チェックインカウンターがわかりにくい
初めてだったのでわからない事だらけ
登録が無いって出て大変だった。
外国人向けのホテルなら泊まらなかったのに、どこにも出てなかった、朝食付きにしたけど、酷かった。値段と見合わないと思う、2度と利用したくありません！

施設は清潔感も有り立地も銀座の真ん中でコストパフォーマンスは凄く良かったですが、チェクイン方法がWEBで予約済みの筈がまた面倒な入力を強いられて時間の無駄でした。外国人スタッフが多いのは来日者には安心ですが愛想が無いので笑顔で接客お願いします。

清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。
スタッフの対応も良く、とても過ごしやすかったです。
個人的にはシャンプー、ボディソープがとても気に入りました！クロエの香水のような香りで、自宅も同じシャンプーにしたいぐらいです！笑

敷地的に難しいのかもしれませんが、お部屋があまり広くなく、スーツケースを開くには少し不便でした。
スーツケースを開く台などがあればよりよかったかなーと思います。
他は完璧でした！

ドライヤーとミネラルウォーター

ミネラルウォーターが無料であったので、とても助かりました。また、一泊につき一本ジュースかクラフトビールをいただけるのもとっても嬉しかったです。向かいにはコンビニがあるので、利便性もバッチリです。
また、バスタブはありませんが、不衛生になりがちなシャワーカーテンがなくて、むしろ良いと思いました。アメニティは必要なものだけロビーから取っていくのは、無駄がないと思います。
一番良かったのは、ドライヤーの風量があって、ホテルのドライヤーによくある熱だけの意味のないものでなく、とっても快適でした。
まだ新しいのか綺麗でしたし、エレベーターがいつも良い匂いでした。
同じエリアでホテルをとるなら、またここを利用したいと思います。

朝食バイキングも利用したが、値段の割にメニューは、充実していなかった。ちょっと残念。
宿泊証明をチェックインの時にお願いしたが、チェックアウトの際に用意されておらず、待たされた。
全体的にモダンで素敵な感じだった。あちこちに経費削減の工夫があり、豪華さを求めるのでなければ良いと思う。

The B Ginza is conveniently located near metro stations and shopping. The big negative was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable. The Service was fine, not noteworthy but not horrible either.

The rooms are small but that is to be expected. The room rate was reasonable and included breakfast which was very convenient. The location was amazing, close to a lot of transportation options and walkable to many sites. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely book again.

Excellent hotel, great service from staff. Only negative was the bed was way too hard and pillows were terrible. Location was fabulous, close to shopping and many restaurants. 20 min taxi ride to cruise port was super convenient. 😊😊

I had high expectations of this hotel. However was disappointed in staff . Hospitality is certainly lacking and they were not really interested in helping at all.The room was extremely small which I expected but it was clean. The best thing about the property was the shower. Also during my stay as I was asleep the alarm went off for a fire on the 8th floor I was on the 9th. No one helped us to exit or to even have an understanding of what was happening. I went down 9 flights of random back stairs with my daughter with no guidance. We then proceeded to stand outside of the hotel with other guests and not one employee gave us any information.I will be choosing a different hotel next time.

The hotel is lovely and is in a good position for shopping the high end stores. It is a bit of a walk to the station which is fairly easy. The rooms are very small but overall our stay was great. The young woman who checked us in allowed us an early check in due to my partners feet sweeling.

Generally comfortable

Rooms were extremely small as was the bathroom. No counter space. Lobby toilets were not cleaned regularly and soap was missing. Asked for later checkout and was told it's 2000 Yen for an extra hour. Hotel seeemed newer, room was generally comfortable, but the above details bothered me for the rate charged.

Es un hotel muy comodo en varios sentidos, cercano a la estacion de metro y tren y de facul acceso en cualquier medio de transporte, un lugar tranquilo, limpio y muy comodo, el restaurante delicioso en el desayuno que es incluido con muchas opciones, pero algo que me gusto mucho es la amabilidad del personal que atiende tanto en recepcion como en el restaurante.Cercano a areas comerciales para todo tipo de viajero, tiendas de lujo, tiendas de todo tipo en la alrededores asi como tiendas de conveniencia en cada esquina. Volveria a reservar aqui en mi priximo viaje? sin duda!!!

