ホスピタリティは良い。ただ・・・。

スタッフの皆さん、大変感じが良いです。
部屋も値段の割に広く出来ていてお風呂も快適。アメニティも充実しています。
レストランがないので、朝食は簡単なケータリングが届けられます。
ただ、排水菅に問題があるのか、部屋中に
嫌な匂いが漂っていたのが非常に残念でした。

万博へ行くために一泊しました。家族4人(夫婦と娘2人)一部屋で泊まれるホテルは少なく、少ない候補からこちらのホテルを選びましたが、大満足です。
コーナーダブルの部屋、狭さを感じることなく過ごせます。アメニティ、ウェルカムドリンクも充実していて、問題は見当たりません。立地も良かったです。

スタッフさんの接客や対応が親切でした。ホテル内も清潔で見た目もお洒落でした。トイレと風呂が別なのもいい！アメニティも充実していて満足でした。ただ、喫煙所に行くときのスリッパなどがあればよかったのになぁと思ってしまいました。自分が何か草履を持参すればよかったのかもしれませんが、、、概ね満足で、また泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした！

窓の景色は外して、何もかもがよかったです。トイレとお風呂場が日本家屋的で別々な点。そして、朝の身支度(お化粧と、ヘア〜セット)を、低過ぎない、ソファに腰掛けながら、サイドテーブルに、携帯鏡(タンスの引き出しに入っていました)を置き、足元丁度良い位置にコンセントがあってヘアアイロンのコードのたるみ加減が無理なく快適。全てが素晴らしい快適空間で身支度が出来ました。それから、USBコードを忘れてスマホ充電が困ったなと思っていたら、流石！引き出しの中、大きめ折りたたみ携帯鏡と並んで置いてありました。今や当たり前かもしれませんが、色んな口のタイプに使える物でした。お風呂の入浴剤をロビーでひとついただけましたので入浴が、深い浴槽でゆったりできるし、洗い場が別なので、髪を洗う時も湯船のお湯に泡が落ちないし、自宅にいる様な設計もくつろげて最高でした。フロント階に休憩できるスペースがあって、(今ふうに言うと、コンパクトなラウンジでしょうか。)そこにフリーでお部屋に持って行けるアメニティがあります。飲み物はアルコールは無いようでしたが、お茶がいただける様になっていましたよ。それから、私は利用していませんが、コインランドリーが3フロアーに点在している様子で、稼働状況をお部屋のテレビ画面で見られる様になっていました。室内もとっても静かで、リネンも清潔で、文句なしです。それから、面白いのは、ここも日本的で、お部屋の入り口に、下駄箱がありました。下駄箱と言うとイメージが付きづらいかもしれませんが、清潔な感じで景観を汚さないスマートな空間です。それから朝食！ですが、ちゃんとお願いした時間にお部屋の入り口横の廊下に置かれていました。ちょうど良い量で朝から元気が湧きました。ありがとうございます。今回仕事で大阪でしたから利用していますが仕事帰り、ホテルに忘れ物を取りに、仲間数人で押しかけてしまったにもかかわらず、タクシーを待つ間、ドリンクサービスでほっと一息着かせていただけた事が、大変有り難かった出来事で、このホテルは、また利用したいなと感じる点でした。本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

部屋は綺麗だし価格に対してこの広さはとても良かった。
快適に滞在出来ました。

一方でバスタブの水道の勢いが弱く、お湯をためるのに時間がかかったことが気になった。
また、ソファのクッション隙間から鉛筆が出てきた。(恐らく前の宿泊客のもの？)掃除の方も見つけるのは難しいと思うので、前客のモラルの問題だとは思うのですが…

湯船の蛇口のサーモスタッドが解りにくく、ヌルかった。
トイレに手洗が無かった。
部屋のコーヒーカップとポットは、どうすれば?

