大人3名、4歳、0歳(8ヶ月)で宿泊しました。浅草までもアクセスが良く抱っこ紐＆徒歩でも十分歩ける距離でした！フロントの対応も良くお部屋も綺麗で言うことなしです！お部屋からもスカイツリーが見えとても贅沢な時間でした。
赤ちゃんが居る為、畳➕お布団はとてもありがたく、祖母も一緒に宿泊した為リビングとは別でベッド2台の部屋(扉付き)があり2家族でもプライベート空間も分けることでき良かったです！通常の生活に困らないぐらい、色々な物が用意されていました！(ドラム洗濯機、掃除機、キッチンペーパー、サランラップ等)他の方のクチコミに玄関の人感センサーのライトが眩しく寝る場面で畳の部屋が眩しいと記載があり不安でしたがフロントの方へ相談したところ直ぐにお部屋に来てくださりセンサーライトも消して頂けました！チェックアウトの際もタクシーも直ぐに呼んで頂き助かりました！また泊まりたいホテルです！ありがとうございました！

浅草の喧騒から少し離れて落ち着いたエリアだったが、徒歩圏内に観光エリアがあり、銀座線で都内の他のエリアにもアクセスが良く便利だった。
ホテルは清潔でベッドも寝心地が良くスタッフの対応も良かった。
また利用したい。

フロントの方しかお会いしていませんが、丁寧な印象でした。お部屋は清潔で、洗濯機などもあり、快適でした。ただ、入口の人感ライトが動くだけで付くので夜間トイレへ行く際など、寝ている子どもの顔に光が当たってしまうことが気になりました。また、エスニック？な香りがホテル内に立ち込めていました。

It is a beautiful boutique hotel. We got upgraded to a luxury room. The room is huge per Japan standard. It can sleep minimum of 4 people. Love the facility and convenience. Subway station is 5 mins walk. 7-11 and other bakeries are within minutes of walking. LOVE this hotel and will go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. The only thing was that since we got upgraded, we did not know the size of a standard room.

地點非常方便離地鐵很近，走路2分鐘銀座線往上野方向，離淺草寺也不遠，走路大約10分鐘左右，櫃檯很親切，提早讓我們入住還幫我們升級到6人房，房間裡面很乾淨，備品也很齊全，洗衣機還有烘乾功能，下次還是會選擇住這裡。

This hotel was amazing! Just steps from the train station. Easy access from Narita airport. Lots of food options within easy walking distance.
Lots of room for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Space to keep suitcases and unpack clothes.
Very clean and staff very friendly.
Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again?

Good amount of space with comfy beds and mini kitchen. We booked two different sized rooms and our son loved both the bunk beds in the standard rooms as well as the futons in the tatami areas of the Japanese style room. It was very convenient to have en suite laundry. I liked the location with Asakusa and kappabashi street just a few minutes walk away. Tawaramachi station was also just a short block away next to 7-11 and was easy access to the Ginza metro line. Loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good space for a family, especially those who want to be in a quieter street still within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great hotel with all the amenities and facilities you need including a washer and dryer in the room. Staff were kind and helpful in organising our luggage transfer. Excellent location next to train station and walking distance to attractions. Definitely recommend.

My family of 5 loved our stay. We highly recommend this place, especially for families. It provided a large space for us and our luggage. It was very close to train station. It had great kitchenware shopping in walking distance. And only a few stops away from some very popular places in Tokyo. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Koko Hotel Residence Asakusa Tawaramachi has convenient location. One minute walk to Tawaramachi station (Giza Line), 8 minutes walk to Toei Asakusa Station and 20 minutes walk to Ueno station. Besides you can go to the kitchenware street in 3 minutes walk, Senjoji temple within 10 minutes walk and Skytree Shopping Mall in 20 minutes. Not to mention the many restaurants in these areas.

The location was quiet at night and we had very good sleeping.

Staff there were nice, friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English. Not worry of language barrier.

The room was spacious and clean. Our room was Japanese-Western style which we had good experience of the two different style of room setting.

Room was spacious which could accommodate 4-6 persons. Big beds, big table, simple but comfortable seats. The setting was like at home, rather than at hotel.

The range hood at the open kitchen was really impressive. Efficient and quiet, no worry of the co0king smell spreading in the room.

