浴槽がないので予約の際にはしっかり調べてください。

浴槽がなく、お部屋に水もなく、四つ星ホテルとは思えずとても残念でした。長期滞在でしたので、日によっては1泊9万円を超す金額の日もあったのに残念です。

日本人スタッフが常にいてほしいです。

スタッフが外国人で、言葉遣い的にイライラさせられることがありました。通じているか不安なこともありますが、それよりも言葉のチョイスとして、「その言い方ある？」と思うことが何度もありました。

フロントに日本人スタッフがなかなかいない

四つ星ホテルとは思えない施設でした。
お部屋に水はない、浴槽はない。
何よりも日本人スタッフがほとんどいなくて、
日本語の上手い外国人。
言いたいこともなかなか言えず、伝わっているのか不安でストレスでした。
また、言葉遣いがホテルのフロントマンとしてはまだまだ。最初に書いている通り、日本語が上手い外国人です。友達ではないし、何よりも、お客様と接する日本語を習得していただきたい。

東京ドームから移動が簡単でした！

大人の家族女3人で一室の利用でお世話になりました。旅の目的は東京ドームでのコンサートでした。コンサートが終わり中央線の水道橋駅からホテル最寄りの日比谷線築地駅まで乗り換え一回という便利さと、翌日の築地場外市場へ朝早く歩いてすぐ行くことができる立地の良さに、今回選んで良かったと思えるホテルでした。
室内も清潔にしていただいていて感謝しています。また宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。
湯船はなかったの冬の寒い時は辛いかな。
私は3月終わりの利用だったので、この時期ならシャワーで十分。トイレも別だったので、このタイプのホテルもいいなと思いました。

きれいなお部屋

お部屋が綺麗でした。一人部屋でした。トイレとシャワールームが分かれていてよかったです。テレビも大きくて使いやすい造りでした。とても気に入りました。私以外はほぼ外国人でした。朝ごはんも日本人は私だけでした。海外にいるみたいで楽しかった。

ホテルまでのアクセスについて築地駅からよりも東銀座からのほうが分かりやすかった気がしました。
キングベッドがある部屋に宿泊したのですが、ちょっとしたテーブルがあると助かると感じました。お部屋自体はとても綺麗でした。

築地、月島方面で観光したかったのでとても近かった。お部屋も広くはないけどとても綺麗に整頓されていて気持ちよかった。受付前にアメニティがあって部屋アイロンなども借りることができるのは親切だなと思いました。また利用したいです。

お茶やコーヒー、アメニティはフロント近くに置いてあり、必要なものを持っていく方式です。化粧水や乳液はなかったように思います（あったらうれしい）。部屋は清潔でした。乾燥ぎみだったのでフロントで加湿器を借りることができました。

It was great. I stayed with my mother who is a very picky sleeper, but she said she slept well. We picked the hotel because it was close to the Tsukiji fish market, so we were able to walk around the fish market in the early morning before we checked out. Also, there are many nice restaurants near the hotel so that was good too.

Primo: ci è stata fatta pagare la penale per non show non ostante la comunicazione che saremmo arrivate alle 11.45 pm sia al locale che a Expedia, rimborsata all'arrivo ma la banca si è presa la commissione del cambio moneta
Secondo la stanza (troppo piccola) ci è stata pulita solo una volta (arrivo 13 partenza il 20)
Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato detto che gli dispiaceva ma che se volevamo ci davano le lenzuola per rifarci il letto.
Terzo servizio lavanderia inesistente.un hotel di 11 piani con due lavatrici e asciugatrici, impossibili da usare
Quarto la colazione buono il cibo, ma il personale che ti corre dietro perché tu devi usare il servizio come dicono loro non mi sembra rispettoso nei confronti dei clienti
Quinto la reception solo le ragazze hanno dato la giusta assistenza
Mi spiace dover affermare che non tornerei

Very nice hotel a few minutes drive south of Tokyo Station. Tokyo was our last stop in our trip around Japan. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, the room comfortable and quiet with nice amenities. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices, both Japanese and western. Location very accessible to restaurants, shopping, and transportation (metro station was about 12 minutes walk away). The overall comfort and quality of the hotel greatly helped make the last stop of Tokyo an enjoyable one.

We chose this hotel over others on account of its proximity to the city centre. Yet the location was still quiet and had a slight view of the river from our room. We loved the staff, service, cleanliness, spaciousness, breakfast choice and convenient location.

Our only gripe was regarding the availability of a wheelchair. We checked ahead that one was available. What we neglected to check was whether we were allowed the leave the hotel with it. We were not. That put a huge dampener on what was otherwise the best city break experience.

It's a hotel located close to the old fish market and a short walk from Ginza and Tokyo station. 11 floor with many floors per floor. Schools also use this hotel so it felt like a dormitory with noise late in the evening. As for the rooms, not too small or too big. Both in the rooms and common area, they have to work on their cleaning, lots of dust everywhere, mold and dirt. Compared to both how the country is clean and other hotels we stayed at, this one was terrible. Staff also didn't speak well English so it was difficult to communicate with them, I wanted to go to the lounge area and we got kicked out by the staff which was unpleasant. Breakfast was ok, we stayed there for 5 nights and they were changing menu from day to day. Cleaning, like most hotels now, saving on room cleaning calling it "eco-friendly" cleaning to save costs on cleaning staff.

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado, gran servicio y desayuno. Solo podría mejorar el entretenimiento en las habitaciones, con solo una decena de canales solo en Japonés y el enlace para Amazon Prime, Youtube o Netflix imposible de usar ya que estaba en Japonés también todo.

Nice basic hotel with some nice amenities like laundry and a microwave on the 2nd floor. The staff was nice, but not able to help us with tourist questions like helping us find an onsen. The location is safe and walkable. The rooms are pretty small with no closets and just three
posts to hang stuff.

My biggest complaint was that they charged us the 2000 yen late check put fee when we were only about 13 min behind and most of that time was struggling to get all of our bags into the elevator and waiting for the elevator.

Also the beds were quiye firm (Japanese style) and the pillows were basically flat. I have a bad back and it was killing me the whole week.

Laundry area is small and dryers didnt work, staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Including breakfast was important but very limited options. There is not really anything other then 7-11 or family mart for any other breakfast options near by.

We had the standard twin so a bit larger than usual but what was strange was that there was no cupboards at all. Some hooks on the wall and that was it. So thankfully we had some room to leave our luggage open and we used it as the cupboard. No view from the room but comfortable otherwise. Location was good and breakfast nice.

The hotel room is clean and big enough for 3 adults. Just the lobby and reception area are not comfortable enough to welcome guests. Too mussy and too many suitcases stored at the lobby, make us feel like in a very low stars hotel. Only 2 washing machine there, not recommend to wash clothes there.

Great space in the room for Tokyo standards. Well designed and comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Location may not be most convenient for some tourists as only Tokyo Metro line within easy walking distance and Ginza shopping district is about 20min walk. If you enjoy walking, it is a nice walk to see all the different buildings. Overall a nice hotel.

Overall a nice, clean place near the Tsukiji Market, which is why I chose it. Super close to 7-11 and the bus line and a short walk to the metro.
Breakfast was excellent.
The beds are a little hard and the location is just okay for getting around Tokyo.
