渋谷駅からすぐ近くなのに静かで便利。
リピートしました。
このエリアは、いろいろなホテルを利用しましたが、1番好きです。
ウォーターサーバーがあるのが、とてもありがたいし、カジュアルな雰囲気も良いです。

1401号室・1402号室、両方利用でしたが、1401の方はテレビが無いのが残念でした。
1401のプロジェクター、1402のコーヒーミル、使い方の説明書が欲しかった…
1401の方にもミル曳きのコーヒー欲しかったな…
聞こうと思ってもフロントにかける電話が無い…
いちいち下に降りるのは面倒なので諦めました。
あとは概ね満足です。

直前予約で、お世話になりました。
場所柄、少し高め、バスタブはなくても１日２日なら快適でした。
設備は新しく清潔。
ミディアムシングルに12歳、15歳娘と泊まり、ベッドが入り口向かいに小上がりのような形で配置、スーツケースを床に広げると、トイレ、シャワーの出入りが不便ですが、ベッドでゴロゴロしながらテレビやNet Flixを見てリラックスしていました。
部屋に椅子、デスクがないため、ビジネスむきではありませんが、ロビーのテーブルを借りて仕事を少しさせていただきました。
ウォーターサーバーや、氷、洗濯機もあるので、レジャーでくる方は便利ですね。
ありがとうございました。
また利用させていただきます。

Nice staff but need hygiene improvement

Staffs are friendly and they speak fluent English. But our room had an unpleasant smell which really bothered us the whole trip. Luckily, we booked one more room right next to it so we could at least had a clean bathroom.

素泊まりなので仕方がないかなとは思うけど狭かった！！せめて脱衣所がほしい
あとコロコロがあったら良かった！
フロントにスッタフの方がいたのでチェックインなど分からない事などにすぐ対応して頂けたので良かったです。

立地も雰囲気もスタッフさんもとても良くまた利用したいと思います。
お部屋も綺麗でしたが壁掛けTVの向きを変えようとアームを引き出した時にTV裏とアームにすごい埃が溜まっていたので普段見えない所ですがそこまで綺麗だったら完璧だと思います。
また利用させていただきます。

2名で泊まったのですが部屋が狭すぎました…ベッド一台のスペースしかなく、荷物を置く場所もないです。
アメニティの竹歯磨きも、サステナブルな取り組みは評価出来ますが舌触りが悪すぎて耐え難かったです。
リピートは無しかと思います。

Hotel is in a fantastic location but the room we stayed in was so dusty. Dust build up everywhere. Could not move the curtains without dust flying out everywhere. Our shower had black mould growing in all the grout. I spoke with reception who inspected it and then cleaned it. A change of room was promised but not provided. Food in hotel is amazing. Ate there twice.

This is a great option if you are looking for convenience and i preferred staying in Shibuya to Shinjuku in Tokyo. Lots to do in the area and the hotel gives you easy access to the metro.

We would def stay here again next time we are in Tokyo.

Not four star hotel

We were fooled by the images. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s more a fancy hostel. We stayed in a compact room, but had no idea that it would be too small to open our suitcases. The rooms and hallways seems quite worn down. The only 4 star thing about this hotel is their coffee bar and restaurant. The staff and location was very nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again. Not at that price. The most expensive of four hotels we stayed at in Japan and by far the least comfortable. The price and value does not add up.

Looooved our stay! Next to the subway but also walking distance from tons of restaurants and shibuya crossing. Would stay again! The double room is much more spacious than the single. So even if you’re a couple. I advise two beds for the extra space!

This was a wonderful place to stay as a first time visitor to Japan. Check-in and check-out was easy, there is a lot within walking distance, the pizza place onsite is delicious, the air conditioning in the room works great, and it’s a ten minute walk to a subway station that can get you all around Tokyo quickly. Also the TVs have streaming apps on them and the WiFi is free and works great! The only minor downsides are the room was a little small and the fridge is only large enough to fit 3-4 drinks.

This place is overrated as 4 star hotel. It’s just an inn or motel. There is no “front desk” no polite service. And the towel and bed sheets are smells!! There are white finger prints on the door. Damage marks on the wall. Spending same price you can live in a hotel so much better than this. Please correct the rate of the hotel.

Spent 3 nights here with 6 people, so we had 2 rooms. The location was excellent as we were around the corner to a subway station and Miyashita park, minutes away from Scramble Crossing and Center Gai. It allowed the grown up to explore and opened up many food options.
The hotel itself was clean, had a restaurant at 1st level and a bar at ground floor. Rooms are tiny, but guess that’s expected for Tokyo… Please pack light, or you’d have a hard time fitting luggages into the room. There was complimentary sparkling water in the evening during our stay. Lobby staff was mainly young college kids, so good with English.
There was a laundry area with 3 washer/dryer combo machines. Wait time was ridiculous though, as each load took 2 hours and machines only take certain denomination of yen coins. We traveled during summer, so I had to absolutely do a load. It was until 2 am before I could use the machine…
Overall, I still recommend the hotel for all the positive aspects.

This hotel is very close to many of the points of interest in Shibuya. Nearly everything is walkable (ex: Shibuya station, restaurants outside the hotel, entertainment, shopping, etc.). The rooms are fairly small from western standards, but, that aside, the rooms are nice. Staff speak a good amount of English, and Google Translate can handle the rest. The food at the location was decent.

