立地やアクセスが良いので決めましたが、連休も終わったころなのにインバウンドの影響なのか少し価格が高いような、この値段ならもう少しグレードが高いホテルも取れたかもと思ってしまいました。あと館内の飲食店の閉店がすこし早いかなあと思いました。

チェックイン時、風体の良くないスタッフにタメ口を使われた。チェックアウト時、急かすように対応された。私はこのホテルに歓迎されていない印象を受けた。

出張で利用。渋谷駅に直結で移動が便利な上に周りにレストランがたくさんあり、満足度が高かった。昼食時に最上階の混み合っており、5Fのカフェを利用。宿泊客以外の方もレストランを利用されているので、早めの食事か予約がおすすめ。

代々木第一体育館でのコンサート鑑賞で夫婦で二泊しました。チェックイン前に荷物の保管を依頼しましたが、スタッフが快く案内して手続きも丁寧で、チェックインの際の説明も親切でとても良かったです。部屋もグレードアップしていただき、広くて快適でした。チェックアウト時にはスタッフがすぐに声をかけてきて自動チェックアウトでの手続きをしていただき、速やかに手続きができました。若いスタッフの方々の対応は非常にいいと思いました。また、利用したいと思います。

　エレベーターがカードキータッチがないと動かせないのは不便です。そして駐車場の経路を示した掲示板もしくはシート、各施設での大きめもしくはひと目でわかる表示などを希望します。
　加湿空気清浄機があるので部屋は快適です。ただ場所が渋谷なので各種サイレンの音が深夜でも。かなしくもあり、面白くもあり。
　従業員の対応は丁寧で好感のもてるものです。Wi-Fiも問題なく使えます。タップの数は十分ですがUSBポートがあると嬉しいのてすが…。
　駅ビルの中のホテルなので地域の顔ともいえる場所がらですので、いい従業員さんたちが上記の指摘を徐々に改善されると思います。

Wonderful Stay at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyo!

Our stay at the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyo was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful—they even refrigerated my medicine and ice packs for our return trip, which I really appreciated. They also delivered extra pillows to our room quickly with a smile.

The room was spotless with a perfect view right over Shibuya Crossing—an unforgettable sight at such a reasonable price. The size of the room (and the bed!) was just right for two adults, and we were very comfortable. The private bath was clean, stocked with earth-friendly products, and featured a bidet toilet. The water pressure in the shower was incredible—it could do it all, anything from watering a houseplant to power-washing a driveway, at whatever temperature you like, all at the turn of a knob. Towels were thick and absorbent, and thoughtful touches included a full-length mirror, two comfy chairs with a coffee table, a desk, small TV, and a fridge with a built-in thermometer—perfect for anyone who needs to monitor medicine storage.

Blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice restaurant and café inside. Right outside, there’s a great food market and a French pastry shop, and of course you’re right in the middle of everything Shibuya has to offer. There was even a free interactive ghost story attraction nearby—but I was too much of a scaredy cat to try it since one of the features was spooky sounds coming from all directions!

Great time in Excel Hotel Shibuya

Our stay at the Excel hotel was wonderful. The room size was sufficient, and their bed was soft and clean. Their toilet was a bit small, but that is a given for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, we had an amazing time. The location is probably the best part. Close to the train station, shibuya crossing and shopping centres. Truly convenient.

It was our first trip to Japan, we only had one week. The location was fantastic, adjacent to Shibuya Station as well as the Mark City Limousine Bus drop off/pickup. We could see the Shibuya Scramble from the elevator as well as elevator lobby. Our 24 th floor had an amazing view of the city. Once we were in our hotel it felt so peaceful, yet the excitement of Shibuya was just downstairs. Only slight issue was it was a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance, but that was a minor hiccup. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Shibuya!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Extremely close to everything. Restaurants, bars, coffee, and all transit routes. Literally right above Shibuya station. The hotel was very clean and safe. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Bra Men veldig gammelt

Servicen var ganske bra, litt dumt opplegg med heisen siden man må vente på å komme seg ut og inn av hotellet. Hotellet er også veldig gammelt stil og alt av møbler har nok vært der fra før jeg ble til. Men grei stand på det og eller reint og greit.

The room that time forgot

I've stayed at this hotel several times and this was, unfortunately, the worst experience. The room was badly in need of updating. The desk chair was badly stained and gross, the sitting chairs were also badly stained and gross (pics didn't capture it well because of the light colored fabric). The bathroom was basically a long closet with an ancient bidet. The bathroom door didn't even open a full 90 degrees (the picture is as far as it would go). Compared with other rooms I've stayed in, this room felt old and badly in need of renovation. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed to have people staying in this room.

4th Stay. A+ Every Time

Excellent staff and location. 4th stay at this hotel. Concierge is excellent in areaging transportation, receiving packages and helping me mail out a package. Location is as ideal as you can get. Right next to the Shibuya Scramble and connected to the Shibuya Station.

Excellent location in Shibuya - walking distance to a ton of great shopping and dining as well as public transportation. You can easily get anywhere in Tokyo from here. Room was a good size, bathroom felt cramped and was a bit outdated but the great location and very helpful staff make this a very solid choice.

Scramble stay!

This hotel is in the center of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The location is amazing for sites and transport (Shibuya Station connects to the hotel). You’re minutes away from Takeshita Street and Shinjuku. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While the area is insanely busy, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is delicious (the buffet has Japanese and Western dishes and is on the 25th floor with lovely views as far as the eye can see). The hotel rooms are on the smaller side and the bathrooms are a little dated and small (they remind me of cruise ship bathrooms but ours had a bathtub). All in all, though, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor of the Shibuya Smart City building; we had a hard time finding the entrance from where the taxi dropped us off on the side street. The basement floor of the building is a grocery store where the displays are works of art and the ground/first floor is entirely dedicated to sweets. Think of large department store jewelry and make up display counters filled with the most decadent sweets. Shibuya is full of places to eat.

My second time staying here. It would have been perfect, but our room faced a GIANT electronic billboard, which was on from about 9am-9pm. My friend's room also faced the same billboard. We both had triple beds, so not sure if that was a coincidence or not.

Very convenient place to stay at - literally right beside shibuya station and has a good view of the shibuya crossing as we have stayed at the 15th floor. Shopping district is right outside the hotel. The best part for us was that the airport limousine bus is right outside this hotel. Overall, a very convenient stay.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as a first time visitor to Tokyo but once we checked in the appeal of this hotel started to show with it's prime location in the heart of Shibuya. Other than that the rooms were spacious, check in/out was a breeze. To make things easy the airport bus starts/stops at this hotel. Plenty of food options around and tons of things to do. Lovely experience, would recommend!

It's not that the staff weren't helpful, when they were available. But there were times when they just weren't there, like early in the morning when one is looking for coffee and there is none to be found. Or in the evening if you are looking for a recommendation for dinner. It was just a strangely cold, transactional hotel compared to the others we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Living up to its place as a train station hotel, I guess. That said the location is terrific and the views of Shibuya Crossing were fun.
