新しくて部屋の設備もよかったので快適に滞在できました。ただ、夜になるとロビーがDJのいるナイトクラブになるので、ロビーを普通に使えず、ものすごい音量なので、話をしてほかのゲストと翌日の計画もできないような環境です。ですが、Partyのない日や日中は広々としたロビーではあります。

おしゃれでキレイ、機能的な部屋、立地最高。

内装が非常におしゃれで清潔キレイで、コリドー通りにあって立地良し、それでこの値段はお得だと思う。
寝室に扉があって、洗面所とか浴室と別になっているので、静かに寝られる。
風呂はシャワーのみだが、よくあるユニットバス(浴槽にシャワーカーテン)ではなく、独立したシャワールームになっているのが便利でポイント高い。
テレビがなくてプロジェクターをテレビとして設置されているが、プロジェクターは動作音(ファンの音)がうるさいのでそこはマイナス。テレビ見ない人には問題なし。

銀座コリドー街なので、近くに飲食店が多く、また有楽町駅にも近く交通に便利でした。
50代の60代の私たちにとって、TVがないことは、調子が狂ってしまうんだと自分自身でも新しい発見で驚きでした。若い人向けなのかもしれません。

ホテルは非常に綺麗で、お部屋も広くはないが綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。
2Fで過ごす事が楽しみで行ったのだが、自分の思った雰囲気とは少し違ったのが残念ではあった。
朝食はとてもよく、食材の説明も丁寧にしてくださり、気分のいい朝となりました。

海外のホテルみたい

駅近の清潔でスタイリッシュなホテルでした。ウェルカムドリンクは差額をプラスするとアルコールもいただけました。バーが充実していて、音楽が好きな方は心地よいラウンジかなと思います。日比谷、銀座、新橋にも近いので、お店選びにも困りません。気分転換にまた泊まりに行きたいです。

歯磨きセットがないのはイタい

朝起きて歯を磨こうとしたら歯磨きセットがなくて困りました。フロントに電話したところ、チェックインの際に、歯磨きセットをフロントで貰う必要があったと分かりましたがかなり興醒めしました。歯磨きセットを貰ってエレベーターに乗る映像を想像するだけでかなり興醒めです。想像するだけでそれならタオルが一枚ない方がまだいいかなと思いました。もしくは宿泊代が5000円高い方が良いと思いました。歯磨きセットで経費節約するようなアプローチは止めてほしいです。

The hotel is a relatively low cost option in the heart of Tokyo. The rooms are quite small, but their condition is virtually perfect, and the bed is quite comfortable. If you are traveling long term with multiple large luggage this may not be for you, but if a couple traveling light with a roll-aboard or two as your luggage, this is an excellent choice.

Hotel demasiado moderno para mi gusto. Habitaciones muy pequeñas y minimalistas sin espacio para poder desempacar nuestra ropa (la tuvimos que dejar en las maletas. Camas muy bajitas pero muy cómodas con un buen hedredon. Muy buen baño y regadera. Es un hotel que está entre 3.5 y 4 estrellas en realidad. El desayuno bastante malon.

The hotel itself was great. It sits on a very busy street with tons of restaurants right across from the train station. The train sound didn’t bother me at all. Well sound proofed windows. But it had a dj party on Saturday night until 1-2 a.m in the 2nd floor lobby. The whole room was shaking with loud base music and loud people. It kept us up all night. That was painful.

We travelled as a family and the location is really convenient and the nearby transport isn’t too far or too busy. The hotel has a very busy bar downstairs, I was about the noise but it wasn’t too bad (level 6). The room was spacious enough for 3 and with one suitcase opened up.

Go out for breakfast

Good service at check in. Breakfast was low quality with and a very narrow selection, sadly. You can only chose one warm thing from a small menu, and the rest is just white toast and raw corn and other separate vegetables. No yoghurt or rice. Would order somewhere else because of that.

Small, but that’s every hotel in Tokyo. King bed was quite firm but I slept OK. Quality bedding. Nice finishes in the Prosecco room. Recommend.

