浴槽がないので予約の際にはしっかり調べてください。

浴槽がなく、お部屋に水もなく、四つ星ホテルとは思えずとても残念でした。長期滞在でしたので、日によっては1泊9万円を超す金額の日もあったのに残念です。

日本人スタッフが常にいてほしいです。

スタッフが外国人で、言葉遣い的にイライラさせられることがありました。通じているか不安なこともありますが、それよりも言葉のチョイスとして、「その言い方ある？」と思うことが何度もありました。

フロントに日本人スタッフがなかなかいない

四つ星ホテルとは思えない施設でした。
お部屋に水はない、浴槽はない。
何よりも日本人スタッフがほとんどいなくて、
日本語の上手い外国人。
言いたいこともなかなか言えず、伝わっているのか不安でストレスでした。
また、言葉遣いがホテルのフロントマンとしてはまだまだ。最初に書いている通り、日本語が上手い外国人です。友達ではないし、何よりも、お客様と接する日本語を習得していただきたい。

東京ドームから移動が簡単でした！

大人の家族女3人で一室の利用でお世話になりました。旅の目的は東京ドームでのコンサートでした。コンサートが終わり中央線の水道橋駅からホテル最寄りの日比谷線築地駅まで乗り換え一回という便利さと、翌日の築地場外市場へ朝早く歩いてすぐ行くことができる立地の良さに、今回選んで良かったと思えるホテルでした。
室内も清潔にしていただいていて感謝しています。また宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。
湯船はなかったの冬の寒い時は辛いかな。
私は3月終わりの利用だったので、この時期ならシャワーで十分。トイレも別だったので、このタイプのホテルもいいなと思いました。

きれいなお部屋

お部屋が綺麗でした。一人部屋でした。トイレとシャワールームが分かれていてよかったです。テレビも大きくて使いやすい造りでした。とても気に入りました。私以外はほぼ外国人でした。朝ごはんも日本人は私だけでした。海外にいるみたいで楽しかった。

ホテルまでのアクセスについて築地駅からよりも東銀座からのほうが分かりやすかった気がしました。
キングベッドがある部屋に宿泊したのですが、ちょっとしたテーブルがあると助かると感じました。お部屋自体はとても綺麗でした。

お茶やコーヒー、アメニティはフロント近くに置いてあり、必要なものを持っていく方式です。化粧水や乳液はなかったように思います（あったらうれしい）。部屋は清潔でした。乾燥ぎみだったのでフロントで加湿器を借りることができました。

Clean, cozy, great breakfast and modern. Room was bright, well-laid out and amenities were great. Front desk staff weren’t all that friendly-unusual in Japan- but overall I’d recommend this hotel to travellers. A bit far from transportation- except buses.

The hotel was clean and tidy, but room cleaning is only at every 3rd day, and no water provided on daily basis. In terms of location, it is not very near to train/ subway station and the only way is to walk, or take a bus down to Ginza station. Other than these, the hotel is near Tsukiji outer market where delicious food is abundant. There is a ramen shop just beside the hotel which makes dinner after check-in helpful. To summarize, was a good stay and sufficiently pleasant

Booked a room that said it had capacity for 5. But only 3 people fit - the other 2 were for infants apparently. They were unwilling to even let me pay to upgrade the room since it was a nonrefundable rate

Beds were very hard and a single pillow per bed provided. Had to ask for more pillows. Lighting at vanity needs to be improved, an alternative would be to provide a smaller lit mirror for makeup etc.
The eco friendly policy of hanging towels for replacement outside the door makes the corridor look very cluttered. The concierge desk always smelled like cigarette smoke.
All the luggage at the entrance foyer makes the foyer unwelcoming.
The lounge for ping pong and darts was unavailable for use on 12/31 and 1/1 due to the holiday. I didn’t understand this.
The proximity to tsukiji and Ginza was nice, but I expected more for the price point.

The room was incredible clean and comfortable, staff was nice and willing to help.

I would recommend to include breakfast buffet as it was really good and priced correctly.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt da nicht geheizt und die Einganstuer daneben. Zudem war es mehr eine enge Kantine. Die Früchte waren noch tiefgefroren, unglaublich. Aber auch der Rest war niemals 4 Sterne. Nie nie wieder.

This hotel is pretty close and definitely walkable to the outdoor fish market, 7-11, Lawson and a few restaurants including a delicious ramen place on the corner with huge brightly lit can't miss being lighting)Since there are several options to choose from in this area, I'd consider other options. While this hotel was satisfactory, I would research a different hotel for our next Tokyo trip simply because: 1. Staff were hit or miss in terms of friendliness. Some staff try to charge for things that are clearly not things you need to charge for i.e calling you a taxi so watch out for that! 2. There's only an extremely strict two hour window for breakfast which is short in most standard hotel breakfast offerings. 3. Although an amenity, and despite the size of this hotel, having only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers that barely work seemed ridiculous. 3. Also the laundry room was clearly not maintained by any hotel staff. 4. I later found out from a local resident that Ginza is the most expensive area for hotels which answers why this hotel seemed grossly overpriced. For these 4 reasons, I would not recommend this hotel for myself in the future, but if you are ok with these 4 conditions I described then go right and book this place I'd like also to me to there is a different Koko hotel very nearby to this one and I'm wondering if the quality of that Koko is different or the same.

The room was very small. It had a king size bed but that took up the entire room. If you are an international traveler beware. The bed is also hard and the pillows uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

The hotel itself was clean, and the room was acceptable for the price point. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety.

The main reason for the 3-star rating is the staff experience. With the exception of the woman who assisted us at checkout and kindly held our luggage (she was excellent), my interactions with other staff members felt consistently unfriendly. Several encounters came across as rude or irritated, which took away from what was otherwise a decent stay.

Overall, the hotel met basic expectations, but the service did not feel welcoming.

We stayed a total of 2 nights. Good location about 13mins by foot to train station, good food options. About 7min walk to fish market . We stayed in a room with 3 beds. We were a family of four- it was a little tight but not bad. Staff was very helpful. They changed the bath towels and trash . We were able to explore Tokyo a little more with hotel holding our baggage with no extra cost for the day. That was an added bonus. Over would stay again.

Hotel served its purpose to sleep and freshen up. Not recommended for more than a single person since the rooms are cramped. We could not open a small carry on luggage. Hotel had a limited cleaning service to only once every 3 days. In a small room, this made it feel dirty. Neighbors and other visitors were extremely loud and disrespectful. The hotel smelled like a casino with smoking. Staff were not polite and did not help with any questions we had on amenities or luggage forwarding. My partner and I decided to move to another hotel without a refund.

I reserved a king size bed, the room I got had to mattresses pushed together to make a king size in a space that had no business having that size mattress set up. Hotel rooms in Japan are on the smaller size but this was way too small. You literally couldnt walk on either side of the bed and you had less than 2 feet from the foot of the bed to the wall. The rooms refrigerator was useless. There were no amenities in the room whatsoever, save soaps in the shower. The hotel shuts down 1 of the 3 elevators during the day for staff use only. The reception area was small and crowded.
I stayed at a KOKO in Osaka that was much nicer. Definitely disappointed by this location.
