客室は綺麗に清掃されているが、壁に大きな目立つ汚れがあった。部分的にクロスを張り替えるなど、簡単な補修でもすればいいのに、と思いました。
スタッフの応対も良かったです。
駅に直結しているのはとても便利、渋谷に泊まることがあればまた利用したいと思います。

フロントへ着いた時点でスタッフの方も優しくて部屋も素敵で２４階からの景色も素晴らしく、朝食も種類が豊富で何を選ぼうかと悩んでしまいました。

立地やアクセスが良いので決めましたが、連休も終わったころなのにインバウンドの影響なのか少し価格が高いような、この値段ならもう少しグレードが高いホテルも取れたかもと思ってしまいました。あと館内の飲食店の閉店がすこし早いかなあと思いました。

出張で利用。渋谷駅に直結で移動が便利な上に周りにレストランがたくさんあり、満足度が高かった。昼食時に最上階の混み合っており、5Fのカフェを利用。宿泊客以外の方もレストランを利用されているので、早めの食事か予約がおすすめ。

代々木第一体育館でのコンサート鑑賞で夫婦で二泊しました。チェックイン前に荷物の保管を依頼しましたが、スタッフが快く案内して手続きも丁寧で、チェックインの際の説明も親切でとても良かったです。部屋もグレードアップしていただき、広くて快適でした。チェックアウト時にはスタッフがすぐに声をかけてきて自動チェックアウトでの手続きをしていただき、速やかに手続きができました。若いスタッフの方々の対応は非常にいいと思いました。また、利用したいと思います。

　エレベーターがカードキータッチがないと動かせないのは不便です。そして駐車場の経路を示した掲示板もしくはシート、各施設での大きめもしくはひと目でわかる表示などを希望します。
　加湿空気清浄機があるので部屋は快適です。ただ場所が渋谷なので各種サイレンの音が深夜でも。かなしくもあり、面白くもあり。
　従業員の対応は丁寧で好感のもてるものです。Wi-Fiも問題なく使えます。タップの数は十分ですがUSBポートがあると嬉しいのてすが…。
　駅ビルの中のホテルなので地域の顔ともいえる場所がらですので、いい従業員さんたちが上記の指摘を徐々に改善されると思います。

Steps away from scramble crossing and all the Shibuya shenanigans. Also literally located next to the Shibuya station. Excellent location. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Room was a good size for Tokyo and we got lucky and got a great view of Shibuya scramble. Excellent place to stay!

We chose this hotel because it was directly on top of Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The rooms are clean; the staff are professional.

The 5th floor cafe, and the elevator foyer on each floor has a clear view of the scramble crossing for that unique photo and video angle.

The bus terminal is attached to the hotel. It is the first stop for the bus to Mount Fuji, and the first stop for the airport limo bus. On our last day, we chose to take the airport limo bus instead of the Narita Express, and I would absolutely take the airport limo bus again: more comfortable, and no need to lug luggage on the subway system.

The one downside of the room was the safe; because it is top loading (not front loading) and small, I could not secure my 14" ThinkPad laptop. I was able to secure my 11" iPad.

This hotel was the nicest one we stayed at! Perfect location, clean and actually decent sized room, friendly staff. Our room was even ready before check in (lucky us after a long train day!!!) highly recommend. It’s right in the hub of Shibuya and you can access trains and stores everywhere around.

The hotel is very outdated. It is located inside the metro station, so it can be a blessing and a curse. Shibuya Crossing is right outside the hotel but honestly is not as much of an attraction one may think. Hotel rooms are small but fine but youre just paying for the location which isnt even ideal for most tourists.

Absolutely outstanding hotel experience. The location was perfect, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond. They will forward your luggage to the airport, and I missed the deadline for that, but they found a place that could could get it done in time. I will book this hotel every time i go to Tokyo. Oh yeah, and the view of Shibuya Scramble was terrific.

Our stay at the Shibuya Excel Hotel was nice. The location is excellent and the room was decent. We had nicer rooms in other hotels in the Tokyo area (of similar cost). The fitness room in this hotel is not acceptable for a high end hotel. The rest of the hotel was nice.

Great, amazing hotel! Our room was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were so wonderful, thoughtful and friendly. The location is perfect—above a train station and a mall with a Starbucks for easy morning coffee. The mall also had a Family Mart and a small grocery store for quick essentials. We will definitely stay here again!!

The Shibuya excel is an excellent hotel, the location couldn’t be any better! The view from our room of Shibuya crossing was so breathtaking from the 23rd floor, the staff really goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that’s you have the best stay possible. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back next trip!

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 11 nights in Japan, and it was extremely convenient for transportation and walking around. The location was definitely the greatest thing about it and the main reason we would return. The room was overall nice, not spectacular but nothing really negative to say.

One thing I notice in all the hotels we have stayed is… plenty of Staff in line at the lobby waiting to help guest, which I have not seen before in any hotels. Excellent job!!! Rooms are actually spacious, breakfast is quality standard and good variety. Beds were hard felt the spring and bathroom is tiny and needs modernising. Excellent location and recommend the airport limousine coach takes you right outside of hotel. Japan is cheap btw :)
