部屋の清潔感、働いている方の対応、滞在している時間など全てにおいて満点なのですが、チェックインの際に自動チェックインを使わないお客さんがフロントの人と長々と話してて、数秒で終わる自動チェックインが出来ずだいぶ待つことになりました。
後ろにもチェックインを待つ方が数人。
順番を待つのは当たり前ですが、自動チェックインの機械を使う人と直接チェックインする人、フロントの方と話す人をスムーズに誘導して頂ければ長い列も出来なくていいなと感じました。

出張で使いました。ホテルの周りは飲食店多く立地は最高。高速道路横でしたが騒音は全く気にならず。上野駅も近いので乗車時間までゆっくり滞在出来る。

部屋がキチンと清掃されており、アメニティの質も良かった。
何より今回急な宿泊でも予約取れたこと、チェックイン時間に融通が聞いたことが良かった。

初めて宿泊しましたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまでスムーズに行えます。部屋はコンパクトですが使いやすい設計でアメニティも充実してます。施設コスパ共に満足いくレベルでした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

部屋に入ったてスリッパに履き替えようと思って方を脱ぎカーペットに足がつくとすごく濡れていた。また、ベットにはだれのか分からない人の髪の毛が混ざっていたり、トイレットペーパーのところは埃が溜まっていたり、コーヒースティックが置いてあるところは茶色く汚れていたりなど衛生面がとても心配になりました
たまたまかもしれませんが、実際に起こっていることなのでおそらく他の部屋も同じ感じなのかもしれません。

It was ok

The lobby was so narrow and tight. Had to squeeze in to get to the check-in machine with many suitcases behind. A bit dusty in the room too. The walls and door are not that noise proof as I was woken up when someone just came back to their room around 2 and 3 am. There was also no option (or not clear how to) for the heater to be changed to aircon. It was so warm in the room.

The space in the room was enough with space under the bed for the suitcases. Near the station, shops and restaurants.

2泊して、水回りの清掃はよくされていました。ガラスのコップが洗ってあるかどうかがわからなかったので、洗って使いました。

had AC problem, but overall it's fine

The room was bigger than other APA hotels I have stayed. It's clean and compact as one can expected from APA and it's sitting at a very convenient location.
The only problem I had was the air condition.
It was a central control system and "heating" was the only option during my stay regardless of the temperature. So I woke up several times because of the heat. The sweat and short sleep made it a not so nice staying experience.

Best Location Heart of Ueno

Location was very convenient. Heart of Ueno.
Only minutes away from JR and Metro.

Will choose Apa Hotel in the future.

Apa Hotel is located at a very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants around. Hotel offers to store suitcases before check-in and after check-out if needed. Rooms are very quiet, clean and well equipped with slippers, gown, kettle, coffee, tea and a fridge. Bathroom has a bath tube and toiletries are supplied.

Excellent location close to subway line from cruise ship terminal where we disembarked, and close to the subway line to the airport after our visit to Tokyo. Lots of food options close by, and shopping, and grocery store for necessities all within a short walking distance. Easy to go Tsukiji, Ginza, Akihabara, Shibuya, Tokyo Metropolitan Government tower ( for night light show). Ueno park close by for outdoor walks. Safe neighborhood, no problem going out at night.

No chair, sofa or whatever in the lobby thst guests could sit down. No good for elderly, small children and disabled people. Bed inside room too soft, bad to spine.

For the location in centre of Ueno....FANTASTIC.
Room great as wrre the staff. VERY congested with 40...50 pieces of luggage in the lobby over our 5 days which became problematic as it spills into the lift access area and entrance.

上野車站旁

位置其實算是可以，不過因爲第一次去，以為離上野車站很方便很近，但最後其實還是要到京城上野的附近比較近。看住宿簡介是有停車場可提供，但其實根本找不到，而且路非常小條人超多…不好開車。最後停在了飯店對面的停車位。兩小時要3500円。

A typical APA Hotel. Rooms are tiny, services are bare minimum.
But it is a great location, under 5 min walk to Ueno park, Ueno JR and Tokyo metro stations, as well as to Narita Skyline express (next Ueno JR station)
Hotel staff will keep your suitcase if you arrive before check in time or your flight is after checkout time. Hotel is quiet.

Satisfied but hoped for better

Spent four nights at the APA Hotel in Ueno in April.
I had read about temperature issues and hoped it would be better in warmer weather, but the AC only ran briefly, and the room was too warm for my son and me to sleep comfortably.

The room was small (expected) and generally well-equipped, but the TV was poorly placed and only worked via casting, which didn’t function with major streaming services on an iPhone. We ended up not using it.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—lots of restaurants and shops right outside, close to Ueno and Okachimachi stations, and easy walking distance to Ueno Park and Asakusa.

The biggest disappointment was the staff. While friendly, they were inconsistent in handling typical tourist questions. For example, two trainees recommended a luggage service that would leave me without bags for 1.5 days, while another staff member later suggested Airporter, which got my luggage to the next hotel the same day. I understand a trainee might not know about these services but expect that they would ask their colleagues.
The lack of temperature control in the room means I would not stay here again but if this doesn't bother you, the location is great, room is small but well equipped and clean.

Bon hôtel à Tokyo

Second séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Ueno dont la gare est reliée en direct à l'aéroport de Narita et est un arrêt de la ligne de métro Ginza qui vous permettra d'aller directement sans changement aux principaux points d'intérêt de Tokyo. Chambres petites (on est au Japon) mais confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.

Hotel was nice, big enough room for one. Only thing is that the aircon is either set to hot or cold automatically, so one night I couldn’t make the room cool and the other night I was too cold but the aircon was set to cold and the staff couldn’t amend it. Other than that it’s good for a short stay.

房間溫度熱

3月天氣開始變暖，但是中央空調在住宿第一天還是在「暖氣模式」，即使本人穿短袖衣服、蓋著被還是會出汗。在住宿第二天開始轉了「冷氣模式」，本人還是看不出分別，還是會出汗，連續幾天都無法熟睡。另外，房間因地理位置在市中心鬧區，會聽到地鐵聲音，不過對於本人來說，問題不大。

除了以上問題，房間非常整潔、員工態度友善。

酒店位置非常方便，附近有多個地鐵站及JR站。房間比較細，沒有多餘空間打開行李箱。三月天氣不冷但酒店只提供中央暖氣及沒辦法調整節温度，只可打開窗來降温，但窗外噪音很強，影響睡眠。
