2回目の利用です。
とても良かったので、また利用させて頂きました。前回手間取ったチェックインも、今回は初めから機会で自動チェックイン出来ると知っていたからスムーズに出来ました。
前回同様、館内はアロマオイルの香りで癒されました。
駅から直ぐで凄く便利ですし、隣のビルには食事が出来るお店があり困りません。夕食はテイクアウトして、お部屋でゆっくり飲みながら食べました。
また、利用させて頂きます。

室内は清潔で、快適でした。
レイトチェックアウトは13時まで利用可能です。
一階にレストラン、三井住友銀行、近隣にはコンビニやドンキホーテなど食事や買い物に不自由しません。

早稲田受験生、長期滞在者におススメです

子どもの早稲田大学受験で利用しました。
高田馬場駅目の前で立地は最高です。近くにイオン系スーパー、有名薬局多数、Loft、ユニクロ、ドン・キホーテ、セリア、コンビニ、BIGBOX（商業施設）生活するすべてが揃ってます。
早稲田キャンパスまで歩いて行くことも可能な距離です。受験で長期滞在する者としては、リーズナブルだと思います。ただ残念なのは、洗濯機はあるが、3台の内1台が故障中で、夜は洗濯機争奪戦状態でした。ホテル側も壊れた洗濯機を修理しようという感じはなく、２台だけで稼働させてます。長期滞在者や旅行客で洗濯機を頼りにしてる客にとっては大きなマイナスポイントだと思います。夜中又は明け方に頑張って起きて洗濯しないといけません。昼間ホテルにいる方は使えると思いますが…
スタッフはとても感じよく、宿泊前に色々と電話で確認などしましたが、親切丁寧な対応です。清掃に関しては、浴室の内側の取っ手付近が汚れていたのが気になりました。

ロビーが広々としてとても入りやすく、待ち合せの方にもゆったり座って待ってもらえるところがとても気に入っています。

清潔なお部屋でした。エアコンが作動しているのかどうか、わかりにくくて、何度も温度を下げてみましたが、結局、少し暑いなぁと感じるままでした。オンオフのボタン？は見つからなかったので…もっと設定温度を下げれば良かったのかもしれません。

設置してあるパジャマの生地が分厚く、掛け布団も分厚く、エアコンの温度を下げてもあまり体感温度変わらず、暑くて夜中に何度も目が覚めました。家からマイパジャマを持参すればよかった。廊下の方が涼しかった。
チェックイン時、フロントにいたバイト？が愛想のない高校生風の男の子で、このホテル大丈夫？と不安になりました。機械チェックインといえど、対お客様対応がしっかり出来る方を配置して欲しいです。部屋は綺麗でよかったです。

全体的に新しく清潔でとても良かったです。
チェックインが少し遅かった為か、アメニティがほとんどなくなっていたのでこまめに補充して欲しいです。

QRチェックインなので、あまりスタッフに接する事はありませんが、もう少し接客にプロ意識があると素敵かなと思いました。なんとなくバイトさんかな？という対応が残念でした。

まず、駅に近く利便性が良かった。清潔感があり、コインランドリー・自販機・製氷機はもちろん、電子レンジも設置されていて助かった。アメニティグッズが自由にチョイス出来て楽しめた。お部屋には、加湿式空気清浄機があり安心だったし、ミニ三面鏡や、風力のあるヘアドライヤーもあり、助かった。連泊したが、快適に過ごせた。

Our stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba was truly memorable, not just because of the comfort of the hotel, but because of the incredible care we received from the staff. From pre-check-in, to check-in, and even check-out, the service was smooth, friendly, and tailored to us as individuals.

I especially want to thank Takumi H. at the reception, who went above and beyond to support us during a very difficult time. My wife suddenly suffered from heat stroke and had to be hospitalized, and the hotel staff acted immediately—helping us contact emergency services and showing real concern for her well-being. They also made it possible for us to extend our stay flexibly so that I could focus on caring for her without added stress.

It’s not easy being in a foreign country during an emergency, but the kindness, patience, and understanding shown by Takumi and the whole team gave us comfort and reassurance. For that, we are truly grateful.

Thank you again to Takumi and everyone at Sotetsu Grand Fresa Takadanobaba—you turned a difficult situation into one we could manage with peace of mind. We will always remember your dedication and care.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sotetsu for a one week trip to Tokyo. The breakfast menu was the highlight of my stay with several options for Western and Japanese cuisines. The staff were so courteous and friendly. It's literally a stone throw from the train station and is easily accessible from anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo especially for the first time.

I loved this property! It was clean and the staff went above and beyond; they were super nice and understanding. The room was also the perfect amount of space for 2 people (since Tokyo is notorious for small hotel rooms). They also had a bunch of free things to grab like pajamas that my boyfriend wore and qtips, tea packets, lotion, etc. It was also right next to the train which was amazing. A ton of food options on that same street too

I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, which connects to the JR Yamanote, Seibu Shinjuku, and Tozai Lines. This makes it easy to get around Tokyo, whether you're headed to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, or other popular spots.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with rooms that are surprisingly spacious for the price. I appreciate that you can adjust the AC to your liking, and the fridge in the room is a nice touch. There are also laundry facilities on-site, which is always a bonus. The bathroom is a good size, and there’s a solid range of amenities, plus breakfast options available if you’re in a rush.

The staff is friendly, and the self check-in kiosks make the check-in process super easy. As for the neighborhood, it’s ideal—you're close to shopping (like Don Quijote) and lots of dining options. It's centrally located in North Shinjuku, so getting to places like Shinjuku and Ikebukuro is a breeze.

It’s affordable, good value for money, and not overly crowded, making it the perfect home base for my Tokyo trips.

PROBLEM ABOUT ROOM TRASH

This hotel is excellent in every aspect, offering a truly wonderful stay.
The biggest issue, however, is the garbage problem. For guests who purchase food and drinks from outside, the small size of the in-room trash can makes waste disposal incredibly difficult. While housekeeping is responsible for emptying the trash can, hotel policy dictates that any garbage bags placed outside the bin are unfortunately ignored. This creates a significant inconvenience for long-term guests like us. We've had to resort to carrying our own trash out of the hotel and disposing of it at other restaurants.
Aside from this, all other services are perfectly satisfactory.

The best hotel in Japan. The room is quiet and the location is so convenient. The subway station is right cross the street. McDonald and 7 11, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a near grocery store are all nearby. The check in and check out process is so efficient. We will definitely stay here again when we back to Tokyo.

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that I've stayed in the Western breakfast options never are served hot! I used a luggage transfer service (sending to another hotel in Tokyo), using the details I found at reception. The service worked fine and my bags were actually delivered in less than 30 minutes! My room was comfortable and in good condition. The room was quiet, being located on 6th floor in back of the hotel, but I would guess room's located at the front, overlooking the street, may be somewhat noisy. I would use this hotel again.

The location is excellent just 20 m from the metro station which is the main metro line. In addition it is very close to the city center with only 2 stop you are reaching to center. the last metro from downtown center to the hotel is about 00 15 however if you want to use a uber, it is also so cheap Something like €10-15 euro
