子連れにありがたいお宿です！

大人3名、4歳、0歳(8ヶ月)で宿泊しました。浅草までもアクセスが良く抱っこ紐＆徒歩でも十分歩ける距離でした！フロントの対応も良くお部屋も綺麗で言うことなしです！お部屋からもスカイツリーが見えとても贅沢な時間でした。
赤ちゃんが居る為、畳➕お布団はとてもありがたく、祖母も一緒に宿泊した為リビングとは別でベッド2台の部屋(扉付き)があり2家族でもプライベート空間も分けることでき良かったです！通常の生活に困らないぐらい、色々な物が用意されていました！(ドラム洗濯機、掃除機、キッチンペーパー、サランラップ等)他の方のクチコミに玄関の人感センサーのライトが眩しく寝る場面で畳の部屋が眩しいと記載があり不安でしたがフロントの方へ相談したところ直ぐにお部屋に来てくださりセンサーライトも消して頂けました！チェックアウトの際もタクシーも直ぐに呼んで頂き助かりました！また泊まりたいホテルです！ありがとうございました！

浅草の喧騒から少し離れて落ち着いたエリアだったが、徒歩圏内に観光エリアがあり、銀座線で都内の他のエリアにもアクセスが良く便利だった。
ホテルは清潔でベッドも寝心地が良くスタッフの対応も良かった。
また利用したい。

フロントの方しかお会いしていませんが、丁寧な印象でした。お部屋は清潔で、洗濯機などもあり、快適でした。ただ、入口の人感ライトが動くだけで付くので夜間トイレへ行く際など、寝ている子どもの顔に光が当たってしまうことが気になりました。また、エスニック？な香りがホテル内に立ち込めていました。

Family friendly hotel, very safe neighborhood.

Very friendly English speaking staffs, check-in was a breeze. Location is very convenient, right by the Ginza line. Room was spacious especially for Tokyo standard. We booked the one with tatami room. My teen loved sleeping on the tatami room with futon. The bed mattress is on the firm side but still comfortable. Overall great location and great value.

love this hotel!

we got the superior Japanese room, non-smoking. A big room that can accommodate my family (2 adults and 4 kids). microwave, ref and cooking utensils are available too. Close to Tawaramachi Station (ginza line) and 7/11. walking distance to Asakusa and Senjo-ji Temple and other attractions in Asakusa.

Hotel is clean , but for some reason I felt I was treated differently . when I check out the room , I saw western white family checking in , The front desk was there explaining everything, the map, the hotel in and out door lock time , and other stuff complimentary stuff very detailed, me as an Asian family check in , the lady at front desk asked me for passport copied , and gave me the paper that has code on it , and did not explain anything like others did to an white family , I am definitely not feeling good about it.

We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and booked standard room but they gave us the premium japanese family room which was VERY spacious! Thank you. The rooms fits 6 generously and is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable! Super convenient location - steps to Tawaramachi exit on Ginza Line, 7/11, many restauranta, Don Quijote, Sensoji Temple. Asakusa is not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya but has all the shops and amenities.

We enjoyed staying at the traditional Japanese room. It’s spacious and has fully equipped kitchenette and in-room laundry machine. We also like its location. The Ginza line subway station and Asakusa shopping streets are within walking distance.

Walking distance to Ueno Park and Sensoji. Right next to a Ginza Line subway station, very convenient. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. Friendly staff, helped us ship some of our luggage to our next destination.

Like - location: walkable to Kappabashi Kitchen street and Senso -ji Temple ; quite.

Stayed here for 5 nights in the Superior Japanese room (recommended room 1101 since it is located by itself at the corner). Room was modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer. It also has a microwave and a toaster.
Definitely will stay here again in the future

Not like - the AC is not strong enough for summer weather 😁

This is my favorite place to stay in Tokyo! The rooms are large and very clean, the shower stays hot for a long time, the AC is cold, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is also next to the metro and a 7Eleven. There is only one elevator, so it can be a little bit of a wait during check out time, but other than that, it is perfect!

We got a free upgrade to a deluxe Japanese room. There were 2 separate bedrooms. The room is spacious with amenities like a toaster, microwave, in- room washer/dryer and everything to cook your own meals. The room was clean and newly updated!

My family and I loved this hotel. The location was convenient and we were so close to the subway station, convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart), Senso-ji temple, Kappabashi. The neighborhood was more quiet and a welcome relief after long and overwhelming crowds in central touristy attractions. Having a washer/dryer in the hotel room was so convenient and a full kitchen equipped with the basic necessities to cook was great. The room was quite small, however we were still comfortable. The beds and the duvet comforters were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Convenient hotel

Stayed here during the last half of our Japan trip. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Our room had 2 double beds and a bunk bed. Small kitchen area along with a dining table and washer/dryer combo machine also was in the room.

Pluses:
Location was a block away from the popular cookware street, 7 Eleven and subway. There were also a number of places to eat, shop, shrine, etc in the neighborhood.

Beds were comfortable and having the combo washer/dryer made it easier to do laundry.

Amenities like coffee, toothbrushes, filtered water, etc. in the lobby area, slippers and robes provided. Kitchen is stocked with plates, dish soap, hot water boiler, stove, toaster oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.

They also were able to receive and store our shipped luggage’s no problem.

Building felt secure with a combo to get past the lobby needed.

Lots of plugs and outlets.

Modern and clean. Staff was friendly.

