清潔で快適、過度なアメニティもなく清掃頻度も自分で選べるのが良かったです。チェックイン・アウトも機械でスムーズでした。インナーウェアが毎回臭くて着られなかった。コインランドリーは３つあるうち２つはOut of service でなかなか乾燥せず３時間かかりました。ロビーらしいロビーがなくスタッフの皆さんはカジュアルな格好でテーブルに座っていて初めはお客さんかと思いました。接客は丁寧でしたが学生さんが多いのかプロフェッショナルな雰囲気ではなかったです。少し高めの値段と全体のサービスが釣り合いがとれていなくて少し残念でした。

便利な立地

駅から近くて便利な立地でした。
部屋は狭かったですが、収納など工夫されていて狭いなりに快適でした。
歯ブラシセットの歯磨き粉はペーパー型で、個人的にはとても使いづらかったので歯磨き粉を持参することをおすすめします。歯磨き粉は3回分しか入っていなかったのですが、フロントに言えば新しい物を貰えます。
無料のウォーターサーバーがあるのが嬉しかったです。
今回は2泊だけなので利用しませんでしたが、コインランドリーがあるのは助かりますね。

第一におしゃれだし、スタッフも文句なしです！
部屋にアメニティがないから、フロントで言えばもらえるけど、お風呂から出てクシがないことに気づきました！
チェックイン前チェックイン後も荷物を簡単に預けられるし、駅も近いしめちゃくちゃ便利。
朝食付きにしたけど、なしにして、当日ホテル内にあるもう一つのカフェと選んでも良いかも！朝ご飯も大満足でした^_^

渋谷駅からすぐ近くなのに静かで便利。
リピートしました。
このエリアは、いろいろなホテルを利用しましたが、1番好きです。
ウォーターサーバーがあるのが、とてもありがたいし、カジュアルな雰囲気も良いです。

1401号室・1402号室、両方利用でしたが、1401の方はテレビが無いのが残念でした。
1401のプロジェクター、1402のコーヒーミル、使い方の説明書が欲しかった…
1401の方にもミル曳きのコーヒー欲しかったな…
聞こうと思ってもフロントにかける電話が無い…
いちいち下に降りるのは面倒なので諦めました。
あとは概ね満足です。

直前予約で、お世話になりました。
場所柄、少し高め、バスタブはなくても１日２日なら快適でした。
設備は新しく清潔。
ミディアムシングルに12歳、15歳娘と泊まり、ベッドが入り口向かいに小上がりのような形で配置、スーツケースを床に広げると、トイレ、シャワーの出入りが不便ですが、ベッドでゴロゴロしながらテレビやNet Flixを見てリラックスしていました。
部屋に椅子、デスクがないため、ビジネスむきではありませんが、ロビーのテーブルを借りて仕事を少しさせていただきました。
ウォーターサーバーや、氷、洗濯機もあるので、レジャーでくる方は便利ですね。
ありがとうございました。
また利用させていただきます。

Nice staff but need hygiene improvement

Staffs are friendly and they speak fluent English. But our room had an unpleasant smell which really bothered us the whole trip. Luckily, we booked one more room right next to it so we could at least had a clean bathroom.

Pros-
Great lighting in room.
Staff was very nice.
Easy check in process.
Room was small, fine for solo traveler but for a couple, it would be tight. Think dorm room.
Rooms were clean. No smell, no stains.
Luggage storage under bed.
Coffee and tea in room.
Fridge in room.
Not too loud for being so centrally located.
Easy to walk to everything.
Coffee and banana bread were delicious. Discount provided too.

Didn’t get to try the pizza :((
But they do give you a discount!

Cons-
No place to store your shoes. It stays in your walkway from shower to toilet to door to living area.
Check in/front lobby is a little weird? Almost looks like an open study area at a cafe.

For the location, all day place shibuya was great.

Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo (especially with such a high profile location).

Room was maybe a little dusty when we arrived but didn’t cause any issues through the trip.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, never had an issue using a washing machine.

Check in was on a machine but there is always people in the lobby around to help with the process.

Don't be mislead by their design. It is not in anyway a 4 star hotel. Trust the other reviews when they say the space is small even for Tokyo, it is truly a glorified hostel.

All rooms have no view, the glass panel are all sealed with plastic. Not a big deal. But since it's so small there's no ventilation, it is extremely dusty. The thermostat displayed that the filter needed to be cleaned and despite their cleaning service things started to be covered by a blanket of dust.
If you've been to Japan before, or just having a long trip, you know it is easy to catch the flu here. I had a cold and every time I come back to the hotel or in the morning I feel worse. It was bad enough that I considered switching hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if they had mold.

All their "amenities" are on another floor to discourage guests from using them. After a whole day of activities it's the last inconvenience you need. It is obviously so much easier to place them at the lobby like every other hotel and yet they do it on purpose to save the cost of a few disposable toothbrushes. Again, not a big deal but it goes to show their attitude towards guests and their entire business model.

