憧れのミヤシタパークホテルに泊まれると、期待して行きました。ボディーソープ、ハンドソープがとても使い心地が良く、欲しくなりました。
エレベーターの使い方と、部屋の開け方の説明が聞かないと無かったので、予約時の案内に、簡単に記載してもらえると分かりやすいと思います。

フロントスタッフの方はとても感じ良く、チェックイン前の荷物の受付、チェックインの際のタブレット操作もやさしく教えていただきました。
部屋は少し狭さは感じましたが、ロフトタイプの斬新な３人部屋を楽しむことが出来ました。各ベッドに照明とUSB充電、コンセントが付いていたのは高評価です。
残念だった点は、冷蔵庫の冷えが悪い、テレビ台の引出がきちんと閉まらない、バスルームが施錠できない、洗面台の排水が詰まる、以上４点です。ありがとうございました。

ミヤシタパークでの開催されたイベント(ONE OK ROCK)を見る為にいちばん近いこのホテルに２泊しました。お勧めします。
朝、昼、夜と感じか違うイベントの景色が見られて最高でした。

窓が近い部屋の作りや景観はとても良かったです。とはいえシャワーしかなくサービスもかなり簡易的な中でのこの価格は正直高い印象でしたね。
朝食もいろいろ選べるのは良かったですが、11時のラストオーダーギリギリで行ったのもありサラダバーは種類が少なく味もまあまあでした。

まるで御洒落なバッグパッカー状態でした。部屋は激狭くスーツケースを開けることもできず、スタッフもアルバイトみたいな感じ（タクシーでさえ呼んでもらうこともできないとのこと）チェックインする階は、なぜか若者で混んでました。二度と泊まることはないと思います。

ホテルの清潔さ､スタッフの対応はとても良い印象でしたが、施設面の不便さ､分かりづらいところ(客室までの行き方・チェックイン､チェックアウトの方法など)が残念に感じました。できれば､案内図や各種説明表記などを多用してもらえると助かります。また､繁華街の近くにあるので､やはり、騒音が気になり寝つけなかったのも残念でした。できたら､アメニティに耳栓・アイマスクも用意していただけると嬉しいです。それ以外はとても良いホテルだと感じました。

思ったほど

初利用。たまにリラックスするのもいいかなと環境良さげなこちらを予約。フロントにて訪ねようと待っていると、後から来て並んでる方から接客され複雑。ホテルのサービスとは非日常を感じられる場所だとおもっているので、少々ビジネス+α的な感じが料金に見合わず、私的には残念でした。

タブレットの言語切り替え以外は、全て快適でした。チェックイン、チェックアウト、ロビー階にあるコーヒーショップ、ミヤシタパークに直結、などなど。また滞在したいと思います

狭いので1人ならいいけど、2人で利用するとスーツケースも広げられません。アメニティも女性には厳しい品揃え。カフェやMIYASHITA PARK と繋がっているので、時間を潰すのには悪くないけど、夜はクラブイベントなどの音が響くので、音に敏感な人にはおすすめできません。

良い正月が過ごせる渋谷のホテル

部屋から宮下公園や渋谷駅前を一望することができてとてもよかったです
静かな室内で、いやな匂いもなく、カードキーと、エレベーターを受付までの階と宿泊階とで区切られていることによって、セキュリティ面で安心して過ごせました
元旦の朝にはレストラン通常メニューのほかに、おせち料理をセレクトすることができました
静かな渋谷で迎える朝においしいおせち料理とお雑煮をいただくことができたので、良いお正月になりました

オシャレな雰囲気でした。浴室などはコンパクトにまとめられているので、通常のホテルよりは窮屈さを感じます。チェックイン、チェックアウトはタブレット端末でできるので楽な面もあります。

全体的に良かっと思います。スタッフの方々も愛想よく対応してくれました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。
ただチェックインの際の順番をしっかりしてほしいです。
普通に割り込んでいるひともぼちぼちいました。あれは多分並ぶことをしらないひとだとおもいます。
あと、エレベーターのボタンがカードローンを読み込ませないと押せないことのせつめいがほしかったです。
全体的には満足しています。
まとお世話になりたいです。

渋谷の駅にかなり近い割には、静かでゆったりした時間を過ごせます。が、夜はやはり真横を電車が走っているので、少しガタゴト感が😅
でも、概ね都会のスタイリッシュビジネスホテルといった感じで良いホテルだと思いました。

Utrolig udsigt over shibuya

I loved the fact that the hotel was near everything, including restaurants, stores and transportation. The view from our window was so pleasant at all times that we never shut the curtains. Great choice. Great staff.

Nice hotel lobby with a bar where you can sit and hang out. Mostly young adults in this area. It’s in the heart of Shibuya. Convenient location with shoppings and dining options. Staff or nice. Strong Wi-Fi.

One free drink at the bar, nice. Breakfast is delicious and staff is super friendly and very helpful.
The only thing is the laundry. Only 2 coin machines and make the laundry very challenging.

Location is excellent for shopping, eating and public transportation. However our room was above train tracks. I used ear plugs to avoid the noise. The room size was decent but the bathroom was very small. I’m a small person and felt claustrophobic using it. There’s only 2 laundry machines in the building. Takes 2 hours to wash and dry. Had to add another 1.5 for the dryer and my clothes were still wet. My loads were small.

We really liked our stay at Sequence Miyashita Park — the location couldn’t be better, the staff were lovely, and while the rooms are small, the views were great. The café lounge and the British pub upstairs were a nice bonus too.

Perfect location when staying in Shibuya

If you're staying in Shibuya, this hotel is the perfect choice: very close to everything (including the station), but set apart by its unique location at the end of Miyashita Park. Especially when you're on one of the upper floors, you get amazing views and feel removed from the hustle and bustle, but you're in it in no time.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Sequence Miyashita Park hotel, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Friendly staff and convenient toiletries available adjacent to the hotel’s elevators.

Great location that is located adjacent to Miyashita Park with all of the shopping & dining options plus mere minutes away walking distance to Shibuya Crossing.

Great Hotel with amazing location

Enjoyed my stay. Location is great for this trip and right on top of a mall/park. Also room was spacious for myself as single traveler. When I come back to Japan I will def stay here again

Hotel is great, and the rooms are small. But, the area is absolutely awesome. Miyashita Park has tons of restaurants, and stores. Shibuya station is down the block. I love this area, and can’t wait to return!

Noise pollution is terrible especially with train line right next to the hotel.

Wonderful stay! The staff allowed us to check in early. The normal check in and check out times are a bit different (5pm check in, 2pm check out) but it works better i think. View from the property is gorgeous. Standard sized rooms but every space smartly utilized.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of Shibuya and easy walking distance to Harajuku and Omotesando districts. So much to see and do within 1 km of the hotel. Fantastic value for the price.

We had a great stay at the Sequence Hotel in Miyashita in Tokyo! The room was spotless and had everything we needed, with modern amenities and a stylish vibe. It’s located right on a main street, which we love. Everywhere was walkable, and there were tons of food options just steps away. Very close to Shibuya Crossing!

The views from our room were absolutely spectacular—floor-to-ceiling windows gave us an amazing look at the city. The hotel also has a great on-site restaurant, and breakfast was delicious.

One thing to note: the bathroom was quite small, so that’s something to keep in mind if space is important to you. Also, during our visit, we could hear some fast cars on the street below, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Everything was so close to this property. Right between shibuya and harajuku, we had plenty of options for food and shopping. The staff were very accommodating and they have one of few breakfast restaurants that are open early.
