家族でお世話になりました。色々と丁寧に対応していただきありがとうございました。
駅も近いし、繁華街へも散歩くらいの距離で行けて、便利だと思います、

一部ほこりが目立つ部分がありましたが、それ以外はGOODホテルです。
また利用させていただきます。

何処へ行くにも、リッチが良いです。
ただ、駐車場は早いもん順だそうで、チェックインの時間に合わせ行ってるのに、既に停めれず有料駐車場の利用となりました。事前に、説明がないことが残念です。宿泊客は、中国人の方が非常に多かったです。日本人の家族に会わなかったです。

ホスピタリティは良い。ただ・・・。

スタッフの皆さん、大変感じが良いです。
部屋も値段の割に広く出来ていてお風呂も快適。アメニティも充実しています。
レストランがないので、朝食は簡単なケータリングが届けられます。
ただ、排水菅に問題があるのか、部屋中に
嫌な匂いが漂っていたのが非常に残念でした。

万博へ行くために一泊しました。家族4人(夫婦と娘2人)一部屋で泊まれるホテルは少なく、少ない候補からこちらのホテルを選びましたが、大満足です。
コーナーダブルの部屋、狭さを感じることなく過ごせます。アメニティ、ウェルカムドリンクも充実していて、問題は見当たりません。立地も良かったです。

スタッフさんの接客や対応が親切でした。ホテル内も清潔で見た目もお洒落でした。トイレと風呂が別なのもいい！アメニティも充実していて満足でした。ただ、喫煙所に行くときのスリッパなどがあればよかったのになぁと思ってしまいました。自分が何か草履を持参すればよかったのかもしれませんが、、、概ね満足で、また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした！

窓の景色は外して、何もかもがよかったです。トイレとお風呂場が日本家屋的で別々な点。そして、朝の身支度(お化粧と、ヘア〜セット)を、低過ぎない、ソファに腰掛けながら、サイドテーブルに、携帯鏡(タンスの引き出しに入っていました)を置き、足元丁度良い位置にコンセントがあってヘアアイロンのコードのたるみ加減が無理なく快適。全てが素晴らしい快適空間で身支度が出来ました。それから、USBコードを忘れてスマホ充電が困ったなと思っていたら、流石！引き出しの中、大きめ折りたたみ携帯鏡と並んで置いてありました。今や当たり前かもしれませんが、色んな口のタイプに使える物でした。お風呂の入浴剤をロビーでひとついただけましたので入浴が、深い浴槽でゆったりできるし、洗い場が別なので、髪を洗う時も湯船のお湯に泡が落ちないし、自宅にいる様な設計もくつろげて最高でした。フロント階に休憩できるスペースがあって、(今ふうに言うと、コンパクトなラウンジでしょうか。)そこにフリーでお部屋に持って行けるアメニティがあります。飲み物はアルコールは無いようでしたが、お茶がいただける様になっていましたよ。それから、私は利用していませんが、コインランドリーが3フロアーに点在している様子で、稼働状況をお部屋のテレビ画面で見られる様になっていました。室内もとっても静かで、リネンも清潔で、文句なしです。それから、面白いのは、ここも日本的で、お部屋の入り口に、下駄箱がありました。下駄箱と言うとイメージが付きづらいかもしれませんが、清潔な感じで景観を汚さないスマートな空間です。それから朝食！ですが、ちゃんとお願いした時間にお部屋の入り口横の廊下に置かれていました。ちょうど良い量で朝から元気が湧きました。ありがとうございます。今回仕事で大阪でしたから利用していますが仕事帰り、ホテルに忘れ物を取りに、仲間数人で押しかけてしまったにもかかわらず、タクシーを待つ間、ドリンクサービスでほっと一息着かせていただけた事が、大変有り難かった出来事で、このホテルは、また利用したいなと感じる点でした。本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

紅茶の種類が多くてびっくりしました。

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Leben in Osaka. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout our visit. Our family stayed in one of the larger rooms, which gave us plenty of space and made our stay very comfortable.

The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding, especially with our young kids, which we really appreciated. The amenities were excellent and met all of our needs.

The location is also a big plus, with convenient stores and shops nearby, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Japan.

Our stay was in a nutshell very positive.
Location, staff, necessities are great. The only downside is the carpet in the rooms. It has its own odeur but managable. But the kindness and helpfullness of the stay ballenced it out.

Rooms were on the smaller side but were nicely finished. We were able to leverage the large common area downstairs for additional space. Rooms are new with very nice finishes and comfortable beds/ pillows. Lots of amenities available including bath salts and masks. Good location was quick access to transit and lots of dining options close by.

We had a great stay at the Leben. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location was walkable. We found the morning cold breakfasts to have too large portions for our liking - though this is a personal preference. There was some construction going on next door during our stay, but the noise in the room wasn't bad despite this.

Mixed feelings about this hotel sadly. For the positives, wonderful location! Very central but didn’t feel like you were on top of the madness. Metro very close and lots of food options around. The room was clean and pretty spacious for Japan. Offered easy luggage storage. Sadly what lets the hotel down is the bed. Probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, I woke up with back ache each morning. After a long day walking this wasn’t ideal. This isn’t essential but there was no live TV and it wasn’t possible to mirror our phones either which was unfortunate. I don’t think I’d stay at this hotel again.

El hotel súper bien, la suite espaciosa y cómoda, con muchos detalles útiles. Solo el desayuno lo traen de otro lado y te lo dejan en la puerta, no ha opción a escoger, así que mejor verlo por otro lado.
Está súper bien ubicado, caminando llegas a dotonbori y hay muchas estaciones de tren cerca, un 7/11 al frente.

I was debating between Namba and Umeda for accommodation, and I decided on this place. I don't regret it.
The subway station is about a five-minute walk away, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and McDonald's nearby, making it a great location.
The hotel was extremely clean from top to bottom. It must have been newly opened.
The staff greeted me with a smile every time I passed by the lobby, and I felt they were very friendly.
They offered razors, toothbrushes, and other items for me to take from the lobby, and there were plenty in the guestroom bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, the bathroom was spacious enough, and the folding chair at the sink was a nice touch. The slippers were sturdy, not disposable, which was nice (they were disinfected, of course). The ample hangers, storage space, and large smart TV seemed like a nice touch.
If I ever return to Osaka, I would definitely choose this place.

Room was a good size, spacious for Japan standards. The bed was comfy and staff are nice. I did not like the pillows, they were really flat and uncomfortable. The room was always hot. The bidet wasn’t clean. Also there is no phone in the room, only in the hallways. This means that if you need to call the front desk for anything, you have to leave your own room and go into the hallway to call.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, within a 15-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s famous historic shopping district. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel gives an elevated experience, very modern. All the amenities included. I took the Breakfast option but although there was no buffet the delivery room service was fresh and tatsy.

Staff 10/10. No issues at all. 7-11 convenience store next door for anything you may need. The bed was little firm for me. But i enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had more than enough room for 4 adults. The breakfast could improve but I don’t think they had a room to offer a buffet. The amenities were upscale and included masks and heated eye mask etc. loved our stay here.

Comfortable, clean, upscale hotel conveniently located nearby shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and Nagahoribashi and other subway lines. We had a corner room which offered plenty of space for a family of four. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but delivered room service breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again. The Crysta underground two blocks south from the hotel offers numerous eating and shopping opportunities.
