The reception staff were really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage until the room became available. The apartment is big, we had so much room, the bathroom was really clean and well appointed. We had a toaster, which is the first time since being in Japan. I highly recommend the apartments.

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かったですし、タオルの交換ゴミ捨てなど分かりやすく記載されていてよかったです。

残念だったのは、便座が冷たかったことと、洗濯乾燥機を使ったら、エラーの表示があったのでフィルターを見たら掃除されていましたがちゃんと乾燥ができなかったことです。

オススメホテル

京都駅から徒歩10分程度の立地にあります。
洗濯機があり、洗剤も提供してくれるところに感動しました。乾燥もできるドラムタイプです。
お風呂も洗い場があるタイプです。
清潔感もあり、おすすめのホテルです。

Facility was great but what I expect from what I see from photos was totally different when I made reservation. Although I mentioned we have a kid 12 years old but they didn’t provide us extra bed or photon, since Japanese translation is 12 year old however english version see under 12 years old, consider sleeping we thier parents. Unfortunately when I take look at the reply email from Hotels.com it says 2 beds and 2 photons. Overall location was good, very clean and easy access to sightseeing place.

室内が広く、家電が揃っていて、とても過ごしやすい部屋でした。今回タイミングで一泊しかできませんでしたが、次回も泊まれそうなら是非利用したいです。駅から近いのも魅力的でした。

快適でした

家族4人で丁度良い広さでした。
設備も新しく洗濯機が付いているのがとても助かりました。
次に京都旅行をするとしてもまた泊まると思います。

京都に暮らすように滞在できるホテルです。

3泊4日の滞在で利用しました。駅まで少し距離がある(大人の足で10分程度)ことを除けば、満足度の高い宿だと思います。

特に、IHヒーター、食器、カトラリー、包丁、まな板、鍋、フライパン、キッチンペーパー、洗剤、スポンジなどキッチン用品は一通り揃っており、簡単な調理は可能です。

また洗濯乾燥機があるので着替えが少なくて済むのもポイント。浴室乾燥はないので乾燥機NGなアパレルは部屋干しになります。

他にも時間貸しのサウナがあったり、貸し出しのエンタメグッズが多かったりで、過ごし方をアレンジできると思います。

部屋は思っていたより広くて家族3人で充分でした。


お風呂も広くて子どもと入っても狭くなかったです。

This hotel worked well for our family of six. It had a family mart right next door which was super convenient. It was located close to several bus lines, and about a 12 minute walk from Kyoto Station.

Our only complaints were that (1) the toilet room had a terrible odor throughout our entire stay; it smelled so bad upon our arrival and never went away, and (2) no blackout curtains in the room meant that our kids were up at 5 am with the sun.

Other than that, we had a great stay here in Kyoto.

If you dont like hard small beds DO NOT STAY HERE

Every night was horrible sleping in those beds

we hardly got any sleep because the beds felt like sleeping on the floor so i had to put a bed ontop of my actual bed,and the pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable.so high and the padding had all fallen apart inside the pillow so just felt like clumps when your head was on it.

Also very dusty, the blinds need a good clean and the room air conditioning needs cleaning out.

Plus was having a washing machine in there but not being able to sleep and spending double what other hotels cost a night was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed and the most uncomfortable

Convenient location walking distance from Kyoto Station and great access to buses for getting around town. Right next door to a Family Mart for all your conbini needs. Rooms are well organized and had a great sleeping layout for our family of four. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that might be nice is a coffee maker in addition to the tea selection. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet area. Washer and dryer included. It is a 2 in 1 so it will take a second round of drying. Family mart on the street corner. Spacious room with kitchen. You can walk to the Kyoto train station or take a quick uber.

Really convenient, the property offers a washing machine that you can use all throughout your stay. It has great location with a convenience store just outside the property and 7 minutes walk to the station. Lots of dining options around too. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff too!

Very good location, close to Kyoto Station. Not too many food options nearby but short walk to places is a plus.
The facility is very clean and safe, staff is very courteous and accommodating. They offer free visit to some location by bus which is great!

This hotel is one of my favorites! It is right across the street from a temple and the area is smack dab in the middle of Kyoto life. We took a walk down the neighborhood and met a lovely woman running her coffee shop. The staff is so helpful. They offer luggage delivery. It’s not far from Kyoto station.

I stayed 2 nights and had an amazing time. Shops were nearby and most attractions were really close, the hotel even had bus service to see those attractions and many other services. This hotel is my favorite out of all 4 places I have stayed at. Staff were really friendly and helpful, definitely would book again.

This was our first trip to Japan for me and my 2 kids (13 and 16 year olds). Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. There was a 7-11 close by which was very handy so we could stock our fridge with onigiri and snacks. The toaster in the room was great for breakfast goodies. Room was very comfortable and clean. There wasn't a lot of moving room which didn't bother us but made opening suitcases tricky. Hotel was about 16 mins walk to Kyoto Station which doesn't sound bad but tiring after being out all day. There are bus stops close to it though.

We really enjoy our stay. It was in a good location, the beds were comfortable. I really appreciate that there was a vacuum in the room as I felt I needed to get into the corners some and vacuum the blinds in the room as those were really dusty. Everything else was pretty clean though and I really appreciate having dishes and other amenities they had.
I really loved that they had a washer/dryer unit in the room also. Thank you.

Kunde inte se ut genom fönstren då de var helt frostade och gick inte att öppna.

We enjoyed our stay at Monday. The room was large in comparison to other hotels in Japan. We enjoyed the laundry machine and kitchen… and the food mart was located conveniently next door. The only complaints we had were we found the bed uncomfortable and the room smelled of curry when we arrived. We would stay here again regardless of those minor inconveniences.

We stayed as a family of 4. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Room was very clean and was very well kept. The location was close to local bus routes and walkable to the train station. This was our first time staying at this chain hotel, we would definitely book this chain again.
