オススメホテル

京都駅から徒歩10分程度の立地にあります。
洗濯機があり、洗剤も提供してくれるところに感動しました。乾燥もできるドラムタイプです。
お風呂も洗い場があるタイプです。
清潔感もあり、おすすめのホテルです。

Facility was great but what I expect from what I see from photos was totally different when I made reservation. Although I mentioned we have a kid 12 years old but they didn’t provide us extra bed or photon, since Japanese translation is 12 year old however english version see under 12 years old, consider sleeping we thier parents. Unfortunately when I take look at the reply email from Hotels.com it says 2 beds and 2 photons. Overall location was good, very clean and easy access to sightseeing place.

室内が広く、家電が揃っていて、とても過ごしやすい部屋でした。今回タイミングで一泊しかできませんでしたが、次回も泊まれそうなら是非利用したいです。駅から近いのも魅力的でした。

快適でした

家族4人で丁度良い広さでした。
設備も新しく洗濯機が付いているのがとても助かりました。
次に京都旅行をするとしてもまた泊まると思います。

京都に暮らすように滞在できるホテルです。

3泊4日の滞在で利用しました。駅まで少し距離がある(大人の足で10分程度)ことを除けば、満足度の高い宿だと思います。

特に、IHヒーター、食器、カトラリー、包丁、まな板、鍋、フライパン、キッチンペーパー、洗剤、スポンジなどキッチン用品は一通り揃っており、簡単な調理は可能です。

また洗濯乾燥機があるので着替えが少なくて済むのもポイント。浴室乾燥はないので乾燥機NGなアパレルは部屋干しになります。

他にも時間貸しのサウナがあったり、貸し出しのエンタメグッズが多かったりで、過ごし方をアレンジできると思います。

京都駅までが歩くと少し距離があったのが疲れましたが、また利用したいなと思いました。

お風呂も広くて子どもと入っても狭くなかったです。

Stop maar maar met zoeken, dit is het beste hotel (zeker voor een gezin). De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het personeel is echt geweldig. Hadden we MONday maar eerder ontdekt, dit was veruit ons leukste hotel in Japan.

Este hotel es ideal para hospedarse por varios días, tiene lo necesario para poder cocinar lo basico y ahorrar tiempo por las mañanas cuando es neecsario salir muy temprano. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos caminando hasta la estacion de Kyoto, y muchos restaurantes cerca,
El personal es muy amable y servicial, todo muy recomendable.
Si tuviera que señalar algun problema, tal vez sería que los cuartos no tienen ventilación natural, pero el aire acondicionado y el purificador cubren muy bien esta función.

Great, affordable easy stay in Kyoto! Basic amenities are provided at reception and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room size was good for 5 people and it was a perfect getaway if you are looking for a short stay in Kyoto.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful. English was spoken, and it was a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. Also next to a few shrines, and a museum. If you arrive here tired and don't want to go far, you can still find somethings to do around. I absolutely loved my time here, we had a washing mashine in our room and were provided with laundry detergent, essentials like a toothbrush, a comb, razor, shaving cream. I'm honestly absolutely pressed at the service and how affordable it was. The beds were a little on the hard side I will say but other than that, fabulous hotel.

Our favorite travel accommodation in Japan

We love staying at the MONday Apart Premium hotels. We have stayed at the Kyoto location twice and the Akihabara location 3 times. Very clean, friendly service. Both locations are about a 10 minute walk from the station. We rely heavily on using the in-room washer/dryer combo to allow us to pack light for our trips.

This hotel was easily the best accommodations of the four hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The room was very comfortable for our family of four. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Kyoto looking for a mid-range hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us set up baggage transfer and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The hotel was very clean. There was a Family Mart around the corner which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers.

The apartment was very clean and its staff was very kind and ready to help. They speak English very well, so no problems to communicate with them.

I stayed with my family, a total of 3. The room is relatively spacious and has most of appliances. The washing machine was very convenient specifically during hot and sweaty summer, which was the main reason for me to choose this apartment hotel. It is located near the Kyoto station, so tansportation is also convenient, and we were able to use lots of nice restaurants.

When we left the hotel, we had heavy rain. The staff allowed us to take umbrellas. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel. If I visit Kyto again, I will choose this hotel again.

This hotel was such a nice place to stay at. Very clean, quiet, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The size of the rooms are very generous and the showers are amazing. If going in the summer, prepare for the heat. It’s only a 15 minute walk to Kyoto station but feels longer when the sun is out. I would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Very good service straight from the start. Welcoming, friendly and helpful people. Room was very spacious and clean. 15 minute walk from Kyoto station, accessible and close to buses and taxis. Very nice place, highly recommend for others. Will come back next time.