とにかく綺麗で広いホテルです。お風呂も浴槽別で最高でした。
歯ブラシ以外のアメニティを1階に取りに行ったりする手間はありますが、ドリンクサービスもあり、そこまで苦ではありませんでした。

駐車場あり、ということでここの宿を予約したのですが、チェックインの時間後からの利用でかつ1泊3,000円で、結果として近くのパーキングに停めた方が安くついたのは少し残念でした。ただ、部屋自体はとても広々として徒歩圏内に商店街もあり、充実したホテル滞在になりました。

The room was just okay, nothing to write home about. The lobby was just bad. Chairs set randomly with no tables. Couches unappealing and not conformable. And there were tonnes of metal cages (to lock delivered boxes) near lobby. The whole lobby is a big mess. It is also not centrally located. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel LEBEN was a beautiful, clean and efficiently designed hotel. We enjoyed all the amenities such as room wear, slippers, face wash, face masks etc.

The staff were friendly and seemed they all spoke at least two languages. The hotel was busy with lots of tourists, the elevators were a little busy during check out but other than that it was a very convenient area with clean and sleek designed hotel.

Bel hotel, bien situé, par contre, pour le déjeuner, c'Est décevant. Il s'agit d'un sac, laissé le matin devant la boite avec quelques trucs à l'intérieur. Un matin nous avions des craquelins avec une compote de thon. Donc ce n'est pas vraiment un déjeuner, ni pour le choix d'ingrédients ni pour la quantité. C'est une collation.

Nice hotel, would recommend.

This was the best hotel we stayed in throughout our trip in Japan.
Very spacious room, clean and comfortable.
Amenities were good with multiple laundry rooms.
Front desk staff were helpful with our broken luggage.
The hotel is located in a quiet area but if you walk 10 minutes it quickly becomes busy in Shinsaibashi.

It was easily walkable to some of the main areas of Osaka. The room was the biggest size of all the hotels we had stayed at during our trip to Japan. Hotel amenities are lacking in terms of no gym but otherwise would stay again!

Absolutely love this property. Rooms are clean and hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In walking distance of some many shops and eatery’s. The rooms are spacious for a family of 4. And the amount of amenities that are available to you is amazing.

Gutes, sauberes Hotelit ruhigen Zimmern. Sehr zentral gelegen (zwei U-Bahn-Linien in unter 8 Minuten zu erreichen). Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, in der nahegelegenen U-Bahn-Station gibt es jedoch genügend Alternativen. Wer das Zimmer nicht verlassen möchte, kann sich ein Frühstück für den nächsten Tag auf das Zimmer bestellen. Wir haben das versucht und man bekommt eine Tasche mit einem leckeren Früstück (bei uns waren es Weißbrot, Eiersalat, Salat, Frischkäse, Butter und Marmelade) vor die Tür gestellt. Wirklich prima.
Für eine Städtereise nach Osaka, ein sehr gutes Hotel.
PS: Wir fanden es toll, das man sich den Status der Münzwaschmaschinen (3 Stück) über den Ferseher im Zimmer anzeigen lassen kann. So konnten wir bequem unsere Wäsche waschen, sobald eine Maschine frei war.

This place was so cute and smells like a spa when you go in with some simple beverage offerings on the ground floor. Our rooms were very clean and we loved how close we were to Dotonbori, easy walk of 10-15 mins. But yet situated outside of the crazy busy crowded areas. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The service and hospitality was excellent, especially Zannat who went above and beyond when providing recommendations for restaurants and shopping options.

The hotel is incredibly well located and comfortable- biggest room we had in Japan - huge bathroom. But lots of thoughtful extras like chocolates, bath salts and even face masks! Free soft drinks and coffee in the lobby and lots of laundry facilities. We loved this place.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The staff are wonderful as well and very kind. The hotel has laundry rooms at some floors which is nice and offer great refreshments at the lobby. I wish the hotel had its own breakfast area instead of offering boxed breakfast, but it was a free offering and helpful.
