長期滞在向け、快適で広いお部屋、設備バッチリ

とても綺麗でスペースもゆったりとした宿泊となりました。キッチンや洗濯機などもあり、出張の１泊ではもったいないほどの設備でした。また別の機会があれば利用させて頂きたいです。各フロア２室でプライベート感もありました。

とても丁寧な対応

清掃の希望時間より早くスタッフが来てしまったが、その晩、わざわざ支配人さんからお詫びの電話があった。翌日、フロントのスタッフさんからも同様にお詫びがあった。こちらが恐縮してしまうぐらいとても丁寧な対応だった。また了解したいと思う。

受付もありホテルとアパートタイプの両方の良いところを合わせたタイプ
エレベーターも暗証番号式なのでセキュリティーも安心できました。
建物は12階建で各階に2部屋ずつ。上階からは東京タワーも見えます。

部屋の広さも清潔感も問題なしです。食器、調理器具も揃っているので長期滞在には向いていると思います。

改善して下さい。

ソファにガラスの破片が落ちていたり、トイレがきちんと掃除がされておらず、机の落書きや何か置いた跡も残っており、感染症対策どころか通常レベルの清掃も出来ていない印象。

とても良かったが連泊した時バスローブが使ったまま放置、布団もセットされていなかったのが良くわからなかった タオル類は新しかったのに セキュリティがしっかりしてるのは良いが暗証番号なのは毎回レシートを見なければ行けないためやや面倒

オープンしたてと聞いて友人と宿泊しました。
とにかく広くて設備も良く友人も大変喜んでいました。フロントの皆さんも明るくこちらのリクエストにもすぐ応えてくれました。明るい雰囲気が素晴らしいと思います。

Room was clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The washer and dryer was great! The only issue is the Japanese mattress and pillows are a lot firmer than what American are used to.
Clean and useful mini kitchen . We used for quick breakfast. Highly recommend staying in this place, especially with family.

The way we were welcomed by the staff at the reception was exceptional friendly. Room was spacious enough close to metro and several restaurants and Tokyo tower. Would certainly recommend others to stay here. I will say it again. Staff was amazing

This was an ideal apartment for a family of 4. It is a good size, all amenities are included (eg washing machine/dryer, kitchenette, fridge, freezer, microwave wave, Toaster, rice cooker all included in the room). Staff were super helpful. Lots of public transport options nearby made getting around super easy. Would stay again and wholeheartedly recommended to anyone.

Staff was really nice and helpful. It is located close to subway station. Room is spacious comparing to regular hotel room in Japanese but a little smaller for three people family with 3 large luggages. I really like room with kitchen style here so we could enjoy toast, chicken, seafood we got from grocery stores

Clean and conveniently located for Exploring Tokyo, with several Subway stations within 10 minute walk, Lots of Local food at great prices. The Washer/Dryer was greta could have travelled with half the clothes if you are not a fashionista lol!!

Staff was very courteous, and did their best to interpret our English.

The room was spacious, but a little worn. All instructions are in Japanese. The hotel could do better with instructions in English. And there are NO English speaking channels on the TV. We accidentally turned off the instant hot water heater (switch on the wall by the shower room) not knowing what is was, and had no hot water the next day.

This property was great for my family of 5. Room size was perfect, kitchen set up was great, for kids snacks and morning breakfast making eggs, and yes convenient stores were near by to grab essentials. I really appreciated the laundry to wash our clothes.
Location is very good, 6mins to Diamond station and 12 mins to one of JR stations.
12mins of walk to Tokyo Tokyo, which was very nice with holiday set up!
I would love to come back for longer stay again!

The staff was very nice and very accommodating! No issues whatsoever. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was located near a couple train stations and lots of restaurants that were walking distance. The room was spacious enough for 3 people to share and get ready in. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to come back to Japan.

Bunk beds for the kids and bed each for us. Has wee kitchenette and a dining area. We got takeout sushi one night from a local place and great having somewhere to eat it which is unusual for a hotel stay. Also washing machine which was very handy as we travelled light. Laundry detergent in little sachets at reception. 7-11 close by. Walkable to Tokyo Tower. Few stations close by so easy for transport to various areas of Tokyo. We walked to the fish market the first day (around 30mins walk) to get our bearings. Room was reasonably sized for being in Tokyo.

Really enjoyed our stay here with a young family. Friendly staff in a super convenient location with plenty of amenities near by. The in room laundry and kitchenette is a massive plus.

Was really nice being so close to central Tokyo, and yet be able to come home to a quieter relaxed neighbourhood at the end of the day.

