新しくて部屋の設備もよかったので快適に滞在できました。ただ、夜になるとロビーがDJのいるナイトクラブになるので、ロビーを普通に使えず、ものすごい音量なので、話をしてほかのゲストと翌日の計画もできないような環境です。ですが、Partyのない日や日中は広々としたロビーではあります。

おしゃれでキレイ、機能的な部屋、立地最高。

内装が非常におしゃれで清潔キレイで、コリドー通りにあって立地良し、それでこの値段はお得だと思う。
寝室に扉があって、洗面所とか浴室と別になっているので、静かに寝られる。
風呂はシャワーのみだが、よくあるユニットバス(浴槽にシャワーカーテン)ではなく、独立したシャワールームになっているのが便利でポイント高い。
テレビがなくてプロジェクターをテレビとして設置されているが、プロジェクターは動作音(ファンの音)がうるさいのでそこはマイナス。テレビ見ない人には問題なし。

銀座コリドー街なので、近くに飲食店が多く、また有楽町駅にも近く交通に便利でした。
50代の60代の私たちにとって、TVがないことは、調子が狂ってしまうんだと自分自身でも新しい発見で驚きでした。若い人向けなのかもしれません。

ホテルは非常に綺麗で、お部屋も広くはないが綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。
2Fで過ごす事が楽しみで行ったのだが、自分の思った雰囲気とは少し違ったのが残念ではあった。
朝食はとてもよく、食材の説明も丁寧にしてくださり、気分のいい朝となりました。

海外のホテルみたい

駅近の清潔でスタイリッシュなホテルでした。ウェルカムドリンクは差額をプラスするとアルコールもいただけました。バーが充実していて、音楽が好きな方は心地よいラウンジかなと思います。日比谷、銀座、新橋にも近いので、お店選びにも困りません。気分転換にまた泊まりに行きたいです。

歯磨きセットがないのはイタい

朝起きて歯を磨こうとしたら歯磨きセットがなくて困りました。フロントに電話したところ、チェックインの際に、歯磨きセットをフロントで貰う必要があったと分かりましたがかなり興醒めしました。歯磨きセットを貰ってエレベーターに乗る映像を想像するだけでかなり興醒めです。想像するだけでそれならタオルが一枚ない方がまだいいかなと思いました。もしくは宿泊代が5000円高い方が良いと思いました。歯磨きセットで経費節約するようなアプローチは止めてほしいです。

Well located in a very beautiful Area of Tokyo. Hotel is very nice and clean. A lot of extra things Like Face mask, Lotions and so on. Only the breakfast was not so nice - Not so much Choice for persons who do not eat pork, also the breakfast time was for vacation horrible, only until 9.30. we were 2 minutes to Late and We have been ignored

The only advantage of this hotel is, it is right in the heart of Ginza. 8 minutes walk to the metro station. Other than that, I wish the room had been cleaner. The room felt empty. It was nice to have a shower rather than a bath tub.

Great day and reasonably priced for the area. Breakfast was decent in the hotel lobby was always full of fun activities.

Friendly staff . Nice design and amenities. Comfortable bed .walkable and safe . Quiet even though it was facing the railroad and we could hear the trains during the day.

Not a hotel for families. Bar is on the way to the elevator. People drinking and noisy. Nighttime noisy not sure from the bar or the street restaurant surrounding it.only thing I like was the staff is helpful.

It was a great location, close to all the fun things but the hotel room itself was quiet and had black out curtains. The room was also very spacious for Tokyo, and the hotel offered a lot of personal amenities for free during the stay. I’ve been to Tokyo a few times and while this is definitely a pricier option, it was worth every penny.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Amenities are nice if you enjoy bar ambience and patio space.

The rooms do look a bit different compared to the photos advertised. We booked the prosecco moderate king but the lighting in the room didn’t reflect the pictures. Overall, still an enjoyable stay as the location was peaceful.

There’s a 711 2 minutes away and the hotel is 5-10mins away from several subway lines.

I stayed in a Hollywood Twin. The layout of the room is superb despite its size. Separate toilet, shower and powder room is the best design I could imagine. The height of the beds is a bit low and it would be inconvenient for elderly people who don’t have strong legs.

The quality of the tea and coffee bags available at the reception is very good.

