2回目の利用です。
とても良かったので、また利用させて頂きました。前回手間取ったチェックインも、今回は初めから機会で自動チェックイン出来ると知っていたからスムーズに出来ました。
前回同様、館内はアロマオイルの香りで癒されました。
駅から直ぐで凄く便利ですし、隣のビルには食事が出来るお店があり困りません。夕食はテイクアウトして、お部屋でゆっくり飲みながら食べました。
また、利用させて頂きます。

高田馬場の駅前で飲食店も多く便利です。ホテルの周りは少し騒がしいですがホテルの中は静かでした。ロビーがあるフロアから自分で持っていく必要がありますが、ドリップコーヒーがあったりアメニティの種類も豊富です。

ホテルもわかりやすい場所にあります。
室内は清潔で、快適でした。
レイトチェックアウトは13時まで利用可能です。
一階にレストラン、三井住友銀行、近隣にはコンビニやドンキホーテなど食事や買い物に不自由しません。

早稲田受験生、長期滞在者におススメです

子どもの早稲田大学受験で利用しました。
高田馬場駅目の前で立地は最高です。近くにイオン系スーパー、有名薬局多数、Loft、ユニクロ、ドン・キホーテ、セリア、コンビニ、BIGBOX（商業施設）生活するすべてが揃ってます。
早稲田キャンパスまで歩いて行くことも可能な距離です。受験で長期滞在する者としては、リーズナブルだと思います。ただ残念なのは、洗濯機はあるが、3台の内1台が故障中で、夜は洗濯機争奪戦状態でした。ホテル側も壊れた洗濯機を修理しようという感じはなく、２台だけで稼働させてます。長期滞在者や旅行客で洗濯機を頼りにしてる客にとっては大きなマイナスポイントだと思います。夜中又は明け方に頑張って起きて洗濯しないといけません。昼間ホテルにいる方は使えると思いますが…
スタッフはとても感じよく、宿泊前に色々と電話で確認などしましたが、親切丁寧な対応です。清掃に関しては、浴室の内側の取っ手付近が汚れていたのが気になりました。

ロケーション最高です。
ロビーが広々としてとても入りやすく、待ち合せの方にもゆったり座って待ってもらえるところがとても気に入っています。
アメニティも抜かりなく、必要なものは全てハイクオリティに揃っているのも大助かりでした。また泊まりたいです。

清潔なお部屋でした。エアコンが作動しているのかどうか、わかりにくくて、何度も温度を下げてみましたが、結局、少し暑いなぁと感じるままでした。オンオフのボタン？は見つからなかったので…もっと設定温度を下げれば良かったのかもしれません。

設置してあるパジャマの生地が分厚く、掛け布団も分厚く、エアコンの温度を下げてもあまり体感温度変わらず、暑くて夜中に何度も目が覚めました。家からマイパジャマを持参すればよかった。廊下の方が涼しかった。
チェックイン時、フロントにいたバイト？が愛想のない高校生風の男の子で、このホテル大丈夫？と不安になりました。機械チェックインといえど、対お客様対応がしっかり出来る方を配置して欲しいです。部屋は綺麗でよかったです。

全体的に新しく清潔でとても良かったです。
チェックインが少し遅かった為か、アメニティがほとんどなくなっていたのでこまめに補充して欲しいです。

QRチェックインなので、あまりスタッフに接する事はありませんが、もう少し接客にプロ意識があると素敵かなと思いました。なんとなくバイトさんかな？という対応が残念でした。

まず、駅に近く利便性が良かった。清潔感があり、コインランドリー・自販機・製氷機はもちろん、電子レンジも設置されていて助かった。アメニティグッズが自由にチョイス出来て楽しめた。お部屋には、加湿式空気清浄機があり安心だったし、ミニ三面鏡や、風力のあるヘアドライヤーもあり、助かった。連泊したが、快適に過ごせた。

We had a wonderful experience at SOTETSU GRAND FRESA TAKADANOBABA. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, making it very convenient to explore Tokyo. I really wanted to like the Sotetsu Grand Fresa and went in with no expectations, yet they still failed to meet them. While the rooms are decently clean and the location is near the subway, their service leaves a lot to be desired.
Having stored my luggage before check-in, I went back to check in alone while my companions were still out. Check in went smoothly. Then they had 2 people at the front desk bring out 4 of our suitcases and 3 backpacks and then just left them in the lobby. With my hands already full, I’m surprised they didn’t offer to assist and help me bring them to my room. Instead they left me to go up and down multiple times while my luggage was left unattended in the lobby.

