清潔で快適、過度なアメニティもなく清掃頻度も自分で選べるのが良かったです。チェックイン・アウトも機械でスムーズでした。インナーウェアが毎回臭くて着られなかった。コインランドリーは３つあるうち２つはOut of service でなかなか乾燥せず３時間かかりました。ロビーらしいロビーがなくスタッフの皆さんはカジュアルな格好でテーブルに座っていて初めはお客さんかと思いました。接客は丁寧でしたが学生さんが多いのかプロフェッショナルな雰囲気ではなかったです。少し高めの値段と全体のサービスが釣り合いがとれていなくて少し残念でした。

便利な立地

駅から近くて便利な立地でした。
部屋は狭かったですが、収納など工夫されていて狭いなりに快適でした。
歯ブラシセットの歯磨き粉はペーパー型で、個人的にはとても使いづらかったので歯磨き粉を持参することをおすすめします。歯磨き粉は3回分しか入っていなかったのですが、フロントに言えば新しい物を貰えます。
無料のウォーターサーバーがあるのが嬉しかったです。
今回は2泊だけなので利用しませんでしたが、コインランドリーがあるのは助かりますね。

第一におしゃれだし、スタッフも文句なしです！
部屋にアメニティがないから、フロントで言えばもらえるけど、お風呂から出てクシがないことに気づきました！
チェックイン前チェックイン後も荷物を簡単に預けられるし、駅も近いしめちゃくちゃ便利。
朝食付きにしたけど、なしにして、当日ホテル内にあるもう一つのカフェと選んでも良いかも！朝ご飯も大満足でした^_^

渋谷駅からすぐ近くなのに静かで便利。
リピートしました。
このエリアは、いろいろなホテルを利用しましたが、1番好きです。
ウォーターサーバーがあるのが、とてもありがたいし、カジュアルな雰囲気も良いです。

1401号室・1402号室、両方利用でしたが、1401の方はテレビが無いのが残念でした。
1401のプロジェクター、1402のコーヒーミル、使い方の説明書が欲しかった…
1401の方にもミル曳きのコーヒー欲しかったな…
聞こうと思ってもフロントにかける電話が無い…
いちいち下に降りるのは面倒なので諦めました。
あとは概ね満足です。

直前予約で、お世話になりました。
場所柄、少し高め、バスタブはなくても１日２日なら快適でした。
設備は新しく清潔。
ミディアムシングルに12歳、15歳娘と泊まり、ベッドが入り口向かいに小上がりのような形で配置、スーツケースを床に広げると、トイレ、シャワーの出入りが不便ですが、ベッドでゴロゴロしながらテレビやNet Flixを見てリラックスしていました。
部屋に椅子、デスクがないため、ビジネスむきではありませんが、ロビーのテーブルを借りて仕事を少しさせていただきました。
ウォーターサーバーや、氷、洗濯機もあるので、レジャーでくる方は便利ですね。
ありがとうございました。
また利用させていただきます。

Nice staff but need hygiene improvement

Staffs are friendly and they speak fluent English. But our room had an unpleasant smell which really bothered us the whole trip. Luckily, we booked one more room right next to it so we could at least had a clean bathroom.

The hotel and amenities are modern. Our bathroom was really clean but no hooks to hang any towels. Unfortunately the room was very dusty and we found a sandwich bag of old food on the window ledge at the side of the bed. Room is also very small, which granted rooms are small in Japan but there really was very little thought had gone into storage options (which we found other places we stayed had).

Excellent location, close to all the major sights, shops and transport links. Tucked away on a side street which was surprisingly quiet for the central location. Room had all necessary amenities despite being small which was not a problem at all ( and we had 2 massive bags!) Staff were helpful and polite . Would thoroughly recommend .
We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely return.

Space is no different than other hotel rooms we have stayed in. A one night stay close to shops and train before departing for train to Narita airport. Watch your toes! I would recommend placing the slippers on the bed frame.

Construction outside but luckily it was a Sat and they did not start/work when we got up at 8am.

We were shocked to find the restaurants in the area were closed at 11pm.

There is a nearby restaurant bar operated by Abema(?). Limited food menu but popular for drinks. Watch out! They charge a cover fee Y300 per person and is added to the bill.

Check in and check out was very simple. Staff was helpful and kind. Staff were all proficient in English as well for foreign tourists like myself. Small rooms but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. CANNOT beat the location!!! It’s truly in the heart of Shibuya and everything we wanted to do in Shibuya was 5-10 mins walk. Train station is very close as well. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The rooms are cute, small but very clean and modern. The restaurant/bar downstairs was great and it was conveniently located to many places in shibuya. Once you get the hang of the subway which is less than 5 min from the hotel, everything is smooth and you enjoy Japan.

