新しくて部屋の設備もよかったので快適に滞在できました。ただ、夜になるとロビーがDJのいるナイトクラブになるので、ロビーを普通に使えず、ものすごい音量なので、話をしてほかのゲストと翌日の計画もできないような環境です。ですが、Partyのない日や日中は広々としたロビーではあります。

おしゃれでキレイ、機能的な部屋、立地最高。

内装が非常におしゃれで清潔キレイで、コリドー通りにあって立地良し、それでこの値段はお得だと思う。
寝室に扉があって、洗面所とか浴室と別になっているので、静かに寝られる。
風呂はシャワーのみだが、よくあるユニットバス(浴槽にシャワーカーテン)ではなく、独立したシャワールームになっているのが便利でポイント高い。
テレビがなくてプロジェクターをテレビとして設置されているが、プロジェクターは動作音(ファンの音)がうるさいのでそこはマイナス。テレビ見ない人には問題なし。

銀座コリドー街なので、近くに飲食店が多く、また有楽町駅にも近く交通に便利でした。
50代の60代の私たちにとって、TVがないことは、調子が狂ってしまうんだと自分自身でも新しい発見で驚きでした。若い人向けなのかもしれません。

2Fで過ごす事が楽しみで行ったのだが、自分の思った雰囲気とは少し違ったのが残念ではあった。

DO NOT STAY HERE. NOTHING REALLY SPECIAL. LOUD AT NIGHT. IF YOU TRAVEL WITH FAMILY AND KIDS THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL YOU WANT TO BE, THE LOBBY IS LOCATED IN A BAR/DJ AREA, PEOPLE ARE LOUD AND DRINKING. AT NIGHT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP YOU WILL HEAR THE PEOPLE ON THE BACK STREET PARTYING AND YELLING. TERRIBLE. THE BREAKFAST IS AWFUL. DONT DO IT.

Good location without a doubt. Good Italian Restaurant on ground floor which we presume was leased by the restaurant. Excellent meals.
Now the negatives - the reality of the hotel did not match up with the very professional wide lens photographs on your website (and others). The reception was in the bar/lounge which was half the size of what it looks like in the photos. To make it worse several days of the week there is a DJ and open to the public. So guests had no lounge as the other adjacent bar was never open - we were there 8 nights so know this. People attending standing around at the door of the elevator bringing guests and people checking in up was very annoying. We found it very disappointing - the hotel either provides a lounge for their guests and give up the dancing/DJ/Karaoke evenings or whatever as they cant do both. It is unfair on the guests as these public evenings are not mentioned in advertising.
The staff were very good though.
There are numerous excellent restaurants very close by down the Corridor. Very busy area every night.
The only disappointment was the fact of the lounge being used for public gigs with no prior warning to guests.

Stayed here for most of our time in Tokyo and if we ever make it back i would definitely stay here again.we arrived early so they stored our bags before check in started so we could Make the most of our day. Location wise it was great, close to multiple stations so we were able to get everywhere we wanted with direct trains. The room was large and comfortable and had great facilities and we enjoyed watching the trains come and go with minimal noise. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and toilet were excellent. I would say the only thing that personally we weren't a massive fan of was the breakfast set up. This was based in the restaurant on the first floor. The choice was only from 5 meal options on the menu most of which were different combos of the same items with an additional small bread selection and a couple of fruits, personally we would prefer a slightly wider selection or a bit more buffet style but the actual hotel and room i cannot fault.

Once adjusted the air conditioning in the room was fine. I arrived a little early for check-in and the staff informed me that the room was ready, but I would have to pay an hourly fee to access the room early. This seemed strange and inhospitable. I arrived around 1:15PM. Normal check in is 3:00PM. I did not take them up on their offer and was put off by the whole situation. The staff was kind but not overly hospitable. The breakfast was fair. Housekeeping staff was running the vacuum during the breakfast hours in the breakfast area. A bit strange.

Highly recommend although be aware of the noise from the rail tracks - you will likely need to wear earplugs to sleep.

The room and hotel were clean. The staff was however, was basically non existent. When we first arrived in the evening after a long flight we were asked to use self check in machine, despite there being a person at the reception. They also were very reluctant when we asked for help with our bags up to our room. The reception area is also a bar, which means it is constantly loud and full of people, especially in the evenings and there is no other way to the rooms other than through what seems like a pretty popular bar.