Very best hotel!

This was the first time staying at The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor. This hotel has an amazing location that is close to Shinbashi station (JR) and Yurakucho station (JR). Close to many great restaurants and stores for shopping. The service and accommodations are very professional with high customer satisfaction and experience. The hotel is very modern and has a great lounge area for entertainment and drinks. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious for short term or longer stays. The views are excellent depending on the room you stay. Out of the thousands of hotels that I have stayed, The Royal Park Canvas Ginza Corridor is by far one of my most favorite hotels that I have had the opportunity to stay.

Basically the lobby is a bar and very loud after 5pm . . . Otherwise no place to sit. No real bathroom in the room, sink is in hallway.
Breakfast is precooked (overcooked) egg . . . Can’t even get a lightly cooked egg!!
For the pice, the quality and care wasn’t here!!

I loved the location of this hotel, the staff and the well appointed rooms. The shower room in our hotel room was amazing. It is Conveniently located near 7-Eleven for coffee, lattes and their famous egg salad sandwich! Take a left outside the hotel and you are close to high end shopping and a short walk to the fish market. I will be back to stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent—friendly, helpful, and always professional. They really made me feel welcome and were quick to assist with anything I needed. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the noise levels. The hotel is located right next to a busy train line, and the sound of passing trains was frequent and quite disruptive, especially at night. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a major issue. It's a real shame because the service was top-notch.

Vibrant Hotel

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything, yet hip and peaceful at night. The atmosphere had such a vibrant energy, especially in the evenings, making it a joy just to step outside and soak it all in.

The room was spotless, but the real highlight was the bathroom — modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. From check-in to check-out, the experience was flawless. A truly perfect stay. I can't wait to return!

Great location near Ginza with lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel faces the railroad, so some guests may notice the sound of passing trains, but I personally found the noise to be very muffled and not bothersome. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos
On weekends, the lobby turns into a lively nightclub with go-go dancers—fun for younger guests, but some families seemed uncomfortable.

Disappointment to the max

What a horrible place to stay. You have to take and elevator to the second floor to then walkthrough the bar/reception area to then be able to catch a second elevator to get to your room. The bar/reception turns into an open bar for everyone with dj’s most nights and on weekends turns into a full club with lots of people drinking. The last thing I want to do after a day out is come back to my hotel and have to catch 2 elevators and walk through a very loud club/bar with my shopping to get to my room. The fact I have to walk through a club is crazy. This is not advertised on their website or booking pages, so be warned. The beds are extremely firm and if you’re not used to it you will have a sore back, we barely slept the whole 8 nights due to the bed. Place was clean and room was nice besides the incorrectly set up projectors and loud buzzing that was coming from it. Ginza corridor is also a rowdy place full of drunks at night and very busy.

Located in Ginza but a little bit far from Ginza main area. Walking to nearest station is still 6-7 minutes away. We stay Thursday-Sunday and every night the bar was full and noisy, a little bit inconvenient for family stay. From our room you can hear the train sound as well. But overall it was a great stay for our family.

The location is very good, best subway, shops and restaurants. The lobby is quite small and recepction area a little cramped. The menu that the restaurant offers is very limited and felt expensive for what they gave you, specially for breakfast, so there is a huge opportunity to improve there

Terrible location/not close to a station, has similar name to a sister location which can cause confusion, hallways outdated and poorly designed, rooms were small and poorly laid out. Never did they say that the hotel is directly next to the train tracks, which can't be accessed easily, that cause noise all times of day and night. Don't book here

The hotel has a good location though it’s a 10 minute walk from any metro station. The ambiance at the lobby is often crowded and loud.
The room was quiet though and the bed and blackout were comfortable.

Great property in Ginza right in Ginza Corridor where there's heaps of dining options. Conveniently located near Ginza metro where there's several lines that takes you across to many areas in Tokyo. Also walkable to Tokyo Station (10-15min walk).
Room itself is great. Has a shower room with no bathtub though. Shower pressure is great and bedding on the firmer side.

A great find!

Hotel was in an excellent position in Tokyo. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful. We thought overlooking the railways would be noisy, but whilst it was fun watching the trains go by below us, you couldnt hear anything.
There are many restaurants near the hotel.
