近くにコンビニ、ベーカリー、ラーメン屋、スーパーあり、駅近で、立地は良かったです。
お部屋は綺麗で布団もふかふかでした。
電子レンジがあれば尚、良かったです。

子ども含めて家族5人で使用したが、宿泊のみならよかったと思う。
近くに銭湯もあって、すごく良かった。
朝は近くのパン屋さんで出来立てパンもとても美味しかった。
ベッドの下の引き出しの中の、ホコリが少しきになってしまった。

室内はやや狭い印象でしたが、室内全体の清潔感と寝具とタオルの質の良さ、エレベーターがある所、ドライヤーが強く2個設置してある所、大画面TVでYouTube等見られる所など、大満足でした！！

素泊まりなら充分な広さ。ベッドも広くて、子どもたちもよろこんでました。サービスはないけど、コンビニも近くて、特に不自由なく過ごせました。チェックインも簡単でした。

便利な場所にあって安くて寝るだけのホテルならとても良いが、部屋に入ったときの臭いと絨毯の汚れ、エアコンカバーの傾き、二段ベットのハシゴの手すりが取れていたことが残念だった。

家族5人（大人2人、子供3人）で利用しました。
2段ベッドに子供は大変喜んでいました。
細長い部屋でしたが、逆に新鮮でした。
バスルームは浴槽無しでしたので、徒歩2分くらいのところにある銭湯にいきました。
周辺にはコインパーキングもたくさんあります。

Pas de consigne a bagage, il faut les laisser dans un locker.
Appartement tres bien agencé, lespace est optimisé.
La literie est confortable, les lits sont grands.

It was clean with a great shower. Unfortunately your taxi took us to the other location, not the annex, but it wasn't a far walk. Convenient location to the metro.

As a solo traveler, the rooms really good but since the room I rented is good for 3-4 people I can see that it can get crowded since the walking space is pretty narrow. Other than that, my stay has been great. The bed and pillow was very comfortable unlike business hotels. The bunkbed might be hard to get to if you're bigger person. Very close to Iriya station and has access to yoshinoya and matsuya for late night munchies. My only gripe is there is no convenient laundry inside or nearby.

As an American with kids and husband this worked out well for us room was small but as to be expected think a little bit bigger than cruise ship room or rv but had 3 beds which was harder to find for us with 3 adults 2 kids. Self check in no one on property but check in and out was fine just iPad with code we did get clean towels and trash taken in are 4 day stay daily. The area was more neighborhood had a 7/11 steps away and a train station to get to everywhere close but you do need the train to get to major sites and a good jot from airport would stay again very clean bathroom was amazing comfy bed . Just learn how to utilize the the train before you go.

This hotel is in a safe and peaceful spot. Check-in was super easy. It’s right near the train station, and you’ll find some great local restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s a great place for big groups of travelers. I’ll definitely stay here again and tell everyone about it!

객실 깔끔하고, 호텔 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 근처에 히비야선 이리야역도 있어서 교통도 좋았고, 주변에 식당은 아주 많지는 않았지만 이리야역에서 한 정거장만 가면 우에노기 때문에 나쁘지 않습니다. 한국인이 제일 많았고, 그 외 여러 국가에서도 많이 오시는 것 같은데, 매우 추천할만한 호텔입니다.

The room was clean, and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. There is Iriya Station on the Hibiya Line nearby, so transportation is convenient. While there aren’t many restaurants in the immediate area, Ueno is just one stop away from Iriya Station, so it’s not a problem at all.

Most of the guests were Korean, but there also seemed to be many visitors from other countries. I highly recommend this hotel.

客房乾淨，空調使用大金空調，但夜晚風扇聲音稍嫌大聲，房內只有快煮壺，沒有提供入住前退房後寄放行李的服務，距離地鐵日比谷線入谷站近，步行只需2分鐘，會經過一間小七便利商店，夜晚週邊寧靜。

LOVED THIS PLACE! It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and the location was great - very close to a station and Ueno but in a quiet location. It was definitely a small room and we could’ve benefited from a microwave. We still managed to have three large suitcases open regardless but it was a big squeeze. The use of the small space though with the tables and whatnot was great!

Snug room, exactly as advertised. Lots of charging ports, nice shower and toilet, mini fridge. We were on the top floor, but the elevator was fast and we really never had to wait for it. I did all of the pre-check-in stuff so actual check-in on arrival was a breeze. Easy walk from the nearby Tokyo Metro station.

The only good thing about this place is its location — just a 3-minute walk from Iriya Hibiya Line Station and a nearby 7-Eleven. However, the service was disappointing. The staff took our garbage but only removed one bag and left the rest. They also took our used bath towels but didn’t leave any new ones. There were no staff members around to ask for help. We ended up having to take a shower using the small towels that were left.

2 von 5 Sternen – Freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber ei

Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer leider nicht in dem Zustand, den man sich wünscht – es war verschmutzt und machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Nach etwa zwei Stunden wurde die Bettwäsche jedoch gegen neue gewechselt, was positiv hervorzuheben ist.

Später gab es ein technisches Problem mit der Türsteuerung, sodass wir nicht mehr ins Zimmer kamen. Die Mitarbeiter reagierten darauf nach einiger Wartezeit freundlich und bemüht: Sie gaben uns einen Schlüssel und boten uns auch ein neues Zimmer an.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dennoch eher enttäuschend – vor allem durch die anfängliche Unsauberkeit und die technischen Schwierigkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter selbst waren allerdings sehr nett und können für die Umstände vermutlich nichts.