I do not enjoy the garbage smell when I ride the elevator and on the first floor. It’s absolutely disgusting. The staff is also not friendly. I was getting pancake at 8:55 (ends at 9) and the person in front of me couldn’t figure out the machine. So it turned 9 and the machine needed refill but the staff simply refused to refill the machine saying she’s out of the bag that simply goes into it.

Every time I ask them something they were rude which is very uncharacteristic when it comes to Japan.

The room is tiny. Towels were thin and crappy. The cleaning people actually took my garbage out of the garage can and just left it in the room instead of throwing it out??

But if you want to shop at Don Quijote it’s literally across the street. And the pharmacy Nextdoor is well stocked and same price without the insane crowd.

현재 일본 내 친환경 정책으로 룸 클리닝은 3일에 한 번 제공되는 듯 합니다. 기타 케이스에는 이불 정리 등은 해주지 않고, 다만 타월과 생수만 제공됩니다. 알아두셔야 할 점은 룸클리닝이 진행되는 시기에 숙소에 계시면, 타월과 생수만 전달주십니다. 객실 내 안계신다면 쓰레기통을 비우고, 사용한 타월을 가져가주시지만, 객실 내 있다면, 해주지 않아 매우 불편합니다. 저는 룸클리닝 당시 객실에 있었기에 리셉션에 직접 가서 룸 번호를 남기고 쓰레기통과 사용한 수건을 가져가 달라고 말씀드리고 일정을 나섰으나, 복귀했을때 그대로인 것을 확인할 수 있었습니다. 다음날 본 내용에 대해 직원에게 얘기했을때에도 별도 사과의 멘트 없이 얼머무려 넘어가려는 태도를 보여 다시 사용을 할지는 조금 의문입니다. 다만 호텔의 로비 등은 매우 좋았습니다.

Very nice, clean hotel. It’s giving luxury vibes at an affordable price, especially for the Ginza area. All your favorite luxury stores are within a 5 minute walk! Best shower we had in our entire stay in Tokyo! Wish we had booked more days here for the shower alone! The premium room was enough space for the 2 of us with 3 bags. Received free beer. 15 minute stroll to Tsujiki Fish Market which is a must do!

Great location if you like a shopping district. Felt safe and it’s a nice area. Big hotel feels. Easy check in, check out and breakfast at hotel (quick breakfast or the buffet one). Comfiest bed we had at Japan hotels. Our only note is that the room is NYC efficient (more on the smaller size). If you have extra luggage you’ll be stumbling with it. The staff helped us get a taxi to the airport and helped us throughout the stay.

Budget-friendly no nonsense hotel Ginza area

Located in the fancy area of Ginza, only a 5 minute walk from Shinbashi Station. Reception & lounge on the 2nd floor. Free of charge drink vouchers for local beer or soft drinks and free of charge pancakes in the morning. Coffee & tea also free of charge as are amenities such as tooth brush, shaving cream, pyjamas etc… Rooms are relatively small but well equipped. Free of charge still water every day! Change of towels on a daily basis. Change of sheets after a few days. Particularly liked the shower!

Overall good experience. Hotel has 2 coin op-laundry machines, breakfast included, complimentary coffee/tea, amenities (extra lotions, toothpastes, slippers etc.

I would have preferred to be informed in advance that the bar was going to be closed during our stay but this wasn’t a deal breaker. Plenty of things to do and see outside of the hotel to enjoy.


Room was as expected and clean. Plenty of chargers, mini fridge and smart tv. Not much storage space but we managed to use the ample under bed space for the luggage and clothing.

Arrived at 2:15pm and told we couldnt check in to 3pm others had the same issue so there were hundreds of suitcases strewn around the lobby reception. Room slightly bigger than a pod. Provided a kettle and 2 cups no tea or coffee. Room was never cleaned just had new towels. Worse hotel we stayed in whilst travelling around this lovely country.
