新しくて部屋の設備もよかったので快適に滞在できました。ただ、夜になるとロビーがDJのいるナイトクラブになるので、ロビーを普通に使えず、ものすごい音量なので、話をしてほかのゲストと翌日の計画もできないような環境です。ですが、Partyのない日や日中は広々としたロビーではあります。

おしゃれでキレイ、機能的な部屋、立地最高。

内装が非常におしゃれで清潔キレイで、コリドー通りにあって立地良し、それでこの値段はお得だと思う。
寝室に扉があって、洗面所とか浴室と別になっているので、静かに寝られる。
風呂はシャワーのみだが、よくあるユニットバス(浴槽にシャワーカーテン)ではなく、独立したシャワールームになっているのが便利でポイント高い。
テレビがなくてプロジェクターをテレビとして設置されているが、プロジェクターは動作音(ファンの音)がうるさいのでそこはマイナス。テレビ見ない人には問題なし。

銀座コリドー街なので、近くに飲食店が多く、また有楽町駅にも近く交通に便利でした。
50代の60代の私たちにとって、TVがないことは、調子が狂ってしまうんだと自分自身でも新しい発見で驚きでした。若い人向けなのかもしれません。

ホテルは非常に綺麗で、お部屋も広くはないが綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。
2Fで過ごす事が楽しみで行ったのだが、自分の思った雰囲気とは少し違ったのが残念ではあった。
朝食はとてもよく、食材の説明も丁寧にしてくださり、気分のいい朝となりました。

The staff were absolutely fantastic - went above and beyond to support and were the friendliest and most welcoming I think I’ve ever encountered. The location of the hotel was brilliant - easy connections to-and-from Tokyo central and surrounding areas.

Staff were great and very friendly, hotel is modern and the rooms were spacious when considering alternative places we’ve stayed in Tokyo. It is in a good location but near a busy train track. It never really bothered us too much, but it is noticeable late night/early mornings.

You can book a room that isn’t track facing, guess I didn’t consider how close it was when booking.

Overpriced for what it is, I’ve stayed at other Royal Park Hotels in Japan and this one did not live up to the brand name at all. You can get a cheaper room with more space and amenities that’s just a 10-minute walk away. (I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels in Shibuya with more space.) The pricing for location isn’t even necessarily worth it, this hotel’s location within Ginza isn’t the best, really it’s just barely in Ginza. No tub, no iron, you also need to grab the free toiletries from the lobby before coming to your room. (Was a bit of a let down that I had to go all the way back down stairs just to get a toothbrush when every other hotel in Japan has had one in the room already.) Also, during my stay they only had toiletries available in the early morning. Overall the hotel is okay but not great, the real let down is what you get for the price, especially when comparing to other Royal Park Hotels.

Loved our stay. Great facilities and a friendly atmosphere. Area around the hotel is fabulous - food, parks and shopping all a short walk away. Loads of different transport lines around a 10 min walk saving you from swapping lines.

I wasn’t told about the free breakfast so didn’t receive it. Staff were polite but not super friendly. Rooms were pretty good for Tokyo, small but well laid out. I really did not appreciate having to pay an early check in fee for checking in at 12.30pm - because of this I won’t consider staying here again. It was already a fairly expensive hotel and this extra $60 was too much.

The staff were friendly and the hotel felt modern, but I don't think I'd choose to stay here again. The reception felt more like a bar/club than a nice hotel, the rooms were small and badly laid out, and the noise from the trains (13 floors down!) was loud.

AMAZING LOCATION 110% CLOSE TO lots of awesome restaurants. Sushi no Midori was tops. Walkable to Don Qui but was disappointed on that store. Close to Uniqlo, Mitsukoshi and Muji and many others. PRIME LOCATION. HOTEL BATHROOM not very convenient small and no room for clothing inside it.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. 3 1/2 tal vez. De todos los hoteles en los que me hospedé en Japón fue el que menos me gustó. Demasiado ruidoso y juvenil, cuartos demasiado chicos y sin muebles para acomodar la ropa. Sin TV.
No me volvería a hospedar aquí. Mejor paga un poco más pero búscate un buen hotel de cadena más confiable. El desayuno es una tragedia.

Room was clean, staff was generally fine - they did charge me a "early check in fee" for giving me my room an hour before the checkin even though it was not requested, just happened to be ready. Also dont be on the side with the trains, they are loud.

The accommodations were decent, especially considering the general size for hotel rooms in Tokyo; it was spacious in comparison. However, I underestimated how small the shower stall would be. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our room daily, but I noticed a lot of dust would accumulate on the furniture. Such as the faucet, toilet roll holder, table, nightstand, etc. I'm assuming it's because of the fabric like walls? Overall, it was just okay. The real downside was not on the fault of the hotel itself, I should of done more research, but I did not like the general area we were in.

Very small rooms - fine service - its more than a disko hospital - laundry was useless. Our clothes didnt dry and the laundry machine was so so dirty. All our clothes ended up smell bad. So dont count on this.

Good location. But rooms were small. And beds were way too firm. Minimal storage space. They didn’t provide the correct adapter for the projector so we didn’t use it. I also purchased breakfast for my family of 4 but they only gave me half of vouchers I needed for 2 mornings. It was too much of a hassle to correct it. Breakfast was mediocre. They hosted a rock party right in the reception area. I can appreciate loud music and fun but Checking in was obnoxious. They were willing store our luggage for a couple hours so grateful for that. I don’t intent to go back.

The hotel is a relatively low cost option in the heart of Tokyo. The rooms are quite small, but their condition is virtually perfect, and the bed is quite comfortable. If you are traveling long term with multiple large luggage this may not be for you, but if a couple traveling light with a roll-aboard or two as your luggage, this is an excellent choice.

Hotel demasiado moderno para mi gusto. Habitaciones muy pequeñas y minimalistas sin espacio para poder desempacar nuestra ropa (la tuvimos que dejar en las maletas. Camas muy bajitas pero muy cómodas con un buen hedredon. Muy buen baño y regadera. Es un hotel que está entre 3.5 y 4 estrellas en realidad. El desayuno bastante malon.

The hotel itself was great. It sits on a very busy street with tons of restaurants right across from the train station. The train sound didn’t bother me at all. Well sound proofed windows. But it had a dj party on Saturday night until 1-2 a.m in the 2nd floor lobby. The whole room was shaking with loud base music and loud people. It kept us up all night. That was painful.

We travelled as a family and the location is really convenient and the nearby transport isn’t too far or too busy. The hotel has a very busy bar downstairs, I was about the noise but it wasn’t too bad (level 6). The room was spacious enough for 3 and with one suitcase opened up.
