We apologize for the inconvenience. Basically, the walls are soundproofed, but the customer next door is a little special and we received a complaint from the lower floor. Some of our customers moved to a sister facility near the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your feedback. Please understand that collecting guest information is a strict requirement under Japanese law for all lodging providers. Regarding communication, when we cannot reach guests through the booking site’s system, we must use alternative methods to ensure a smooth check-in. We appreciate your understanding of these local regulations and our efforts to maintain a secure stay.
