スタッフの姿があまり見えないので聞きたいことがあっても話しできなかった

フロントロビーに外国人宿泊客のものと思われるスーツケースが所狭しと並べられていて、初見ではどこでチェックインしていいものか迷った。
共用の電子レンジが、一階の共用トイレの前にあった。いかがなものか？
相場が上がっているので仕方がないとはいえ、極小の部屋に対する料金としてはまったく納得感がなかった。

立地抜群

立地抜群。新幹線の上野駅からすぐでかつ御徒町も近いので東京に行くのもすぐ。ただ、立地ゆえに観光客が多く、夜もにぎやか。騒音は気にならないが夜の外出は抵抗がある人もいるかも（24時間営業のドラッグストアやラーメン屋や居酒屋は深夜までやっているので、そういうのが好きな人には快適）

部屋の清潔感、働いている方の対応、滞在している時間など全てにおいて満点なのですが、チェックインの際に自動チェックインを使わないお客さんがフロントの人と長々と話してて、数秒で終わる自動チェックインが出来ずだいぶ待つことになりました。
後ろにもチェックインを待つ方が数人。
順番を待つのは当たり前ですが、自動チェックインの機械を使う人と直接チェックインする人、フロントの方と話す人をスムーズに誘導して頂ければ長い列も出来なくていいなと感じました。

出張で使いました。ホテルの周りは飲食店多く立地は最高。高速道路横でしたが騒音は全く気にならず。上野駅も近いので乗車時間までゆっくり滞在出来る。

部屋がキチンと清掃されており、アメニティの質も良かった。
何より今回急な宿泊でも予約取れたこと、チェックイン時間に融通が聞いたことが良かった。

初めて宿泊しましたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまでスムーズに行えます。部屋はコンパクトですが使いやすい設計でアメニティも充実してます。施設コスパ共に満足いくレベルでした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

アパさんを大好きなんですが最近だんだん空調も室内も汚くなってきたと思う。

部屋に入ったてスリッパに履き替えようと思って方を脱ぎカーペットに足がつくとすごく濡れていた。また、ベットにはだれのか分からない人の髪の毛が混ざっていたり、トイレットペーパーのところは埃が溜まっていたり、コーヒースティックが置いてあるところは茶色く汚れていたりなど衛生面がとても心配になりました
たまたまかもしれませんが、実際に起こっていることなのでおそらく他の部屋も同じ感じなのかもしれません。

It was ok

The lobby was so narrow and tight. Had to squeeze in to get to the check-in machine with many suitcases behind. A bit dusty in the room too. The walls and door are not that noise proof as I was woken up when someone just came back to their room around 2 and 3 am. There was also no option (or not clear how to) for the heater to be changed to aircon. It was so warm in the room.

The space in the room was enough with space under the bed for the suitcases. Near the station, shops and restaurants.

2泊して、水回りの清掃はよくされていました。ガラスのコップが洗ってあるかどうかがわからなかったので、洗って使いました。

had AC problem, but overall it's fine

The room was bigger than other APA hotels I have stayed. It's clean and compact as one can expected from APA and it's sitting at a very convenient location.
The only problem I had was the air condition.
It was a central control system and "heating" was the only option during my stay regardless of the temperature. So I woke up several times because of the heat. The sweat and short sleep made it a not so nice staying experience.

Modern, clean, new, just enough space for a solo stay. The location is extremely convenient, having restaurants and shopping right downstairs. Subway station is also just a short walk. Very happy with my stay here.

The whole hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful, though only some speak English so using Google Translate comes in handy. Be aware that the rooms are VERY small, which they are clear about up front. Minimal amenities and the two elevators get very busy serving 14 floors.

Location of the hotel is great. About an 8 minute walk to Ueno station to catch the skyliner to and from the airport. Okachimachi station is just a 5 minute walk to travel to other area of Tokyo. Alot of great eating amd shopping spots right around the hotel. The hotel restaurant on the 1st floor was convenient for an early breakfast, before heading out to whatever plans you have for the day.

Room okay just typical APA small room. The only complaint I had was the central air system that didn’t allow individual room temperature to be changed. It was on heat and the room was so stuffy and hot we slept on the blanket. The busy hours in the morning checkout time elevator was congested and we waited 4 lifts. Anyway the staff in lobby have been good and professional . Most likely won’t stay there again ever.

I will never stay here again since it's too expensive, food was cold and old, restaurant had rats but still would not give me a refund. The bathrooms are way way way too small. Staff doesn't talk any English and management is really cheap and stingy.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible everyday. All the same old food was cold and reused too many times. The staff and I saw rats running around kitchen and restaurant floors but they did nothing about it and didn't even give me a refund. I didn't bother getting breakfast the 4th day even when I paid for it.

The room and washroom are small but very clean, making it a good choice for solo travelers. We stayed here mainly because of its convenient location near Ueno Station and the express train to and from Narita Airport. The hotel is also within walking distance of popular attractions such as Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo, the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum, and the Tokyo National Museum. There are also temples and shrines nearby.

Location is excellent, close to Ueno station for easy transfer to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Narita airport. Ameyoko street is nearby and Ueno park is within walking distance. The only I don’t like about this hotel is the staffs and the main reception area. They don’t have a proper storage room and bags are all around the area and it looks so unsightly and making the reception area cramped. The staffs are also too impersonal. They don’t really greet me upon arrival and lead to a self checking machine. I have to check in myself, scan my own passport n make credit card payments. Then they just hand me the room keys. They didn’t even offer to assist in the checkin.

APA hotels never disappoint. The best staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend especially in this area as it’s very easy to get around Tokyo from the nearby station and easy access to Narita airport.

Overall a decent stay. Small room, but for the price I won’t complain.

The biggest drawback was the lack of lobby space to rest in while waiting for the check-in time. So you’ll have to walk around or stand outside to pass the time, which is annoying in the summer after a long flight.

Tiny but mighty

Excellent location and very clean! You're provided with everything for your hygiene (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, q-tips, razor, and wash cloth). It's a small room but very comfortable.

Très bon emplacement pour un séjour à Tokyo

Bien en tout point et excellent pour l’emplacement car l’hôtel est situé en plein centre de toutes activités et transports.
Juste bien pour l’hôtel en lui même car la chambre était petite, les services moindres comparer aux autres hôtels ou on a été a Osaka et Kyoto.

Excellent location

The room was compact but well designed, so the space worked for 2 people for a short stay. Handy storage under the bed. The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well (which was a huge bonus in the stifling August heat). Large TV and in-room kettle and fridge. Great city view and strong wifi.

Bathroom was very small but was clean and had all the amenities you needed (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, razors etc). Towels changed daily.

The check in area was chaotic and full of cases being stored, so not the best first impression, but the rooms and staff were good.

The location is excellent- less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. Despite this, we had no issues with noise in our room (presumably because we were on a high floor).

Great attentive staff, location was perfect a short walk to ameyoko, subway access just around the corner, great restaurants, the facility has pocket Wi-Fi for rent. Really can’t go wrong. Rooms have comfortable beds. Not the biggest rooms but it’s still enough room to feel comfortable.
