・お手頃な価格で宿泊できる。
・設備が新しくてきれい。
・ベッドとバスタブが大きい。

・エレベーターが1基しかないのでなかなか来ないときがある。

【総評】
とてもコスパの良いホテルだと思います。今回は車で行ったのですがたまたま近くのコインパーキング（1,000円/24h）が１台分空いていたので良かったです。そこが満車だと遠くか高いパーキングに停めることになります。

最高です。またご利用させていただきます。

立地最高。清水寺まで歩いていけます。また、薬局やコンビニ等も近くにあるので利便性もよいです。ベッドも広く寝相の悪い子供がいても助かりました。ルームサービス等はないですが、価格安い方が助かりますし、個人的には大満足です。

部屋はきれいだけどタオルに力入れてる割にはすたれ感が酷かった。クッションカバーも使用感がかなりあり清潔そうにみえないところが残念だった

ベットも布団も寝心地がよく、タオルもフカフカで気持ちよかったです。男性はサウナもあり、楽しめました。部屋も広くて、トイレとお風呂も別で、きれいです。
また機会があれば、泊まりたいと思います。

無人チェックイン、チェックアウトは嬉しいがチェックイン時に同伴者全ての個人情報を入力するのが手間だった。オンラインで事前に入力できるようになればもっとスムーズにチェックインできそうです。

部屋はとても綺麗で、ベッドの寝心地も最高でした。コスト削減のためか、最低限のサービスでも気にならない方なら、満足できると思います。パジャマ等はなかったので、必要なら、自前での準備が必要です｡

Feedback:
The check-in process did not work properly. I filled out the form before arrival, but when I arrived at the check-in screen, I still had to complete several parts again, which delayed me.

The elevator always stops at floor 2 (reception) when going down to floor 1, and again when going up from floor 1 to the rooms. It’s very annoying and unnecessary.

The TV in our room cannot be watched from the bed — it’s mounted on a side wall, so the only way to watch it is to stand in the middle of the room. This was quite disappointing.

I had such a great stay here! The room and bathroom were super clean, and the water pressure was amazing. They provided really nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelled so good. The comforter was soft, fluffy, and super cozy — perfect after a long day of exploring.

The location couldn’t be better — I could easily walk to Yasaka Pagoda, Gion District, Nishiki Market, and several temples. There are lots of restaurants nearby, plus convenience stores like Lawson, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart just around the corner. There’s even a tax-free shop right across the street. The train station is only about 2 minutes away, which made getting around so easy.

Overall, super comfortable stay in a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is okay, clean and not outdated. Hotel Policies are strict and kinda make your stay feel uncomfortable. I had already paid for it so I was unable to change hotels after checking the policies.

My 2nd night, they clean up trash for you and enter during the day unexpectedly. We were suprised our door was left unlocked and finding the trash has been cleaned up. Not a good experience.

Easy to find, new, fresh, and very walkable to 100's if not 1000's of restaurants and stores.
Accommodation of our bags when we arrived early was so very kind and appreciated.
Pricing was Exceptional value. 2 rooms for 2 nights for the same cost of a 1 night stay in Hakone. We will return.

A nice solid business hotel that's close to a train/metro station.

We did find that the rooms were a bit on the small side for the family, and that it's quite hard to eat together in the room without causing a mess. That said, the room was clean and comfortable.

We read reviews previously so prepared how to check in by ourselves on I pod however walking into to no one at desk was wired. Room was very small for family of 4 and feel clamped to open suitcases. A couple of pillow cases had stains. There was a sign on the table @ do not vomit. My daughter was so shocked. There was old vomit stain on the hallway. It was cheap but we wouldn’t do it again.