Overall this "hotel" is a stingy greedy scheme. The only merit is it's location. It cannot compare even to a standard 3 star like JR nearby and it is more expensive. For what? Less space, less clean, less convenience. Do you care that they hired a graphic designer and everything is green? You'll regret it.

I spent four nights in Tokyo at this hotel because it is within a short walking distance of Shibuya Station. The B1 exit is only about a three-minute walk from the entrance, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. This was my second stay here, and once again I was able to easily access Tokyo’s metro lines and enjoy plenty of shopping in Shibuya. Getting to Haneda Airport from Shibuya after checkout was also very simple. The automatic check-in and check-out system is very helpful for foreign tourists, and the staff are quick to help if anything comes up. The on-site pizza restaurant is also a nice break for anyone who might be overindulging in Japanese food during their trip.

Staff were extremely polite and efficient with every request. We asked for additional pillows for our room and they were delivered to us within 10 minutes. It was amazing! Despite being in a very busy area, our room was so quiet! I would highly recommend staying here.

I booked two rooms at the same time, but when we arrived the rooms were on two different floors. The beds were on raised platforms and hard to get in and out. No chairs to sit. No luggage storage at the hotel. Carpets were stained and dirty. Changed the towels daily but the sheets every 3 days.

Great location to transportation train stations, main centralized shopping and food. 2mins walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing. Room was clean, organized. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Staff were auper friendly. Would recommend.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s in Shibuya and is walking distance within a lot. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to Ichiran and many Family Marts. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the hotel is very clean. I would absolutely stay here again and really enjoyed how convenient the location was. I chose the superior king room and as a solo traveler I did not feel cramped at all. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend staying at All Day Place

All day place was an excellent place to stay as American tourists in Japan. The location in Shibuya was convenient and perfect for navigating the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for understanding processes related to the hotel and even other travel issues. The room was clean and efficient. We had a nice view from our room. The location is perfect - central, but not loud. The staff is delightful. The onsite food is fresh and tasty. I place high value on sustainability, and I loved that they had a refillable water carafe instead of plastic bottles as well as other unique green features - including a magnet to indicate "eco." I took away a star because they still insisted on daily towel replacement even with the "eco" and I could not find a place to recycle items from my room. It would also be ideal if the restaurants could offer GF.

Rooms are truly small, but efficient. It is a Japanese business hotel with a modern aesthetic. The location is excellent, and it’s what you’re paying for, as you can find similar rooms at regular business hotels for a fraction of the price. Unfortunately the aircon in my unit was not working, so the room was also very stuffy. I alerted the staff, but they were unable to assist or move me to a different room.

Only good thing about this hotel is location. It’s near by everything. The room is quite small. Can barely walk around the room when you’re traveling with 2 people with luggages. Price is expensive, I guess is due to the location. The room had a lot of dust.

This would have been a 5 start if the accommodation was cleaned better ….. overall great location and the staff made it so much better !! Such a lovely staff they say hi /bye to you each time you walk in and out and to me that’s probably the best thing ever I love that . Super friendly sweet and helpful !! The only problem was when I walked in their was a poop stain in my toilet …. I was genuinely so disgusted and was about to walk out but I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the whole restroom again . Also the showe seemed to appear a little dirty .they also need. To wash those carpets they are so dirty at least my room was !! Overall great staff great location and if the room was cleaned good it would have been perfect it is a good size for one person a little tight for a girl but 10000% doable !!

Comfortable and modern room, walk in western style shower but also had a Japanese toilet, sink was a little awkward as the tap comes out from the wall too far, but manageable. Comfy bed and room, a little small even with one of the larger corner king rooms but for 1 person was fine, maybe a struggle for 2 people. Large modern tv and WiFi too. Downstairs there is a restaurant that serves really nice western style breakfast and pizzas later on (only had breakfast but pizzas looked nice), staff very helpful and easy check in/out, there is also a cafe and bar outside too. Great location need miyashita park, various train station entrances within 5 mins. Would recommend and go back again!

It was a nice spot and very centrally located. The rooms are incredibly small. My husband and I could barely fit in the hall to the beds. No room for more than one suitcase. The bathroom bidet filter needs to be changed. We have a Toto toilet at home and if you do not change it will begin to smell like musty garbage. Not pleasant at all. Ours had an old filter and due to the small room our room smelled so bad, I actually got earplugs to put up my nose. The hotel staff were very helpful though and location you can’t beat.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut – U-Bahn und Bus sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, was die Anbindung an die Stadt sehr angenehm macht. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt positiv beeinflusst hat.

Leider war das Standardzimmer für zwei Personen deutlich zu klein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es in Ordnung, aber wer etwas mehr Platz oder Komfort erwartet, sollte vielleicht eine höhere Zimmerkategorie wählen. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit guter Lage und nettem Service, aber eingeschränktem Komfort.
