客室も綺麗で製氷機と浄水機の設備が有り難かったです。

アップグレードって…？

四泊しました。チェックイン時に、アップグレードして少し広いお部屋の致しましたと言われ、喜んで部屋に行ったら、スーツケースも広げられない狭い部屋でした。アップグレードしなかったらもっと狭い部屋それともフロントの勘違い？しかも友達も一泊別で予約しており、部屋を見せてもらったら、私よりも広くて特にアップグレードとかはなかったとのこと。部屋のタイプも私と同じタイプの部屋を予約していましたが、友達の方が広かった。この不思議な現象はなんだったのか、ホテルに聞いてみたいです。

とても良いホテルでした。
屋上デッキはとても夜景が綺麗だったのでお勧めです。
この時期だったからなのか、エアコンが、暖房と送風しか選べず風呂上がりや就寝時は冷房に切り替え快適に過ごすことが出来なかったのが1つ残念だった点です。

Reservé esta habitación porque se anunciaba como de 12 m². En Tokio uno ya sabe que el espacio es limitado, pero aquí estamos frente a algo casi conceptual: la habitación existe… pero no necesariamente para el uso humano en su totalidad. El espacio útil real —donde uno puede moverse sin desarrollar nuevas habilidades físicas— no supera los 7–8 m². El resto, al parecer, está distribuido estratégicamente en el grosor de las paredes.
Y aquí viene lo mejor: la explicación oficial del hotel. Según ellos, los 12 m² son completamente correctos… siempre que uno incluya las paredes en el cálculo. Es decir, parte importante de la experiencia consiste en imaginar que uno también habita dentro del muro. Una propuesta innovadora: alojamiento + fantasía arquitectónica. El problema es simple: lo que se ofrece no coincide con lo que se vive. Y cuando uno viaja, suele preferir metros cuadrados reales por sobre metros cuadrados imaginarios. La experiencia en recepción tampoco ayudó a elevar el estándar: al plantear esta diferencia, la reacción fue una risa. Siempre es interesante descubrir que, además de hospedaje, el hotel ofrece entretenimiento espontáneo. Por su parte, Hoteles.com respondió de forma igualmente tranquilizadora: aceptaron la explicación del hotel sin mayor cuestionamiento. Es reconfortante saber que, frente a una discrepancia evidente, el rol de intermediario puede ser tan liviano como el de espectador. si ven 12 m², recuerden preguntar cuántos de esos son para esta realidad

The location of this hotel is a great spot. The room itself along with the hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The availability of the laundry machines along with access to the rooftop with an amazing view just adds as a bonus. Only issue that we had was the air conditioning wasn't working properly but it may have been an error on our end due to language barrier which was fine regardless. Amazing hotel! Would come back again.

No airport shuttle. Would be nice if they had one. Getting to airport by subway/train is quite a challenge for first timers. We had left 5 hours before our flight and only had two hours to spare when we finally made it to Narita Terminal 1.

An excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. We had a twin bed room - wasn’t too small. Pyjamas included! Don’t miss out on the roof terrace - fantastic views especially over the temple and especially at night. Perfect for a lunch picnic or take a drink up there in the evening.

Over all nice boutique hotel! Staff very nice. Rooftop an added bonus! It is just 15 mins walking away from Asakusa Station Exit 2. It will feel far if you are carrying your luggage. So close to the temple. Will definitely come back!

Perfect location to see the Old Tokyo. Many shops, subway stations (Asakusa and Gonzalo lines) nearby. Strategically convenient if you’re not into hotel hopping. Clean room.

Staff was great, hotel was very clean. Amenities were as described. It’s also a few blocks away from sensoji temple which is awesome! Train stations are near by. I highly recommend this hotel, it was probably our favorite hotel from our vacation trip!

Hotel is in a great location. We were fond of the Asakusa area. From our room we were able to see the shrines as well. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and kind. However, the rooms were very small. We didn’t have any space for our clothes other than keeping them inside the luggage. Maybe this is normal for Tokyo. We also paid for the breakfast but the hotel breakfast menu was very limited.

Room gets cleaned everyday, check in and out was so easy very very smooth, staff were so nice and overall amazing experience. Rooftop was beautiful. Room was small but for couples its not that big of a deal! Area is super convenient and nice with stores near by, shrines, and euno station.

距離淺草地鐵約需走15分鐘，淺草寺後面。
附近有商店街用餐購物都很方便，距離合羽橋道具街也很近，附近也有大型超市，都在10分鐘步行距離內。
訂了三人房，兩張雙人床中間還有一個可以攤開28寸行李的空間，另外有一個小客廳，門口走廊也可以攤開兩個28寸行李，浴室有浴缸，整體空間在東京市區算非常大，很滿意。
早餐吃樓下一樓咖啡廳，最慢早上六點前要先預約時段，因為空間不大，有簡單的西式/日式套餐可選擇。
2樓有洗衣機/烘衣機，是用手機掃描QR CODE付款的，無需準備零錢，很方便

My nephew and I stayed here for 5 nights from 15 Nov to 20 Nov 2025. It did not meet our expectations.

Room 815

1. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly throughout our whole stay. It was blowing out hot air, changing the settings on the control panel didn’t seem to do anything. Nights were so warm making it uncomfortable/hard to sleep.

2. Had to use the same room slippers during the whole stay. Slippers were poor of quality and were dirty after a few wears. If guests are expected to use the same pair of slippers during their whole stay, at least provide good ones that don’t feel cheap.

3. Cups provided in the room remained unwashed/replaced. Why can’t the cups be replaced with clean ones during room clean up? Are guests expected to wash the cups themselves with hand/body wash or shampoo?