This is one of the best places me and my partner have stayed at and one we will be coming back to the next time we are in Kyoto. From the moment we arrived Keiko provided us with exceptional service. We asked her for a recommendation for katsu and she suggested a spot on the Michelin guide. We realized it was about to close for the afternoon and without hesitation she called the restaurant and we were able to have the best meal of our whole trip.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Kyoto station. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious for three adults with all we need. A family mart is next door where I got my breakfast. Hotel provides shuttle service to Kinkaku-ji and Miyama Kayabuki no sato. The shuttle bus can also drop you off at Arishiyama in the afternoon on Sunday and Monday. Buses to many places of interest are a within a couple of min walk. There is a great temp right across the street from the hotel where you can go worship.

The toilet left an odd smell in the room. Washing machine was buggy. Construction going on outside. 10am check out is a big aggressive, but I guess if that’s normal it’s fine, but getting 3 door knocks in 5 minutes and a fee threat seems unnecessary. Just an average hotel at best.

It was great. The employees were very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We would definitely stay there again. The only downfall was the AC system but it’s probably just because we are not use to Japan heat.

The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and very friendly as were all locals throughout Kyoto. Our family stayed in room 501 a beautiful clean studio unit that had bunk beds for our boys and two side by side very comfortable twin beds for my wife and I. Our pillows were very nice, beds very firm and perfect. Our unit had a great kitchen table, large tv, and very nice fridge and freezer, kitchen sink, cooktop, toaster oven and microwave. Kitchen had very nice dishes, glasses, coffee cups, tea maker, and cookware and utensils. A toilet room, and a separate room with a lab, tub, shower and washer and dryer. Super comfy pj’s and bedroom slippers for everyone. Outstanding service if u needed anything at all from staff, they provided fresh towels and toiletries, picked up garbage and recycling daily, and provided laundry detergent. Great location and so close to local bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, but also a quick 7 minute walk to Kyoto station and popular areas. Right on multiple bus lines as well. I highly recommend this place, incredible stay and thank you so much for making our family stay so welcoming, great AC in the room as well. 😁

It was a lovely apartment. We loved having the ability to cook our own food. Having a washing machine and dryer readily available in the room was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly. it was an easy walk to the centre/ train station. Easy to catch a bus. Easy walk to a renowned coffee shop. Shopping centre 5 minutes walk, with a lovely food market.

Nice place for families

Great location. Some buses stop in front of the hotel. The further we had to walk was 15 min. The room was clean and spacious for Japan standards. A bunk bed and a queen bed was just what we needed. Washer-dryer in the room was convenient. Hotel crew was courteous, friendly and helpful

Small compact property with 6 rooms per floor for 5 floors. Great service. The one we had was a compact for 4 of us with a kitchen and a combined laundry. 10 min walking distance to Kyoto station. A 2 min walk to Nepalese/Indian restaurant.

Front desk staff are very helpful. The location is about 15 minute walk to Kyoto station. Hotel is near a Family Mart which is very convenient if you want to buy some food/drinks or withdraw cash from the ATM.

This hotel is premium! The room I stayed in was spotless.
Lots of care was put in the design of the room. Although it’s on the smaller side, it’s clean and modern.
Top notch service once I found the right Monday Kyoto Station location.
Be careful when searching as there are two on the same street on opposite ends.

Excellent place to stay in Kyoto

This hotel was fantastic! I was impressed by how efficiently the room's space was utilized. It came equipped with all the necessary appliances for our stay, including a washing machine, dryer, full-sized refrigerator, hot plates, and a microwave. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, although we chose to enjoy the wonderful restaurants nearby for dinner. While the room is small by Australian standards, it suited our needs perfectly. The location was excellent, with easy access to buses and just a short walk to the railway station. Getting to the tourist attractions was a breeze, and we even rented bikes to enjoy a lovely ride to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest.

Family friendly hotel with appreciated amenities

Very nice facility at a convenient location in Kyoto. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the clothes washer in the room. This was especially nice and our clothes were cleaned while we were visiting the city. Thank you for the excellent accommodations!

First trip to Japan with our family of 4

This hotel was great. The room we stayed in was a decent size for our family of 4 (we had 2 teenagers travelling with us).
Our only 2 small complaints about our room was...
1) Lack of storage. We stayed for 6 nights, so we definitely needed a cabinet, closet, drawers & organization... especially when we are trying to live out of suitcases.
2) Beds & pillows were pretty hard.
Overall, great stay though. The staff were absolutely wonderful & having a washing machine in the room was a huge bonus for us. The shower pressure was great too!
