部屋は一人で使うには十分な広さで快適でした。
フロントのサービスはフレンドリーさが足りていないなと感じました。簡素化するのはいいですが、もう少し日本らしい丁寧な対応をして欲しかったです。また朝食付きプランだったのにも関わらず朝食の案内がなく（自分でも確認すれば良かったのですが）、結局朝食がついてないプランを予約したのかな？と思い朝食は食べませんでした、、私の確認不足でもありますが残念でした。
アクセスは新橋からも銀座からもいいので、また泊まってもいいかなとは思います。

ウェルカムドリンクで缶ビールを1本もらい得した気分になりました。また、フリーのパンケーキもありました。立地は駅近、銀座の中で、とても便利なところです。過不足なく十分でした。

チェックインカウンターがわかりにくい
初めてだったのでわからない事だらけ
登録が無いって出て大変だった。
外国人向けのホテルなら泊まらなかったのに、どこにも出てなかった、朝食付きにしたけど、酷かった。値段と見合わないと思う、2度と利用したくありません！

施設は清潔感も有り立地も銀座の真ん中でコストパフォーマンスは凄く良かったですが、チェクイン方法がWEBで予約済みの筈がまた面倒な入力を強いられて時間の無駄でした。外国人スタッフが多いのは来日者には安心ですが愛想が無いので笑顔で接客お願いします。

My only complaint is the “restaurant.” Half the menu items are sold out. What I did order was old and stale. Plus the bought items have to be eaten in the restaurant, I wasn’t allowed to take it to my room

This property is good overall. My only complaint is the check in. If the property is gocused on using automatic check in why bother staffing it with an unhelpful and non-courteous, non-japanese check in person. He was not helpful at all. Apart from this I would recommend the B Ginza. Great location, good value of price to size and cleanliness, but che k in was not good. I was the only person checking in and it was not as pleasant as I would expect in Japan.

My friend who stayed in a different room and checked in a day later made the same comment about a bad check in experience, with the same individual. While I would be willing to stay at B Ginza again, in the future, my friend said that his negative experience at check in made him decide that he would never stay at B Ginza again.

Perfect location, nice hotel, clean & quaint. Room is small but great for 2 people and minimal luggage. 5 - 7 minutes walk from Giza six shops & dining. Plan on retuning.

Overall I loved the location of this hotel as well as the staff and the amenities (like the bar and breakfast). Overall I only really have two complaints. One is rather minor - the room gets really dusty. This may just be due to the fact the rooms are pretty small, but more frequent dusting and/or vacuuming would be appreciated. The larger issue is where they store the trash. They store bags up very close to the first floor elevators. At night, it absolutely reeks. This alone is almost enough for me not to want to come back and I hope they find a better solution.

Location is great. Right in the center of Ginza. Very walkable. Breakfast is very good. Good selection and tasty. Rooms are clean and modern. Very small. Our room looks out to a dark concrete wall.

Our stay was very pleasant and the staff was responsive, efficient, and very helpful, our only complaint is that the trash is disposed of near the only elevator to enter the hotel, so depending on the time of day there would be the strong smell of garbage while we waited for the elevator.

Great hotel, quiet, and just off the main Chuo Dori of Ginza. Super convenient transport options within 5 minutes walk. For central Tokyo, hard to beat the price, as well. Highly recommend.

The rooms are small so upgrade to a bigger room if you have 2 occupants. I got a corner room thinking if would be bigger but there was hardly space for 2 luggages. Great shower and comfortable bed. They can offer more free beverage options such as non-alcoholic Japanese beverages. I would stay here again, its near by public transportation and shopping.

Staff worked hard and were obviously overworked. The whole layout of the hotel is awkward and not worth the price. Amenities in the lobby instead of the room is very annoying; the hotel was constantly crowded/busy so we had no motivation to explore what was available to us. The restaurant was also tiny and breakfast was lacking for the price.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, not too small. AC worked well. Got beverage coupons at check in that we could use for beer. They had an amenities corner in case you forgot anything. They even had a coffee maker that made art on top of the coffee, so cute! Hotel close to restaurants and shops including don quijote and short walk to train station.

Bathroom rain shower/bidet excellent - tidy & clean. Towels exchanged each day appreciated. 2nd floor amenities corner and free coffee/pancakes very welcome. Staff super helpful in solving problems. Laundry facilities welcome.