You get what you pay for. Friendly staff. Note if you need to use laundry,be prepared to wait as it’s constantly being used by others.
Rooms are clean but small, we took the deluxe twin.

The hotel is near shopping, dining and transportation. Makes it convenient traveling around with 2 kids. They have coin operated washer/dryer machines, microwave and water/ice machine on another floor. Staffs were great but the room is small and the fridge is very tiny.

I liked the location and room. Staff was friendly when I had a question but I did not like the online checkin. I'd rather check in with a person live especially because there were issues and staff had to make me redo a couple times.

The staff there were execellent! They helped us retrieve something we left behind in our hotel in Kyoto and also made our stay very comfortable. It is also located in the prime area of Shibuya and made it very easy to get everywhere. I will definitely go back.

심플하고 세련된 숙소예요

일본숙소 치곤 사이즈가 작지 않았어요.
직원분들도 다 친절했고
깨끗하고 세련된 분위기의 숙소예요.
애들둘이랑 같이 썼는데 애들이 숙소
맘에든다고 깔끔,심플해서 좋다고했고요.
위치도 나쁘지 않지만
좀덜걷고싶다면 도쿄레이호텔도 괜찮을듯해요.
저도두군데 중에 고민하다가 이곳으로했는데 좋았지만
위치는 거기가 좀더 나을수도 있어요.
숙소에서 나가자마자 미야시타파크가 있어서
저녁먹고 산책하거나 쇼핑하기 좋습니다.
첫일본여행이라서 걱정 많이하고 갔는데
애들이 너무 좋아해서 또 와도 될것같아요 ㅎ
지진으로 불안하던때 일정이라서 걱정을 엄청했는데
아무문제없이 안전하게 잘 다녀온 여행이네요.
조용하고 심플한숙소 원하시면 강추예요

Location was the only thing good about the hotel. Room was old and reaks of mold. For some reason it hold humidity too much its like living in a sauna. Air conditioning doesnt work well. Set it at 25c it feels like a hot tropic, at 24c it feels like a freezer. We sleep about 30 minutes straight a time trying to adjust the AC back and forth from 24-25. We can look past these unfortunate things. What we can’t look past is how they seem not to care about leaving a lasting impression on customers. On our checkout date, we were warned 10 mins prior that if we didn’t Check out in time, we would be charged 3000 yen. We rushed and went as fast as we could and missed it by 4 mins. We thought it was fun and not a big deal…nope, we were still charged 3000 yen. Yes we were late in our check out, but mind you, their elevators were extra small, we are a family of 5 and we have 5 luggages and a stroller, everytime going up or down would take 2 trips because we dont fit in the elevators and would waste 10 minutes. The lady Manager on site didnt care of our explanation, mind you, we already paid the additional fee of 3000 yen in acceptance that we were a bit late. A very petty hotel if this is how they opperate. She got confrontational and told us this is how it is in Japan. No mam, we’ve been in Japan for more than a month now going to and from 8 hotels and has never been charged a single penny for checking out a little late, don’t blame this on Japan, it’s how your hotel works heartless

This place is close to everything; Shibuya Station is right around the corner. The room is small but very clean. Check-in is very easy, and you can self-check out. The food is delicious. The staff is super friendly. We had a little problem shipping our luggage to our next destination, but the staff took her time and tried different ways to help us. In the end, she kept our luggage there and arranged to ship it out the next day since there was a holiday. High recommended this place, we will sure be back here for our next Tokyo trip.

Do not stay here. The location is good but there are many other actual hotels in the area. They have five staff at the reception - yet no one helps you to check in or provides any service. Room sizes are terribly small for the price paid.

DO NOT STAY

I cannot express how much I hated my stay at this place. This is not a 4 star hotel, it is much more like a 2 star hotel, and was much more expensive than was deserved. You need to take two elevators, one to the lobby, and then one to your room, to get up to your space. The lobby is extremely cramped and tiny, filled with luggage and all of the staff were extremely rude the entire time. They tried to charge me extra for showing up to my room ONE HOUR before check in. Unbelievable. The restaurant was fine and the location is good, but those are the only redeemable qualities. I tried to do laundry here and it was a nightmare. I can't believe they made me pay to do my own laundry in their machines. The furniture in the rooms was not that nice and the design of the rooms is strange. I did not have a hook in my bathroom to hang up my towel for instance. I would not recommend coming here and will never return.

This was self check in hotel and noy very informative eith check in and out details. The room was small but clean. We like the breakfast in the morning but we checked out right away as i had high suspensions that the bathroom mirror was doubled sided in the corner room. I didnt feel comfortable after doing the mirror test and we checked out right away

There seemed to be an evolving team of young people managing the front desk and every single one were fantastic! So helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed being able to have a western style breakfast at the restaurant since I’m not used to rice and noodles too early. Short walk to a major train station was key. Plenty of shopping around and a very charming row of a dozen restaurants lining a nearby street. Souvenir store, phone related store, pharmacy, and convenient store all right by the hotel. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place. LOVED it! But had to upgrade our room because standard room is too tiny for 2 people as it was advertised. Other than that…perfect!
