部屋はすごく綺麗です。お風呂も清潔で気持ちよかったです。

島根の共立リゾート（佳雲＆月夜のうさぎ）に宿泊した際に、両宿ともとても良い宿だったため、今回こちらを予約しました。
しかしながら、今回はいくつか残念に感じる点がありました。
宿泊客のマナーが良くなく、受付で大声を出したり、貸切風呂ではカップルが2か所の前に1人ずつ座り、空いた方に入るといった使い方をしていたため、なかなか順番が回ってきませんでした。
夕食は全体的には美味しかったものの、魚の天ぷらはやや生臭さがあり、黒毛和牛のすき煮には軟骨が混ざっていて残念でした。朝食ビュッフェの果物も傷んでいるものがあり、全体的に料理のクオリティが低く感じられました。
その中で、夜鳴きそばは部屋に持ち帰って食べることができ、味も良く、良かった点だと思います。
期待していただけに、残念な気持ちが強く残る宿泊となりました。

素晴らかったです。
素晴らしい中の辛口にはなりますが、フロント対応に時間がかかり、予約した内容と年齢区分が違う？いやまてまて。私はこのサイトに従っただけやぞ、、
と思いながらのスタート。

お風呂、朝食は最高でした✨️
夕食に飲み放題プランがあれば最高です。
以前、嵐山の花伝抄にはありました！
おばんざいも食べ放題でした。

夜鳴きそばの番台さん、勤務中に喋りすぎ！なくらい喋ってました(;_;)

色々気になる箇所がありながらも星5です！

色々なお風呂があって、無料のサービスが多くとても良かったです。靴を脱いで過ごせるところも良かったですし、ウェルカムドリンクの豊富さや、和菓子が食べられたり、お腹いっぱいで食べられなかったですが夜鳴きそばがあるとか、とても満足。

お値段通りでした。
食事もお値段通り普通。
お風呂とサウナはおすすめではない。
いつも行く近所の温泉のみの施設の方がレベルははるかに良い。温泉とサウナ目当ての方はおすすめではないです。
アイス、ドリンク、夜泣きそばの提供があり
朝はビュッフェなので、小さなお子様連れにはリーズナブルでいいと思います。
ビジネスホテル感覚で安く泊まりたい方にもおすすめです。
掃除は行き届いており綺麗で快適でした。

大浴場が非常に広い上に、貸切まであり温泉施設は大満足。また、全館畳敷なため、リラックス感大。また、ドリンクや夜泣き蕎麦などの無料提供サービスも他にあまりないサービスであり、大満足。ただ、苦言はウェルカムサービスのビール。ぬるい上にコップも小さく、スタッフ対応もおざなりで飲んだら直ぐに帰れ感満載。ビール提供を標榜するなら中途半端に義務感満載でスタッフが提供するより無人でサーバ提供した方がいいと思う。
もし出来なく、このままの状態で提供するならウェルカムサービスのビール提供はやめるべき。正直言ってウェルカムなのに気分が悪かった。

見かけ倒し。

チェックイン前に荷物を預けるためにフロントに持って行ったが、フロントではなく玄関にいるスタッフに預けろと言われた。
フロントにはおしゃべりをしていた女性スタッフが3人いた。
自分はフロントスタッフなのでフロント自分の仕事以外しない。
サービスとしては不親切。
アルバイトの感じが出ていた。
高級な宿だと思っていたが違っていた。
2回目は無い。

大人4人一緒に泊まれるホテルを探して見つけました。街中にありながら温泉でゆっくりもでき良かったです。畳張りでチェックイン時から靴を脱ぐので脱ぎ着しやすい靴がお薦めです。

全館畳敷なので靴は脱いで入館。移動時に履き物がいらないので楽です。清潔感もあり、夕方に団子が出たり、夜鳴きそばの提供があったり、フリーのウェルカムドリンクがあったりするのでお得感が増します。
ただ、ウェルカムドリンク場では製氷力が少なく、人が多く使用するとすぐに氷がつかえなくなるのが残念。

文句無しのお宿です。

とても素晴らしいところです。接客、朝食、部屋の清潔感、全て完璧でした。4つ星に限りなく近い、一般人は贅沢なホテルですね。観光名所にもアクセスが良くとても便利でした。是非とも再度訪れたいです。越後湯沢の店舗にも泊まったことがありますが、運営会社さん運営基準が高いのでしょう、同じく素晴らしい施設でした。オススメです！

Return visit to this hotel because we loved ita cleanliness, private onsen and hospitality in service. It was slightly disappointing as the special pillow options ran out the day we arrived. Initially we thought it was because we checked in late on our first day but the pillows were basically non existent. Hope they work somehting out for the system to ensure each guests gets to choose a pillow fairly

The location is good. Just a short 3 minutes' walk from the JR station. There is a convenient shop nearby and one JR stop will bring you to Kyoto Station where you can connect to the other parts of Kyoto.
The hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. The hotspring is comfortable, with 5 private onsens and 2 public onsens to cater to all needs. There are additional perks such as welcome drinks, snacks, ice-cream and lamen available every day.
The room is spacious and well equipped, with hair-dryer, fridge and safe and also choices of pillow. Bed is comfortable, aircon is strong and water pressure is good.
The breakfast has a large variety and delicious, with lots of items includes rice, noodle, fish, meat, vegetables, eggs, soup and many others.
Overall I am very happy with my stay in this hotel and I would like to recommend travellers to this hotel.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le sol est fait par katami et donc pas de chaussure à l'intérieur de l'etablissement. Très bonne experience d'onsen. Et l'idée de mettre des boissons gratuitement est un plus important. Un peu cher pour kyoto mais merite son prix. Je recommande vivement pour relaxation et chilling

The room was nice, but had a strong musty smell. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. I really found turning in the shoe storage key for the room key at reception every time you went on and out of the hotel quite annoying and really don’t understand the concept and why it’s necessary. Best perk was enjoying the private onsen And being supplied with traditional Japanese robes and pajamas.

