2回目の利用です。
とても良かったので、また利用させて頂きました。前回手間取ったチェックインも、今回は初めから機会で自動チェックイン出来ると知っていたからスムーズに出来ました。
前回同様、館内はアロマオイルの香りで癒されました。
駅から直ぐで凄く便利ですし、隣のビルには食事が出来るお店があり困りません。夕食はテイクアウトして、お部屋でゆっくり飲みながら食べました。
また、利用させて頂きます。

朝食をつけたけど、立地的に宿泊客に外国人が多いためか、お味噌汁や納豆、焼き鳥があるのは助かりましたが、お魚があったらもっと嬉しかったです

高田馬場の駅前で飲食店も多く便利です。ホテルの周りは少し騒がしいですがホテルの中は静かでした。ロビーがあるフロアから自分で持っていく必要がありますが、ドリップコーヒーがあったりアメニティの種類も豊富です。

高田馬場駅のすぐ近くで、とても交通の便が良いです。
ホテルもわかりやすい場所にあります。
室内は清潔で、快適でした。
レイトチェックアウトは13時まで利用可能です。
一階にレストラン、三井住友銀行、近隣にはコンビニやドンキホーテなど食事や買い物に不自由しません。

早稲田受験生、長期滞在者におススメです

子どもの早稲田大学受験で利用しました。
高田馬場駅目の前で立地は最高です。近くにイオン系スーパー、有名薬局多数、Loft、ユニクロ、ドン・キホーテ、セリア、コンビニ、BIGBOX（商業施設）生活するすべてが揃ってます。
早稲田キャンパスまで歩いて行くことも可能な距離です。受験で長期滞在する者としては、リーズナブルだと思います。ただ残念なのは、洗濯機はあるが、3台の内1台が故障中で、夜は洗濯機争奪戦状態でした。ホテル側も壊れた洗濯機を修理しようという感じはなく、２台だけで稼働させてます。長期滞在者や旅行客で洗濯機を頼りにしてる客にとっては大きなマイナスポイントだと思います。夜中又は明け方に頑張って起きて洗濯しないといけません。昼間ホテルにいる方は使えると思いますが…
スタッフはとても感じよく、宿泊前に色々と電話で確認などしましたが、親切丁寧な対応です。清掃に関しては、浴室の内側の取っ手付近が汚れていたのが気になりました。

ロビーが広々としてとても入りやすく、待ち合せの方にもゆったり座って待ってもらえるところがとても気に入っています。
アメニティも抜かりなく、必要なものは全てハイクオリティに揃っているのも大助かりでした。また泊まりたいです。

清潔なお部屋でした。エアコンが作動しているのかどうか、わかりにくくて、何度も温度を下げてみましたが、結局、少し暑いなぁと感じるままでした。オンオフのボタン？は見つからなかったので…もっと設定温度を下げれば良かったのかもしれません。

設置してあるパジャマの生地が分厚く、掛け布団も分厚く、エアコンの温度を下げてもあまり体感温度変わらず、暑くて夜中に何度も目が覚めました。家からマイパジャマを持参すればよかった。廊下の方が涼しかった。
チェックイン時、フロントにいたバイト？が愛想のない高校生風の男の子で、このホテル大丈夫？と不安になりました。機械チェックインといえど、対お客様対応がしっかり出来る方を配置して欲しいです。部屋は綺麗でよかったです。

全体的に新しく清潔でとても良かったです。
チェックインが少し遅かった為か、アメニティがほとんどなくなっていたのでこまめに補充して欲しいです。

QRチェックインなので、あまりスタッフに接する事はありませんが、もう少し接客にプロ意識があると素敵かなと思いました。なんとなくバイトさんかな？という対応が残念でした。

まず、駅に近く利便性が良かった。清潔感があり、コインランドリー・自販機・製氷機はもちろん、電子レンジも設置されていて助かった。アメニティグッズが自由にチョイス出来て楽しめた。お部屋には、加湿式空気清浄機があり安心だったし、ミニ三面鏡や、風力のあるヘアドライヤーもあり、助かった。連泊したが、快適に過ごせた。

駅前ロータリーの目の前、隣りがドンキホーテの為、とても便利。ただ部屋は駅前とは思えない程、静かでゆとりある空間になっておりとても良かった。ビジネスだけでなく、旅行での滞在でも快適に過ごせる。

Everything about this hotel and room was spotless and perfect. Staff are especially quick to service the needs of their guests and do not like to see tenants waiting on a request. All that I requested was attended to very quickly, politely and efficiently.

Room was a good size and clean. All the amenities down stairs. Kettle and cup in room. Air con that worked on cooling thank goodness and not set too hot. That is the biggest win for me with this place. Walking distance to trains and shops and supermarkets very handy location. Would def stay again here.

Very clean rooms, property, and facilities. It was nicely located with easy transportation and access to the train system. Only complaint about the property was the mattress was extremely hard, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

AC keep the room cool. Humidifier was provided and clothes fresher. Complimentary items are also provided (lotions and cleansers, face mask, pajamas, razor, teas, hairbrush) as well as a scale to weigh your luggage. Also easy self check in and check out process.

The room was excellent, clean, and large (for Japan). The amenities were great, and we really appreciated the easy check-in and check-out kiosks. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for restaurants and directions. We cannot emphasize enough how amazing it was to be right next to a Donki, 7-11, and the train station (and how quiet the room was despite all this). The restaurants nearby were also amazing! We will be staying here again!

Excellent experience here. Checking in and out was super easy, staff was very kind and helpful, and most important the location is amazing. Tons of shopping and eating right at your doorstep and It’s right next to the Yamamoto line so getting to Shinjuku or Shibuya is super easy. Room was clean, comfy and shower was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room size was great, and the free toiletry items were a nice touch. The location is very convenient as it is basically right next to Takadanobaba station. Self check-in and check-out process was extremely fast as well. It took less than 2 minutes to check in and it was even faster to check out. The staff is also very accommodating. I was able to ask for a specific room cleaning time.

Everything was perfect, it seems like this hotel thinks about any small details that are important for tourists. I even saw a weight scale in the lobby for the luggages. I would reserve again with Sotetsu.
