部屋にはベッドと畳の上にテーブルがある部屋だったのでくつろげました。カビ臭いにおいがするのは気になりましたが掃除は行き届いていました。温泉はとても良かったです。

雪不足でスキー場が使えず、せっかくのロケーションが活かせず少し残念でした。ただ、それでもレンタルスキーや他スキー場への案内をきめ細かくして頂き、近隣スキー場で楽しむことができました。

Excellent ski resort, wish they had more options to dine at, but other then that, staff very freindly and helpfull, especially Miss Liu. She was very helpfull with transportation and getting around. Definitely recommend this Resort.

The property is not safe during COVID-19. It requires half-board, and continues to serve its meals indoors, via a buffet. Yes, they include disinfectant at the tables and provide people with plastic hand-coverings, but numerous studies show this is not enough and buffets are some of the most dangerous venues to contract COVID. They denied my request to eat meals in my room. In addition, the hotel does not adequately enforce mask usage -- many guests wear their masks below their nose and, in the ski locker room, are entirely maskless. Even worse, they still operate a smoking room where some guests huddle together in a small room and smoke cigarettes...during COVID!

dyrt jämfört med standarden

Ingen variation på middagen(samma varje dag), dåligt städat på rummet, omodernt och väldigt osköna sängar. Överlag besvikelse jämfört med vad det kostade. Att det ska vara 3,5 stjärnor är att ta i.

Bra med närhet till backarna i Cortina och stort spa. spat dock uppdelat (män/kvinnor för sig) vilket gjorde att man fick bada själv om man reste med sin partner.

小谷村绿色广场酒店入住体验

已经连续三年住此酒店了，主要是为了滑雪，酒店为滑进滑出酒店，非常方便，雪为粉雪，滑道有高中低及观光滑道，非常不错。只是上酒店在长野接送大巴时、遇到了一些麻烦，主要是Hotels酒店预定网站不负责任，我提前许多时间与网站连续，要求登记接送大巴，网站说已经发邮箱确认预定了，结果还是没有我的预定，经与酒店沟通后解决了…。总之酒店不错，网站预定的客服差评。

This is such a great place to ski/snowboard. The hotel is great and has a lot of space, theirs a lot to do in the hotel also besides being outside in the snow. The onsen and massage is great also and add the breakfast and dinner to your stay, you won’t regret it! It’s very peaceful and relaxing and we enjoy coming here. Can’t wait to come back!

Slopeside

Skiing was awesome and this hotel is slopeside, so that’s the key selling point for me. It is also unique and nice inside the hotel plus the onsen is great. My room was a bit dingy and dated, but seemed clean. Downside is that it a bus ride away from literally any other biz or hotel, so you are limited to the hotel for food or whatever else you need. The hotel food is really pretty bad, so this was a significant downside.

Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba sits at the foot of the Cortina ski resort, which makes it a perfect ski in-and-out situation. The room had two single beds, and space for three futon with a max capacity of 5 persons. However, it was a perfect roomy space for my friend and I. Room was very clean, with a great view of the slope. It was a lot of fun to sit on the windowsill and watch the snow plows.

The room had an assortment of glassware/cups and comes with a fridge, which is useful because there isn't much around the hotel itself to eat.

Restaurant- nice buffet style dinner and breakfast (7-9am) . Be wary that breakfast time can be a bit busy/crowded if you come around 8am. Both meal times offered a good variety of western and Japanese food and was delightful. The beef stew was especially awesome.

There is no notice on their site stating no tattoos allowed in the onsen (also boasts a great view of the ski slopes), but there was a sign posted outside the onsen itself. I disregarded it, as there were only Chinese in the baths and no one seemed to mind. It's a nice onsen, excluding that no tattoo sign.

Staff are very kind, and when we were there, there were staff speaking Japanese, English, and Chinese.
Tamura-san was very prompt with email replies.

All in all, a lovely stay for a good price for convenience, cleanliness, and amenities.

短期渡假的好地方

飯店的外觀與裝潢典雅，服務優良。
如果是單純來滑雪玩樹林的，很棒。
客房內的插座較少，無線網路訊號品質不好。
有電子商務需求的客人會比較麻煩一些些。
餐廳的選擇比較少，注重伙食變化的人，有可能會需要搭車去外面吃晚餐。

Phenomenal Hotel But Need Better Pillows

Overall, this hotel is excellent! It is directly off the slopes at Cortina and offers a number of amenities. The beds were a bit of a disappointment, particularly the pillows were very uncomfortable. However, with a number of amenities offered and its great location, this hotel is excellent.

