秋葉原駅から徒歩12分と少し距離はあるものの、閑静な周辺環境のおかげで、しっかり睡眠を取ることができた。
チェックインシステムもスムーズで、入室しやすかった。

冷蔵庫からの異音で眠れず、翌日部屋を変えてもらった。前泊者からクレームあったが、スタッフ間での共有無かったとの説明。改善要。

とにかく清潔で気持ちが良かったです。部屋も広く、ホテルというよりマンションの一室に近く、体が休まりました。キッチンや洗濯機などもしっかりしていて大満足でした。

客室内は、調理器具や食器等揃えられており、一般のホテルより過ごしやすいです。

とってもキレイ‼️

とても快適でした！

一泊ですが、家族4人で利用致しました。和室がある部屋でゆったり過ごせましたし、
お風呂も広く洗面所が２つあるのも良かったです。

セキュリティーが万全で安心ですが、部屋だけじゃなくエレベーターまで暗証番号がいるのでビックリでした。

また泊まりたいと思います！ありがとうございました☺️

Room was very spacious. Washer and Dryer was very convenient along with refrigerator, microwave, stove and cooking utensils. Quiet neighborhood. Very good if you plan to stay in Akihabara for a couple of days.

4인 가족이 3박 4일 동안 편안하게 머물렀습니다.
숙소가 넓고 매우 깨끗했으며, 도어락 방식으로 출입할 수 있어 이용이 편리했습니다.
아키하바라와 우에노역까지 도보로 이동할 수 있어 교통이 편리했고, 숙소 주변이 조용해서 하루 일정을 마친 후에도 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 또한 숙소 근처에 편의점이 있어 필요한 물품을 구입하기에도 좋았습니다.
다만 한쪽 침대 옆에 문이 있는 구조였는데, 버티컬 블라인드가 설치되어 있음에도 불구하고 찬 바람이 유입되어 그 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

전반적으로 가족 단위 여행객에게 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

The location is great. A slight walk to the train station, but kids didn't mind even after a long day because there are stores and food along the way. Safe and cozy neighborhood away for all the hustle. I like that the room is spacious, there's a kitchen and fridge. I didn't mind that there wasn't room service daily nor was there staff available at all times. Would recommend this location. Next time I come back I would look for a Minn property

Good layout, clean room. Separate Toilet, shower, vanity with washing machine. Love it. Washing machine comes with drying function is so convenient. We have some issue with checking in but was resolved. Would prefer daily room cleaning. There is no breakfast or restaurant onsite but many restaurants around. Seven eleven and family mart provide good choice for breakfast.

This is a great mini apartment near Akihabara. The kitchen is well-stocked and the room is spacious.

The front desk is not manned, but you can usually find someone to help with questions and requests.

We had a great time until the last day of a 13 night stay. We had a ton of luggage and asked a staff member to call a taxi for us, a very basic request at an international hotel. They declined and had us download an app, make an account, add payment options, and call our own taxi. We were getting ready to catch a plane, these were not extra steps we needed. I felt like since we were checking out they couldn't be bothered to help us. It definitely left a negative impression for me.

A great stay within walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Akihabara. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and having a kitchen and decent sized fridge were great amenities to have access to.

The stay was generally excellent, however there were some fairly minor issues, such as inconsistencies between room amenities (one of the two rooms had soap in the bathroom while the other didn't, while one room had dish soap but the other didn't), and some property wear-and-tear (mould smell in the shower room that was present when water was not running). There was also a minor issue where I had booked 2 rooms through Expedia, but when checking in, the hotel's booking platform only saw 1 of the rooms. The issue was resolved quickly, but I'm very glad there was a helpful employee present at the front desk to resolve the problem for us while we were checking in.

4 of us stayed here for 5 nights. The place was clean spacious, and had everything we needed. The bathroom/shower layout was very good for a group of 4, one could shower while another could use the toilette. It was comfortable sleeping on the beds and the AC worked well. The location is a 15 minute walk from 4 train lines which was useful but also you had to walk 15 minutes to the nearest one.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property packs a punch for a family - cooking facilities, fridge-freezer, washing machine…perfect for a family staying for a week. We also enjoyed walking to and from Akihabara station and eating locally. Very happy to recommend this property.

Clean but a bit far from the train

The 2 beds were comfortable, but the bunk beds were uncomfortable so not suitable for a family of 4. The room was clean except for a clump of hair found on the bedding. The hotel was about 10 min away from the train station, which was inconvenient.

I was worried due to mixed reviews, but our stay was great overall. The room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Location was a quiet 10-minute walk to metro stations, which we actually enjoyed. The in-room laundry and well-equipped kitchen were big pluses.

AC had a slight vibrating sound, but the hotel warned us in advance and gave instructions. We just turned it off at night—no big deal. The only real downside was the automatic corridor light, which kept waking us up during bathroom trips. I’d suggest replacing it with a manual switch. Oh, and pillows are small! Request more if you need better support for your neck!

Still, a solid stay 8/10—I’d definitely consider coming back.

Loved the very spacious rooms and washing machine kitchenette.
The room was well lit up with a good view and walkable to Akihabara station.
All the amenities as mentioned on the website matches and we have extremely comfortable stay.
My daughter especially loved the bunk bed.

Relaxing family stay in beautiful Tokyo!
