トイレットペーパーがなくなったらフロントに取りに来いと。2泊３日切れないくらい最初から準備しとけ。部屋に区切りないから暖房入れっぱなしにしないといけないから喉は注意かもです。キレイで部屋は良かったですが、料金一泊9万くらいの割には細かいサービスがない

Excellent location- close to a lot of shopping and restaurants! Courteous and friendly staff. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, and it worked for 4 ppl. The laundry/dryer in the room is a huge bonus. Also, we liked the toilet separated from the shower room, made it convenient for us. Overall highly recommend!

家族旅遊，房間一個三人的榻榻🌾床，跟一張雙人床、跟一張單人床，中間有桌子、廚房，所以整個空間看起來是非常的不錯，可以買一些東西回來烹飪，一起聊天吃飯，一個很棒的體驗，重點還有一台很棒的洗衣機，讓隔天都有乾淨衣服穿，距離地鐵站最近約六到7分鐘，地點也算是很近，就是價錢貴了ㄧ點！

This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!!

Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families.
We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did check in later on.

This is an amazing place to stay. Staff made it very easy to check in. We were 4 people and we felt we had plenty of space. Its got a washer for clothes but no dryer( which is not an issue, drying clothes is not difficult). The spot is a great location, close to some great attractions like Ueno park, Akihabara, Senso-ji temple, and Tokyo Sky Tree. Amazing prices compared to some hotel that are in the same area. Highly recommend this place.

TRAVELERS: CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD COUNT AS ADULTS. EXPEDIA DOES NOT TELL YOU THIS.

I would highly recommend this place if staying for a long period of time more than two or three nights. The hotel is extremely walkable to okochimache station and the market nearby. The staff are very friendly and the amenities offered are well worth the value. Our room had an amazing view of the trains and Tokyo skytree which made the stay extra memorable. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN 🙂

絕對沒有想過會在8月底的東京，住到冷氣不涼的飯店，入住第一天冷氣超級不涼，滿房的狀態無法更換房間，還得跟櫃檯借2台電扇才有辦法睡覺，隔天飯店派人清洗冷氣後才正常運轉，真的是有點掃興也對該飯店留下了不太好的印象

Great location, a few minutes walk from the JR station many local restaurants in the area. The room comes with a washer/dryer, which is a bonus. The only thing I will complain is the daytime receptionist, she didn’t seem very welcoming unlike the night shift clerk, always eager to help and with a big smile.

On a apprécié la variété des équipements, la taille du logement. La salle de bain est propre et grande.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié le bruit de la climatisation et du frigo. Le code d'entrée n'est pas pratique. Nous zvons dû les taper plusieurs fois à chaque fois que nous sortions. Prevoir plus de sac poubelle de rechange et de liquide pour le lave linge.

飯店住宿三晚

住宿地點剛好在兩個地鐵站中間，走路稍遠但也不是說走不到，睡覺寧靜，剛進去時在廚房發現一隻小小蟑螂，是唯一驚訝的點，整體來說還是挺滿意的，床架圍籬不夠高有可能導致小孩翻滾摔下，值得注意小心！

This property was very clean and safe for our family with 10 and 13 yo kids. The property is a short walk to the train station yet the rooms were quiet. You would not guess you were near the train tracks with probably at least 60-80 trains an hour. The staff was incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful.

Our apartment was very suitable. I booked for myself, husband and 15 and 11 year old sons. When I arrived at the property, I had to pay an additional fee for my younger son as the room we were initially allocated did not have a bunk bed. This was frustrating as four people were listed in the booking. The apartment was approx a 20 minute walk from Ueno station (JR Yamanote Line) and a 5 minute walk to Okachimachi Station. Also about a 10 minute walk to Tokyo Metro Ueno station. There were plenty of food options below on the streets. The washer dryer was very handy as we were hot and sweaty each night and I was able to launder clothes. We called a Uber to leave the hotel and it was easy for the Uber to find as the apartment name was in the Uber app. Be sure to check on costs for children before finalising booking,but otherwise a good place to stay.

Great location. Easy to get to from Narita Airport and to get around Tokyo. Family of 4 stayed comfortably and very much appreciated having a washing machine and a table and chairs for sampling delicious conbini meals and desserts.

Quarto enorme, super equipado com cozinha completa, máquina de lavar, ferro de passar roupa, secador, etc. Ótima localização, bem perto de estações de metrô e com bons restaurantes nas redondezas. Equipe cordial, guardaram nossas malas antes do check-in e receberam uma encomenda para nós. Recomendo muito. Foi nossa melhor hospedagem na viagem.

MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi was a great fit for our stay. It was located right near Ueno and was central to local shopping and eating places, with the train only a block away and grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and nice enough and had bunk beds for the kids as well as a washing machine which was very handy.
The only thing was that our room was looking over the train lines so it did get a bit noisy, but after walking through the city all day, we were able to sleep through it with no issues.

Loved our stay!

The hotel was amazing! Great location and friendly front desk staff. This hotel is a short block from a Lawson’s and a 5 min walk or less to the JR and Metro train stations. The washer and dryer in the room worked super well and we did not need to dry clothes at a laundromat or hang dry any clothes in the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Located about 4 mins walk from Okachimachi Station. The room is quite spacious compared to the other hotels in Japan. Restroom and shower room are separated. Having the laundry machine in there is a nice touch. Staffs are really nice.

50 year Journey as Mother & Daughter Reunite

My journey in finding my mom took me 50 years. I traveled to Thailand to be reunited with her. This hotel was perfect for my family on the way there. It was clean and the staff welcomed each morning, day and night with a kind smile and hello. I want to sincerely thank the Hotel & Staff for their continued kindness. Nice stay. Spacious room for Tokyo. It was clean and nice to stay in an apartment style accommodation. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to Ueno and Akihabara areas. Train station was nearby and great location for quick access to Narita airport.