Location was excellent, walkable to a few metro stations. However, the rooms do not have a television and only a projector. We had issues with the projector trying to watch Netflix through our phone. We had to collect our various amenities every night and found this troublesome when we were back each night already carrying our shopping hauls.
The staff were not that helpful when we requested for water bottles.
Only the male staff from Myanmar was helpful and we appreciate his help.

Did not love the fact that the reception shares a space with the bar, the bar was quite packed every night so shuffling through that space and a crowd of people with luggage after a long travel day was a little annoying. Other than that the rooms and staff were excellent and the location was superb.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. The pictures online did not accurately resemble the property itself. Although the room was satisfactory, the noise was terrible. There is a nightclub on the second floor that plays loud music until 4:00 a.m., so if you are placed on the third floor, you will likely be kept up all night.
That said, the property is in a very convenient location, which was a positive.

Great location for Ginza district shopping and to see the Imperial palace. Hotel had lots of fantastic ammenities - room was immaculately clean, bedding super soft and comfortable. Shower 10/10 waterfall. Staff very welcoming. Lots of great restaurants close by. Cannot fault!
Only missed 5th star as room was VERY small. We couldn’t open 2 suitcases at the same time.

We had a decent experience overall. The rooms are well appointed and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The in-room projector is a fantastic feature and adds a unique touch. The front desk staff were exceptional; incredibly polite, helpful, and prompt with any requests. The location is excellent, close to everything you could need, with a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The rooms and lobby were very clean, and the laundry facilities were especially convenient while traveling.

A few details kept me from giving a full five-star rating. While the projector is a great addition, it emits a blue indicator light that shines above the bed even when turned off, which can be disruptive when trying to sleep. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and felt underwhelming. The room also did not offer much of a view.

Also, we had an unfortunate interaction at the Canvas bar. One staff member (gentleman that typically wears all black, not the gentleman who wears the beige/sand-colored apron) came across as rude and lacking basic courtesy. It felt out of place given how professional and welcoming the rest of the team was.

Another note: the lobby shares space with the lounge/bar area. At times, it was loud with music and guests drinking, which made it less comfortable when simply trying to head up to the room.

Lastly, there's an additional charge for a one-hour late checkout. Many hotels are willing to accommodate a short extension when possi

The room was warm and welcoming with a very comfortable bed. I love having the seperate shower and seperate toilet. The staff were wonderful and helped whenever asked. We returned here because we loved it the first time. The location is great with eating, trains and shopping close at hand. We appreciate the guests laundry and projector tv.

This hotel is amazing, a fun lobby bar and lounge, great location, movie projectors in each room (connect your laptop), bluetooth speaker in the shower, very good breakfast.Why only 4 stars? They advertise their smallest rooms as being 23 sq mt. This is why I chose this hotel. In fact, they are only 16 sq mt! Who enjoys getting cheated, raise your hand now.They were willing to upgrade me for a fee, another insult. Some negotiations later, I was moved into a supposedly 34 sq mt room, more likely about 25 or 26.

The staff are not very competent.

Beds were rock hard as were the pillows. When we asked for softer pillow there was none, we asked for 1 more pillow we were told no “there are none spare”. We have a baby and needed the pillow.

They didn’t empty the bins for 2-3 days, our rubbish was overflowing. We had done a bit of shopping so there was a lot.

Coffee downstairs was 5,000, it was weak so we got better coffee from 7 Eleven for 250.

One evening I went downstairs to get a bottle of wine to take back to the room, was told the bar was shut by a bit of aggressive male staffer (it was 8:55). I went back to our room and decided to do a load of washing in the laundry near the bar, when I came downstairs I saw staff serving drinks to 2 people who then sat in the lounge area, however wouldn’t provide a closed bottle and glasses to us to take to our room.

Location was not that great either, at night there’s no vibe, not much going on and everything shuts early. Better to stay somewhere more welcoming to tourists.

We won’t stay here again and don’t recommend to others for all the above reasons.

Porfavor no paguen por el desayuno es un desastre, sirven un solo platillo en una carta de 5 platillos en donde normalmente no hay 2.

La verdad las fotos que ponen son muy buenas, el hotel para el costo está muy pero muy limitado.

Teníamos expectativas altas.
