２泊しました。２日目のバスルームに前日のパジャマが置きっぱなしで、使い残したアメニティもそのままでした。朝食はまあまあだったので我慢しました。

早く到着したにも関わらずチェックインをしてくださいました。フロントの方の対応がとても良かったです。
客室も綺麗で製氷機と浄水機の設備が有り難かったです。
何よりスカイツリーの見える屋上には家族揃って大喜びでした。
また機会があれば是非利用させて頂きます。

綺麗なお部屋で、化粧水や乳液なども置いてあり、助かりました。
屋上テラスは、邪魔するものなくスカイツリーが見え、大変満足しました。
風が強かったため、長居できなかったのが少し心残りです。

アップグレードって…？

四泊しました。チェックイン時に、アップグレードして少し広いお部屋の致しましたと言われ、喜んで部屋に行ったら、スーツケースも広げられない狭い部屋でした。アップグレードしなかったらもっと狭い部屋それともフロントの勘違い？しかも友達も一泊別で予約しており、部屋を見せてもらったら、私よりも広くて特にアップグレードとかはなかったとのこと。部屋のタイプも私と同じタイプの部屋を予約していましたが、友達の方が広かった。この不思議な現象はなんだったのか、ホテルに聞いてみたいです。

とても良いホテルでした。
屋上デッキはとても夜景が綺麗だったのでお勧めです。
この時期だったからなのか、エアコンが、暖房と送風しか選べず風呂上がりや就寝時は冷房に切り替え快適に過ごすことが出来なかったのが1つ残念だった点です。

Great rooftop view of Tokyo tower and Senji-jo, especially at night.

Just enough space for 4. Two double beds, a side table with 2 chairs and a dresser with a mini fridge. Decent walking space. Some hotels barely have room for you to walk or store luggage. Here, we were able to repack 5 pieces of under 160cm Luggage between 4 people, not including carry on or personal items.

Front staff very helpful. They can accept luggage forwarding and help you with forwarding to your next destination or airport.

The bus is right outside and it’s 5-10mins to the subway.

Excellent value for the cost. Like most in Japan, rooms are small, but more importantly, clean and updated. The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist guests. English spoken. Finally, location, location, location. Great stay!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Very walkable location for temple/shrine, shopping and restaurants and train stations. We were very happy walking and exploring the immediate area around the hotel, there is so much to see. Cafe was pretty pricey so we skipped it.

Bom hotel.
Muito pequeno o quarto. Meir do que outros hotéis que fiquei em Tokyo - Shinjuku, Osaka e Kyoto..

Cafe da manhã saboroso. Porém como você precisa escolher o prato, tem pouca opção.
Hotel que atende, bem localizado, podeis melhorar o café. O quarto se fosse ligeiramente maior seria ótimo.

Its near Sensoji temple..The only slight negative is there are no seating area at the front desk.My 93 y/o was with me and we were waiting for our car and there is a small stool at the front desk where I ask the lady if I can seat my Mom but she is not so friendly in saying “no”,it”s good the cafeteria is open and the lady there was so nice to let her seat but the problem is the stool is so high.

Wonderful hotel in Asakusa. Pros: rooftop skydeck (morning yoga and evening Skytree viewing). Breakfast. Good rooms. Cons: No relaxing lobby for seating. A little further from Asakusa Station than hoped for.

We loved this hotel! It was the perfect place to stay when visiting Tokyo if you enjoy pleasant service and an easy walk to local shopping and restaurants. The breakfast they served was incredible! A new, fresh smoothie every morning and delicious, high quality food. The hotel was incredibly clean and a great place to relax.

I like that the hotel is in walking distance to Senso-ji Temple and a lot of shopping. The roof top has nice view of the Tokyo Tower and temple. The room was decent and the bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue I had was the mini fridge didnt work when I arrived but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they quickly switched it out. Unfortunately the 2nd fridge didnt really get much cooler. Overall, I had a good stay at this property.

Highly recommend!

Beds were harder than we are used to in Canada, but definitely the most comfortable we've had our whole trip (3 hotels total).

