the beaten path for most tourists, but likely perfect for business people. Very popular with China tourists.

조식뷔페의 가짓수가 많지는 않았지만, 건강식이 많았고 매우 맛있어서 만족합니다~^^ 어메니티가 엘베앞에 바로 있어서 넉넉하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고 침구류도 깔끔하고 편안했어요. 개인적으로 실내 가운이 너무 좋아서 구입하고 싶었어요ㅎㅎ

Super great location. 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Could see the trains going to and from Namba Station. Great for when we wanted to have a chill day and come back to the hotel for a break. Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was super modern and very clean. Japanese bathroom was incredible and spacious. We didn’t eat at the restaurant and were able to find other places to eat close by. We wished we had booked more nights here.

Clean room which was well laid out. Great location close to subway and shopping. Nice they had coffee available at 6 am. Lots of toiletries provided. Just a heads up if you are light sleeper request a room away from subway tracks

The room looked to be in good condition as the beds were made, but there were issues. The first was something sticky on the floor area. The carpet looked to be stained, and a brush from a previous guest was found beside the bed ( we were looking for a fallen earplug). I also found something on the couch, under the pillows. Had we not been at the end of our journey, we’d have changed rooms.
The breakfast was adequate.

El personal no fue nada atento. Habíamos pagado el cuarto con desayuno. Nuestros planes cambiaron y al llegar al hotel les informamos que no ibamos a tomar el desayuno porque teníamos que estsr temprano en el aeropuerto y su horario de desayuno comenzaba más tarde. Les pedimos si podían devolvernos el dinero del ya que ibamos a tener que pagarlo en otro lado y nos resondió en tono grosero que ya estaba pagado y no podían devolverlo.
Además elegimos el cuarto con cama king porque era el que tenía lavadora y secadora y la secadora nunca secó nuestra ropa .

好處：服務正常，有Starbucks 咖啡隨意喝。

壞處：早餐難吃，客房無論地下、梳化、床頭、Mini bar等都有肉眼可見的塵，中地下更有污垢，完全不像有認真打掃，非常失望，我下次到大阪一定不會選擇此住宿，更不會推薦任何人住。

The carpet are stained and the beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The dryers don't dry enough and takes multiple rounds to dry your clothes. Was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room again the carpets being very stained and worn down.

Staff helpful and pleasant. Extra amenities available as needed. Room was large and very comfortable. Drinks available all day. Did not eat in hotel as lots of options nearby. Close to transit and 10-15 minute walk to covered shopping and canal.
