初日、お部屋に入った時、使用済みマドラー4本が、そのままコーヒーカップ横に放置されていたのは残念でした。

何処へ行くにも、リッチが良いです。
ただ、駐車場は早いもん順だそうで、チェックインの時間に合わせ行ってるのに、既に停めれず有料駐車場の利用となりました。事前に、説明がないことが残念です。宿泊客は、中国人の方が非常に多かったです。日本人の家族に会わなかったです。

ホスピタリティは良い。ただ・・・。

スタッフの皆さん、大変感じが良いです。
部屋も値段の割に広く出来ていてお風呂も快適。アメニティも充実しています。
レストランがないので、朝食は簡単なケータリングが届けられます。
ただ、排水菅に問題があるのか、部屋中に
嫌な匂いが漂っていたのが非常に残念でした。

万博へ行くために一泊しました。家族4人(夫婦と娘2人)一部屋で泊まれるホテルは少なく、少ない候補からこちらのホテルを選びましたが、大満足です。
コーナーダブルの部屋、狭さを感じることなく過ごせます。アメニティ、ウェルカムドリンクも充実していて、問題は見当たりません。立地も良かったです。

スタッフさんの接客や対応が親切でした。ホテル内も清潔で見た目もお洒落でした。トイレと風呂が別なのもいい！アメニティも充実していて満足でした。ただ、喫煙所に行くときのスリッパなどがあればよかったのになぁと思ってしまいました。自分が何か草履を持参すればよかったのかもしれませんが、、、概ね満足で、また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした！

窓の景色は外して、何もかもがよかったです。トイレとお風呂場が日本家屋的で別々な点。そして、朝の身支度(お化粧と、ヘア〜セット)を、低過ぎない、ソファに腰掛けながら、サイドテーブルに、携帯鏡(タンスの引き出しに入っていました)を置き、足元丁度良い位置にコンセントがあってヘアアイロンのコードのたるみ加減が無理なく快適。全てが素晴らしい快適空間で身支度が出来ました。それから、USBコードを忘れてスマホ充電が困ったなと思っていたら、流石！引き出しの中、大きめ折りたたみ携帯鏡と並んで置いてありました。今や当たり前かもしれませんが、色んな口のタイプに使える物でした。お風呂の入浴剤をロビーでひとついただけましたので入浴が、深い浴槽でゆったりできるし、洗い場が別なので、髪を洗う時も湯船のお湯に泡が落ちないし、自宅にいる様な設計もくつろげて最高でした。フロント階に休憩できるスペースがあって、(今ふうに言うと、コンパクトなラウンジでしょうか。)そこにフリーでお部屋に持って行けるアメニティがあります。飲み物はアルコールは無いようでしたが、お茶がいただける様になっていましたよ。それから、私は利用していませんが、コインランドリーが3フロアーに点在している様子で、稼働状況をお部屋のテレビ画面で見られる様になっていました。室内もとっても静かで、リネンも清潔で、文句なしです。それから、面白いのは、ここも日本的で、お部屋の入り口に、下駄箱がありました。下駄箱と言うとイメージが付きづらいかもしれませんが、清潔な感じで景観を汚さないスマートな空間です。それから朝食！ですが、ちゃんとお願いした時間にお部屋の入り口横の廊下に置かれていました。ちょうど良い量で朝から元気が湧きました。ありがとうございます。今回仕事で大阪でしたから利用していますが仕事帰り、ホテルに忘れ物を取りに、仲間数人で押しかけてしまったにもかかわらず、タクシーを待つ間、ドリンクサービスでほっと一息着かせていただけた事が、大変有り難かった出来事で、このホテルは、また利用したいなと感じる点でした。本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

ホテルも新しくて綺麗！フロントにアメニティもたくさん用意されていたし、飲み物のサービスもたくさんあった！
紅茶の種類が多くてびっくりしました。

部屋は綺麗だし価格に対してこの広さはとても良かった。
快適に滞在出来ました。

一方でバスタブの水道の勢いが弱く、お湯をためるのに時間がかかったことが気になった。
また、ソファのクッション隙間から鉛筆が出てきた。(恐らく前の宿泊客のもの？)掃除の方も見つけるのは難しいと思うので、前客のモラルの問題だとは思うのですが…

湯船の蛇口のサーモスタッドが解りにくく、ヌルかった。
トイレに手洗が無かった。
部屋のコーヒーカップとポットは、どうすれば?

