全体的に良かったが、部屋内のスリッパが履き心地がよくなかったため、使い捨ての物が良かった。また、トイレにタオルがなく、ペーパータオルがあると良かった。
その他の施設や朝食、スタッフの接客など良かったため、また利用したいと思う。

お部屋は広々として設備もよくゆっくり滞在できました。
ベッド下に（たまたま子供が開けた）たくさんの埃が溜まっており、少々気になりました。
スタバのウェルカムドリンクもとても嬉しかったのですが、床が飲み物で濡れてしまっていたので少し残念でした。

ファミリールームに宿泊しました。
部屋は広かったですが、掃除が行き届いておらず、床のゴミはそのまま、あちこちホコリだらけ、ガラスやカップ類もきちんと洗われてないのか臭いが…
また4台あったベッドのうち2台が、枕元のコンセントが故障していて充電ができませんでした。

スタバのコーヒー飲み放題はよかったな。
でもリピートはないです。

四泊五日だったのですが……掃除が出来ていない日（コップがそのまま。トイレは蓋が開いたまま…他。掃除も出来ていない……等）があった時、客室担当の方が即対応して下さり、その後の宿泊も旅行も楽しく終わる事が出来たので良かったです。（モウさん有り難う）

新しいホテルでアメニティーも充実していました。
クレンジング、化粧水、乳液は雪肌精、ドライヤーはイオニティーです。1番はお風呂が洗い場があるので子ども連れにとても良かったです。枕は柔らかいものと高めのものニ種類、自動チェックイン機なので楽でした。高齢の母は分からないと言っていたので、パソコンやスマホに慣れていない人はスタッフさんと一緒にチェックインした方が良いかもしれません。

なんばパークスがすぐ側にあり、食事も困らなかった。少し歩くと道頓堀の商店街もあり、かなり立地がいいと思う。散歩がてらしっかり観光できた。
唯一気になっていた駐車場も、隣にタイムズがあり平日最大800円、土日祝日も最大1,200円と安くとめられたので安心できた。
部屋の雰囲気もカッコよくて好き。
赤ちゃん連れで哺乳瓶の除菌にレンジが必要でしたが、エレベータ前に設置してあり助かった。
総合的にみて又利用したいホテルでした。

The room was extremely dirty — I couldn’t even be barefoot for a second. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the shower floor was sticky, and the sink was filthy. The furniture was marked up and damaged, and the entire room just felt unclean and neglected. The smell in the hallway was unpleasant, and once inside, I could clearly hear people in the next room. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

Location good - easy walk to Namba station and close to Dotonbori but the hotel is a bit souless.
Check in and check out is self service and it isn't clear what the reception staff are there for.
The advertised Starbuck's coffee in the lobby is a nice perk but has restricted hours and was rarely available when we wanted it.
Gym is ok if you just need a treadmill and a timeslot needs to be booked in advance
The room is small but beds comfy and provided amenities are good.
We couldn't get the TV to connect properly to Netflix, managed sound but no pictures but that may have been something we were doing wrongly.
Having an in room laundry was great but drier takes ages although to be fair, the provided instructions do warn you of that.
All in all, everythin was just adequate and this was the least favourite hotel of our stay in Japan

The hotel was convenient in order to travel around Osaka, being not far from the Namba stations. Furthermore, there are plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Being in the superior room and having access to the lounge, with coffee, beer, soft drinks and snacks, the hotel amenities were fantastic.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly positive experience, though there were a few issues.
The staff was wonderful—very helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any questions we had. The cleanliness was also fine; there was nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet was decent, offering a variety of standard options to start the day, though it wasn't particularly memorable. The location is definitely a plus, as it's very central and convenient for exploring Namba and Dotonbori.
The most glaring issue was the bathroom's lack of towel hooks or any sort of hanging space. This seemingly small detail became a daily inconvenience, as we had nowhere to hang our wet towels to dry. It's a basic amenity that we expected to find and its absence was quite noticeable. The room size was a major challenge. While we were prepared for a compact Japanese hotel room, this one was tiny. We struggled to even fully open our suitcases.
In conclusion, this hotel is a solid option for travelers who prioritize an excellent location and friendly service above all else.

While the location of the hotel is close to much of the nightlife in Osaka, the hotel itself is next to the train/metro line. We were put in a room overlooking the metro line which ran from 6 AM until after midnight. There was never any indication that that would be the location of our room nor were we warned by the hotel staff that it would be noisy. As far as the facility goes the carpet in our room had stains in front of the mini fridge and the room smelled musty. The laundry facilities are not great because there’s only 3 machines for the entire hotel and each is a single washer/dryer unit. Clothes does not dry.

