Excuse the messy photos. I forgot to grab some before we messed the room up. Spacious roomAmazing air conditioning, which is harder to find in Japan as we found out. Everything was pretty simple with check in. Communication was alright. We tried for a late check out and were denied, which was a bummer. The stairs are very steep and there is no elevator access. Keep in mind, it was difficult to get luggage up and down. I have bad knees and it was a dread for me every time I had to climb the stairs. But hey, just another part of Japan living. There is a good sized kitchen, plenty of utensils, provided stuff for laundry, and all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay. I would book again.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the bed caused you such discomfort and back pain, and that the steep stairs and distance from the station made your stay difficult. While we are glad the unit itself was okay, we take your comments regarding the mattress and accessibility very seriously as we look for ways to improve our guest experience. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and wish you a swift recovery.