とにかく綺麗で広いホテルです。お風呂も浴槽別で最高でした。
歯ブラシ以外のアメニティを1階に取りに行ったりする手間はありますが、ドリンクサービスもあり、そこまで苦ではありませんでした。

駐車場あり、ということでここの宿を予約したのですが、チェックインの時間後からの利用でかつ1泊3,000円で、結果として近くのパーキングに停めた方が安くついたのは少し残念でした。ただ、部屋自体はとても広々として徒歩圏内に商店街もあり、充実したホテル滞在になりました。

Very nice hotel to stay at. The staff is so friendly, courteus and beyond helpful. Amenities available, so many options, more than any hotel we stayed at during our trip. The room is super clean and very spacious!! I highly recommend this hotel! 10/10

Clean and spacious room. There was more room here than at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince hotel that we stayed at earlier on our trip.
No restaurant on sight, but we ordered the breakfast boxes, and if those are not to your taste, there are kombinis round the corner.

Good Rooms but...

I understand it was the last week of World Expo, but it was a bit much to charge over US$320/night for a double standard room (30sqm) with no view and frosted window only. You cannot see outside whatsoever. My friend on the 14th floor had the same problem.

Also for 1 night they did not have the room type that I booked for and their English wasn't really good enough to explain anything. Japan is not really good at thinking on their feet overall.

The hotel itself was fine but with this price point I think there are options with better location.

Nice hotel and staff but very basic in terms of facilities. Not even a dining room which meant breakfast was to be eaten in the room. It consisted basically of salad, bread and a small smoothie. No other choice.
Easily walkable from Osaka station in about 10-15 minutes using the underground street.

Pictures are better than the property. Maybe Asians are shorter to the rest of the world, but we felt like giraffes in our rooms. Low ceilings, smelly musty odor throughout the hotel. Location was good, 7-11 across the street, and walking distance to the main shopping area. Good locker luggage storage. They charge 3000yen per hour for late checkout- upto 2 hours. No phone in room, communal room to call front desk in hallway. Wouldn’t stay again.

Only stayed for one night. It was a very nice hotel, room was spacious and clean. The staff brought our bags up to our room and had it ready for us when we returned to the hotel after dropping off bags for holding as we explored Osaka. Amazing stay.

This hotel was amazing! The front desk staff was so lovely and very helpful, they shared recommendations for everything (restaurants, cafes, things to do, etc). The rooms were wonderful! The rooms had everything you could think of: pjs, slippers, waters, chocolates, and the bathroom was stocked with all the amenities you could need. The room was also very spacious.
My friend and I loved our stay. We would stay here again.

Moderes Hotel und geräumigen Zimmern mit täglichem Reinigungsservice, täglich neue Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer und nettem Personal, Kaffeemaschine gratis im Eingangsbreich

Negative:
Frühstück nur auf dem Zimmer verfügbar und umfang überschaubar. Unser Zimmer war in den Bereichen z.B. über 1,70m sehr staubig (z.B. Spiegel, TV, Klimaanlage) da sollte mal wieder abgestaubt werden, auch die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Flecken

Fantastic modern hotel, we stayed in a family room as a family of four and our room was very spacious, plenty of space compared to some Japanese hotels. The walk in shower was a great feature to have as well as the separate toilet. Staff were all super friendly, polite and helpful. Although there was no dining facilities in the hotel, there is the option of ordering a take out breakfast from the hotel but there are so many eateries literally a stones throw from the hotel in any direction, finding something to eat was not a problem. There are several convenience stores just a few hundred yards from the hotel which are open 24 hours and also a 24 hr supermarket which is just a few minutes walk away. There are several subway stations about 5 mins walk away and it’s only a short 10 minute walk into Dotonbori. The hotel was very clean and modern and the area felt very safe to walk around even late at night. We arrived before check in time and it was no problem to leave our bags with reception whilst we went to explore the area before check in time, and when we returned to check in, we found that our bags had already been taken to our room. We were also able to leave our bags securely on check out so again we could go out for the day without having to haul our luggage about with us. We would definitely book here again and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had a lovely stay at The LEBEN, the rooms were very spacious and clean. The location is walkable to lots of main tourist areas. We particularly enjoyed the free amenities in the reception, these were a great addition.