Das Hotel liegt einfach super zentral neben der Takadanobaba Station. Es dauert 15 minuten nach Shibuya etc. Ich finde das Hotel hat ein super Personal und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr einseitig aber ansonsten nur zu empfehlen. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein 24/7 Einkaufsladen und vieles ist mit Fuß erreichbar.

Pretty central location. Hotel was comfortable. The best thing for us was that the rooms were soundproof- we couldn’t hear anything. Since we are light sleepers, this makes a huge difference. Comfortable room.

Rooms are small, but perfectly adequate. Very clean. Staff are first rate. Very helpful. Location is superb... 30 secs walk from Takadanobaba station. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the immediate vicinity.

Unbeatable Location

Location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to a Donki (Don Quixote) with a 7-Eleven across the way. More importantly, the hotel is directly across from Takadanobaba station, which is on the JR Yamanote line (JY15) and Seibu line, which will get you to any part of Tokyo with ease. You’re just a couple of stops away from Shibuya and Shinjuku if you take the Yamanote. Additionally, this hotel is also situated next to one of the Tokyo Metro (subway) stations, which is also convenient. There’s also a lot of local restaurants and shops nearby and a mall across the street from the hotel.

The hotel itself is newer, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs also serves a great breakfast. There is a small laundry room with three coin-operated combo washer/dryer machines (¥100 coins only). However, these laundry machines are frequently in-use and the drying cycle isn’t great for drying cotton. The TVs in the guest rooms tell you which machines are in-use and how much time is left, but in my experience, the status on the TVs were pretty inaccurate. I wouldn’t rely on that. You’re better off walking to a nearby coin laundry to wash you clothes.

The bed is terribly hard, and so is the pillow. Please note that most regular rooms don’t have a closet at all. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than two days, since you’ll have to keep all your clothes in your luggage. The location is good, close to the train and restaurants. Inside the room, it feels a bit like being on a cruise ship. Definitely bring your own pillow, because the ones provided are awful. Also the AC is not too cold for but comfortable.

This hotel was honestly the best, so much convent food and it’s next tot he train station which made destinations so easier to travel to and from, and they offter pajamas to keep or temporarily wear for free, breakfast was also really good, staff wear phenomenal!!! Very kind and hard working

Top Lage, da nur 80 m von mehreren Bahnlinien (u.a. Yamanote Line) entfernt. Ein „DeliFrance“ direkt vor der Tür und ein Supermarkt um die Ecke. Im umliegenden Studentenviertel gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Inklusive sind neben dem üblichen (Shampoo etc) auch verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten wie Gesichtsmasken, Haargel, Badezusätze, Pyjama,…. Die Zimmer sind super isoliert und absolute leise. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Zimmer war kleiner als die angegebenen 15 qm

Our stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba was truly memorable, not just because of the comfort of the hotel, but because of the incredible care we received from the staff. From pre-check-in, to check-in, and even check-out, the service was smooth, friendly, and tailored to us as individuals.

I especially want to thank Takumi H. at the reception, who went above and beyond to support us during a very difficult time. My wife suddenly suffered from heat stroke and had to be hospitalized, and the hotel staff acted immediately—helping us contact emergency services and showing real concern for her well-being. They also made it possible for us to extend our stay flexibly so that I could focus on caring for her without added stress.

It’s not easy being in a foreign country during an emergency, but the kindness, patience, and understanding shown by Takumi and the whole team gave us comfort and reassurance. For that, we are truly grateful.

Thank you again to Takumi and everyone at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba—you turned a difficult situation into one we could manage with peace of mind. We will always remember your dedication and care.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sotetsu for a one week trip to Tokyo. The breakfast menu was the highlight of my stay with several options for Western and Japanese cuisines. The staff were so courteous and friendly. It's literally a stone throw from the train station and is easily accessible from anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo especially for the first time.