Such a great place if you want to be in the central area of shibuya. We were walking distance from so many tourist attractions and recommend restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and kind. WiFi worked well and amenities were great.

Stayed 8 nights at All Day Place Shibuya. The Superior King room was the perfect size, and if bottled water in the room, it would be very convenient. The carpet near the entrance needs to replace. After all good location and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

Loved the location of this funky little boutique hotel in prime location Shibuya (Tokyo)… close enough we could walk in less than 5 montes to the Shibuya Crossing, Tokyu FoodShow (a must for excellent quality food), across the road from Golds Gym, a cool bar downstairs, a great restaurant for coffee, breakfast or a meal at the hotel & an easy walk to Yoyogi Park, trains, buses, shopping, restaurants… this location has it all.

Gives hostel for the price of a hotel. It’s not 4 stars…

Location is great and rooms were mostly quiet but for the price there are significantly better hotels around.

Service is friendly on level 2, but that’s the only place you’ll find it. No phonen in the room and if you want something, you need to go and get it.

Rooms are very tiny even for Tokyo standards. Only 1 water cup for 2 people, 1 towel rail for 2 towels.

Bathroom lighting was bad, all overhead (and by all I mean 1 bulb at the mirror and 1 in the shower).

The carpet in the room and the furniture needed a decent clean. The thermostat didn’t really work, had to use the fan most of the time. Hot was too hot and cold was too cold when they were set. Thermostats are placed near the door, which opens to the open-air atrium so I think that interfered with it.

Open air atrium was freezing in winter (literally, it just snowed). Lovely outside but not sure you want it inside the hotel.

No closet space (4 hangers in the walkway) and the sink can’t be plugged and filled.

The fridge was a faux-fridge. Looked like a standard small bar fridge, but open it and it had a depth of 5-6cm, only enough for small cans. Had to keep the door shut by leaning the (too small) bin against it.

Room had coffee and tea, that with the location and quiet is the only reason it’s getting a 2 star and not a 1 star.

We had a great stay at All Day Place Shibuya in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with well-designed rooms that make good use of space. The location is excellent—right in Shibuya, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet still quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The hotel also has a restaurant on site offering excellent Neapolitan-style pizzas, as well as a very good breakfast. We would highly recommend it without hesitation.

Great lighting in room.

Easy check in process.
Room was small, fine for solo traveler but for a couple, it would be tight. Think dorm room.
Rooms were clean. No smell, no stains.
Luggage storage under bed.
Coffee and tea in room.
Fridge in room.
Not too loud for being so centrally located.
Easy to walk to everything.
Coffee and banana bread were delicious. Discount provided too.

Didn’t get to try the pizza :((
But they do give you a discount!

Cons-
No place to store your shoes. It stays in your walkway from shower to toilet to door to living area.
Check in/front lobby is a little weird? Almost looks like an open study area at a cafe.

For the location, all day place shibuya was great.

Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location).

Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine.

Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process.

Don't be mislead by their design. It is not in anyway a 4 star hotel. Trust the other reviews when they say the space is small even for Tokyo, it is truly a glorified hostel.

All rooms have no view, the glass panel are all sealed with plastic. Not a big deal. But since it's so small there's no ventilation, it is extremely dusty. The thermostat displayed that the filter needed to be cleaned and despite their cleaning service things started to be covered by a blanket of dust.
If you've been to Japan before, or just having a long trip, you know it is easy to catch the flu here. I had a cold and every time I come back to the hotel or in the morning I feel worse. It was bad enough that I considered switching hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if they had mold.

All their "amenities" are on another floor to discourage guests from using them. After a whole day of activities it's the last inconvenience you need. It is obviously so much easier to place them at the lobby like every other hotel and yet they do it on purpose to save the cost of a few disposable toothbrushes. Again, not a big deal but it goes to show their attitude towards guests and their entire business model.

Overall this "hotel" is a stingy greedy scheme. The only merit is it's location. It cannot compare even to a standard 3 star like JR nearby and it is more expensive. For what? Less space, less clean, less convenience. Do you care that they hired a graphic designer and everything is green? You'll regret it.

I spent four nights in Tokyo at this hotel because it is within a short walking distance of Shibuya Station. The B1 exit is only about a three-minute walk from the entrance, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. This was my second stay here, and once again I was able to easily access Tokyo’s metro lines and enjoy plenty of shopping in Shibuya. Getting to Haneda Airport from Shibuya after checkout was also very simple. The automatic check-in and check-out system is very helpful for foreign tourists, and the staff are quick to help if anything comes up. The on-site pizza restaurant is also a nice break for anyone who might be overindulging in Japanese food during their trip.
