部屋は一人で使うには十分な広さで快適でした。
フロントのサービスはフレンドリーさが足りていないなと感じました。簡素化するのはいいですが、もう少し日本らしい丁寧な対応をして欲しかったです。また朝食付きプランだったのにも関わらず朝食の案内がなく（自分でも確認すれば良かったのですが）、結局朝食がついてないプランを予約したのかな？と思い朝食は食べませんでした、、私の確認不足でもありますが残念でした。
アクセスは新橋からも銀座からもいいので、また泊まってもいいかなとは思います。

ウェルカムドリンクで缶ビールを1本もらい得した気分になりました。また、フリーのパンケーキもありました。立地は駅近、銀座の中で、とても便利なところです。過不足なく十分でした。

チェックインカウンターがわかりにくい
初めてだったのでわからない事だらけ
登録が無いって出て大変だった。
外国人向けのホテルなら泊まらなかったのに、どこにも出てなかった、朝食付きにしたけど、酷かった。値段と見合わないと思う、2度と利用したくありません！

施設は清潔感も有り立地も銀座の真ん中でコストパフォーマンスは凄く良かったですが、チェクイン方法がWEBで予約済みの筈がまた面倒な入力を強いられて時間の無駄でした。外国人スタッフが多いのは来日者には安心ですが愛想が無いので笑顔で接客お願いします。

Great staff. Great location. Ginza is the best. Multiple convenience stores located within 1 block and a Don Quixote is a block away as well. Would highly recommend.

Staff at the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. One staff member at the reception was rude but the rest of the staff was ok.

The room was clean except for the corners of the shower door and around the washing basin. It needs a proper scrubbing clean.

The Amenities were a great selection.

We will stay again.

The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station with plenty of shops around. But there's one thing that really needs to be improved: the washing machines. They only have two, and each wash takes a solid two hours. Plus, you can’t reserve them in advance. It’s such a hassle having to trek up to the second floor to see if one’s free. I tried to wash my clothes four times during my six-day stay but only managed to get one load done. I wasn’t lucky enough to wash again!

Lobby had a very strong scent which triggered my allergies. Room was clean but very small. Hotel is in a great location next to Don Quijote and a block away from Ginza shopping street.

The hotel is conveniently located, but for me it did not live up to its marketing pictures. My room had a small window that looked out to a side alley and the view was blocked by a stairway railing, it made me very claustrophobic and uncomfortable. When I go back through Tokyo to fly out I will not book that hotel again.

I was a little disappointed with this place, I read all the reviews and our room had 5 stars, so I was expecting a great room, overall I thought it was a little run down and it hadn’t been cleaned very well. The view was amazing and the shower was fantastic, the bed was good and the sheets were clean. Generally though it was a bit dirty and in need of an update. It’s a small room with nowhere to put luggage and no tea or coffee in the room, but there was a kettle and tea and coffee was free on the second floor.
I asked one staff member where the ice was and she didn’t even look up from the computer, just pointed to the general area and said something I didn’t understand.
The breakfast staff were amazing, so polite and welcoming. The area was great with plenty of places to eat nearby as was the main shopping street and rail. Location, amazing! Would I stay again - not sure.

Very nice location in central Ginza near a number of metro lines, this was our second stay here , rooms are clean and cosy and has a number of eating options nearby , and Konbini stores that are open 24hrs. Excellent stay overall.

A lovely hotel, the staff were wonderful and very helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and super clean. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, providing options from continental, fruits, japanese and western options too. Also, the location is fantastic, super close to transportation options from Shimbashi station and also not too long a walk to Tokyo Station, which I did most days to catch the Shnkansen. Overall an excellent hotel on all levels and I will certainly return! Thank you very much everyone!

Generally, it's a really nice hotel in a resonable price. Room was clean, spacious (suprise!) and in the good condition. Staff helpfull and happy to answer all my questions. Free coffee and amenities is a plus too! However:
- location is fine, near the shopping district, however there is approx. 10min to the subway, so when you have a huge bags please keep it in your mind.
- elevator is a disater... I understand that the building is a quite high and you have many guests, but waiting so long for the lift (even early in the morning when everybody's sleeping) is frustraiting
- water station. Any sustainable action, so not offering plastic bottles in the room, is fine, but please consider adding a water station on every floor... again, waiting for the elevateor, going down, then again waiting and going up it's such a waste of time...
To sum up, it's a nice hotel and would get back there if necessary

We stayed in the king room. Room space was tight at first. We learned the bed can be moved to the corner which created more space for the large luggage. Shower was amazing, water was hot, and good water pressure. Toilet seat was heated. Overall really comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

The staff were beyond helpful and the double occupancy room I stayed in was fairly large for Japanese standards. Will come back and gladly recommend to others. It is literally right beside the famous buffet Ginza Happo.

My only complaint is the “restaurant.” Half the menu items are sold out. What I did order was old and stale. Plus the bought items have to be eaten in the restaurant, I wasn’t allowed to take it to my room

This property is good overall. My only complaint is the check in. If the property is gocused on using automatic check in why bother staffing it with an unhelpful and non-courteous, non-japanese check in person. He was not helpful at all. Apart from this I would recommend the B Ginza. Great location, good value of price to size and cleanliness, but che k in was not good. I was the only person checking in and it was not as pleasant as I would expect in Japan.

My friend who stayed in a different room and checked in a day later made the same comment about a bad check in experience, with the same individual. While I would be willing to stay at B Ginza again, in the future, my friend said that his negative experience at check in made him decide that he would never stay at B Ginza again.

Overall I loved the location of this hotel as well as the staff and the amenities (like the bar and breakfast). Overall I only really have two complaints. One is rather minor - the room gets really dusty. This may just be due to the fact the rooms are pretty small, but more frequent dusting and/or vacuuming would be appreciated. The larger issue is where they store the trash. They store bags up very close to the first floor elevators. At night, it absolutely reeks. This alone is almost enough for me not to want to come back and I hope they find a better solution.

Location is great. Right in the center of Ginza. Very walkable. Breakfast is very good. Good selection and tasty. Rooms are clean and modern. Very small. Our room looks out to a dark concrete wall.

Our stay was very pleasant and the staff was responsive, efficient, and very helpful, our only complaint is that the trash is disposed of near the only elevator to enter the hotel, so depending on the time of day there would be the strong smell of garbage while we waited for the elevator.