Staff was amazing, and the rooftop patio made this hotel an absolute 11/10! The views were spectacular!! Plus you are in the heart of Asakusa, 5 mins walk to Sensoji Temple and tons of shopping and eating choices.

Also very reasonably priced! We had a great week here 😊

Everything was very nice! The front desk workers were always very nice and were very helpful with checking in. The rooms were small, but it had everything you needed for a nice stay. It was close to shopping and food, and even getting on public transportation was easy and close. Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone who is going to stay in Tokyo!

Excellent hotel that was clean, comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Few minutes walk to Sensoji and many restaurants and cafes.
It is a 15-min walk to the Asakusa metro station.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful—they even assisted with forwarding my luggage. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the Senso-ji Temple, which made sightseeing easy. I would definitely book again.

Hotel Kanzashi is a basic, clean option in Asakusa with the key advantage of being very close to Sensoji Temple. However, it’s quite far from the nearest train station, which becomes tiring—especially after a long day of walking around Tokyo. I agree with other reviews mentioning that the walk back to the hotel can feel like a chore after a full day out.

One thing that didn’t sit well with me personally was the standard check-in process. After going through the effort of finding the hotel, it was frustrating to be asked to fill out a form with information they already had from my booking. I understand this is common in Japan, but it felt redundant and unnecessary after a long journey.

Overall, the stay was fine—clean and quiet—but nothing particularly outstanding. If you’re mainly looking for proximity to Sensoji and don’t mind walking a bit more, it does the job.

Localização muito boa, sim tem que andar 16 min até o metrô, mas tem uma rua de lojas muito legal ,um templo e muita diversão. Então não e um problema.O bairro e muito tranquilo tem restaurantes próximos . Sou chato pra hotel e este vale a pena.Reserve sem café da manhã , não vale a pena .

Perfect location for exploring the Asakusa neighbourhood including the SkyTree with easy links to other Tokyo areas. Clean albeit slightly dated rooms but a lovely base for full days out exploring. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. The complimentary pyjamas were great. Room small but that’s typical of Tokyo - comfortable bed and excellent Japanese high tech toilet.

La chambre était plus petite que sur les photos et pas aussi belle qu’il semblait. Elle ne comporte aucun rangement ce qui n’était pas pratique pour rester 11 jours. Le personnel bien que très gentil n’a pas su bien me renseigner à plusieurs sujets ou me régler mes problèmes simplement. Le quartier est très sympa c’est vraiment le point fort par contre vous êtes à 15 min à pied du métro ce qui peut être long quand vous êtes chargés.


Bien mais pas exceptionnel.

The rooftop is really spectacular but small. The rooms are tiny. Breakfast was not included so we had to wander and wait until 10 to get in somewhere else.

Pretty ordinary

Small rooms, staff not particularly friendly or helpful.
Dryers in laundry room very inefficient.
We stay in Tokyo for a week every year, have had fantastic experiences everywhere else.
Certainly won’t be staying here again.

the hotel itself was nice & clean, but personally found the area around it to be a bit boring/lacking in activities. it’s very close to sensoji temple & nakamise shopping street which was nice to see once but is constantly crowded/full of tourists during the day. might be a great location for some but depending on what you’re travelling for, we were mostly interested in anime attractions & shopping thus found ourselves with little to do here & was inconvenient needing to take multiple subway transfers to get to akihabara etc. ~15 min walk to the station as well.

A fantastic location adjacent to many of the desirable destinations in Asakusa, including easy access to train/Metro stations serving the Tsukuba Express, Ginza Line, and Asakusa Line. Ueno Station and Ueno Park are a leisurely 1.25-1.5 mile (2-2.5 km) walk from the property, mostly through quieter neighborhoods. Lots of dining and shopping options close by.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating (including transacting in English), the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Note that two western-sized travelers would benefit from a Superior Twin room or larger, especially if traveling with bulky suitcases. Convenient on site laundry, and the staff facilitated luggage shipment to our next hotel.