The staff was nice and they helped us forward our luggage to our next stop. There are free drinks for guests on the second floor near the lobby, including Starbucks coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The breakfast at the hotel was fine, but Westerners should not expect a standard breakfast. Overall the pricing is good for this hotel, but if you are willing to spend more, you might want to pass. I wish we had.

The hotel rating would be boosted by making some easy changes and improvements.

Travel with 18 yr old son

We had 3 in one room (husband,wife,18 yr old son). We each had large twin/single beds side by side, due to the expected size of the room. Water closet and wet room were separate, and the sink and mirror just outside of those. The separation of these made it very efficient for 3 people when getting ready in the morning.

Free cold water/drinks and Starbucks machines in the lobby were a very nice touch

Easy check in process with complimentary beverages set the stage for a wonderful stay. The gym was clean, access to the train station was easy via Namba Parks, the room fit the 4 of us nicely. Great sleep, pleasant to relax in, and in the middle of everything. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great location and hotel facilities! The area is safe and Namba station is a 10 min walk. Namba Parks mall is right next door along with a Lawson for those early morning/late night snacks. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are also super close (approx 15-20 min walk) which made our time there that much more fun. The hotel itself is super clean and well-maintained. I reserved a hollywood twin room for 3 people and each of us had our own bed (3 beds lined up next to each other). The room included a separate toilet area, 2 sinks and a shower/tub space. The room also had a washing machine, microwave and fridge, which meant we could do our laundry after a day out without having to use the communal washing machines downstairs (that in itself is a great thing that they have those). The staff was polite and efficient, and they also have a luggage storage facility. They helped arrange cabs to Kansai airport as we had some extra suitcases which would have been hard to wheel to the train station but if you can manage it, you can most definitely roll your luggage to Namba station as the path is really well done. If I am ever back in Osaka, I will most certainly stay there again.

We had a great stay in Namba, we chose this hotel as it looked close to Namba station for us to get the airport train the following day. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the station, it was a little hard to find at first as google maps takes you the long way through the streets, but if you get off at namba station and walk towards namba parks along the train line it’s right behind it. The room was very clean and modern, comfy bed and all amenities are provided in lobby. We also paid for breakfast service in the morning which was buffet style with lots of different options to suit any diet, both western and Japanese style breakfast options were available. Easy check in and check out, would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. Convenient location next to namba parks and near namba station. Superior level booking had access to the club lounge which has snacks and beverages, quite helpful for morning coffee. Breakfast buffet was nice.

It was a wonderful stay, just outside the busy part of Namba central. About 15 minutes to there and a little more to the Dotomburi area. Only issue is that I wish there were a little more clarification and less glorification of the Superior Triple Room with Club Lounge Access. Essentially it is a regular triple room, there is nothing Superior about it, just that it is on the 9th room which has a room with access to a soda machine, a Starbucks machine (both also free in lobby), free beer and whiskey (which is good if you drink alot) and some snacks (Peruvian big corn, tiny chocolate pretzels, mixed nuts). There is no room to sit - if you are used to other club lounges, this is not it. The convenience stores and vending machines have everything including alcohol, and so the almost $100 price difference wasn't worth it.

The property is in a decent location, approximately a 10 minute walk to the subway and Namba station. You can access them through Namba Parks, which has lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is also surrounded by many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were kind and helpful. They had many free amenities and drinks. There are 3 washing machines and at least 1 machine was available whenever we went. The room was clean and well maintained. I thought the room was spacious for 2 people. We were able to fit 1 large luggage and 2 carry ons in the room. It's a 15 minute walk to Dontonbori. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was accessible to quite a few popular attractions.

Ho trascorso alcune notti in questo hotel durante un viaggio con degli amici a Osaka e devo dire che mi sono trovato veramente molto bene. E' posizionato nel quartiere di Namba, nella zona centrale della città. La camera tripla in cui abbiamo soggiornato era abbastanza spaziosa e decisamente pulita. Il bagno invece era decisamente spazioso. Appena fuori dall'hotel erano presenti diversi negozietti e ristoranti tipici dove abbiamo mangiato piuttosto bene. Non abbiamo provato la colazione dell'hotel perché solitamente andavamo a farla nei locali all'esterno della struttura. Infine la posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima! in circa 5/10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente la stazione di Namba da cui si può raggiungere in treno praticamente tutta Osaka (e anche le città limitrofe di Kyoto, Nara o Hiroshima). Inoltre sempre a piedi in circa 15 minuti si posso raggiungere i quartieri di Dotonbori o Shinsekai che sono particolarmente animati, sia di giorno che di notte.
