ホテル京阪 なんば グランデ

朝の朝食付きがとても良かったです。全体的に清潔感があり2階でコーヒーのサービスが嬉しかったです。部屋はコンパクトですがシンプルでオシャレな雰囲気が落ち着けました。
ただ、1点だけ、水廻りの排水溝廻りや特にお風呂の隅々のカビやシャワーベッドの中にあるカビ、浴そうの中に前宿泊客の気配が残る、下の毛があり…あと、トイレの床シミなどは外国人の清掃の方には、水廻りの掃除はあまり気にならないみたいなのかな？
と少し残念な気がいたしました。
ホテルが新しいうちはいいのでしょうが、
せっかくのコンパクトモダンな素敵なホテルなので水廻りはきれいである事を期待してます。
全体的な評価はとても良くて、料金、食事、雰囲気どれも満足しています。また利用したいと思います。

全体的に良かったが、部屋内のスリッパが履き心地がよくなかったため、使い捨ての物が良かった。また、トイレにタオルがなく、ペーパータオルがあると良かった。
その他の施設や朝食、スタッフの接客など良かったため、また利用したいと思う。

お部屋は広々として設備もよくゆっくり滞在できました。
ベッド下に（たまたま子供が開けた）たくさんの埃が溜まっており、少々気になりました。
スタバのウェルカムドリンクもとても嬉しかったのですが、床が飲み物で濡れてしまっていたので少し残念でした。

ファミリールームに宿泊しました。
部屋は広かったですが、掃除が行き届いておらず、床のゴミはそのまま、あちこちホコリだらけ、ガラスやカップ類もきちんと洗われてないのか臭いが…
また4台あったベッドのうち2台が、枕元のコンセントが故障していて充電ができませんでした。

スタバのコーヒー飲み放題はよかったな。
でもリピートはないです。

四泊五日だったのですが……掃除が出来ていない日（コップがそのまま。トイレは蓋が開いたまま…他。掃除も出来ていない……等）があった時、客室担当の方が即対応して下さり、その後の宿泊も旅行も楽しく終わる事が出来たので良かったです。（モウさん有り難う）

新しいホテルでアメニティーも充実していました。
クレンジング、化粧水、乳液は雪肌精、ドライヤーはイオニティーです。1番はお風呂が洗い場があるので子ども連れにとても良かったです。枕は柔らかいものと高めのものニ種類、自動チェックイン機なので楽でした。高齢の母は分からないと言っていたので、パソコンやスマホに慣れていない人はスタッフさんと一緒にチェックインした方が良いかもしれません。

なんばパークスがすぐ側にあり、食事も困らなかった。少し歩くと道頓堀の商店街もあり、かなり立地がいいと思う。散歩がてらしっかり観光できた。
唯一気になっていた駐車場も、隣にタイムズがあり平日最大800円、土日祝日も最大1,200円と安くとめられたので安心できた。
部屋の雰囲気もカッコよくて好き。
赤ちゃん連れで哺乳瓶の除菌にレンジが必要でしたが、エレベータ前に設置してあり助かった。
総合的にみて又利用したいホテルでした。

조식뷔페의 가짓수가 많지는 않았지만, 건강식이 많았고 매우 맛있어서 만족합니다~^^ 어메니티가 엘베앞에 바로 있어서 넉넉하게 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고 침구류도 깔끔하고 편안했어요. 개인적으로 실내 가운이 너무 좋아서 구입하고 싶었어요ㅎㅎ

Super great location. 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Could see the trains going to and from Namba Station. Great for when we wanted to have a chill day and come back to the hotel for a break. Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was super modern and very clean. Japanese bathroom was incredible and spacious. We didn’t eat at the restaurant and were able to find other places to eat close by. We wished we had booked more nights here.

The room looked to be in good condition as the beds were made, but there were issues. The first was something sticky on the floor area. The carpet looked to be stained, and a brush from a previous guest was found beside the bed ( we were looking for a fallen earplug). I also found something on the couch, under the pillows. Had we not been at the end of our journey, we’d have changed rooms.
The breakfast was adequate.

El personal no fue nada atento. Habíamos pagado el cuarto con desayuno. Nuestros planes cambiaron y al llegar al hotel les informamos que no ibamos a tomar el desayuno porque teníamos que estsr temprano en el aeropuerto y su horario de desayuno comenzaba más tarde. Les pedimos si podían devolvernos el dinero del ya que ibamos a tener que pagarlo en otro lado y nos resondió en tono grosero que ya estaba pagado y no podían devolverlo.
Además elegimos el cuarto con cama king porque era el que tenía lavadora y secadora y la secadora nunca secó nuestra ropa .

