部屋は一人で使うには十分な広さで快適でした。
フロントのサービスはフレンドリーさが足りていないなと感じました。簡素化するのはいいですが、もう少し日本らしい丁寧な対応をして欲しかったです。また朝食付きプランだったのにも関わらず朝食の案内がなく（自分でも確認すれば良かったのですが）、結局朝食がついてないプランを予約したのかな？と思い朝食は食べませんでした、、私の確認不足でもありますが残念でした。
アクセスは新橋からも銀座からもいいので、また泊まってもいいかなとは思います。

ウェルカムドリンクで缶ビールを1本もらい得した気分になりました。また、フリーのパンケーキもありました。立地は駅近、銀座の中で、とても便利なところです。過不足なく十分でした。

チェックインカウンターがわかりにくい
初めてだったのでわからない事だらけ
登録が無いって出て大変だった。
外国人向けのホテルなら泊まらなかったのに、どこにも出てなかった、朝食付きにしたけど、酷かった。値段と見合わないと思う、2度と利用したくありません！

施設は清潔感も有り立地も銀座の真ん中でコストパフォーマンスは凄く良かったですが、チェクイン方法がWEBで予約済みの筈がまた面倒な入力を強いられて時間の無駄でした。外国人スタッフが多いのは来日者には安心ですが愛想が無いので笑顔で接客お願いします。

清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。
スタッフの対応も良く、とても過ごしやすかったです。
個人的にはシャンプー、ボディソープがとても気に入りました！クロエの香水のような香りで、自宅も同じシャンプーにしたいぐらいです！笑

敷地的に難しいのかもしれませんが、お部屋があまり広くなく、スーツケースを開くには少し不便でした。
スーツケースを開く台などがあればよりよかったかなーと思います。
他は完璧でした！

Which is the main shopping area in Tokyo. Walking distance to family mart and don qijote.many restaurants nearby.

This place was in a great area and good price but it felt a tad basic. The room cleaning frequency was odd and elevator were slow. The main elevator room had a weird smell. But overall we would stay again.

The warren of little streets adjacent the hotel had some real restaurant gems. Bus stop to downtown a block away right around the corner. Breakfast buffet was the best we found in Japan as was the bakery upstairs. Rooftop patio delightful with great staff. Limited tapas menu there was fair. Very nice rooms, helpful staff, well priced bike rentals, and just a super location. I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else in Kyoto if I go back.

The location of the hotel is simply fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful. I think the hotel rooms are slightly dated (but very much above the average in Tokyo) and they are of course tiny. There was nothing wrong with our stay, but I am not sure there’s anything to make me return.

The B Ginza was positioned around 1/2km from a couple train stations. A 3/4km walk to Tsukiji market. Lots of high end shopping very close.

The room was incredibly small. This was not conveyed in the photos from Expedia. It was near impossible to organize a suitcase, a carryon and two backpacks. The only place to open a suitcase was on the bed.

The rooms are tiny even by Japanese standards. The quality of linens and sheets is poor and they feel scratchy and rough. The staff at this hotel were not welcoming and always looked annoyed.
The only advantage is that the location is close to ginza and higashi ginza station, shopping and restaurants.

Super hôtel !

La salle de bain est très moderne et propre, ce qui rend tout de suite plus agréable le séjour. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnel, pour un voyage à deux peut être juste, mais j’ai l’impression que c’est la norme au Japon. Le lit est surélevé ce qui permet de glisser les bagages donc un petit gain de place pratique. Franchement bien placé, dans un quartier safe, mais pas le plus vivant la nuit.

Great stay for our last 2 nights in Tokyo. Good location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Great shower. The free drink voucher allowed us to start our evening with a quick refreshment in the bar before heading further into the City. Thankyou!

Location is perfect for exploring Ginza with quick access to Shimbashi station. The staff were helpful especially in booking us with a transportation to the airport. They gave us a welcome/complimentary birthday present for my daughter. They provide daily drink vouchers & daily bottled water refills in room. The coffee machine art printer was fun.

Great deal for a lovely hotel

Very friendly staff with excellent amenities including free drink coupons for each night of your stay. The rooms are very small with not enough room to keep your suitcase open, you’ll need to keep it tucked away to avoid fire and tripping hazard. The carpet was very dirty and made me feet feel sticky, but luckily the give free slippers to avoid walking barefoot in your room. The walls on the bathroom had stains on it but otherwise the room and bathroom was very clean. Very strong AC system which is perfect for summer months.

The B Ginza is conveniently located near metro stations and shopping. The big negative was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable. The Service was fine, not noteworthy but not horrible either.

The rooms are small but that is to be expected. The room rate was reasonable and included breakfast which was very convenient. The location was amazing, close to a lot of transportation options and walkable to many sites. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely book again.