Really a nice apart-hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Koko Hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating at check-in and check-out as we had an early arrival and late departure. The room was spacious and comfortable - enough to fit a family with kitchen utensils and appliances ready to use. I love the extra goodies (facial cleanser, oil, tea, etc.) available to hotel guests. The hotel was also in a great location.

This was a nice apartment hotel to stay at. It was right outside the subway line and walkable to Asakusa area (12 mins). Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel is clean and the room was large. They are very tight with security there and requires you to enter a PIN code to enter through to the elevators. They were nice enough to hold our luggage as it arrived a day earlier. They also held the luggage for us while we went to lunch after we checked out. Overall it was a great stay!

Good location

Location was excellent. Near the station and many great dining option. Room was spacious for the Tokyo standard and cost. They only offered cleaning after every few days, and I was unaware that they wouldn’t change my bedsheets unless everything was removed from the bed. The bathroom had a weird odor. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Spacious family room, convenient facilities and they offer coffee and tea in the reception area. Metro Ginza line and Oedo line is closedby. We stayed for one week long, would like to come back again.

This hotel is the most convenient. The place is safe and easy to locate. Easy walk from the train station and accessible to convenience stores and restaurants. The sensoji temple was a 10 min walk. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We got an upgrade to deluxe room at no additional
cost. The pillows are thin and soft but you van request extra pillows if needed. The bed is too firm flr me but the rooms has the most space and amenities. It has microwave, toasters, freezer and fridge, washer and toiletries. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our friends. I would give 4.5 stars. Thank you Koko for the wonderful stay.

Great location, friendly,helpful staff. Lovely room. Washer/drier was brilliant especially as we got caught in a massive thunderstorm one day and clothes got soaked. Kitchen well equipped. Coffee, tea and toiletries all available for no extra charge.

This is a must stay location if staying in Tokyo. Everything you need or want to enjoy is with in walking distance. It’s also great being right close to the Ginza line which easily takes you to make great locations on just the one train. The shopping is great not only for the all the tourists stores: Don Quinto, the Japanese dollar store, 24 hour supermarket, all types of restaurants (local, steakhouses, Italian) and western fast food (McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and gyros) but all has cheaper local souvenirs if you turn left outside the building and then right at the big chef building. The kitchen is fully stocked and the staff speak amazing English and super helpful. Also steps away from 7-11. Literally a perfect location to stay!

Excellent easily accessible property. Within a block of entrance to Ginza line and konbini. Clean, spacious room with separate shower room and separate water closet, well-stocked kitchenette, and washing machines (a must during summer), ideal for families. Would recommend to others and stay there again. Keep in mind there is no large lobby with seating where you can wait to check in, and elevators are outdoors, and although covered, still hot during summer.

Family friendly hotel, very safe neighborhood.

Very friendly English speaking staffs, check-in was a breeze. Location is very convenient, right by the Ginza line. Room was spacious especially for Tokyo standard. We booked the one with tatami room. My teen loved sleeping on the tatami room with futon. The bed mattress is on the firm side but still comfortable. Overall great location and great value.

we got the superior Japanese room, non-smoking. A big room that can accommodate my family (2 adults and 4 kids). microwave, ref and cooking utensils are available too. Close to Tawaramachi Station (ginza line) and 7/11. walking distance to Asakusa and Senjo-ji Temple and other attractions in Asakusa.

Hotel is clean , but for some reason I felt I was treated differently . when I check out the room , I saw western white family checking in , The front desk was there explaining everything, the map, the hotel in and out door lock time , and other stuff complimentary stuff very detailed, me as an Asian family check in , the lady at front desk asked me for passport copied , and gave me the paper that has code on it , and did not explain anything like others did to an white family , I am definitely not feeling good about it.

We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and booked standard room but they gave us the premium japanese family room which was VERY spacious! Thank you. The rooms fits 6 generously and is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable! Super convenient location - steps to Tawaramachi exit on Ginza Line, 7/11, many restauranta, Don Quijote, Sensoji Temple. Asakusa is not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya but has all the shops and amenities.

Like - location: walkable to Kappabashi Kitchen street and Senso -ji Temple ; quite.

Stayed here for 5 nights in the Superior Japanese room (recommended room 1101 since it is located by itself at the corner). Room was modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer. It also has a microwave and a toaster.
Definitely will stay here again in the future