2nd floor communal table & seating area excellent for meeting & chatting with other guests. I can see why this property is popular with tour groups. No pool, spa or unncessary frills in the hotel - just want you need for a comfortable stay.

Location is ideal for getting to Tokyo transport stations, a Donki, a grocery store, many many good restaurant options and so many convenience stores. All in a very short 5-10 min walk that is safe, clean and full of interesting sights. Excellent base to explore all of Tokyo!

I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fine but somewhat dated. Not unclean, but not necessarily fresh feeling. Plenty of space, nice to have a working desk, a big bed, and good smelling shower and bath products. Generous with the free drink tickets! Lot a luxe experience, per say, but worth the money you pay vs. other Ginza options.

The reviews we read before staying at the hotel were quite accurate, beds hard but comfortable, wonderful showers, tasty free pancakes ( not too sweet), free coffee and juice, close to the metro, safe neighbourhood, small rooms to be expected, and somewhat unpleasant reception desk staff but effective.
We didn’t run into any issues relating to wait times for the elevators, and found the internet connection to be the best wéve had in any hotel ( weren’t booted out even once). The restaurant was the only disappointment as the evening we chose to go there, they were out of almost all their menu options…and it was far from crowded. Overall, would definately stay there again.

The room was way too small & the pictures on the website were very deceiving. The bath towels were very small! You should provide luggage racks. There is no where to open a suitcase or hang clothes. The rooms need refurbishing! Would never stay there again!

This was a really lovely clean and quiet hotel in a great area, close the transport links and other amenities. The only thing that could have improved the stay was there being more vegetarian options available at breakfast, with one morning giving the only hot option of scrambled egg, however this seems to be quite common across Tokyo from what we found so I wouldn't let this put me off booking to stay here again. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet and good quality, we especially loved the shower in the room, it was like being in a human car wash!

Para começar, a localização do hotel é um dos grandes destaques. Situado em Ginza, um bairro mais tranquilo, fica numa rua calma, com bastantes opções de transporte por perto, bem como restaurantes e lojas. Era bom poder "descansar" um pouco a mente depois de um dia pelas ruas frenéticas da cidade.

O hotel em si é bastante agradável, o quarto é confortável e a casa de banho espetacular. De forma geral, os quartos de hotel no Japão são pequenos, mas, apesar do tamanho, a disposição do quarto permitia ter espaço suficiente para abrir todas as malas ao mesmo tempo (algo com que tivemos problemas num outro hotel).


Definitivamente recomendo o hotel e, caso volte a Tóquio, será com certeza uma prioridade na minha escolha.

Wir waren zum 5. Mal im the B Ginza. Grundsätzlich hatten wir bisher immer ein Zimmer aus dem Aufzug kommend links - diesmal waren wir leider auf der rechten Seite.

Positiv rechts - Toilette und Bad getrennt - bringt aber nur etwas wenn man auf der Toilette auch Seife hat - zumindest wenn man plant sich die Hände zu waschen.

Nachdem in Japan flächendeckend nur alle 3 - 4 Tage Reinigungen durchgeführt werden, kann man das auch eindeutig an der Sauberkeit der Zimmer spüren. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die den Übertourismus sichtbar machen…. Unser Zimmer hatte im Bett und Kopfbereich als auch an den Wänden Kofferschlieren.. das ist natürlich unschön und gibt dem Zimmer einen Abwohncharakter. Darüber hinaus hatten wir ein staubiges Zimmer und es riecht die ganze Zeit nach frittierten Hühnchen. Besonders zur Abendzeit.

Obwohl täglich Handtücher getauscht werden sollen - gab es bei 4 Nächten für uns keine Handtücher.

Leider ist für uns der Lack gebröckelt und ich weiß nicht ob wir wiederkommen werden. Wir haben uns leider diesmal nicht wohlgefühlt.

The rooms were very dated. Bed sheets are turning yellow under the bedroom light. All the walls are incredibly marked up. Towels were not necessarily too clean either. The receptionist is incredibly unhelpful, they hand you an Ipad to check yourself in while they sit there

Staff are very helpful and nice. Thank you bishir for your excellent customer service. Me and my husband have a great time during the stay at the hotel. This hotel is located near ginza six. Which is the main shopping area in Tokyo. Walking distance to family mart and don qijote.many restaurants nearby.
