Great stay - Mr. Ishii at the front desk was great

I was very impressed with the help I got at the front desk throughout my stay. The young man (Mr. Ishii) was wonderful and made sure I was well taken care of, and he answered all my questions very well. He's a pro. Thank you!

駅からもほど近く、スーパーやコンビニなどもたくさんあります。
お部屋の中にレンジやトースター、カトラリーや調理セットに乾燥機付き洗濯機まであって、長期滞在にも良さそうです。

ワンフロアに１部屋なので、他の方に気を使うこともなく、セキュリティもしっかりしています。

ただし、土日祝は周囲の飲食店がほとんど閉まっているため、注意が必要です。

Large room with everything we needed. It was a bit of a walk to the train station but multiple stations are options. We could hear the trains but it wasn't too loud.

Full equipped apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including 2 teens 15 and 17.
Easy walking distance to 3 metro stations which covered ever major attraction.

Grocery and convenience stores nearby and many great restaurants including the stock standard western Pizza hit, Dominos and Mc Donald’s if needed.

Very clean and tidy . Everything you need for a 8 night break cooking breakfast in the morning and relaxing at the end of a long day .

Bathroom was fully equipped with shampoo and conditioner and a bath which was great to dusk your feet after all the walking.

We would definately stay again. Best location.

Our family of 5 had a great time in the grand Japanese style room. There was plenty of room for us. The washer/dryer combo was a plus, and they even provide the detergent! Location was great and the train stations are not too far away. Daimon station has several lines including the Tokyo monorail that takes you straight to Haneda airport. There is also a grocery store nearby on top of many other convenience stores. We would stay here again if we came to Tokyo.

I was pleasantly surprised and I would absolutely stay at this property again. We stayed at this brand in two different locations in the city of Tokyo. Love the slippers love the bedding. Kitchen set up was near perfect. Laundry was fantastic.

There’s a small (3cm) step right before the front entrance that is hidden but the shadows. Easily can trip or slip off it’s raining.

Otherwise, the staff were polite. The cleaning crew did a great job and the area was perfect. Close to grocery store, konbinis, within walking distance of several stations.

Room service is on every 3rd day of your stay. We stayed there for 5 nights so we got 1 room service, and they did an amazing job. Our location was about an additional 2 mins walk to a nearest station than average but we know that coming in. Our family of 4 fitted cozy in that apartment, it was a nice experience.

We were supposed to stay at a different property but the property told us on the day of our arrival that we were double booked. Monday Apart Premium Hamamatsucho had a room available so we booked it just a few hours before checkin time. So we really ended up here by an unplanned chance. The property is wonderful, as are the people that work there. Lots of nearby conveniences and attractions, and we found the Minato area to be less busy than other parts of Tokyo. We were a quick train ride to busier areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Would definitely stay here again.

5명 가족이 머무르기에 아주 좋았던 숙소였습니다. 숙소와 침구 모두 깨끗했고, 침구 및 가운이 인원 수에 맞게 마련되어 있었습니다.
타월도 충분했습니다. 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되어 있어 좋았고 욕실도 넓었습니다. 숙소에 대한 한국어 설명서가 비치되어 있어 좋았고, 체크인시 프론트에서 번역 앱 사용해서 주의사항 및 안내사항을 친절히 안내하주셨습니다.

You will get exercise with this location!

The bed is not comfortable. I like a firm mattresses but this mattress was like sleeping on the floor. Only two small smelly pillows are provided, along with flimsy disposable slippers and nightshirts that had a sweat odor. We had to cover the pillows with towels and I had to wash the nightshirts before using them.
We ended up moving the kitchen table nearby the window because the pointy corners were hazardous to go around.
The two twin beds were also moved because although they were against each other, they were both pushed against the wall and you would have to crawl on your knees across the length of the bed to go to sleep.
The checkout time of 10:00 is a horrible early time that hardly any hotel has. If you wanted to stay an hour longer, the up charge was quite expensive.
This location is quite far from all subway stations.
If you use the washer, you must wash, rinse and spin together. If you add the drying feature, it will not work properly because it basically only spins for a few minutes and the dryer will attempt to dry sopping wet clothes to no avail. So wash, rinse and spin. When done, separately set the dryer for a long cycle.
We liked the no key feature. However, you must safeguard the tiny paper with the instruction codes because you will need this precious piece of paper to check out.
The noise from the constant trains can only be heard if you open the balcony door.

Good things about this hotel is that it can fit up to 6-8 ppl and it has a good washing/dryer combine machine which make it very easy to wash dirty clothes at night and will be very dry and soft in the morning.
If you are sensitive to train noises, probably not this hotel as it located just one block away from JR and train lines. There are two safety hazards: one being the little steps/kerbs at the entrance which 3 person from my group had a fall and the other one is the super slippery dry bathroom floor(not the shower and bath tub room).my friend’s husband found a boarding pass dated in Jim under one of his pillow. Not sure if it was an accident or the staff skip to change the linens.
It’s about 13 mins walking to the train station which is not too bad.
There are staff at the reception between 7am-7PM and they are very helpful.

Very comfortable place to stay in Tokyo if you're looking for an aparthotel. The accommodation is fairly spacious with all the amenities you'll need including washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

The location has nearby grocery and convenience stores and is situated fairly close to the metro lines. The only downside is that this location is very close to a subway line, hence there is a lot of noise if the windows are not fully closed.

Asides from that, the hotel is secure and your experience is very isolated. Each floor has a single room and you'll likely never run into another guest. Check in experience is smooth and hotel staff is very helpful.

This place was very nice and clean! Sleeps 6 comfortably (two will be on a mattress on the floor). Nice food places nearby and a nice neighborhood. Denny's not to far away for Americans who want to see something familiar.

I would give a 5 star if the location was good. The building is located literally right next to a rail. The train goes by every few mins all night long. If you must stay here, bring ere plugs. Also, the subway station is about 10 min away. The room has more than you can think of. Too bad the location isn't good. Also, the AC was broken for one day. It was hard to sleep, but was fixed the next day. We were not happy because it was about 95 degrees average this month. The staff downstairs speaks very limited English, so it was hard to communicate about the broken AC.

Decent location that gets you access to the JR, subway, and Odaiba lines. The walk to each isn’t too far. It’s also fairly close to the Tokyo Tower area and all that comes with that.

Rooms were fairly large despite how skinny the building looks. Friendly staff and clean. The surrounding area is a little close to the tracks so it can get noisy outside, but we never heard anything while in the room. Perfectly quiet.

Wonderful and spacious property. Close by to several subway stations and many food choices nearby. I stayed with my family for 2 weeks so the kitchen, washer and drying facilities made our stay that much more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the comforts of home while in Tokyo.