Downside for us:
Room was a little small with the large table in the middle so we had to rearranged it so we could move around.

The room lacks storage - there are 2 drawers on the bunk bed and a small night stand with 2 drawers plus 1 hanging rod and a shelf above it. There was no closet so we needed to be very smart about what we took out of luggages and having the luggages out made the room smaller.

The hallway light was tricky and we didn’t figure out how to turn on/off.

AC cooled the room but it was hard to turn on/off and it dripped condensation.

The room was clean and spacious for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful when services were needed. They assisted with check-in, car service to the airport, recommendations for the surrounding area, and answered any questions that we had. We were very close to a konbini and a three-minute walk to the nearest station. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Luggage space was limited. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with very nice staff. We loved the area.

This hotel is on the Ginza train line and only a 50m walk to the station. It is situated away from the Tokyo hustle but within a few stops of everything.

The hotel is modern and very comfortable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a separate toilet and a large shower with plenty of water pressure. The kitchen had just enough, with a good-sized fridge and a separate freezer. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is in a great quieter area that is very close by to train systems. There are multiple konbini stores within minutes of the hotel which is very convenient. The room that we stayed in was large enough for a small family of 4 with separate areas for adults and kids. The addition of washer and dryer is very helpful.

Excellent stay for a family with a senior and toddler
We had a wonderful stay as a group of 5, including a senior and a toddler. The location is superb—just a 3-minute walk to the subway, with convenience stores right around the corner. We stayed in the Japanese deluxe suite, which was perfect for our needs. The small kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare simple meals, which was especially helpful for the senior in our group who preferred not to eat out every time. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and convenience!

We cannot fault Koko Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi.

Incredible location, train station (Ginza line) is across the road. 8 minutes walk from the famous Kaminari-mon Gate and Senso-Ji templo.
Super safe location, clean area, surrounded by restaurants and shops

Staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The apartment itself is everything we expected and more.
Separate area for the kids to sleep, tv in the main area and in the kids room, fully equipped kitchen and wash and dryer within the room, which was a “must have” for us, as we like to travel light, so we washed our clothes every second day.

We traveled through Osaka, Kyoto and Lake Kawaguchiko while in Japan and Koko Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in.

Will definitely recommend and stay again when back in Tokyo

The hotel's at a good location. Subway is 3 min walk, close to sensoji temple, but not busy. The suite got updated so we had a view of the skytree tower. The room is spacious, clean, and lovely. The futons were soft and the beds are big for 1 person. The male staff is nice at helping us get luggage transfer and answering our questions. Thank you Koko, we enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended.

Koko hotel in Asakusa is a great, centrally located, base from which to explore Tokyo. The small front desk is always staffed and there is a code to get into the elevator to access the rooms. We were in a Japanese style room with a tatami room next to the main room which had futons as well as a short table. It's a great home away from home as there is a well stocked kitchen and refrigerator which we used for breakfast which we would get from 7-11 down the street the evening before. There's a dining table in addition to the tatami room table. There are also supermarkets within walking distance from which we got breakfast too. There are 2 excellent top ranked ramen restaurants a block away next door to each other (we went to both and they are delicious) and a plethora of other restaurants in the neighborhood. Dandelion Chocolate is 10 minutes away. Nihon Miyabi, my favorite souvenir shop, is 5 minutes away. You can walk to Kappabashi and Senso-Ji easily and a subway station is 2 blocks away as is a bus stop. I would highly recommend staying here.

Koko hotel (get off on Tawaramachi exit from the train) was a good option when traveling to Tokyo. We just left there and everything went smooth. You can also request uber/taxi to pick you up there to go to Tokyo Station if traveling to other cities.

Train station is 3 min walk. Home Made Pancake will require an early wait for a reservation. Senso-ji temple and Tokyo Skytree are walkable. Nice spot all around.

Service was great. We had trouble with the AC and hot water. The front desk people helped us promptly. Will stay again next time in Tokyo.

Room was little on the smaller side. But we managed with 2 teenage kids.

Stayed here for 5 nights great stay with young children, right next to subway station and Asakusa station. Lots of dining options and walking distance to don quijote. Staff were great help in organising our metro tickets and also transfer to Haneda airport

Our stay was great. We ended up with a room that fits up to 6, and it was so nice to have room to move around unlike other Tokyo hotel rooms. The washer/dryer and kitchenette came in really handy. Very close to a Ginza line subway station with a Seven Eleven nearby so it was all very convenient. Room as clean, well maintained, and staff was helpful.

We loved the place. We cooked A4 wagyu steak in the room. There is an all in one washer and dryer in room! The main Asakusa area was 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can catch the bus and walk less but we decided it would be better to just walk.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The hotel was easily accessible to the train station with convenience stores and eateries around. We were upgraded to the deluxe room which made the stay all the more pleasant with the extra space. The room was well equipped with all the necessities as well.

Easy to navigate and spacious

Our second time staying at the hotel and it was with a larger group. The extra room with sliding door was great and location was fantastic. It is little further out but we wanted to have a slower quieter stay and it achieved just thay.

We booked four hotels for this trip. they are the only one asked us to pay extra money for our two children upon arrival. The reason they gave us is because when I booked, I clarified my children's ages under 2, Which is not true. I use expedia to book all hotels at the same time, with all same personal info.
And when we stayed there, I found at least 2 more families has the same issue when they check in.
Be really careful when you're booking. I would suggest you to contact them to confirm everything before the deadline that you can cancel it.