好處：服務正常，有Starbucks 咖啡隨意喝。

壞處：早餐難吃，客房無論地下、梳化、床頭、Mini bar等都有肉眼可見的塵，中地下更有污垢，完全不像有認真打掃，非常失望，我下次到大阪一定不會選擇此住宿，更不會推薦任何人住。

The carpet are stained and the beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The dryers don't dry enough and takes multiple rounds to dry your clothes. Was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room again the carpets being very stained and worn down.

The drier was not functioning properly. Asking front desk didnt help. Had to figure iut a fix ourselves. Please clean the inner lint trap

Please clean your carpets. Its a nice hotel with many great services. But our room and hallways were full of stains

Please be considerate of customer diets other than meat eaters. Offering bread/doughnuts and salad in the morning is not justifying for how much is charged per adult

Hotel Keihan Namba Grande was an incredible stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. The hotel is steps away to shopping, restaurants and Namba Station. There is a Lawsons conveniently next door! 10/10 would definitely stay here again

It wad such a lovely stay in this beautiful hot. Conveniently located in just 10 min walk from Namba station and Dotonbori, there are a lot of dining options around and also Lawson with plenty of food options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the little lounge with snacks and drinks on the 9th floor

This property was overall good. The location was excellent for dining and shopping. However, it was a 10+ minute walk from namba station which made it not as ideal when carrying luggage or getting around. However, we didn’t use the station that much since everything was very walkable. The money exchange and free coffee in the morning were nice additions. The room was overall nice, however, there were some stains on the carpet and we could not get the TV casting or apps to work, so when relaxing in the room we couldn’t watch anything as English speaking tourists. The shower head was also not functioning properly and was spraying into the bathtub until we figured out how to make it useable. I would recommend to others and stay again, but also would be interested to see what else is available if we return.

Overall this hotel was a good stay. It was quiet, convenient and comfortable. We loved the Club Lounge priviledge. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast provided as I found it very limited in variety in comparison to other hotels and don’t think it’s worth the price. If you like hearing the trains continuously right outside your window, this is your place as your right next to the elevated track which is at room height. Check-in is hopeless in that they make you do self serve which doesn’t work and then you have to go through the whole process again with the front desk this time. Room keys don’t function and staff the give you an extra tax which should have been covered as reservation time and not demanded if you once you arrive. Overall not recommended.

The property is an 8 minute walk to Namba Station through Namba Parks. The location is in the thick of the action, but on the quieter and less frequented end that you feel connected to the heart of the city but far enough to be able to breathe more easily. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are helpful, nice and polite. The one thing that prevented me from giving a 5 is the upkeep and maintenance of the place. The elevator floor is dirty, the toilet vanity faucet has caked stains around the drain and the base of the faucet handle, the ledge of the vanity was dirty and dusty and the wall where the mirror is has splatters on it, the glasses have stains at the bottom, and the spout of the bidet has black stains on it. Of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed in so far, I feel like this hotel is not at par with the Japanese reputation of cleanliness I’ve come to expect.

Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great location, on a walkable street with lots of shops and restaurants (no cars) with even more in the area and close to Namba station. Space is a bit tight in the 3 person room, but very clean and separation between toilet, sink and bath/shower which is convenient for sharing. Lots of toiletries available at reception to take as needed, the usual toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and soap but also hair ties, serum, cream, cleansing oil, etc.

Hotel is situated close enough to Namba subway station ( about 10 mins walk) , yet is in a bit of a quite area which was a nice place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the busy streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch along with the free toiletries.
There is a Lawson store conveniently located just steps away on the second floor, which also has a department store and ramen shops nearby.
The only critique I have is the room cleanliness. Perhaps it was a one off, but our sink was not cleaned well from the previous occupant, with a qtip left between the sink and counter trim, along with obvious mildew on the faucet which could have come off with a decent scrub. This was a bit of a turn off for an otherwise pleasant room.
Overall it was a great stay and would be a contender if we visit Osaka again

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are small though. I liked how close the hotel was to shopping! There were quite a few malls nearby. The hotel has laundry facilities but the machines were always busy when I needed them. There is a laundromat a couple of blocks away if you needed to do a load of laundry. The staff are very helpful and extremely polite. Check in and check out was quick.

Experiencia general ok excelente ubicación

La experiencia en general estuvo ok. La ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno me pareció q no era bueno y el lugar para hacerlo tampoco. Había sacado sin desayuno y fue una buena decisión. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien y fue realizada diariamente. La atención del personal de recepción fue buena, sobre todo de una de las chicas que atendían a la tarde, que ayudó mucho al ingresar todos los datos y averiguaciones que realizó a mi pedido para poder enviar mis valijas, lo que facilitó el trabajo del personal de turno noche quienes generalmente tienen menos experiencia para resolver.
