フロントに着いてすぐに荷物の預かり、チェックインカウンターへの案内があった。土曜日で人も多い時間だったが、ホテルにきた客へ数名のスタッフが常に客に近い場所にいて対応していた。当たり前の事をちゃんとできているのは素晴らしいと思う。富士山が部屋から見えたのも良かった。

当日1人発熱したため、3人から2人へと変更を依頼しましたが、70000円以上手数料としてかかると言われて驚きました。同じ客室に泊まる人数が3人から2人に変わるのに70000円の手数料とは、ルールとはいえさすがに杓子定規な判断のように感じました。

・部屋の電気が少し暗かった
・フロントのトイレが意外と遠かった
・お風呂の温度の調節が難しく、最初から説明してほしかった
・トイレの扉がなかった
・冷蔵庫に入ってるドリンクが有料で騙されそうになった
・料理のスクランブルエッグが最初に注文できて出来立てを持ってきてくれるサービスがあったが、セルフでもスクランブルエッグが食べれたのでどっちか一つでも良いと思った
・コーヒーの種類が少なか出た
・お風呂が長すぎて溺れそうになった
・お風呂のアメニティがイマイチだった
・アクセスとフルーツ、フルーツジュースはとっても良かった

渋谷駅からのアクセスが良く気に入っています。空港リムジンバスも停車するので、荷物があっても移動が楽です。
ホテルの客室は周辺ホテルより広めです。
また利用したいと思います。

こちらのホテルは初めての予約・宿泊でしたが、チェックイン時にホテル側の計らいでデラックスキングからコーナーキングへとグレードアップしてくださいました。窓からの眺望は良く、部屋は広く清潔で快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。

全体的には良かったです。がいぜんにくらべてわりびきがすきなくなっていまいた。コンフォートメンバpカードや、東急の株主優待の券をを優待の券をあと渋谷駅の工事がなかなか図図まないので、近いけれど歩けば遠く迷いそうなことが難点です。

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering it is marketed as a 5-star property.
During dinner time, I clearly informed the staff that I have a severe seafood allergy and requested something as simple as a plain chicken breast or an egg. I was told this was not possible because everything was “contaminated,” since seafood is cooked in the same area and the same grill and knives are used.
While I understand kitchen limitations, a hotel of this category should have basic protocols to prevent cross-contamination and to accommodate guests with food allergies. As a result, I was unable to have dinner, which is unacceptable.
What makes this more frustrating is that I have traveled extensively, including to highly developed destinations such as Tokyo, where restaurants and hotels have been able to accommodate my allergies without any issue. In this case, although the staff was polite, no real solution was offered.
This hotel urgently needs to improve its food safety and allergy-handling protocols. I hope this feedback helps prevent other guests with seafood allergies from having the same experience.

Stayed at the Executive King with Club Lounge Access and I must say that it has been such an awesome stay!

Rooms are huge for Tokyo standards; views are impeccable (saw Fujisan three times out of the five days I stayed); Club Lounge was accessible through the day with rotating types of food Breakfast (0700 - 1030), Afternoon Tea (1400 - 1600), Happy Hour (1730 - 1930), and Nightcap (2000 - 2100).

It was also such a good location to base out of - in particular, the Direct Airport Limousine Bus transfer at a slight premium to the cost of Airport JR Train was amazing

Did not enjoy our stay. Certainly not a family friendly hotel as there are age restrictions for the gym, pool and even some of the dining options.
Staff was polite but cold in a weird snobby way. Have stayed at plenty of luxury hotels but never felt so unwelcomed. Should have read Google reviews as others say the same.

Staff were attentive, friendly and professional. The Corner King room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pillow was a bit too soft, washroom was excellent with excellent amenities, nice shower, separate toilet and tub with a nice view.

Overall, the hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Shibuya station, lots of restaurants, and walkable to many shops and tourist attractions. The hotel is well maintained and clean with excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and stay. Bed was so comfortable, very quiet room with outstanding views, lovely pajamas and robes. The executive lounge was a nice respite with more great views. Staff was very kind. Nice selection of snacks and drinks for happy hour. The first floor lounge was nice also, with variety of packaged snacks (the BEST mochi!) and hot drinks, ice cream too.
The Japanese breakfast was amazing- we went several times and tried all three main courses, salmon, miso and rolled egg. Really great experience to try new food item- each came with about 5 sides. The western breakfast had a great selection, though we laughed at the miniature serving size of yogurt and muiseli. Pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bread pastries, salad, rice, curry, fruit. Wonderfully convenient location close to train station, but quiet area. Lovely garden path behind hotel, and highly recommend the bakery (Green Thumb) and coffee shop (white Glass) behind hotel also. Very happy with our choice to stay here!

The rooms and amenities are excellent. the service is perfect and very helpful and accommodating especially the concierge who are both very helpful. Only the breakfast restaurant was problematic. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and it has always been great but now they have breakfast included tours and they are not properly staffed so don’t expect to receive ordered coffee or have silverware.

This was an amazing hotel stay, we spent 5 nights in Shibuya and the stores and restaurants were very accessible. The staff was super attentive to our every need and upgraded our room when there was a minor issue with our original room. Reserve a room with access to the Cerulean lounge off the lobby to get coffee, tea, ice cream and great unique japanese snacks.

The view from the room is changing because of the building construction. I stayed 20th floor so I thought it was high enough to enjoy the city view. But there were a huge building in front of my view so I just enjoyed the construction view. And the hotel room starts from 19th floor so I stayed very low floor from this building. It's little different with the contents of the official homepage information. If someone expect to enjoy the city view you should check more higher floor. The rest of everything was perfect.

A nice hotel, close to the centre of everything. For the price, I expected more, but perhaps that's what you get in the heart of Shibuya.
The 40th floor restaurant, while the food and service was great, was far too expensive. The same applies to the adjacent bar. Can buy a bottle of whisky for what they charge for a shot.
Was able to find more reasonable pricing across the highway, in the midst of it all.
Fitness centre was good, albeit small.
Couldn't swim in the pool, or use the sauna, due to a single tattoo on my shoulder. Silly, outdated rule in Japan. But hey, when in Rome.
Overall, can't complain about the room, service or cleanliness.

This hotel was so good that we canceled our other Tokyo reservations and came back a second time during the same trip. It is really clean, well appointed and well located. We also appreciated that all the staff we dealt with were Japanese. We were on a cultural trip to visit ancestry and this was the staff at the hotel helped us experience a little more than some of the large hotels we visited around Japan.

This was an incredibly wonderful welcome to Japan. I could not express enough how this is the most amazing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were professional, courteous, attentive (without being intrusive) and just perfect. This applies to every single member of the staff from the attendants outside guiding traffic in to check out and everyone in between.

The hotel cleanliness and quality as well as the food were just as perfect.

I am very picky on cleanliness and this was definitely a 10/10.

Next time I am in Tokyo, this will be where I stay again.