很棒的ski-in/ski-out飯店

客房內簡單乾淨，榻榻米區很舒適，住宿者可使用公共泡湯區，滑雪完去泡湯超舒服～早餐晚餐的buffet餐點很多樣，不怕沒有想吃的，只是餐具有些清洗比較不乾淨，取用的時候要注意一下～住宿的話每間房間都有自己的置物櫃可以放雪具裝備，很方便～
飯店內也有雪具租借店，不過英文溝通上比較不順暢些，但還是可以租到的～裝備狀況也都還不錯～每張雪板上面會有編號，要記好不要跟其他人的拿錯，否則店員會要求你把原本的找回來才能完成歸還手續～

Hotel excelente para temporada de inverno

Estivemos neste hotel durante o inverno. Apesar de ficar em uma região afastada nas montanhas, a localização é excelente, pois o acesso para as pistas de sky já é na porta do hotel. Dispõe de um onsen com vista para a neve. O jantar e o café da manhã foram muito bem servidos, com dezenas de opções no sistema all you can eat. O estilo do hotel também tem um charme especial. O hotel disponiliza um shuttle grátis da estação de trem mais próxima ou um transporte por ônibus pago da estação de Nagano (para quem vier de shinkansen esta pode ser uma ótima opção) - este último necessita de reserva prévia.
O atendimento é muito bom, apesar de alguns funcionários terem dificuldade com o inglês.
Os quartos possuem tanto camas como colchôes em tatame no estilo tradicional japonês.
Dentro do hotel há facilidades para alugar e guardar equipamento de sky / snow board.
Definitivamente recomendo este hotel.

Over crowded hotel

This hotel is over crowded. There’s no seating area in the lobby for hotel guest. If u are arriving early be prepared to stand until checking in time at 3pm. The hotel do not provide luggage holding service for guests. Guest needs to pay for lockers to store their luggage. If you have a choice, do not go for the hotel half board meal package. U will be ended up eating the same food from the buffet for every breakfast and dinner. There are only 2 restaurants and a cafe in the hotel. Is always long queues to the eatery during the day time even though we noticed there was empty tables. I was told that the kitchen can’t cope with the overwhelming orders. The shuttle bus services is not that frequent to Minami-Otari station and Happo bus terminal. The onsen is like children swimming pool with kids running around and jumping into the onsen. Is the worst onsen! The skiing area was ok. The only good thing I can say was that the Western and Japanese room type is spacious and comfortable and the hotel staff is quite helpful. Otherwise the hotel is overpriced.

屬於一般認知的旅館

除了ski in ski out以外，沒有其他令人驚喜的地方。早餐晚餐都是自助式，料理選擇屬於平均值，感覺像是為了觀光客吃到飽而出的菜單，品質還可以，但是跟另外一家highland比（要坐接駁車到雪場）就遜色許多，也比較貴。其他推薦的有浴場，溫泉很大，設施很多也不錯，還有地下一樓的電子遊樂場，讓我們噴了很多錢很開心。

Great ski in ski out

Perfect location to ski in ski out. Restaurants are great and food is delicious. Can be difficult to get around as the hotel is isolated in cortina, shuttle buses run to and from Hakuba fairly regularly. Staff were friendly.

Convenience in Deep Powder Paradise

Green Plaza is a giant ski in/out hotel in Cortina, with a really great onsen, a good buffet and decent rooms. A bit worn and less charming on the inside than it look on the exterior. Still ... great for a family skiing the area, since the kids finds their way around easily and can be on their own :-)

Cortina is heaven when the snow is deep & white ... but less so if it is hard, packed and if you are not keen on skiing between the trees. The latter being among the steepest in Japan and resulting in a definite thrill !

房間很大；露天泡湯還可以超近看到滑雪場；日式榻榻米的床要自己動手舖；附近沒有其他商店，都需要開車或搭乘接駁巴士，飯店本身的餐館選擇不多，雖然自助餐內容豐富，但如果住宿多日可能會吃膩而需要外食或自備糧食。附設滑雪場很方便，還有免費兒童玩雪與滑雪練習區，如需租用滑車或滑雪板 滑雪盆等道具才需要費用。

Easy access to Cortina powder

Great value for ski in/out that includes buffet breakfast and dinner. Free local shuttle. Easy access to some of Hakuba's best powder! Great service. Highly recommended.

Amazing

Really interesting place with amazing all you can eat breakfast and dinner included with my room price. A steal of a value compared to ski vacations in the USA. Amazing snow and literally steps away from the slopes. Soak in the massive onsen (equates to like 7 or 8 hot tubs) after a long day in the powder. Can't wait to come back