100% would use again, and recommend to anyone

Monday Apartments in Hamamatsucho was a perfect choice for our trip to Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood close to multiple transportation options. Highly recommend!

Great modern hotel in an excellent location close to 3 different subway stations making it very easy to get to most of the well known sights of Tokyo. Worked out really well. Washer dryer in the room is very handy if you are in a group, although you might need help with the Japanese controls. Well designed room with lift access, although entry corridor inside the room is a little cramped. Friendly staff, and the sell bottled water on reception for ¥50 which is the cheapest you'll find anywhere. Close to several konbinis and numerous restaurant options around Daimon Station, including several good breakfast places like Matsuya, Fuji Soba, Dennys, Precious Moments and other coffee shops. Beware that the hotel does NOT handle luggage forwarding, so you will have to use the 7-11 a few mins walk away. Price for the room was great value too. TIP: They have special "TOSO double window blinds" in the room. You'll need to watch a Youtube video to figure out how to operate!

This is a great property to stay if you want to be a little bit further from the hustle and bustle. The area is quiet at night. There's quite a few convenience stores around the area too. The room was nice and more spacious than I thought it would be. The washing machine was nice to have in the room.

Practical And Well-Located

A practical and efficient place to stay if you need a little more space and a kitchen. Super-convenient location close to transit. Many food stores nearby. You can take the Asakusa Line to Daimon Station and the hotel is just a six-minute walk.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us send our luggage to our next hotel—they even accompanied us to the convenience store to get everything sorted. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with nice restaurants within walking distance and easy train access to more central areas. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay

Conexión directa al aeropuerto de Haneda desde la Daimon Station. La habitación muy pequeña para 4 personas. La habitación olía mal cuando llegamos y no se fue el mal olor después de 6 días. Tampoco estaba perfectamente limpio cuando llegamos. No nos quejamos en el hotel sobre esto.
Estuvimos en el hotel Gojo de la misma cadena en Kyoto y era mucho mejor, más grande y más barato.
El personal educado y servicial.

We loved this hotel it’s not in the heart of the hustle and bustle but it was close to the train station and some dining. It was about a 15mins walk to the Tokyo Tower. The room we had had two beds and a bunk bed with a small dining table area perfect for our family of 4 enough space for our luggage and still walk around. Staff here was very friendly and spoke some English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The amenities was exactly as described and what we wanted as a family. The kids said they will miss the apartment when we left! New, very clean, everything in good order. This property was the best among the hotels we stayed at. It was nice to talk to a real person who was always available at the front desk. Best part, the in-room washer/dryer met our needs. The proximity to Haneda airport with just one train ride was a bonus. Lots of eateries and Tokyo Tower within minutes of walking. Multiple train lines within 5 minutes of walking made other parts of the city easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

A lucky find

I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax.

Gentleman at front desk went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery to our Osaka hotel by filling out our forms and contacting hotel to make sure they would accept luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

가족 여행으로 선택 했습니다. 일본에서 이정도 사이즈 찾기 좀 어려운데 실제로 보고 맘에 들어서 근처에 다른 숙소 잡은건 취소 하고 가족들 한 방에서 잤어요. 하루밖에 머물지 않아서 아쉬웠지만, 다음에도 또 올것 같아요. 하마마츠쵸에서 10분 정도 걸리는데 지금 남쪽게이트가 공사중이라 에스컬레이터나 엘베가 없어서 가방이 많으면 그게 힘들지만, 그게 아니라면 위치도 꽤 좋은편. 스탭분은 영어로 설명 잘 해주셔서 좋았어요. 매우 친절하신 남자분이 한분 계시더라구요. 다음에 또 이용 하겠습니다!

Our family of four stayed comfortably for one night between travel days in order to have easy access to Narita but one more night in Tokyo. It was quiet, and it had everything we needed and more. Although lodging in this area is more expensive than in other more jangly parts of the city (e.g., Shinjuku), diligently using the in-room kitchen for breakfast and dinner could help bring it in budget for travelers who prefer the feel of Tokyo proper.

As far as tokyo goes, this is a quiet part of town and yet still so close to tokyo tower and surrounding temples/gardens. An easy walk to the closest JR station, and only 1/2 stops away from tokyo station if you're looking to travel from there. This was the last stop for us on a 10-day adventure with 2 young ones (9 and 10 years old) and the bunk bed was great. The in-room laundry was great as we were in dire need of fresh clothes. Would stay here again!

The apartment was suitably spacious and very clean. Having a kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer in the apartment made us completely self sufficient. Corner grocery stores and main transport hubs within easy walking distance. The staff were lovely, we would definitely stay here again.
