宿泊料に対して室内サービスが残念でした。

利用客の多くは外国人なので理解できるが、連泊し、不満な点を順不同で挙げると、
・洗面所鏡面内に拡大鏡が埋め込まれていて且つ女優ライト式に鏡周りにライトが点き眩しすぎる。
・室内器具の利用マニュアルがなく、器具についている説明文が英語で文字も小さく使えなかった。
（フロントへの電話番号、掃除不要の廊下への表示ライトのON/OFFなど）
・個人の物を置くスペース（棚等）が無い。
良かった点は、フロントサービスでした。

施設が新しく、広くてセンスの良いインテリアで大変満足でした。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。難波の駅から少し歩きますが許容範囲。また泊まりたい宿です。スタッフの方も親切でした。

お部屋のパーテーションにがっつり手垢がついていたことだけ気になりました。お掃除よろしくお願いいたします。

非常に快適なホテルです

ネット予約で、立地と自家用車で行く為の駐車場の条件が良かったです。2連泊しましたがお部屋も綺麗で清潔で、朝食が美味しかったです。最上階を準備して下さってとても快適な旅行を楽しめました。ありがとうございます。

すごく良かったけど……

すごく良かったですよ！部屋は広いしキレイで清潔、ベッドフワフワ、滞在してて気分良かったです。
ただ一点、女性用のアメニティーが無かったのが残念でした。これでアメニティーがあったら文句なしでした！

部屋は広く、きれいで快適でした。清掃が行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食バイキングもおいしかったです。浴室がシャワーのみで狭かったことが残念でしたが、それ以外は満点です。オリックス劇場で観劇の際利用したのですが、駅からもう少し近ければなぁと・・・思いました。

It was a fun experience in Osaka and we made a great decision in staying in Fairfield Marriott! The room we had was small but efficiently designed. Amenities are great, more laundry washer would be beneficial. Complimentary items are great too. We are glad to be booking with Marriott hotels in our vacations.

The property is nice and easy to find. The inside of the property was clean and I didn’t feel crowded. Appreciated the washer and dryer, it didn’t take hours for a wash/dry load to complete.

I was disappointed that I was not notified that shuttle services to airport was available at check-in, 48 hours notification required. I stayed three nights and asked on the second night, so missed the 48 hours requirement.

At first glance, I thought I was staying in a warehouse because the lobby was always filled with piles of luggage.😅
The hotel is conveniently located—within a 10-minute walk to Namba Station and Takashimaya. The room was clean, though the size is really only suitable for one person.

The main thing was the exceptional kindness and attention of the staff. The location is convenient. The room was small but brilliantly stocked with everything a traveler would need. The breakfasts were adequate but ordinary. As I say, the kindness of the staff makes the place outstanding, and the stay very comfortable.

The hotel is nice and posh. The front desk is very polite and very good customer service. The room is spacious, clean and nice. My wife and myself had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Definitely a recommend hotel if you are looking for a nice hotel near Dotonburi

I chose to stay here for the novelty as a frequent visitor to fairfield locations in the states. The whole facility is new so it's all in great shape, but I wasn't a fan of the layout of the room. The shower, toilet, and sink are all in separate areas which close off from the bed area with a sliding door. While it all works, it just feels awkward. The bathroom mirror being offset from the sink by a foot was also really annoying

This is the second time I stayed here after returning from Kyoto. The hotel is new and clean overall, but there are dusty corners (like the box at the bedside for you to put your accessories, as well as the outer shell of the tissue box). In the room I stayed, the shower head didn't work well and fell apart during my shower...

What I like most is they provide alcohol wipes and pyjamas.

卫生程度非常糟糕

1、首先是前台，英文非常好，沟通顺畅，但是糟心的是，展示了护照后，继续英文交流，但是给看的酒店提示信息是中文版本，感觉收到了歧视。
2、卫生状况非常糟糕，住了2天，地板没有吸尘，刚入住就地上就有头发，洗漱池的台面更夸张，都是灰尘。包括茶包的位置，上面全部都是灰尘。去了日本数十次，即使便宜的酒店都没有这么糟糕的卫生条件。
3、每日提供了2瓶饮用水，客房人员看到亚洲面孔（非日本人）不使用敬语。

Wonderful Stay

Hotel was in a great location about 10 mins from Namba Station. Room was clean, comfortable and staff was very nice. Gym had dumbbells, treadmill and elliptical machine. Would stay again if we came back.

A bit farther from Dotonburi than anticipated but it was close enough. Rooms were spacious enough for Osaka. It was very clean. The breakfast could have be better but can’t complain too much for a business oriented hotel.

This area is about 10 minutes walk away to getting on the Namba stations. If you like peaceful hotel away from the crowd, this is a good place to be at. The convenience store is about 3~5 min walk away. It is within walking distance of at least two Dontonburi stores too. The property wise, can be improved. The towels were wore out while clean. Someone mentioned in the google review on bed bugs. We were fortunate that our 2 rooms given, were clean. I wished the hotel staff can go beyond their service. I asked for hands free travel where i wanted my two medium sized lugggages to be delivered to airport. Information provide on day 1 and day 2 by the service staff were different. Because of that, we missed using the luggage delivery service and had to find alternatives to bring our luggages with us to Nankai Namba station. Thank goodness, Nankai express line to airport is not as strict as JR’s line where you need to make reservations to store your medium sized luggage on the train.