I was a bit disappointed in a few aspects of this hotel. The postive I can say is the location. Close to amazing shopping and restaurants. Being one block away from 7/11 was also super convenient. The negatives were the scent from the lobby. Not a pleasant smell. Breakfast had very minimal options, not worth the value. Rooms were a decent size but felt very dated and the smell wasn't pleasant. Amenities were provided at reception only. For the cost, this wasn't the greatest value.

Great hotel and staff!

Great hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Ginza and less than 5 minutes away from Ginza Station. Highly recommended if you are visiting Tokyo! The bar on 2nd floor was also a fun place for a quick drink! Staff was friendly and polite!

Situated right on the outskirts of Ginza, the Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor is located on the upper floors of the building. The lobby is also a bar and lounge hybrid with a hip night life aesthetic that does make you feel like you're already part of the Ginza night life scene.

Check in was a smooth process with partial self check in but with front desk reception helping us through the process and getting us situated. We had our luggage delivered to the hotel days before from our previous hotel, and the staff had them delivered straight into our rooms which was a very much needed relief since we already had our hands full with the luggage we were already carrying with us. That was a very much appreciated gesture.

Our suite was the best one that we had on our trip, which we splurged a bit for our last days in Japan. It was a very nicely decorated interior with purchase-able art. Some highlights were the projector system that took a bit to set up but ran smoothly, and the shower that took up the entire room with Bluetooth audio.

The suite was a joy to be in and my only wish was to have been able to stay longer. We would definitely come back again if the opportunity came up.

Not a good place to stay

There was a horrible smile, the entire time on the first floor when you entered, and on the second floor when you checked in. It smelled like some type of sewer leak. The room was too small. The staff didn't really greet you or say hello. Not very friendly. Don't recommend staying there.

Mancanza di sicurezza e informazioni sull’hotel

Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto negativa. Al piano terra un terribile odore di fogna che non invita per nulla ad entrare; il piano della lobby un club la sera, con musica e persone che girano lì bevendo drink, camere piccole che non sono assolutamente come in foto. La cosa peggiore di tutte: chiedo gentilmente se possibile utilizzare le scale per fare i due piani per raggiungere la mia camera dato che sono claustrofobica. Mi viene detto che le scale sono inaccessibili (chiuse a chiave, impossibili da aprire in caso di emergenza). Ovviamente ho fatto subito le valigie e lasciato l’hotel, fortunatamente ottenendo subito un rimborso da loro.
Lo sconsiglio, in particolare per il rischio sulla sicurezza.

I LOVED this hotel. It is perfect for a solo traveler. The area is nice & quiet. Not a far walk to the train stations either. The staff is helpful & friendly, so I enjoyed that especially. My room was CLEAN, everything was clean & the cleaning service was very nice to clean my room everyday. There is a separate toilet room & shower room which I loved very much. The shower even has a built in Bluetooth speaker that I used every single time, you can easily connect it to your phone. Like I said this is a great pick & the price wasn’t bad at all in my opinion for this hotel. I loved my stay here in Tokyo. 10/10 would definitely recommend <3

The hotel is in a great location. Lots to see and do in the area and several train options as well. The hotel is well presented. We were surprised there were minimal amenities (e.g. a television). The hotel bar was very popular.

Well located in a very beautiful Area of Tokyo. Hotel is very nice and clean. A lot of extra things Like Face mask, Lotions and so on. Only the breakfast was not so nice - Not so much Choice for persons who do not eat pork, also the breakfast time was for vacation horrible, only until 9.30. we were 2 minutes to Late and We have been ignored

The only advantage of this hotel is, it is right in the heart of Ginza. 8 minutes walk to the metro station. Other than that, I wish the room had been cleaner. The room felt empty. It was nice to have a shower rather than a bath tub.

Friendly staff . Nice design and amenities. Comfortable bed .walkable and safe . Quiet even though it was facing the railroad and we could hear the trains during the day.

Not a hotel for families. Bar is on the way to the elevator. People drinking and noisy. Nighttime noisy not sure from the bar or the street restaurant surrounding it.only thing I like was the staff is helpful.
