トイレットペーパーがなくなったらフロントに取りに来いと。2泊３日切れないくらい最初から準備しとけ。部屋に区切りないから暖房入れっぱなしにしないといけないから喉は注意かもです。キレイで部屋は良かったですが、料金一泊9万くらいの割には細かいサービスがない

Un excellent point de chute pour découvrir Tokyo.
Les appartements sont de très bonne taille pour 4, très bien équipés, impeccables et fonctionnels. Un vrai refuge le soir après une longue journée de marche.
Le personnel est très disponible pour aider.
Et enfin, le point majeur pour nous, un emplacement vraiment idéal, dans une rue commerçante et animée, avec de nombreux restaurants. A 5min à pieds de Okachimachi station, qui se trouve sur la Yamanote Line et donc permet de relier toute la ville hyper facilement.
A 5min aussi du quartier d Akihabara, incontournable. La proximité avec la ligne de métro n est pas un problème, au contraire.

Very convenient location, 5 ms walk to major train station where there's a shopping mall. Plus lots of restaurants and Izakaya close by, the Ueno market is about 10ms walk too.

Central location, across from train station yet the noise was minimal, great for families - full kitchen, washer/dryer. Room was clean, check in was efficient, price is higher than other rooms, however, exceeded our families needs (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 child).

The rooms are a bit smaller than they look in the pictures, but still good size. Five of us (three adults, two kids) in there was a bit cramped with all our luggage, but we still managed. Having a kitchenette was very convenient. The train is close by, but not too noisy and stopped running from midnight to 6am, so not too disruptive. Overall, well worth it.

Overall the hotel is good. Location is great, close to train station with lots of food options area. The room is very spacious, good to have the kitchenette and washer in the room. Very useful when travel with kids.

Excellent location- close to a lot of shopping and restaurants! Courteous and friendly staff. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, and it worked for 4 ppl. The laundry/dryer in the room is a huge bonus. Also, we liked the toilet separated from the shower room, made it convenient for us. Overall highly recommend!

家族旅遊，房間一個三人的榻榻🌾床，跟一張雙人床、跟一張單人床，中間有桌子、廚房，所以整個空間看起來是非常的不錯，可以買一些東西回來烹飪，一起聊天吃飯，一個很棒的體驗，重點還有一台很棒的洗衣機，讓隔天都有乾淨衣服穿，距離地鐵站最近約六到7分鐘，地點也算是很近，就是價錢貴了ㄧ點！

Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families.
We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did check in later on.

This is an amazing place to stay. Staff made it very easy to check in. We were 4 people and we felt we had plenty of space. Its got a washer for clothes but no dryer( which is not an issue, drying clothes is not difficult). The spot is a great location, close to some great attractions like Ueno park, Akihabara, Senso-ji temple, and Tokyo Sky Tree. Amazing prices compared to some hotel that are in the same area. Highly recommend this place.

TRAVELERS: CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD COUNT AS ADULTS. EXPEDIA DOES NOT TELL YOU THIS.

I would highly recommend this place if staying for a long period of time more than two or three nights. The hotel is extremely walkable to okochimache station and the market nearby. The staff are very friendly and the amenities offered are well worth the value. Our room had an amazing view of the trains and Tokyo skytree which made the stay extra memorable. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN 🙂

絕對沒有想過會在8月底的東京，住到冷氣不涼的飯店，入住第一天冷氣超級不涼，滿房的狀態無法更換房間，還得跟櫃檯借2台電扇才有辦法睡覺，隔天飯店派人清洗冷氣後才正常運轉，真的是有點掃興也對該飯店留下了不太好的印象