一入到酒店就要除鞋。。完全進入一個他他咪嘅世界。。一入到去就放啲鞋喺locker交鎖匙俾reception。。之後個程序每一次離開酒店就放低房鎖匙。。再攞返條鞋櫃鎖匙。。返嚟嘅時候俾返鞋櫃鎖匙再攞返房鎖匙。。我就試咗佢嘅日式晚餐。。真心都幾好食。。每日早餐自助餐，超級豐富。。而酒店裏面都有溫泉。。分別有五個私人溫泉同一個公眾溫泉。。夜晚仲有宵夜。。呢度服務好好。。下次再嚟京都我都會揀返呢間溫泉酒店

Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. One subway stop from Kyoto Station. Not many restaurants nearby but it is a quiet location with the hotel next to the subway station. Facilities are great. The hot spring is good.. could have provided towels instead of asking guests to use own towels from the room.

Great Onsen hotel close to city centre

Great Onsen hotel in the heart of the town, just one station away from Kyoto station, really great location for those who cannot afford the time to travel far for Onsen hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, great service, and I really like the private baths that I can share with my family instead of strangers in public bath, and the wait was reasonable. The breakfast was good, more Japanese style options which are what we wanted. The Kaiseki dinner was good, though I had more delicious ones elsewhere before, still good value for money and nice experience overall. Definitely want to stay here again!

Lovely onsen experience with great food and some snacks and coffee/teas.

The one lounge with sweets etc was tiny and a tough spot to see if things were being served/what they were.

Room was comfortable but no blackout curtains so if that's an issue for you, make plans.

Ein Hotel im japanischen Stil! Keine Schuhe im Hotel, private Bäder, Onsen, Frühstück japanisch. Sehr schön zu erleben. Direkt neben S-Bahn (nur im Sinne von Erreichbarkeit, keinerlei Beeinträchtigung dadurch.

A small hotel tucked away in an alley. We walk right by at first and didn't even see it. This hotel is clean, easy to navigate and doesn't have a huge amount of amenities. There's a washer dryer (500 yen total) on first floor with the vending machines. There's a tiny garden out front and that's it. Honestly, if you're in Kyoto you will be out exploring anyway. It's close enough to Gojo subway which is one station away from Kyoto Station. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. Price per night is excellent and affordable. Check out just requires you to put a sign up on your door and put your check out paper into a box the day of at 10:00am.

There are free beverages and ice creams, and all 5 private bath do not need advance reservations. The dining is also decent. The only problem is that there is too many people, among all the hot spring hotels, this hotel feels a little bit crowded.

This is one of the fancier hotel we've booked for your trip this year and it was so worth it. Although we can only get 1 night, this was the best night in our 2 week stay in Japan. From the cleanliness of the hotel, to the warm welcome of the staff, and the many options of Onsens, this is one hotel I would recommend anyone to book really early. The no shoe throughout the hotel is awesome. I dont have to worry about my feet getting dirty from outside street germs being brought in. The Onsens are all very serene in their own way and I love that the wait isnt too long. Then we have the abundance of free services they provide from amenities, refreshments, snacks and free rentals of Yukata and 5 different kinds of pillow! I got the basic quadrupal room and it was so cute!!! Enough space for my family of 4 and they have cute hotel clothes that we can wear throughout the hotel besides the yukata. The kaiseki dinner was good and we got to try many traditional japanese dishes but nothing could beat that breakfast buffet they had. So so so many options to choose from and I really stuffed myself because I wanted to try alot of things. Overall this hotel is a 5 star for me and if I get a chance to come to Japan again, I will definitely come back!

The hotel was beautiful, the amenities - especially the private baths - were great. Staff were friendly and the location was very handy to get around from. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the key system: you're only given one set of keys and you must always exchange your key with access to your shoes or vice versa, so just stepping out for some air was such a chore, especially when the front desk is packed with people checking in or just wanting to get their shoes.

HOT SPRINGS!! 5 private and 2 big public for both genders. Staff are all super helpful, nice and friendly. The amenities in this Onsen Hotel has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is not just a hotel. It’s a cultural experience. If I can give 10 stars I would! From the staff to hotel room to breakfast experience.. I feel so lucky to experience all these things in my Japan trip.
Their hot spring experience is out of this world.
They offer pro biotic drink, soba noodles, ice pops and beautiful yukata.
Conveniently located next to the train station.
My only regret was not to stay longer in this hotel.
I would definitely come back with my family in a near future.
